I never watched Strikeforce, but I heard a lot about, the Reem. I hear he’s a monster of a fighter and he’s a beast. While I do like Brock Lesnar, I’m rooting for the Reem on this one. Brock is just a wrestler and brawler, the Reem has more martial arts experience that includes kickboxing. Could Brock actually win again? Note sure, Brock lost miserably to Cain Velasquez the last time. I’m actually looking forward to this fight.
Shocking news broke today in the world of MMA. Yes, you heard that right. Brock Lesnar is sick again. He had a relapse of Diverticulitis, which forced his fight against Junior Dos Santos to be canceled at UFC 131. Shane Carwin is set to replace Brock for that fight.
Well, as expected, Brock Lesnar is out doing a slew of interviews for the media, to promote his new book, “Death Clutch” and “TUF 13”. In this new interview, the interviewer asked him if he’ll ever make a return to professional wrestling (she’s referring to WWE). Brock’s surprising answer, that he says, “Never say never, it’s a possibility whenever his UFC career is done”.
If Brock can last that long in UFC that is. If Brock can’t win against Dos Santos, and if Brock gets his ass beat once again, then Dana could let Brock go. A Brock return to WWE may not happen this soon but maybe in the next several years or less. Brock needs to prove to the world if he can last that long in UFC.
Paul Heyman, exclusively revealed details on the upcoming new auobiography. Written by Brock Lesnar himself and co-written by Paul Heyman. In a book simply titled, “Death Clutch” set to hit stores, May 24th, later this Spring.
Yes, I will probably end up buying it myself. Would be an interesting read. The book will probably be about his childhood all the way up to today. I’m sure he’ll have a lot to say about his childhood, his wrestling days, football days, UFC career, Sable & his family, his health, his love for hunting and fishing, etc. Sounds like he’s going to talk about everything about his life.
I don’t think he’s doing this book for the money. I think he’s doing it so people can understand him better. Maybe people won’t think he’s such a bad guy after reading this.
Well, I guess this report will definitely squash all rumors of Brock returning to WWE for Wrestlemania for good. Why? Because Dana White announced today that Brock Lesnar has been signed to coach the competitors for “TUF 13”, the reality TV show that UFC does to give kids an opportunity to become a fighter. For months now there have been rumors that Brock could return to WWE for Wrestlemania to wrestle the Undertaker, look like that definitely will not happen. Since Wrestlemania is on April 3rd, TUF 13 will start in March and the show will probably go through the Spring. This will give Brock no time for WWE.
Such a shame though ’cause Brock returning to WWE would have been interesting. Oh well, Brock would make a great TUF coach though. I can see Brock being really mean and tough to those kids on the show. Look like Junior Dos Santos will be Brock’s next opponent for a ppv fight ’cause that’s how the TUF show goes. Two UFC fighters will coach TUF then they fight each other in a ppv after the show is over with.
There’s another rumor online that WWE is trying to get former WCW star, Sting, for Wrestlemania against the Undertaker instead. Good luck to WWE on getting Sting. Sting NEVER worked for WWE. They are also trying to get Sting for the WWE Hall of Fame as well. The rumor started because Sting is no longer in contract with TNA? I doubt you’ll ever see Sting in WWE but it will be cool if they can actually get him.
Rumours are still hitting hard on the internet that there maybe a possibility that Brock Lesnar could return to the WWE, to feud with the Undertaker. Even though Dana White says it won’t happen, the UFC’s policy is that UFC fighters can not fight or wrestle in any other company while still under contract for UFC. Still though, nobody ever said anything about Brock Lesnar performing in WWE, and not wrestle right?
WWE could bring Brock in as a guest host for RAW and Undertaker can go to RAW to feud with him there, or the WWE could make Brock Lesnar as the Anonymous RAW GM, would be interesting. Brock as a RAW GM would work.
If Brock does come back to WWE, that would bring Paul Heyman back as his manager again. I’d love to see Brock and Paul back. Brock may not be able to wrestle but they can put Brock in a different role. Maybe make Brock a special guest commentator or special guest referee, RAW GM, RAW celebrity guest, etc. Any of those things. WWE will figure out a plan for Brock, I’m sure. I’d love to see the Brock vs. Undertaker feud continue ’cause that would make an interesting feud. Brock and Taker feuded in WWE in the past before, this could be a perfect closure to that feud.

