Report: *sigh* “Duke Nukem Forever” delayed again for the 20th time, set for a June 14th release date…

Are we ever going to see this game on the shelves? Why are they taking so damn long to release it?

The game is supposed to have a lot more nudity in it, a lot of strippers in the game. Maybe this is the reason for the pushback. If you take a look at this article, there is a multiplayer game called, “Capture the Babe”, where you get to kidnap women and slap them.

More on it, here.

I just love how more video games are trying to have more sexual content in the games. Games like the new “Grand Theft Auto” series, “Heavy Rain”, and the “God of War” games all have nudity in them. “Duke Nukem” wants to take it to the next level.

All the sex is needed in Duke Nukem. Without the sexual content for Duke, then nobody would care. If you’ve played the older Duke games, there were strippers in the older ones but the graphics weren’t as great.

So the question is, when will we ever see this damn game on the shelves? I’ll believe it when I see it.

Wrestlemania 27 predicitions coming next week in next videoblog…

Since Wrestlemania 27 is just around the corner, I’m sure you all are wondering what my WM-27 predictions are. Instead of writing it all down here, I’m going to talk about it on my next videoblog. I will make it and upload it sometime next week, after RAW is over with.

We all know two obvious things that will definitely happen no matter what. Undertaker will win against Triple H (no way ‘Taker is losing the streak this soon) and John Cena will walk out WWE Champion which has been happening at WM every year lately. I will talk more about those two matches and the rest of the matches on video soon.

It’ll be fun. Looking forward to doing this.

Happy Birthday: Leonard Nimoy

Lets say happy birthday to another Star Trek actor. I wish Leonard wouldn’t retire from acting this soon. It’s understandable why he doesn’t want to play Spock anymore since he’s played the same character for over 20 years.

Both William Shatner and Leonard are inspirational to me. Leonard also turned 80 today. Happy Birthday to Spock! Live long and prosper!

Here is my favorite scene from “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan”.

Report: “Is the enemy of my enemy my friend, or the enemy of my friend, my enemy?” Warren Beatty wins Dick Tracy lawsuit!!!

Warren Beatty’s long legal battle with the Tribune Co. over the rights to his legendary Dick Tracy character is over. The judge has stopped the Tribune from scoring the rights to the character because the Tribune were going to make a TV show and a new movie, based on the character. The legal battle started when Warren Beatty in the Dick Tracy costume was going to do a half hour TV show with Leonard Maltin . Warren Beatty won everything and now Warren has full control of the Dick Tracy, character.

In 1990, Warren wrote, directed and starred the leading role in “Dick Tracy” which also starred Madonna, Al Pacino, and Dustin Hoffman.

Deadline, reports.

Now that Warren has the rights, what will his plans be for the character next? A TV series, re-boot film, or a sequel from the 1990 film? I’m willing to bet a remake is coming.

Winner of the Memento Blu Ray contest…

Well the “Memento” Blu Ray contest is over and we have a winner.

Congrats to Mike from Broadalbin, N.Y. I picked him, because he was the first one to get it right before anybody else, sent the answer in, early.

The question was:

“Who is the name of the artist and the name of the song being played at the end of the rolling credits of “Memento””…

ANSWER: David Bowie “Something In the Air”

I will mail him out the Blu Ray and poster hopefully on Monday.

I’ve asked Cinedigm to mail me a couple of more copies, they haven’t came yet. If they do send me a few more, I’ll mail out a few more to a few more winners. If they don’t send me anything at all, then don’t feel bad, I hope to do more Contest Giveaways in the future.

Thanks for those few people who actually entered.

DVD Review: Lemmy

So today, I’ve been watching the “Lemmy” movie, that I picked up on DVD a few days ago. I never bought any Motorhead albums, but I’ve heard so many songs on the radio of course. After seeing this DVD, really makes me want to start collecting Motorhead albums.

This movie, “Lemmy”, is so special. It’s one of the best music documentaries I’ve ever seen. Once you see the film, you’ll understand Lemmy Kilmister as a musician and as a person, 100%. With Lemmy’s image, the way he dresses and looks, he maybe kind of scary and mean looking, but in reality, he’s actually one of the friendliest musicians you could ever meet. Plus, Lemmy Kilmister isn’t the type of guy that would live in a private mansion, hire people to take care of him around the house, or have bodyguards everywhere he goes. He also doesn’t travel around in limo’s.

The truth about Lemmy is that he doesn’t live in a very big house. He lives in Los Angeles currently. He lives alone. His house is actually a mess, he doesn’t clean. He cooks his own food as well. Things he likes to do other than music, he likes to collect things. He also plays video games, casino slot machines and watches cartoons. Yes, they actually showed footage of Lemmy watching cartoons several times in the documentary.

