Dolph Lundgren and Carl Weathers reunite in instagram photo gone viral check it out!!!

We haven’t see Carl Weathers on the big screen in many years so you’re all probably wondering what he looks like right now. Well, here he is. Carl Weathers the man himself and he’s the former Rocky star at Gold’s Gym in Venice where he ran into Rocky IV cast mate, Dolph Lundgren.

Some of you may ask where has Carl Weathers been? Is he still working in Hollywood? It may seem like he has disappeared for a while but yes, he is still acting believe it or not. He really hasn’t gone away. Carl’s been mostly doing voice over work for children’s animated movies for example Carl did voice over work for a character in “Toy Story 4”. As for live action work, Carl just had a role in the Star Wars TV series for Disney+ in “The Mandalorian”. I can see why people would think they haven’t seen Carl in a long time since his last major motion picture role was in “Action Jackson” in 1988. That was the last big movie that he did.

We may never see Dolph and Carl reunite in a Rocky movie ever again but they can still reunite on the big screen somehow. There’s a pretty good chance that Carl might get added to the Expendables cast so could we see Carl in Expendables 4? That could happen and it would be cool so hopefully it does.

This is a cool photo and Carl is looking good. Carl hasn’t changed a bit except his hair really white. Well Carl is 71 years old now… looks like he’s not into plastic surgery and all that stuff.

Is Sly teasing that Ivan Drago could make comeback for “Creed 2”???

Sly just posted that photo up and he seems to be teasing that Ivan Drago might appear in “Creed 2” in some way. Could Ivan Drago come out of retirement and fight Apollo’s son in “Creed 2”? Either that or Ivan Drago ends up having a son himself and his son fights Apollo’s son for the next “Creed” film.

I would think Ivan Drago would be a retired boxer himself by now but if the idea for “Creed 2” is that Ivan has a boxer son now, that would be kind of cool. It would make total sense to bring Ivan Drago back too, that way Adonis can get revenge at the guy who killed his father.

I hope Ivan comes back ’cause it would be cool to see Ivan and Rocky reunited. Question is though, would Rocky and Ivan be friends or are they enemies still? I think it’ll be cool if Dolph Lundgren reprises his role as Ivan Drago for “Creed 2”. It’ll probably end up happening.

Dolph is not that old, he’s just 59. I think the idea would be that Ivan could be his sons manager to fight against Adonis (Apollo’s son).

I really loved the first “Creed” movie a lot. I actually thought it was a very good movie and no doubt, it was Sly Stallone’s best performance in his career. I’m definitely gonna go see “Creed 2” for sure.

Check out Sly Stallone’s instagram. He’s posting a bunch of photos from the first “Rocky” movie of the Rocky vs. Creed fight. Is this Sly’s way of trying get a buzz going for “Creed II”??? Probably.

The first and original “Rocky” movie in 1976 never gets old. I can watch that movie so many times and never get tired of it!

Report: Say what? Sylvester Stallone is set to play Rocky one more time??? Seems like it’s for real!!!!

Sly maybe done with the Rocky series but he never said anything about retiring the character for good! There’s a spinoff movie coming from the Rocky franchise. A film called, “Creed”, which will focus on the life of Apollo Creed’s grandson. MGM studios is setting Ryan Coogler to direct and Michael B. Jordan to play the grandson of Apollo. Sylvester Stallone is set to reprise his role as Rocky Balboa for the 7th time.

The story will be about Appolo’s grandson wanting to become a boxing champion much like his grandfather, Appolo, but he doesn’t have to and his family doesn’t want him to. So he goes for Rocky Balboa who is a retired boxer and becomes a mentor for Apollo’s grandson (Rocky will be his possible trainer too, I bet?).

MGM studios must of gotten Sly’s written permission to make this movie since Sly fully owns the rights to the Rocky franchise. So Sly himself must be all for this film! I’m all for Sly playing Rocky one more time. He deserves another shot since, “Rocky Balboa”, the last Rocky film was kind of a disappointment and a let-down. “Rocky Balboa” was a good movie, don’t get me wrong but could have been a better film.

Sly has been talking about bringing Rambo back to the big screen for one last time!

I’m definitely looking forward to the “Creed” film and looking forward to seeing what they’re gonna do with it! I wonder if they’ll bring back Burt Young to play Paullie again as well?
