Axl Rose is still a great singer, don’t listen to the haters!

I know I trashed Axl Rose’s singing myself but I’ll admit it was a bad thing for me to do. If you actually listen to him, you can still hear that he is a phenomenal singer. I just listened to Axl sing in these live videos below.

While the performances in the videos below were great, just wait until Slash and Duff comes back. The songs will sound even better when the original guys are back on stage. I can’t wait!

I still love Guns N’ Roses… I still prefer the original lineup like most people. I can’t wait to hear Slash play these songs again. They would definitely sound way better with Slash back, trust me on that.

Axl is still a great singer, though. Whenever you hear Axl singing badly… I think it’s because maybe his voice has gotten worn out after a long tour ’cause toward the end of the tour that’s when your voice starts to get worn out so give him a break. Axl still sings great!

Predicting the Guns N’ Roses “Coachella” set…

So Guns N’ Roses is set to headline “Coachella” this year. We all know that Slash, Axl and the guys will play all of the band’s singles and hit songs. Like I said before, I hope they throw in some non-hits in there as well.

I also have a feeling that when the reunited Gn’R finishes their set, the audience is never gonna let them leave the stage so there’s probably gonna be a lot of “encores”.

Here’s what the Guns N’ Roses “Coachella” set is gonna look like, I’ll list all the songs in no particular order:

Guns N’ Roses reunion to make TV appearance on Kimmel on Jan. 6th…

Turns out that the original GN’R lineup will make their return to the industry sooner than expected. They will make their TV return on Kimmel Jan. 6th. They’re probably gonna play a few songs and Kimmel will probably interview Axl after to discuss the reunion. The band will confirm their “Coachella” performance and a possible tour. New album too? Maybe.

It is pretty exciting news and it’s long overdue for sure. I’m glad Axl finally decided to bury the hatchet with his old bandmates. Axl always get a lot of spiteful criticism ’cause of his ego and all that but give him a chance, Axl can be a man with class and that man has heart. Proof of that is that Axl knows what the fans want. The fans wanted the original guys back for years and Axl is finally giving it to them so you gotta hand it to Axl this time! \m/

I’m planning on listening to all Guns N’ Roses music on Apple Music streaming so I can be reminded of all their music.

What would Guns N’ Roses play for their Coachella set?

Now that Slash and possibly other original members are coming back to GN’R for a headlining slot at “Coachella”, what will they play on the night of the show? Obviously, they’re gonna play all of their greatest hits. I would think they would play all the hits that Slash played on. I can see them playing songs from all Gn’R albums that night. They’ll play songs from the “Appetite” album, “GN’R Lies”, “Use Your Illusion I and II” and “The Spaghetti Incident?”. While I’m sure the band is gonna play all their hits, I hope they throw in some obscure songs from their albums aka songs that are not hits.

Will they play anything off of “Chinese Democracy”??? I don’t think so ’cause Slash didn’t play on that album. This show at Coachella is gonna be a big celebration of the original GN’R.

Regardless of who’s gonna be part of the lineup, I’m sure they’re gonna put on one sick show now that Slash is coming back finally. Trust me on that. Axl may not be as good of a singer anymore but I’m sure he’ll improve before the show ’cause he’s not gonna wanna disappoint the fans at all. It’s gonna be a great show I’m sure. Slash has always been one of my favorite guitarists of all time.

I’m sure they’re gonna stream the show live on the internet so I can’t wait to watch it. Hopefully they won’t make you pay to watch it. I’m a GN’R fan myself but only the original Gn’R. I never cared for the other guitarists. The other guitarists seemed like a GN’R tribute band to me. I’m glad the original guys are making a comeback finally.

Finally confirmed! Guns N’ Roses original reunion is happening at Coachella!

Billboard was the first to break the news that Guns N’ Roses will reunite for the next “Coachella” festival as headliners. As for those who are gonna take part in the lineup? They say Axl, Slash and Duff McKagan is definitely in. As for who the drummer is gonna be, not sure whether or not it’s gonna be Steven Adler or Matt Sorum.

Like I said before, it’s not just gonna be a one off show. They’re planning to do a North American 25 date stadium tour.

I’m sure we’ll get an official announcement on the band’s official website soon. The band themselves will tell us who’s in and who’s out on the website soon.

Will they do a new studio album as well? We’ll have to wait on that too. I’m sure the guys discussed it and if a new album will happen, I’m sure it will happen after their tour. They’ll probably end up writing stuff while they’re touring anyways ’cause that’s what a lot of bands do. Write while they’re travelling on bus or on plane. I’m pretty sure Slash already wrote a bunch of new riffs for the band. Maybe they’ll debut a few new songs nobody’s ever heard before at Coachella? I can see that happening.

Will the Guns N’ Roses comeback be a huge success? I would predict… yes!

So the original Guns N’ Roses is possibly gonna come out of retirement and make a big comeback for possible tour & new album. Could all that be a huge success? I would say so. Guns N’ Roses may have had many different lineup changes over the years but think about why Gn’R went to being a best selling arena band going back to playing the smaller clubs with the new lineups? The other eras of Guns N’ Roses weren’t as popular. I’m talking about the other guitarists that GN’R had in the 2000’s eras: Buckethead, Bumblefoot, Robin Finck and DJ Ashba. “Chinese Democracy” may have been a best selling album at the time it came out but still wasn’t a no. 1 record. Nobody really cares for the other Gn’R guitarists. The only reason people went to their shows anyways is ’cause people wanted to hear all their greatest hits.