The life of Lemmy Kilmister, he is just a regular guy keeping things casual, like all of us. He’s a very rich guy, yes, but when you watch this movie, you’ll know that he doesn’t live his life that way. If he wants to go to a bar to have a few drinks, he’ll go by himself. If he wants to go shopping for music at record stores, he’ll go.

I respect Motorhead. Do you know how a lot of legendary bands like the Rolling Stones, Zeppelin, the Who, etc. Break up and have long hiatus’s in between albums? Not Motorhead. They released their debut album in 1975 and the band kept going to this day, all the way up to their new album, “The World Is Yours” that they just released not too long ago, with no breaks in between. Motorhead kept releasing a new album year after year.

This was a very nice documentary, and it showed some deep insight about Lemmy Kilmister that you would never know about. He’s willing to meet fans in public everywhere he goes, so he treats his fans good. There are too many bonus extras on the disc, there’s a lot to go through. There’s live concert footage of Motorhead and extra footage from the documentary that was taken out of the movie itself.

If you’re a fan of music, you don’t have to be a fan of Motorhead to see this movie. The point of this movie is that this film wants to introduce Lemmy and Motorhead to newer fans of today’s generation. If you’re a longtime Motorhead fan, anyway, then this is a must see for you definitely, but I suggest new fans to check it out too. It’s a shame that Motorhead haven’t been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame yet, when they deserve that more than any other band out there.

The documentary includes other interviews with other famous rock stars such as Dave Grohl, Ozzy, Steve Vai, Alice Cooper, Slash, Duff McKagan, etc. Billy Bob Thornton has an interview with Lemmy in the documentary ’cause Billy Bob is friends with Lemmy.

This was a very good DVD and worth the purchase. It’s kind of expensive, but I was just dying to see this movie so I bought it anyway, but it’s worth it. I don’t see Lemmy ever retiring Motorhead. He’ll keep the band going until the day he dies, I’m sure. Pick up this on DVD or Blu Ray soon. You’ll love it too. It’s inspiring.

Rumor Killer: I am not training to fight anybody!!!

So I’ve bulked up over the last few years. People online have been noticing I’ve been training and becoming more muscular. Which started the rumor in youtube or wherever else, that I could be possibly training to fight a certain somebody. Not true!!!!! When you get into bodybuilding and fitness, violence is never the answer. Violence is illegal, no matter how tough you are. People assumed that I am training to fight the haters. LOL, not true, I repeat.

I train to look great and be healthy. I’m not a violent guy. Never was. I just never lay a hand on people. It is wrong to fight, but if someone attacked me first, then I’ll probably fight back for self defense, yes.

I just want to get the muscular and fit body. I’m not looking to beat up people at all, it’s just never been my thing. So I wish people would stop talking about it.

Report: Zack Snyder and Warner Bros. interested in Michael Shannon for main villain for the new “Superman” movie…

The casting for the next “Superman” movie just keeps getting better and better! Now Zack Snyder and the team are interested in Michael Shannon to play an unnamed villain for the next, “Superman” flick. I’ve never seen “Boardwalk Empire”, but I have seen him in plenty of films and other TV shows. His character in the movie, “Revolutionary Road” is what impressed me the most of that film that starred Leo Dicaprio and Kate Winslet. Michael Shannon is such an amazing actor that he would make a perfect villain for Superman. I can see why they badly want him. When Michael Shannon plays a villain in movies,  he’s really psycho and makes you want to hate the guy.

Of course, they are keeping Michael Shannon’s villain character for “Superman” top secret for now, but I have a feeling that he’s going to be none other than Lex Luthor. He would be great for Lex, in my opinion. He would make an even more psychotic Lex Luthor than Gene Hackman and Kevin Spacey, for sure. Gene and Kevin both played an ok Lex, but not evil enough. Michael would be perfect.

See the full story here, at Deadline.

Report: Sylvester Stallone to start his own men’s fashion business based on “Rocky” and “Rambo” characters…

Many people don’t know this, but other than being an actor, writer, director, & bodybuilder, Sylvester Stallone is also a business man. He was the one who helped start the “Planet Hollywood” restaurant with other movie stars. He started his own magazine in the 90’s for a while called, “SLY”, magazine. He also started the “Instone LLC” business which is a company that sells healthy supplemental products for bodybuilding/fitness. Not sure if he still has that in business or not.

Sly’s next business adventure, that he will start his own fashion clothing line for men. It will be mostly aimed for men around Sly’s age, but I’m sure people all ages could buy his stuff from there. Sly’s new clothing line will start next year in 2012. The clothing that the business will sell, will be based on the “Rocky” and “Rambo” movie characters. His goal with the company is that he wants men of his age to look like a “Rebel and a gentlemen”.

Read more about it, here.
