Running… starting to get better at it!!!

In the past, I used to be horrible at running. I’m starting to do more of it at the Ymca in Greenwich on the treadmill. In the past, when I try to run I usually get tired by 10 minutes… then I slow down and walk the rest of the way. Now I’m no longer doing that.

I don’t know how people can run for miles and miles nonstop like they do ’cause I could never do that but I guess it takes a lot of practice to get good at running for a long time.

Well today at the gym, I ran on the treadmill for 4.3 mph for a full 30 minutes straight without slowing down at all… so I ran a little over 2 miles on it which is pretty good.

I took Arnold’s advice to never be afraid of failure in fitness and his advice worked. What helped me is that I listen to music on my Ipod while running which kept me motivated not to slow down.

I wanna do more running this summer. I should be doing running outside but I wanted to see how I do on the treadmill first.

I like doing my cardio. Biking, running or jogging are my choices. I do cardio all year round so I can keep my bodyfat low and keep my muscular physique.

I wanna get better at running ’cause it’s real good for ya.

The question is will I ever do those 5k races that sometimes the town does? Not sure yet but I’ll consider doing something like that in the future.

I’d like to get into more swimming too. I’m not the best swimmer anymore like I used to be. I don’t swim too much anymore so I forgot most of the swimming strokes so I don’t swim well like I used to but I would like to take swimming lessons again if I can find something.

Exercise is good. Yeah, I’m still going and feel real good.

Where are all the American flags in my hometown of Greenwich? Interesting observation here!!!

Most small villages and towns show their patriotism by putting flags all over but where all the flags in downtown Greenwich? Greenwich is my hometown. This facebook user brought up an interesting observation and it sparked a huge debate with the local people in comments.

Of course, this facebook user has some mixed responses. Some agree and some don’t. To the people who don’t agree are bashing this user, claiming it’s in poor taste calling out the Greenwich officials and Mayor.

I thought about posting this in my own facebook page but I don’t wanna deal with a huge debate so I would post it here on my blog.

I agree. Where are all the US Flags, Greenwich? Other villages and towns have them up but we don’t?

It makes me feel ashamed to live in Greenwich ’cause I’m starting to dislike this town. It isn’t just Greenwich that is being unpatriotic, it’s just that the USA as a whole has become more unpatriotic than ever thanks to Barack Obama and the White House for teaching America how to become unpatriotic.

It can’t be that hard to put flags up everywhere when other towns have done it. If you’re bashing this person for questioning the town’s “patriotism”, then you must be a liberal.  I wouldn’t be surprised that the Greenwich officials are unpatriotic liberals.

I thought what this person did was real good. Bravo!

Admittedly, I don’t really enjoy this town anymore… I would like to move somewhere else where’s there’s a lot to do like Saratoga Springs or Glens Falls or something like that.

What will it take to expose Obama for who he really is and bring him down? Don’t understand why it’s tough to do…

I can’t understand why it’s so tough to expose everything about Obama when it shouldn’t be that hard to do. Obama did good… covering all of his secrets and covering all of his tracks on his crimes pretty good. Spending millions of dollars to hide his personal info. Killing people who knows too much about him. When people know too much of his crimes and scandals… they’ll either be dead or in jail.

Gee, no wonder people in Congress are so afraid to be honest about Barack Obama in all of the hearings of those investigations… simply because they fear for their life of what Barack might do to them. That’s part of why nobody is talking ’cause they fear Barack Obama. After all those mysterious deaths, people aren’t talking ’cause they fear for their life. It isn’t because they’re defending Barack Obama and not because they’re helping him. I’m sure they wanna talk about Obama crimes and be real but they can’t. I’m sure Obama threatened their life privately that if they said anything, their lives would be in danger. That’s why people like Lois Lerner isn’t talking on the IRS scandals, that’s why Mike Morell isn’t talking on Benghazi and it’s why nobody is talking on Obama’s NSA spying.

Why are people so afraid to bring down this coward in the White House?

I wish someone out there will grow a spine and tell the truth about Obama, everything. Even if it takes sacrificing themselves for America and the people. It shouldn’t matter if they put their lives in danger. They should expose the truth if they really believe in America.

That’s the thing with Obama, ya know? If Obama finds out that somebody knows too much, you can expect that person to be next on his mysterious death lists before they even get to talk.

There’s no doubt that Obama is a madman and a killer. Obama doesn’t kill people himself, he just finds ways for other people to kill his targeted victims for him and finds ways to make it look like an accident so Obama wouldn’t get caught. I’m sure he hires hitmen as well. That’s why Obama hasn’t been caught yet for any of his murders.