I would think an original Gn’R tour would be very successful ’cause people prefers to hear Gn’R songs played by the original guys. The original guys who wrote all the hits: “Welcome to the Jungle”, “Sweet Child O’ Mine”, “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door”, “November Rain”, “Live and Let Die”, etc. People would rather hear all those songs by Slash, Duff, Izzy and Steven. So if they’re serious on a reunion tour, hopefully they’ll be playing those large arenas instead of small clubs and smaller theaters. Only Slash and the guys can play those songs well. That’s what the people want.

Axl singing “Sweet Child O’ Mine” without Slash playing that classic opening riff just doesn’t work. That song is only listenable when Slash is playing guitar on it. That’s what everybody wants to hear. This is why everyone wants the reunion to happen.

It could be a big selling tour for sure as I’m sure all the shows will sell out fast. It could make Axl Rose rich as hell again. They could become a mainstream band again for sure.

When the tour happens, hopefully they can play all the shows successfully without feuding again ’cause you never know they could start fighting again when they get back together. It could happen but we’ll see how it goes. Hopefully Axl will leave his ego at the door this time.

Guns N’ Roses with original members to announce full tour after all???

If you’re expecting the original Guns N’ Roses to do a one-off show like Led Zeppelin did, you might be wrong on that. They actually might be announcing a full world tour in 2016. It’s looking like a full tour is gonna happen. In case you haven’t noticed, Slash isn’t doing much with his solo career at all lately so it’s looking like he’s gonna take a long break from his solo career so he can rejoin Gn’R full time.

Gn’R doing a full tour is just a rumor for now but I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out to be true and it probably will.

Will the guys do a new album too? Who knows, we’ll have to wait and see. I think they will do a new album as well ’cause you know Axl Rose. He’s always working on music so I’m sure he’s been sitting on a bunch of songs anyways.

Courtney Love did not love Kurt Cobain, if she did she wouldn’t have had him killed…

Courtney Love reminds me of Hillary Clinton. Hillary lies about murders and covers them up. Seems like Courtney is doing the same thing.

Courtney did not love Kurt Cobain. She never did. She just married him for more fame, power and wealth. That’s it. It’s well documented that before Kurt’s death, they hated each other guts. They were always fighting all the time. So Courtney calling Kurt the love of her life is all a crock of shit.

She always hated him and despised him. She killed him so she can profit off of his music career which is why she owns the rights to the entire Nirvana catalog. She continues to profit off of Kurt by exploiting him with the “Montage of Heck” documentary and the new Kurt album release.

If you don’t think Courtney had anything to do with Kurt’s death then watch the film “Soaked In Bleach” streamable for Netflix.

She put this virtual Christmas card out just to cover herself up even more.

America deserves to know the truth of Kurt’s death so hopefully the Seattle PD will do the right thing and re-open the case soon. All the fans deserve to know what really happened to Kurt. Courtney can lie and cover herself up as much as she wants but either way the truth is gonna come out.

Jimmy Page’s photographic memoir book review…

I’ve read many Jimmy Page books and many Led Zeppelin books that weren’t written by any of the band members. Finally, we get an official Led Zeppelin biography that is actually by a member from the band! Since there are too many Jimmy Page biography books out there, they all just tell the same story so most of us already know about Jimmy’s life and career. Finally, we get a story from Jimmy Page the man himself. However, instead of telling his story by text… he wanted to do something a little different by telling his story by photographs which is an interesting idea.

This is a pretty amazing book and I’m happy he did this. It only took me two days to finish looking through it. The photos are amazing too. Lot of rare ones and a lot of photos I’ve already seen before.

Just to be aware of something, this is strictly about music. You will not learn about Jimmy’s personal life. It’s all about his contribution to music over the years and it covers everything. It covers all of his music projects from when he was a young kid all the way up to the Led Zeppelin reunion O2 show.

It’s a pretty cool book and a must-see to any Led Zep fan. A lot of you know I’m a die-hard Zeppelin fanatic. I may love a lot of music out there but Led Zep will always be my no. 1.

The “Amy” documentary film is definitely worth watching for any music fan!

Last night, I finally got around to watching the “Amy” documentary. Ya know, the film that is based upon the jazz & pop singer, Amy Winehouse. I thought the film was very very good. It was very well made. Probably one of the best music documentaries I’ve seen in a long while. It was well filmed and well put together.

Of course, the film blames Blake Fielder-Civil on Amy’s death which I kind of disagree with. The film also accused him of getting Amy into drugs which I’m pretty sure is a false claim as well. The way I look at it is, I think Amy had a drug and alcohol problem long before she met Blake. Even though Blake is a junkie too, I don’t think he had anything to do with the passing of Amy. I think Amy did that to herself and her family just wants to place the blame on someone else which is typical when someone famous dies of drugs & alcohol.

Other than that, it was a great documentary. The film focuses on her life and career. I kind of wished the film concentrated on her music career instead of focusing on her problems, though.

The film was pretty dark, sad and enjoyable all at the same time. So if you decide to watch this someday better have a box of kleenex nearby ’cause the ending of this film will do it to you.

Check this film out. I’ve always been a fan of Amy Winehouse ’cause I love the “Back to Black” album. It’s a shame she left us too soon ’cause she was talented and a beautiful girl too.
