Cool Video: M.I.A. invites fans from the audience to dance with her on stage at end of her set…

M.I.A. a rapper from London, England agreed to fly all the way to Coachella in California to perform her set. What a great woman she really is. She invited a bunch of fans from the audience to dance with her on stage at the end of her set. How cool is that? This is one of the reasons why I love her, she has a good heart and shows a lot of passion in what she does.

Her songs maybe simple and sampled, but at least her music is more fun to listen to than any other pop and rap artists out there. She’s so great. I think I’ll definitely pick up her latest CD next time I go to Best Buy.

This is the only video of MIA at Coachella 2009 I could find in youtube, but I’m sure there will be more of her performances going up today, I hope.

I can’t wait for M.I.A. videos at Coachella 2009…

Rapper, M.I.A., is scheduled to hit the Coachella stage sometime today, when youtube videos of her performances go up, I’ll post them here.

I’m not into rap music much, but I like a few rap artists.

Honestly, I find M.I.A. a beautifully talented artist. She’s one of the better pop and rap artists out there. I really dig her song, “Paper Planes”, I may actually pick up her CD sometime. I’ll be on the lookout for her Coachella stuff.

Report: Stevie Nicks says computers and cell phones has destroyed the social life of people…and I agree with her…

Fleetwood Mac’s front woman, Stevie Nicks, finally opens up on why she never uses a computer or a cell phone to keep in touch with people.

Check it out here:

I agree with her totally. Before anyone calls her delusional and she shouldn’t be bashing the internet, you have to stop and think, and admit that she is 100% right.

Before the internet came around when I was a kid, there were TV, movies, video games, listening to music or better, doing outdoors activities. When the internet came around, that pretty much destroyed all that. Everyone became so addicted to the internet, even myself when it first came around.

I’m doing my very best to kick my internet addiction habit, by doing other things ’cause you notice that my blog slows down with posts more often. I’m hoping getting into exercise and fitness will help get me away from the computer more often as well.

It’s sad that the internet has taken over the world. These days that’s all certain people out there really do, they sit at the computer, 24/7, some people think the internet is their life.

And about using cell phones, black berry’s and all that technical shit, I don’t have any of that. I know cell phones are popular, and everyone I see has one, but I think I’m one of the very few that don’t. I actually despise cell phones and don’t ever plan on buying one. I would want my privacy, don’t you? Doesn’t it get annoying to having the phone ring on ya everywhere you go? Doesn’t it get annoying that when you’re talking to someone in person out in public and then the cell phone rings? If you’re bothered by all that, then why have one?

Some people may think cell phones may come in handy, but in my opinion, they are a fuckin’ waste of time. If I wanted to talk on the phone, I would use a regular home phone, not a cell phone. If people wanted to talk to me, leave me messages on the home phone, not send me messages everywhere I go.

This is why I don’t own a cell phone and don’t plan on getting one ever. I don’t even like it when other people own one ’cause it annoys me when some musical ringtone goes off and yep, it’s the cell phone ringing.

I kind of miss the old days when there were no cell phones and no internet.

Thought: Susan Boyle is not great…sorry…

I have never even heard of this Susan Boyle until the internet started talking about it. So I checked out her performance on “Britain’s Got Talent” in youtube, just out of curiousity to see what’s so special about her, I’m sorry, she is nothing special. Nothing original and nothing mind blowing about Susan Boyle. I wasn’t that impressed. There are so many opera singers that can sing like that, and there are so many opera singers that can sing much better than her. If I was the judge of Britain’s Got Talent, I would have slapped my hand down on the red buzzer. She’s not good. Sorry.

Youtube symphony is pretty addicting stuff!!!

More on this youtube symphony orchestra. This is pretty incredible jaw dropping stuff. I just got done watching this entire 59 minute video.

These musicians you see on stage are not famous folks. They are all amateurs and unsigned musicians, regular people like us that just uploaded videos of themselves playing their instruments and look, here they all are playing Carnegie Hall!

Phenomenal  stuff.
