Report: Freida Pinto teams up with Naomi Watts for new Woody Allen film!!!

I think I have another celebrity crush going. Her name is Freida Pinto, the “Slumdog Millionaire” star, who will next star in Woody Allen’s next film, “Whatever Works”, which will also star Naomi Watts.

The film also stars Josh Brolin and Anthony Hopkins.

Is this another lesbian movie? Will Freida and Naomi get it on? Wouldn’t surprise me if Woody is heading that direction ’cause he is a dirty old man.

Report: Andy Richter rejoins Conan O’ Brien for “The Tonight Show”…

Great to hear that Andy Richter and Conan are reuniting. I wonder how long Andy plans on staying with Conan for the next round?

Andy’s a funny guy.

I wonder whose Conan’s first celebrity guests will be when his first show will air in June? I’m sure there will be big name stars to help the ratings. We’ll find out soon.

Thought: Oscar night, for gays and lesbians?

Maybe Sean Penn’s “Oscar” win does have something to do with the homosexual theme after all, now that I think about it.

Penelope Cruz won for Best Supporting role for her lesbian character in, “Vicky Christina Barcelona”. The screenwriter for “Milk” , Dustin Lance Black, who is gay in real life won for Best Screenplay.

I think the Academy wanted the show to be for the gay and lesbian community as well.

But those who think Mickey Rourke got robbed, he didn’t get robbed at all. Sean Penn getting the win was the right choice to make. The Academy wanted to give the award to an actor who played somebody that was real. Harvey Milk was a real life guy, something that was a true story.

Mickey Rourke is a new star on the rise, so he got his first Oscar snub. Anne Hathaway is the same way as Mickey Rourke. Anne was up for “Best Actress”, and she didn’t win either.

Besides that, this is just an awards show, right? Who cares about a golden statue, and there’s always another time for Mickey to get nominated again if he picks the right role in the future. These actors don’t really care if they win or lose. Life goes on.

Them continuing to work on movies is more important than a awards show.  Mickey has finally got the recognition in his acting that he deserves, as long as he got nominated in the Oscars, that should be considered an award alone if you know what I mean.

Congrats to Mickey in all of his success. That alone should be more rewarding than an Oscar statue. Like I said, Mickey not winning maybe dissapointing, but Sean deserved it. Mickey getting nominated alone, is a good enough sign that he will one day win one.

Thought: Sean Penn getting angry public outrage for his Oscar win instead of Mickey Rourke!!!

Mickey Rourke didn’t win an Oscar last night. So what? Sean Penn deserves it, every step of the way. Those out there, slamming Sean Penn’s win for his role as Harvey Milk, don’t understand the talented actor Sean Penn is. I haven’t even seen the movie “Milk”, but I’m sure he did a great job. People are blaming the homosexual views of the character being responsible for the win, which I believe isn’t true. They gave the award to Sean because he’s simply one of the best actors in all of Hollywood.

This is Sean Penn’s second Oscar win as Best Actor. He first won for Best Actor for his role in “Mystic River”.

Those shitting on Sean Penn, are probably new and young Hollywood fans who probably tuned in to see Robert Pattison or the High School the Musical kids present awards. Do yourself a favor and see some of Sean Penn’s older films when he’s starring the leading role.

Some great Sean Penn movies that you should rent: “Mystic River”, “Dead Man Walking”, “I am Sam”, “The Interpreter”, “21 Grams”, etc. Just to name a few.

I kind of had a feeling that either Sean Penn or Brad Pitt were going to take the win instead of Mickey anyway. Mickey may win big at other award shows, but think about it, the other award shows are not as big as the Oscars. Mickey still has a long way to go to make his Oscar winning dream come true.

Winning an Oscar is a long road for an actor. It don’t happen for new and upcoming actors too much. Sean Penn is great and talented. Don’t diss the guy for his Oscar win, ’cause many movie fans don’t realize what it takes to be an actor.

Local musician turned writer?

The main reason why I’ve been thinking about switching gears from local music is ’cause I maybe switching careers. It’s kind of like Joaquin Phoenix backing down from movies to do something else. Well I could back down from local music to do something else. That is writing. Fiction writing. Becoming an author has been my original dream and I’m doing my best to make that a reality. If I can’t make a name for myself in music, why not get back into fiction writing, maybe I could make a name for myself doing that instead?

I actually want to publish my first novel sometime and I might just do that by self publishing it locally. I haven’t written any new novels or short stories yet, but will soon this year. I’ve been writing my whole life and the genre I’ve been interested in the most is horror and crime stories. I’ve been coming up with crazy story ideas as of late and will start writing them soon.

I plan to put up an author only website hopefully, once I get some stories finished and copywritten, so I can share them publicily. I want to get this fiction writing thing rolling soon, hopefully this year.

Report: Dan Aykroyd says “Ghostbusters 3” might go in production this fall…

Dan Aykroyd said the script for “Ghostbusters 3” is finished, ready to go, and all he needs now is to wait for the studio to say, “Yes, go ahead and make the film”. In other words, he needs to wait for the greenlight now. Hopefully they’ll get a response in the summer, and once they get the greenlight, they’ll start filming “Ghostbusters 3” this fall.

Very nice! Glad the film is still moving forward. I’m also looking forward to the video game as well.

My question is, who will direct “Ghostbusters 3”? Ivan Reitman or Harold Ramis? Either one of them choices would be good for me.
