Report: Dolph speaks to the internet on working with Stallone again for, “The Expendables”…

Dolph Lundgren is having various interviews on the web to talk about his upcoming movie projects he’s directing and, “The Expendables” that he’s starring in.

I believe that the reason Dolph agreed to star in “The Expendables”, is to get some directing lessons from Sly. Dolph is a film director himself and in these interviews, he talked about how he learned a lot from Sly in film directing, when making action movies. Another reason Dolph agreed to sign on to “Expendables” was ’cause he loved the script.

Dolph talks about how it is so cool to be working with Sly again after all these years of not seeing each other.

“Expendables”, bigger than Rocky and Rambo? Sorry Dolph but I think Rocky and Rambo were Sly’s biggest films ever.

“Expendables” will be a smash hit with all the star power in it, yes, but it’s definitely not in Rocky and Rambo’s league.

This guy made this video blog to film “behind the scene” stuff for, “The Expendables”. He shows you the bikes that the guys will be riding in the film and you finally get to see Dolph on set!!! WOW!!! Dolph is looking fantastic! Rocky and Ivan Drago on the same set together! Amazing!

Report: Burglars tried to rob home in Spain, but fled the scene after realizing it was Dolph Lundgren’s home…

A couple of burglars tried to rob a home in Spain, where a woman was home alone and the burglars tied her up, threatening her with knives to give them jewelry, money, etc. As the burglars were searching this woman’s home, they spotted a family photo where action star Dolph Lundgren was in the picture with the same woman they just tied up. The burglars were like, “Oh shit, this is Dolph Lundgren’s home!!!” So they ran off.

Police are hunting down the attackers and still investigating. Things would have been differently if Dolph himself was home as Dolph is a pretty huge and muscular guy, he is also a martial arts master/expert.

Awwwww man, I wish Dolph was home to see the burglars break in. All I can see Dolph doing is giving his best Ivan Drago impression and saying those famous words, “I must break you”.

Of course, Dolph wouldn’t be home, he’s probably too busy with his next movie, “Command Performance” that he just directed himself, and he’s getting ready to film, “The Expendables” in New Orleans in a couple of weeks.

I’m sure he won’t be too happy when he hears about this news.

Report: UFC fighter, Randy Couture is casted in Stallone’s “Expendables”!!!

It is no secret to me that Sylvester Stallone is a huge fan of UFC. Stallone just casted legendary UFC fighter, Randy Couture, in “The Expendables”.

Report: First look at Dolph Lundgren’s “Command Performance”!!!

Action star Dolph Lundgren is serious about reviving his career. I think he’s had enough of making straight to video and straight to TV movies, that I think he’s ready to make a huge comeback to the big screen.

Dolph’s next movie he’s currently filming “Command Performance” which he plays a drummer in a rock n’ roll band. Dolph’s leading character goes to watch a female pop star concert (which he probably falls in love with in the film), then terrorists take over the concert and kidnap the Russian president which Dolph’s character must rescue. “Command Performance” sounds like it will be a mainstream movie, not a straight to video release because it’s being released by Nu Image/Millenium.

Dolph is also set to star alongside, Sly Stallone in “The Expendables” which will also be released by Nu Image/Millenium.

The movie “Command Performance”  sounds goofy and silly as all hell, but it still sounds like a fun movie to see. I’m looking forward to it.

And my god, that second picture of Dolph, he still looks ripped and buffed up.

Report: Stallone hires Robert Earl to produce “The Expendables”…

Sly Stallone just announced he just hired Robert Earl to produce “The Expendables” with him. Robert Earl is the CEO of Planet Hollywood restaurants/musuems. Earl revealed that he will heavily promote “The Expendables” at all Planet Hollywood sites across the globe, including the one in New York City in Times Square. So if you go to any of the Planet Hollywoods expect to see movie posters and cardboard cutouts of characters of the film “The Expendables” all over the place.

This article also confirms that Dolph Lundgren is definitely in the movie too.

Good to see this film moving forward.

I wonder who the female lead will be for “The Expendables”? Will he get an actress we’ve never heard of before like he always does or will he get a big name actress? Who knows. I’m sure we’ll hear about a female lead soon.

Edit to add: For a female lead, I think Sly should just get Talia Shire from the Rocky movies. Talia can play a different character in “The Expendables”. I’d like to see Sly and Talia together again!!!

Oh my, did I hear this correctly? Did Sly just say he’s looking to sign Dolph Lundgren for “Expendables”? Remember, Sly starred with Dolph in Rocky IV when Dolph played Ivan Drago. It be kick ass to see Sly and Dolph in a movie again!!! Hope Sly gets him.

Sly the man himself said so at the Transporter 3 premiere.

Report: Jean Claude Van Damme in for “Universal Soldier 3” but is Dolph Lundgren in?

Jean Claude Van Damme agreed to return to “Universal Soldier 3” which he starred the leading role in the first one but it looks like Dolph Lundgren is not coming back. Jean Claude wants Dolph back but the film makers didn’t cast Dolph’s character into the script.

Will it be a direct to DVD release or a theaterical nationwide release? Jean Claude said he is not sure yet.

The MTV Movies Blog said there is no hopes for a Jean Claude and Dolph reunion but never say never. Jean Claude says he really wants Dolph back, so maybe Jean Claude will talk the writers into writing Dolph’s character into the script. If Dolph does get in the film, then this is worth for a big screen release.

I really liked the first “Universal Soldier” film, it’s a great sci fi action adventure film.