Edit to add: If Quinton “Rampage” Jackson can be a guest host on WWE RAW while still under contract for UFC, then the same can happen for Brock Lesnar, right?
Cain Velasquez giving Lesnar the brutal beatdown and taking the belt from him, has been the most talked about incident all week. I hear people talking about this everywhere I go. Before this fight, nobody knew who Cain Velasquez was, now he’s a big name star and hero, all because he beat up Brock. Why is Cain Velasquez respected by everyone, all of a sudden? Not only that he beat up Brock Lesnar, Cain is also the very first UFC champ who is a Mexican. A Mexican never got the title before in UFC history.
While everyone is thrilled about Cain, the only problem is that people are mistaken with that Cain only beat Brock with a TKO. Nobody ever gave Brock Lesnar a knockout yet. So, is a fighter out there is capable of knocking Brock out? I’m sure this will happen someday too, but after Brock losing to Cain, I don’t think a knockout for Brock will happen for a long time. Brock won’t let it.
Well, the internet’s all over this controversial video. The Undertaker and Lesnar stare down. To those wondering about this, Lesnar and Undertaker worked together while they were in WWE. They had a storyline feud and they were in the “Hell in a Cell” match together. Brock and ‘Taker never got along too well backstage in real life, behind the scenes of wrestling. You heard ‘Taker himself say in this video, “It’s personal”. So that’s a sign they hate each other as you can see.
What does Undertaker mean when he says, “You wanna do it?” and Lesnar says nothing. Did ‘Taker just challenge Lesnar a match for WWE wrestling? That’s what it seems like, doesn’t it? A rumour going around that Lesnar and ‘Taker could be the big headliners for the next Wrestlemania.
If you read Brock’s career history with WWE, Brock left WWE ’cause him and Vince weren’t on the same page. Brock sued WWE over some contract disagreement or something. I don’t think Brock will go back to the WWE for this reason, but who knows, maybe Vince McMahon and Brock will negotiate for him to return. You know how Vince loves more publicity with WWE and Brock is very controversial and popular. Vince “could” possibly welcome Brock back, but I don’t think it’ll happen.
I see this Undertaker and Brock public feud will escalate and get worse in the future. Maybe Undertaker could fight in UFC for one fight against Brock, if it’s all up to Dana, that might happen as well. These two guys will definitely be in the ring again somehow, whether’s it’s either WWE or UFC, either way. We’ll wait and see what happens.
Yes, I did watch UFC 121 last night. It was a good ppv. Like everyone else, I thought Brock was going to get the win no matter what. Knowing how tough Cain Velasquez is, I figure it maybe possible that Cain could give Brock a beatdown and win the whole thing. To my surprise, that exactly happened. Brock vs. Cain was a great fight. Cain wouldn’t let Brock get a chance at anything. The fight ends with Brock with a bloody face and a huge cut under his eye. It was a great feeling that Brock finally lost the belt. I knew someone out there could beat Brock, I didn’t think Cain would be that guy.
The other fights I didn’t really care for. I wish Dana White would retire Tito Ortiz already ’cause that guy is a crap fighter and a huge douche.
So at the press conference after the UFC 116 fight, Brock Lesnar revealed he’s writing an autobiography with the help of Paul Heyman and a ghost writer. I’m certainly am interested in buying it and will read it when ever it gets on the bookshelves at bookstores everywhere. It’s going to be an interesting book I think. He might go everything in detail about his life. Isn’t that the point of an autobiography? I’m interested in reading what his childhood was like all the way up to now.
When the book comes out though, he might have to take another break from UFC. Why? One word: Promotion. He’ll take more time off from UFC to promote the book on TV, do autograph signing book tours, and things like that.
I have a feeling that his book will have things that Vince McMahon won’t want to read ’cause Brock might say a lot of nasty things about him, and Brock might reveal shocking stuff on why him and Vince don’t get along. Plus, I’m sure he’ll talk about how he met with Sable (Rena Mero), they obviously met while working in WWE together, but Brock might explain more stuff about their relationship in the book. Of course, Brock will talk about the UFC in the book as well.
It sure will be a controversial book ’cause Brock is a controversial guy.
