Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor finally revealed!!!

Entertainment Weekly did an article on the upcoming, “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” film and the magazine exclusively revealed what Jesse Eisenberg looks like as Lex Luthor. I remember when this movie first started happening, people were upset with the casting. People shitted on Zack’s choices as Ben Affleck as Batman and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex.

When Zack finally revealed Ben as Batman, people were actually impressed with it after all the hating they did. Now everyone seems to be impressed with Jesse as Lex after all the shit-talking.

What is it with people being so quick to judge negatively on something they haven’t seen and once they see it they treat it all positively all of a sudden? Same thing happened with Zack’s first Superman movie, “Man of Steel”.

It’s really crazy, ya know? All the flip-flopping people do.

Sorry to say but I always had faith in Zack Snyder. The man knows what he’s doing. His casting choices maybe kind of weird, yes but the man is a genius and he knows what he likes and what he doesn’t like. Zack is clearly doing whatever is right for the character and that’s what it’s all about, ya know what I mean?

Can’t wait to see the next film!

Zack Snyder reveals Jason Momoa as Aquaman for “Dawn of Justice/Justice League”…

Here is what former “Game of Thrones” star Jason Momoa looks like as Aquaman for the upcoming “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “The Justice League” films.

I love it! Zack definitely knows what he’s doing. To be honest, Jason still looks like his “Game of Thrones” character, Khal Drogo but meaner and tougher!!!

Can’t wait for “Dawn of Justice”!!!!

TV director, Michelle Maclaren to helm her first big budget big screen movie… “Wonder Woman” it is…

If I remember correctly, Michelle Maclaren was the one who directed that one shocking, “Walking Dead” episode that I remember. That one episode when the Walking Dead cast had that big barn shootout and Carol’s daughter ended up being a walker.

Michelle also directed a few episodes for other iconic TV shows such as “Game of Thrones” and “Breaking Bad”. Looking at her filmography, I don’t think she ever did big budget films so I guess you can consider, “Wonder Woman” being her directorial debut for the big screen. She spent many years of her life working on TV and it must be amazing for her to get asked by Warner Bros. to helm the “Wonder Woman” standalone movie.

Gal Gadot will still star as Wonder Woman for the film as well.

I hope Michelle does a good job and makes us a good “Wonder Woman” movie. I think it’s finally time for female superheroes to get the spotlight.

I know Warner Bros. have been trying very hard to make a “Wonder Woman” big screen movie since 1996 but they never got it off the ground until now. I remember Joss Whedon was originally attached to write and direct “Wonder Woman” but later on he changed his mind and said no so the film didn’t happen.

Gal Gadot has a busy career up ahead of her. She’s gotta star in “Batman Vs. Superman”, then her “Wonder Woman” movie and then the upcoming “Justice League”.

I’m sure Michelle will make the “Wonder Woman” film fun and exciting. Looking forward to seeing what she’s gonna do with the film. Congrats to Michelle on a big opportunity.

Finally, “Supergirl” is getting another chance in Hollywood but to the small screen for now…

I remember seeing the 1984 “Supergirl” film starring Helen Slater who played Supergirl (as pictured above). I thought the “Supergirl” film with Helen Slater was great but sadly that franchise only lasted for one film ’cause it was a box office failure. Still a great film, though. I thought Helen Slater was an awesome Supergirl.

Finally this character is getting another chance. Not on the big screen but the small screen. An actress hasn’t been hired for the new Supergirl yet.

I really like the Supergirl character and hopes she makes her way back on the big screen sometime in the future. Maybe she will if this TV series is a hit???

I remember NBC and DC teamed up together to make a new “Wonder Woman” TV series but they killed that project. Hopefully “Supergirl” TV show will be a success.

Zack Snyder finally reveals new Wonder Woman!!!

As expected, I knew Zack was gonna give Wonder Woman a completely different look. Something different than the usual red, white, yellow and blue costume. I like the new Wonder Woman costume. I’m glad Zack still made her sexy and hot looking the way she’s supposed to be. She has a new weapon I see, a sword and I see she still has her lasso which is a good thing. Glad Zack didn’t ditch the lasso, you can still see it.

People complained that she’s too skinny? I agree but maybe that’s the way Zack wanted her? Zack probably wanted her to be skinny. He didn’t want Gal Gadot to be similar to Lynda Carter. Gal’s Wonder Woman doesn’t show cleavage while Lynda Carter did. Even though this Wonder Woman doesn’t show cleavage, still sexy though. Glad she’s still showing legs.

When Gal Gadot was first announced as Wonder Woman, she got a lot of negative criticism and now this photo has finally came out, she is getting nothing but praise now. Weird isn’t it? This is why you shouldn’t negatively judge early. Zack knows what he’s doing.

I love the new Wonder Woman. Great job Zack!!!

Now lets see a pic of Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor soon please.

