The trial is just about over. The case has been handed to the jury for them to decide if he walks out a free man or goes to prison for most of his life. It’ll be a while for the jury to decide a verdict, the verdict could be read next week or so.

Because it’s kind of hard posting about every detail of the trial in the blog. I’ve been reading about the trial and following it everyday. I’m just going to wait until the final verdict on whether’s he’s guilty or not. Then I’ll post my final thoughts of the trial. I’m still predicting that Simpson is going to get acquitted.

He’s been giving a large number of charges. I am predicting Simpson will be guilty of a few charges but he will be convicted on smaller charges, like maybe get probation or something, that’s about it. I’d like to see him go to prison for life, but I don’t see it happening. I am predicting he will get convicted on a smaller charge like “harrasment” or something. But not for robbery.

The day after robbery victim Bruce Fromong who is a memorabilia dealer complained of chest pains and felt ill, Bruce Fromong is back in court today to testify.

Mr. Fromong claims he was not trying to profit money off the sports memorabilia that Simpson owned. After the trial played back audio tapes which Fromong’s voice was recorded, Fromong said he was going to get “Inside Edition” down there and said he wanted big money.

Later, temper tantrums in the court room started boiling when District Attorney David Roger played back audio tapes of Mr. Fromong raged against Simpson, David Roger is calling everything going on…a robbery. Fromong said that Simpson’s sports memorabilia weren’t stolen, Fromong claims they belonged to Simpson’s children, not OJ Simpson himself.

I mean, come on, I heard Bruce Fromong’s raging audio on TMZ back then. Fromong is definitely lying and trying to protect and cover OJ. The Juice must of paid Fromong pretty damn good to keep his mouth shut in trial.

The jury is seated, and the OJ Simpson Vegas Casino Robbery trial is finally going on. Bruce Fromong, who is a sports memorabilia dealer was the first witness to take the stand in the court room today. He was in the witness stand being interviewed by lawyers for several hours until he complained about feeling chest pains and announced he was having another heart attack. It’s been known that Mr. Fromong has heart attacks in the past. He is 54. After Fromong complained about heart attacks, Judge Glass sent the jury out of the room.

Paramedics showed up at the trial, examined him in the hallway but his attorney said he did not want to leave on a gurney. After Fromong left the trial, the court continued with more witnesses taking the stand. Even if Fromong is done with court today, he may show up to testify tomorrow on Tuesday.

The next witness that took the stand was someone from the Palace Station, a hotel casino in Vegas where Simpson and several group of men were in a huge confrontation in a room with Fromong last year. (example, Simpson audio, “You think you can steal my shit and sell it”)

In the beggining of the trial today, Yale Galanter said OJ Simpson was just there at the Casino Hotel to get his stuff back that he owned that was stolen from his home. Yale said OJ never intended to committ a crime, he was just trying to get back his personal items that OJ owned.

Have I got the feeling that Bruce Fromong faked his heart attack today as his way of covering for OJ? Him not wanting to be on a gurney says something about that.

This is almost like a TV soap opera like “Days of Our Lives” or something but this Vegas trial is worse.

The jury of the Vegas Robbery Trial has been finalized and seated yesterday. This time this is an all white jury. In the 1995 murder trial, it was mostly all blacks in the jury who agreed to acquit Simpson of the murder. I see the media and the internet calling the judge a flat out racist in the near future.

Defense attorneys for Simpson and Clarence Stewart both fought the judge to start the jury selection over again but the judge rejected the motion. The opening statements and the actual trial itself is scheduled for this coming Monday and the Vegas Robbery trial is expected to last five weeks.

As court ended for the day yesterday, Simpson drove away from the court building, as he drove away, he made a stop to sign autographs for Simpson supporters/fans who hung in the street, he signed a bunch of t-shirts that said “Pray for OJ”. Isn’t it hilarious how some people are still supporting OJ Simpson to this day?

It’s Day 4 of the jury selection in the Vegas Robbery Trial today. The judge and a co-defendant approved the last 40 jurors today including a man who wrote on his jury questionnaire wrote that OJ was a murderer and got away with it. Defense attorneys clashed with the judge in the final hours of jury questioning, when the judge refused to remove a retired police officer who kept saying OJ was a murderer.

Each jury member were to fill out this court questionnaire but the judge promised to keep their answers a secret. The judge said she would release a blank copy of the questionnaire but only after the jury members are seated after being selected.

It looks as though when the actual Vegas Robbery Trial begins after jury is being selected officially, this Vegas Robbery Trial is going to be nastier and uglier than the murder trial in 1995. Keep in mind that OJ’s current lawyer Yale Galanter is no Johnny Cochran, and I still think Mr. Galanter will give all his power to keep OJ acquitted in the Vegas Robbery case. It’ll be interesting to see what evidence Yale Galanter and OJ will show to the trial to try and prove OJ’s innocence.

The jury selection for the Vegas Robbery trial continues for day # 3. And more jurors just won’t keep quiet about the 1995 murder trial. Poor OJ Simpson must be having a headache in the Vegas court room.

A young ponytailed juror says he remembers his parents denouncing the verdict at the dinner table, and said he could be fair on weighing the current, unrelated charges on Simpson.

While more jurors disagree with Simpson getting acquitted back in 1995 there is one jury member who agreed that he was acquitted, the juror said he’s a huge fan of Simpson’s football career. He also said Simpson had a fair trial in 1995 and the justice system worked.
