Metallica at the Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y. go on sale this Saturday!!!

Metallica tickets for the Times Union Center for their November 12th show in Albany, N.Y. go on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m. I’m definitely going to order two tickets this weekend, I’ll find a friend or a family member to go with.

In other Metallica news, their “Guitar Hero” game is out in stores now, which I definitely plan on picking up soon. I don’t know about this week, I gotta wait for my next paycheck, then I’ll go pick up the game after I get paid.

After I pick up “Guitar Hero: Metallica”, that will be my last game, I will purchase for a while. I got plenty of games to keep me busy.

I’m currently playing the videogame, “Bioshock”, then I gotta beat “Resident Evil 5”. I’m really looking forward to “Guitar Hero: Metallica”, I think that’s looking like to be the best Guitar Hero game ever made. “Guitar Hero: Aerosmith” is an okay game, I think, “Guitar Hero: Metallica” is going to be way better. Looking forward to it.

Report: Metallica announces Fall North American tour, and yes, they are coming to Albany, N.Y. in November!!!!

It’s very rare that Metallica comes around here in the Capital District area. They unleashed their Fall North American tour, and they have the Times Union Center in Albany,  N.Y. listed for November 12th.

That’s another concert that I think I’m going to go to.

I usually don’t go to national concerts anymore….but there are two national shows I’m looking forward to seeing this year. Phish at SPAC and Metallica at the Times Union Center. Look like I’ll be getting tickets to both.

Report: Jason Newsted might play with Metallica on stage at Hall of Fame…

Kirk Hammett says, not only that Jason Newsted will be able to be part of the induction, he may also be able to reunite with the band on stage for one night only. Jason might play bass for a song at the Hall of Fame with Metallica.

I wonder why Metallica picked Flea to induct? That’s kind of a weird choice. What no Dave Grohl, no Lemmy Kilmister or Kerry King of Slayer to induct the band? Why Flea? I’m sure the band Metallica will explain their decision on Flea soon.

Like it said an earlier report, Metallica tried asking Dave Mustaine to join them on stage at the Hall of Fame, but Dave declined the offer due to a major Megadeth tour and recording in the studio for new album, although Dave was flattered he was asked.

Report: James Hetfield writes open letter to fans on Metallica.com…

James Hetfield, Metallica’s main man, is back home in the states. He wrote an open letter to his fans on Metallica.com apologizing that Metallica had to cancel the show in Stockholm due to illness.

James, even makes fun of himself about it by jokingly saying, “even an oyster could have taken me” and “Swedish oyster cult” would be thrown off the tour…more cowbell…more barf bags! LOL!

Report: James Hetfield released from hospital, reported to have food poisoning…

Above is a recent picture of James Hetfield leaving a hospital in Sweden. James is seen waving to the camera, and wearing all black clothing. James and the rest of the band in Metallica, had takeout dinner from an Indian food restaurant in Stockholm. James must of ate something that wasn’t too good. Hetfield says he is fine, it wasn’t serious.

That’s a sigh of relief, glad he is okay. I’m pretty sure they won’t be eating Indian food ever again now.

Report: James Hetfield hospitalized in Stockholm, Sweden…

Metallica.com just delivered us the shocking news, that Metallica frontman, James Hetfield has became really ill and been hospitalized in Stockholm, Sweden. The band was scheduled to perform a concert in Stockholm, they were forced to cancel since James was unable to perform.

Hope he didn’t get back into the drinking again. Hope James is okay and it’s nothing serious. Get well soon James.

Oh my!!! It looks like Metallica and Dave Mustaine are burying the hatchet. Dave and Metallica are showing that they have no negative grudges against each other at all. Check this out!

James, Lars, Kirk and Rob invited Dave to attend the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame, pre-ceremony party. Dave himself wrote on the Megadeth official website, thanking them and wishing them a congratulations on Metallica’s induction.

How fucking cool is this? Isn’t this awesome? 🙂 Nobody ever thought they would be nice to each other, but it looks like their long feud would come to an end. Finally. Life is too short to hold grudges.

Lets cross our fingers if Dave will be the one to induct Metallica into the Hall of Fame. Yeah!!!!!! Maybe even Metallica and Megadeth will one day go on tour together!! Metallica to Gigantour?

Cool Video: Metallica fan interviews Lars Ulrich backstage at a concert…

A young Metallica fan who won a radio station contest where you get to interview Lars Ulrich backstage at a Metallica concert, makes his dream of meeting a Metallica member come true.

The fan asks Lars how is the relationship between Metallica and Dave Mustaine is today, Lars said even if they don’t get along well, Lars and the rest of the band still has respect toward Dave and Megadeth. So Metallica has no personal hatred over Dave like Lars said, so it might be possible that Metallica could get Dave to induct them for the Hall of Fame.

The boys in Metallica finally revealed the full tracklisting from their own “Guitar Hero” video game. The game is set for release on March 29th in video game stores everywhere.

Very cool selection of songs. I have already predicted before that they were going to pick their most popular hits from every album and I was right!!! I also like their song selection from the other artists too.