Close up of Ben Affleck’s, Batman…

In celebration to Batman’s 75, Zack Snyder just released this photo on twitter. Close up of Batman’s face. I’ll have to say that I’m very impressed. Definitely looks more like George Miller style for sure! Batman looks a lot older too. I can see why Zack got himself a hard-on for Ben ’cause Ben’s mouth looks awesome through the mask. Pretty intense.

Now I wonder how Ben’s speaking voice for Batman is gonna sound like??? Will the new Batman have a deep growling voice kind of like Bale’s or will it be something different? I think it will be something different ’cause this Batman is clearly trying to stay away from the Nolan stuff. Maybe this Batman will speak normally. We’ll have to wait and see when the trailer comes out.

Happy 75 years, Batman!!!

In celebration of Batman day today, I thought it would be cool to make this post. Like most, I am a pretty huge fan of Batman myself. I love the character. The stories. All the creative villains.

I’m not a very big comic book reader but I did read Batman comics as a kid and sometimes I still read Batman graphic novels.

I’m still a lifelong Batman fan. Obsessively watched the old TV series with Adam West and Burt Ward. Watched all the Batman big screen movies over the years. Out of all the Batman actors over the years: Adam West, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney and Christian Bale. You’d have to ask which one who I think was the best Batman??? Some may find this pretty crazy but I always thought Adam West made the best Batman. He felt more realistic and he had personality than all the others. Keaton was great. Bale was pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. Kilmer and Clooney were terrible.

Even though I didn’t think Bale was the greatest Batman, I did love the Nolan movies though. I just liked them for the stories. “Batman: Begins”, “The Dark Knight” and “The Dark Knight: Rises” were all pretty amazing flicks. It really is too bad that Nolan couldn’t do one more Batman flick when he could have if he wanted. He spent many years on the Batman flicks so I can’t blame him for finally wanting to move on. I really wanted to see Nolan’s take on the Riddler and the Penguin.

I think Ben Affleck could do a good job on Batman, though.

Batman is the coolest superhero ever ’cause he’s one of the very few superheroes who doesn’t have any powers. He’s an actual human being who have to fight crime with good fighting skills and gadgets. All of his villains are mostly crazy and insane people with different costumes and makeup.

He’s definitely one of my favorite characters.

I am also looking forward to that new Batman TV show called, “Gotham” which will air on FOX later this Fall… looks like a pretty cool show and I’m gonna check it out to see if it’s any good.

Happy 75 years, Batman and I’m sure there will be 75 years more.

New photo of Superman released for “Superman vs. Batman: Dawn of Justice”…

Superman

GeorgeReeves

The first photo above is the new screen shot still from “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn Of Justice” released by Zack Snyder and Warner Bros. As you can see there has been a slight change in Superman’s costume and look. Superman’s hair is different. As you can see they combed it back which is kind of like a homage to George Reeves, Superman. I see that Snyder is still avoiding the S curl in Superman’s hair which is good.

In Cavill’s new costume, the abs are slightly different and the cape looks kind of different too.

I’m liking it!

I’m sure we’ll see another pic of Ben as Batman soon and we’ll get to see what color the new suit is for Ben’s Batman. I’m sure they’ll give us a pic of the new Wonder Woman too. They’ll give us a pic of Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor too.

Jason Momoa has been signed to play AquaMan but nobody has been casted for the Flash or the Green Lantern yet. It’ll be interesting on who they’ll cast for the Flash and the Green Lantern.

Snyder gives Clark Kent a new look? No glasses and fedora hat???

10306077_497573937052993_6792608689780985111_n

New set pictures leaked to the web of Zack Snyder’s “Batman vs. Superman:  Dawn of Justice” film. Here you see Henry Cavill on set which looks to be a large green screen room. So Snyder is ditching the usual Clark Kent image? As you can see, the new Clark is still wearing the suit and tie but no glasses and fedora hat.

From what I remember, the new Clark Kent was revealed at the very end of “Man of Steel” and the new Clark was indeed wearing glasses. If I remember correctly, the new Clark put on the glasses while going up in an elevator at the Daily Planet.

Maybe Clark still does wear glasses. Maybe Henry just doesn’t wear them on set while they’re not filming? Look like he’s just taking a little break or something.

All the ladies love this guy, though. The women thinks he’s good looking. Of course he have to be good looking or else Superman wouldn’t work.

Definitely looking forward to “Dawn of Justice”. I’m sure Snyder will give us another action packed ride!

Warner Bros. reveals subtitle for “Batman vs. Superman” film and new logo…

This is pretty sweet!!! The new Batman logo is getting a lot of mixed criticism but I like it. The logo is trying to keep away from the Michael Keaton and Christian Bale design. Totally original!

I’m sure this film will be just as good as “Man of Steel”!

I guess everyone can easily predict on how this movie is gonna go so this movie might be a bit too predictable. Batman and Superman will be enemies throughout most of the movie… then they team up to form Justice League at the end of the film. They might surprise us with something different, though.

When are they gonna show us the new Wonder Woman? Hopefully soon.

Kev

Edit to add: I just wanted to add, noticed how the background is kind of blue. Maybe that’s a sign that Batman’s new suit will be colored blue after all???
