It would be a smart thing for Warner Bros. to do if they sign Rhona Mitra as Lara Croft for the new live action “Tomb Raider” movie. The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that they are definitely moving on without Angelina with the reboot.
They better give the role to Rhona Mitra, I hope. I think Rhona did the best portrayal of Lara Croft. Rhona looks exactly like the video game character and she has the perfect speaking voice for the character. They should bring Rhona to the live action version.
Rhona is good at live action films because she is starring the leading role in “Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans”. Come on Warner Bros., ask Rhona to do it, I’m sure she would do it if she was asked!!! This will make video gamers go crazy if she was in the new “Tomb Raider” flick.
I liked the first Tomb Raider with Jolie, but didn’t like the second one, so I’m actually glad they’re starting over.
Twentieth Century Fox is planning a reboot to the “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider” movie series based on the longtime hit video games for the Playstation systems. So far, there are two Tomb Raider films that stars Angelina Jolie. A spanish movie site first broke the news that actress and supermodel, Megan Fox, is in talks to replace Angelina as Lara Croft, the legendary video game character.

I’m very close to the end of the “Dead Space” video game. I’m in the middle of Chapter 11 now. Just need to finish this Chapter and once I beat Chapter 12, I beat the whole game.
One thing I found out about this game, is that the story and idea of the game was inspired by a 1972 Russian science fiction film titled, “Solyaris”, that was directed by Andrei Tarkovsky. The film was later remade a US version by Steven Soderberg, a US version titled “Solaris” that starred George Clooney. I bet you all didn’t know that “Dead Space” was based on that film. I thought that was a pretty cool insight and interesting.
The game gets way more harder at the end as there are lots more enemies to battle with very low ammunition. It’s getting to the part where it’s getting really hard but I’ll beat it this weekend hopefully.
I finally beat Chapter 9 of the “Dead Space” game, it took me forever to beat Chapter 9 too, it wasn’t easy. Now I’m just starting Chapter 10, the game of course, gets a lot harder toward the end. You get a lot more enemies and monsters. You have low ammo from all the ammo you used for the gun from the previous chapter. That’s the point. The game wants to challenge you as a way to see if you have skill with fighting enemies. I should have this game beat this weekend hopefully. If not, then definitely next week. After I beat this game, I’ll probably move on to “Resistance 2” next.
So I talk about this “Dead Space” video game in the blog a lot and you’ve never seen or heard of the game before? Here’s a couple of clips, and you would see how extremely difficult and challenging this game really is. It takes a lot of practice and hard work to make it easy for you. It takes hard thinking to figure out some of the puzzles too.
Yes, I’m not afraid to say that sometimes when I get stuck on a game and can’t figure out a certain part at all, I’ll start looking up the walkthrough’s through youtube or online guides for a little help, but most of the times I always beat the game myself without any help.
I’ll show you some of the brutal gross out scenes and deaths, gore, and all that. Btw, I’m at the end of Chapter 9. The game is very hard and I’m fuckin’ loving it!!! Almost done with the game.
A while back I said I was going to start this game “Dead Space” over again because I got stuck on this one chapter, that I couldn’t get past one of the bosses ’cause of low ammo on one of the guns. Well I did start the game over again about a week ago and I got past that part I was stuck on successfully. There are 12 chapters in the game. Now I’m just starting Chapter 7 as I just completed Chapter 6 today. So that means, I’m almost done with the game already and I should have the whole thing beat by next week.
Yes, I’m playing this game on the difficulty/hard mode. It is a very challenging game but it’ll be easier for you if you practice, use some skill with your weapon, and have patience.
It’s a killer game and the monsters they created for the game are mind blowing. When you’re walking through the hallways of the spaceship, you never know when a monster will jump out at you and that’s what makes the game kind of scary. The game is sick and amazing, it is reccomended to all gamers out there.

So last night, I went out to Best Buy and bought myself a new, 32 ” Flat screen LCD TV. It’s great. I was playing “Dead Space” through my new TV last night and man, this new TV makes the graphics of the ps3 games even more insane!!! OMG!!! I wanted to find the perfect TV that’s great for video gaming and this is the one. I can play ps3 games in High Definition now, and that’s what makes the graphics even better.
I can’t watch regular cable TV in HD yet, but I’m still trying to figure that out. Workin’ on that.
My next step is to start saving for a 5.1 4 speaker surround system, and that’ll be my home theater! 🙂
