Yes, I did watch the closing arguments last Friday. Of course, I thought Camille did the best job. I was blown away with Camille ’cause she was saying all of the same stuff of what we were all thinking. I loved how Camille was showing us all the Amber pics with the fake bruises saying how they don’t add up. I also loved how Camille called Amber out on the fake crying and having no medical records and all that stuff. She’s an amazing lawyer. I thought she did brilliant.
Ben Chew did a great job too. I loved how he said that the defamation trial was never about money. It was about getting the truth out and clearing Johnny’s name.
As far as the speeches of Ben Rottenborn and Elaine goes… of course, they were boring as fuck. What’s funny was that they showed the same so called Amber bruises photos when Camille already showed how fake they were. Of course, the other side wants to have the opposite view and say that Johnny was the abuser but they showed no evidence either. They just showed a bunch of photos and text messages and called it evidence. Again, NO MEDICAL RECORDS! Even Amber admitted no medical records and she made no appointments and no trips to the emergency room and none of that.
The other side wants to say that Johnny’s abuse to Amber was so brutal and so aggressive, you think Amber would get some serious injuries but she had no serious injuries. Camille exposed her for the fake broken nose thing at the Met Gala, that was awesome. Camille and Ben Chew did a great job proving Johnny’s innocence when all Elaine and Rottenborn did was prove that Amber was the abuser when they don’t realize it.
Elaine says that Amber’s side never wanted to charge Johnny of any crime of domestic abuse? That’s probably because the police would discover that Amber was the abuser, that’s why she didn’t press any charges against him.
It was interesting to listen to all that.
As far as my prediction on the verdict reading, that won’t be for a long while, I’m afraid. The jury won’t reach a verdict sometime ’til the end of next week. It won’t be Tuesday. Why? Because there is so much for the jury to discuss. They have to discuss every detail in the trial. Discuss every witness on both sides, discuss all the pictures, recordings and texts shown… they gotta go through EVERYTHING. It may take several days or another week.
Johnny will win, though… 100%. When Johnny wins the victory, hopefully he’ll soon get his life back. He could get back to work in Hollywood again and go back out touring with the Hollywood Vampires and all that stuff.
In the beginning when all of this was going on, I was disappointed with Johnny at first. I’m like, “oh no, Johnny is a wife beater”, I shouldn’t support him but as more and more of this goes on… the more I learn about this, the more I think Johnny is innocent. I’m on his side totally.
Yeah, women abusing men is real and it happens. Sadly society doesn’t want you to believe that. Women can be real bullies to men, absolutely. That’s another thing of what this trial is about. Johnny wants to bring the attention that domestic violence has no gender and it happens both ways. That’s why this is an important trial and why it’s worth following.
I’ll keep an eye on the verdict next week. Johnny’s got this. All we can do for now is pray for him.
