On top of that, to hell with Sony… why do people want ’em to release that movie now???

The hackers exposed Amy Pascal as a racist. They exposed them attacking celebrities and they exposed them thinking about suing Bill Murray and all kinds of crazy shit. They’ve been exposed as a shady company of what goes on behind the scenes. Yet, people still want them to release that movie? Who cares about Sony, yo. They kind of deserved what they’re getting anyways so fuck, Sony… let ’em suffer for all I care, ya know? Why are people calling them pussies when they have been pussies all along???

I’m not saying that the hackers are heroes for what they’ve done, I’m staying neutral on both of them. Who cares about Sony and who cares about that movie, “The Interview”, it doesn’t look that good anyways. Sony shouldn’t get the blame for this when the whole movie was Seth Rogen’s idea, he’s the one who created that story and he was one of the two directors.

Movie theaters across the US are pulling the movie ’cause they’re putting the people first… they’re putting us movie goers first. They care about movie fans and they just don’t want anything dangerous to happen to us. Sure, it may be possible that a terrorist attack on movie theaters won’t happen but ya never know, it could. It’s just a smart thing to do, ya know? Just my opinion. You can’t always be the, “Oh, I don’t think it’s gonna happen” type. You just never know if you go into the theater and the building explodes or planes fly into the buildings. Absolutely that stuff can happen, quit being so fuckin’ naive. Better to be safe than sorry. Movies delaying the film is all part of business too.

I’m just being realistic here ’cause that’s what I’m all about on my site.

Are movie theaters around the US doing the right thing cancelling “The Interview” due to Guardians of Peace threats???

Many theaters across the US are cancelling the Christmas Day opening of the controversial comedy film, “The Interview”… even the local movie theaters of Bowtie Cinemas in the Capital District are cancelling it too. Are movie theaters doing the right thing or are they cowards for letting the so-called, “terrorists” win?

I would have to say that movie theaters are doing the right thing. A threat like that should be taken very seriously. The Guardians Of Peace may or may not be “real” terrorists but ya never know. It’s a good idea to cancel the film’s opening release date just in case ’cause you never know that if you go to the theaters there could be bombs all over the theaters in America.

While it doesn’t look like a good movie anyways, it’s the best thing to do to take these threats very seriously. It’s a good idea ’cause I would do the same thing if I owned a movie theater.

You just never know if bombs were planted all over the theaters or someone could walk in with a suicide vest or a plane flies over and drops missiles on a theater. Any of that can happen.

I wouldn’t want to go to a movie theater that day when all of this is going on.

I will still see “The Interview” though, just not in theater. I’ll wait for rental on that one.

Sony getting hacked thoughts…

I think what’s going on with Sony is real sad. They don’t deserve that at all. Becoming a victim of hacking is not cool. Why are people doing this to them?

It could be that Kim Jong-un (Sp?) and North Korea are hacking Sony themselves as in retaliation for releasing that movie, “The Interview” w/ James Franco and Seth Rogen when they were told not to. Kim Jong-un threatened Sony not to release the film ’cause he felt it was offensive to him but of course, Sony ignored him and released the film anyways.

It could be that or the hacking could be by a bunch of losers with no jobs that have way too much time on their hands.

Sony getting hacked revealing top secret movie news that’s not supposed to be released yet, celebrities getting attacked like Angelina Jolie and Tom Hanks, many others. Crazy.

Hacking is becoming the next big thing in the technology world which is sad. That’s the way it goes, though. The bigger technology gets, the more it becomes “hacker” friendly.

I have no interest in seeing, “The Interview” film, by the way. I’ll still see it but I’ll wait for DVD rental for that one. I’m not really a big fan of either Franco and Rogen anyways. Both are terribly overrated actors and not that funny either. The only film I liked with James Franco in it was “127 Hours”.

Other than that, I hope Sony will be successful in finding out who is behind the hacking and hope they’ll get those responsible. It’s gonna be difficult, though. I don’t think they’ll ever find out who is behind the hacking ’cause it’ll be hard to trace them. They’re probably using proxy servers and all that stuff.

