Last night was a huge night for wrestling. It really was. Something special that will go down in history for years. It was WWE vs. TNA in ratings for Hulk Hogan on TNA and Bret Hart on RAW. Which show did the best and got higher in ratings?

Yes, that’s right. TNA got higher ratings than WWE last night. TNA never got this high before. Me thinks, it was the nWo reunion that drew people in. Last night’s TNA Impact was just like old school WCW, that’s what it reminded me of.
Congratulations to TNA. Keep it up!
Vince better shape up. WWE really needs to bring the Rock and Stone Cold back full time if they want to beat TNA.

Actually, you got it all wrong dude.
When the Hulk Hogan and nWo segment first came on TNA, that was around the same time RAW started at 9:00 p.m. TNA drew 3.36 million viewers at the 9 p.m. hour. When the Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart segment came on RAW at 9, it only drew 2.76 viewers.
WWE may have drew 5.6 million viewers overall, but ratings tanked and rose back and forth ’cause people were switching back and forth to TNA/RAW like I was. TNA is still successful more than WWE, no matter what anyone else thinks. TNA won, bro, deal with it.

“Spike TV’s TNA Impact! set a viewership record during Monday night’s three-hour special featuring Hulk Hogan, averaging 2.2 million viewers. The previousviewing record was 1.9 million viewers set in April 2008.
The first hour of the special averaged 2.5 million viewers.
Records or not, USA Network’s WWE Monday Night Raw put the smackdown on TNA Impact with an average of 5.5 million viewers from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m vastly outdistancing the the 2 million viewers the TNA Impact! averaged during those two hours.”

TV By the Numbers is THE ratings source. Yes, TNA may have had more viewers at the moment 9:00 rolled around but WWE clearly won the head to head ratings for the 2 hour period the shows were head to head. It’s not really something that you can debate…at all…in any way
Whether WWE won in the ratings or not, it doesn’t matter, dude. I agree that WWE may have gotten higher ratings but TNA is very successful now. It’s hard to believe that TNA would be successful, but they are. It’s something that wrestling fans will have to get used to. TNA is a star now. Vince knows it.