I can’t stand how secretive and mysterious this man really is. It really does scare me, ya know? We’ve never had a president like this before.

Anyway, I feel that he will be taken down and exposed for what he is at some point ’cause he can’t run and hide forever, ya know? Criminals over the years tries to run and hide but it never works. They all get caught… no matter how long it takes.

What will it take to put Obama in trial for all the things he has done over the years? It’s amazing how much he has gotten away with and nobody will do anything about it.

I blame the media for the most part ’cause they agreed to help him get away with everything. They should be ashamed of themselves really. Liberals should be ashamed of themselves too.

Ya know, it doesn’t make a bit of sense to me why people would blame the rise of ISIS on Bush when ISIS didn’t even exist at all under Bush as president. George W. left office in 2009 so it was a long time ago.

I’ve seen articles on the White House blaming ISIS on Bush making the rounds of facebook and some are actually believing everything of what the White House press room says.

The last thing you wanna do is believe everything that comes out of the Obama White House. Especially the press conferences that he has there.

If you actually believe everything that comes out of the White House, then you are a dumb ass naive and uneducated moron.

That’s all the White House can do is play the blame game without any proof to back it up with. Look at the Benghazi video for proof on that. White House tried to blame the Benghazi attacks on a youtube video and there’s no proof on that.

If you’re gonna blame somebody or something, back it up with proof and facts. Of course, the White House never does and those stupid idiot liberals will believe everything they say.

Everything that comes out of Obama and the White House, liberals are gonna be like  *gasp* “Oh my god, Obama said something I agree with. He’s my hero. Kudos to him!”

It really is pathetic, ya know?

Liberals need to grow up. They really are the most childish people I’ve ever seen.

I can’t stand that Josh Earnest guy. He’s predictably 10x’s worse than Jay Carney. If you believe their lies, then I feel sorry for you.

Want to know why the “Dr. Of Common Sense” is the best channel in youtube? It’s because he promotes “common sense”.  “Common sense” in which a lot of people lack these days and I would think that’s why he created the channel to begin with. The media lacks common sense and most people in this society.

This guy gives people a realistic look at what’s going on in America and around the world. The things he says on his channel maybe brutal but he’s spot on almost all of the time.

All the stuff he says about Barack Obama is spot on too. A lot of people are afraid to talk about Obama truth but this ET Williams guy isn’t. If you wanna learn who Barry Soetoro really is, you should listen to the Dr. Of Common Sense.

I love this channel ’cause it’s so realistic and honest. I try to watch all of his videos as much as I can.

By the way, this ET Williams guy is neither a liberal or conservative ’cause he talks trash at both of them. This guy just wants to speak the truth which most people are afraid of these days.

I’m sure Obama himself and the media are afraid of that “Common Sense” youtube channel. ET Williams channel is pretty addicting stuff to me. I really enjoy his videos.

I don’t find any of his stuff on the channel offensive to me at all ’cause what ET Williams says about Obama and Michelle is the truth.

Seriously check out that channel above yourself if you got the guts.

Think about this a few minutes. Do you think an American born president would get asked by a Kenyan man wanting to marry his daughter in trade for a bunch of farm animals? I don’t think an American born president ever got such a crazy request. There’s no way in hell that Obama is American born. Everybody from Kenya knows that Obama was from there.

Watch the videos in youtube when Obama visited Kenya back in 2007 when he was Senator at the time. The Kenyans were “welcoming him back home” their hero. They’ll do the same when he visits Kenya again in July.

In reality, I do believe that Obama is not really offended by Felix’s request. I’m sure he thought it was kind of “sweet” and smiling from ear to ear. Who knows, maybe Barack will take upon Felix’s offer. After all, their Prophet Muhammed was a  pervert and a paedophile to begin with. Just something to keep in mind.

I’m no fan of the Obamas but that story making the rounds of the internet of the Kenyan lawyer wanting to marry Malia in trade for a bunch of animals is pretty creepy.

Here is Felix Kiprono’s facebook page and he’s denying it… trying to clarify what he said but the last thing you wanna do is trust him.

Ya better be careful there, Felix. Barack Obama doesn’t like to be messed with and you could be next on his enemies list. You should definitely back off asap.

Obama did a funny Q&A session on twitter earlier today about the fake “Climate Change”. Sure enough, a lot of haters asked him why he sucks as president and many bashed him, of course.

I love Alex Jones’s tweet, asking Barack if he visits Frank Marshall Davis’s grave. LOL! Alex has balls for that, I’ll commend him.