People who hack into others computers are usually people with no lives, though. They got nothing going on and that’s all they do.

Report: Nicolas Cage drops out of “Green Hornet”, will not play villain role…

Nicolas Cage was set to play the main villain of, Seth Rogen’s “The Green Hornet”, but not anymore. Cage apparently dropped out on the last minute when the crew were just beggining filming of the movie.

No reasons were explained as to why Cage dropped out but my bet is that knowing that Cage is a huge fan of comic books and superheroes himself, he knows what’s good and what’s bad. Well I’m sure he probably thought Seth Rogen’s take on the “Green Hornet” was bad.

Film Review: Funny People

Starring: Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, Eric Bana, Jason Schwartzman, Leslie Mann, and many more…

Directed by: Judd Apatow

So on a day off of work, I just came back from the mall to check out, the new Adam Sandler movie, “Funny People”. I have been interested in seeing this flick for quite a while and here is my review:

Plot/synopsis: Adam Sandler plays a comedian/actor named George Simmons, he is a famous man that is living life to the fullest until he learns from his doctor that he is very sick, and has very little time to live. He learned that he has a blood disorder that is incurable.

Ira Wright (Seth Rogen) is an amateur stand up comic who dreams of becoming a famous stand up. George Simmons and Ira Wright first meet up when they perform stand up at the same club. George hires Ira has his comic writer and opening act at all of his stand up shows. Ira tries to help George bring his comedy career up to a positive note so he can go out in his death in a good way. George then tries to reunite with one of his old girlfriends so he can try to be happy before he dies.

Many people online were saying this movie wasn’t that great, some are saying it wasn’t that funny that they thought it would be. I would disagree. I thought this film was absolutely fantastic all the way through! This movie was immensely enjoyable throughout! I wasn’t bored one bit and was entertained.

The acting of the entire cast was superb, impressive acting skills by all of them, Adam, Seth, Jonah, Jason, Leslie, etc. Adam’s acting was the best of the entire cast though.

This is Adam Sandler’s most realistic comedy film ever. Maybe that’s why certain people didn’t enjoy this film ’cause they were expecting it to be a LOL fest like all other typical Adam Sandler flicks. They were expecting this film to be like, “The Waterboy” or “Happy Gilmore” or something but this new movie, “Funny People” is a completely different Adam Sandler movie.

Most of Adam’s acting skills seem the same, but sometimes he brings the good acting chops. I thought Adam’s acting was pretty amazing in this flick, he pulled it off. Wow. Oscar nomination potential for Best Actor for Adam in “Funny People”? I think it’s a possibility! “Funny People” is not Best Picture worthy for an Oscar, but Adam certainly does deserve for Best Actor in it.

Of course, like many other Adam Sandler movies, there are a string of cameos by other celebrities. Celeb cameos in the film such as James Taylor, Myspace founder Tom Anderson (no kidding, he’s in this movie), Eminem, Ray Romano, Henry Rollins, Norm MacDonald, Sarah Silverman, etc.

“Funny People” was a mix of drama and comedy. I thought it was pretty funny all the way through. A very serious comedy that is very real and insightful.

Try to remember that before Adam Sandler was famous, he started out as an improv stand up comic, that is probably why he agreed to do this movie since it may have reminded him of his past.

I think this is indeed one of the best films of 2009 other than JJ’s “Star Trek”. Definitely check it out!!!

Score for “Funny People” = **** (4 stars as in “Excellent”)

Report: Nicolas Cage and Cameron Diaz in talks to star in “The Green Hornet”…

Cameron Diaz and Nicolas Cage are both in negotiations to star in, “The Green Hornet” which stars Seth Rogen in the leading role as the superhero crime fighter. Cameron Diaz will be playing a news reporter who is also a love interest of the Green Hornet. Nic Cage will be playing a gangster villain.

Cage has just finished filming, “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” and “Bad Lieutenant”.

Chinese martial arts actor, Stephen Chow, was originally going to direct and star in, now he has dropped out of the movie completely.

I don’t think Nic Cage ever played a villain in a movie before. If he already did, point me out. Nic playing a villain will be interesting.
