Howard Stern on Piers Morgan tonight…

Yes, I watched it. It was a great show too. Howard is entertaining like he usually is. Basically, Howard just went on his show to explain himself. To get people to understand him better. Howard did a great job too. If you ever wondered why Howard is obsessed with sex so much, he was honest and open about that. He explained how he is fascinated by sex and how people get into it. He doesn’t have sex with other women though since he is married and he is faithful to his wife. Howard sure is not afraid of asking personal and sexual questions to people. If people refuse to answer sexual questions by Howard, the guy will talk you into it. For those who listen to him on Sirius, Howard will reveal your sexual life to the public. Piers asked him about all that stuff too. It was interesting.

Sex stuff aside, I loved it when Howard bashed Larry King and Jay Leno. He talked a lot about Robin Quivers, his side kick. He talked about his parents, career. He even talked about music and admitted he is a big fan of Miley Cyrus.

I don’t like Piers Morgan but I just watched this show for Howard. I’m sure it did well in the ratings too, ’cause Howard has a lot of fans and he is very popular.

Thought: The Golden Globes was actually a pretty good show…

I was pretty happy with the winners tonight. It’s no surprise to me that the “Social Network” was going to win big. David Fincher won for Best Director and “The Social Network” won for Best Motion Picture. Look at the winners on their site, here.

The awards went to the right people this year. I was kind of disappointed that Michael Douglas didn’t win, but Christian Bale deserved it too. I loved Bale in, “The Fighter”. It was a big shocker to me that Natalie Portman won for “Black Swan”. I didn’t think Natalie would get it. I was rooting for Jennifer Lawrence or Michelle Williams, but Natalie ended up getting it. Natalie getting the win was another disappointing thing about the Globes, I still stand by it, that her performance in “Black Swan” is not that award worthy.

I was also happy for Steve Buscemi and Paul Giammati, both are fine actors and very underrated. I don’t watch “Boardwalk Empire”, but Steve Buscemi is a great actor, I’ve watched his movies for years. Melissa Leo winning for the “Fighter” was a bit of a shocker too, I didn’t think she get that. Melissa Leo played Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg’s mother in “The Fighter”.

I was thrilled for Al Pacino. I have seen, “You Don’t Know Jack” on HBO a few times, and yes, it was a pretty amazing film. Pacino’s best acting in a long time, so that award is well deserved. Pacino have been a favorite actor of mine for years, I’ve seen all of his flicks. Pretty much all of them.

Now you have an idea what the Oscars would be like this year. The winners will probably be the same for the Oscars as well.

I loved it when Michael Douglas went up there to present an award, he got a pretty emotional standing ovation from the crowd. So the celebrities know about his throat cancer which he doesn’t have anymore. Douglas is cured. When the audience gave Michael a standing ovation, you can see sad looks on their faces, so you can tell they were feeling sad for Michael. Michael is a great actor too, loved a lot of his movies. “Falling Down” and “Traffic” are two of my favorite movies of his. I haven’t seen “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps” yet, but plan to check it out soon.

Ricky Gervais did a good job hosting. Rude & crude, and funny like he always is. I like Ricky, he’s a funny as hell. I do watch “The Ricky Gervais” show sometimes. The Robert Deniro speech was pretty amazing as well.  Golden Globes this year was pretty decent.

Cool Video: Andy Sandberg gets drunk with Pee Wee on SNL…

Well, Saturday Night Live last night with Gwyneth Paltrow wasn’t that great. Gwyneth wasn’t a good host and she was pretty boring. There is one segment that I liked last night, the skit where Andy Sandberg gets drunk with Pee Wee Herman, and then they cause trouble in NYC. Who knew that Anderson Cooper had acting skills? Even Anderson did a good job. This skit was very entertaining, of course, anything that involves Pee Wee is entertaining. Please get Pee Wee to host SNL ’cause he deserves it too, Pee Wee never hosted SNL before, believe it or not.

Report: “The Walking Dead” to hit DVD/Blu Ray on March 6th!!!

“The Walking Dead” fans, get ready to mark your calendars, because the hit TV show is coming to DVD/Blu Ray on March 6th!

See, the Hollywood Reporter, here.

I will sure be getting my own copy! I’ll be getting it on DVD. I don’t collect Blu Ray’s yet. While Blu Ray is impressive, I like to watch movies on DVD better. Whenever DVD gets off the market, then I’ll start collecting Blu Ray. DVD will be around for a while longer though.

I’m disappointed that we have to wait for another year or two for “Season 2” of the show.

Cool Video: Alf to director, “Goddamn Hoodoo”…

Controversial Alf footage have been leaked to the web. They are just bloopers. Actors and film crew joking around on camera. Well here is a bloopers reel that have never made it on DVD for obvious reasons. Alf snorting cocaine off a desk, saying, “Goddamn hoodoo” after messing up a line, saying “Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, N**R, N**R, N**R”, calling a film crew guy an asshole, trying to get laid with Lynn Tanner, etc. I would imagine this footage was meant to be kept locked up and stored away, but of course, I bet someone stole it and leaked it to the web to try and make Alf, look bad.

I don’t know about you, but I’m not offended by this stuff at all. They’re just joking around and having some fun. I think the film crew got bored with a family friendly Alf, and they wanted him to go all obscene for laughs. I thought it was pretty fucking funny and had a good laugh watching this. LOL! Enjoy!

Report: HBO to air Pee Wee Herman Broadway show live on Jan. 2nd!!!

Are you just dying to see Pee Wee Herman, live in Broadway, but you aren’t able to get tickets and can’t go? Not too worry! HBO just scored a deal to air the Pee Wee’s Playhouse Broadway show live on Jan. 2nd. Be sure to mark your calendars and get your DVR’s ready. I’m definitely watching this!

Deadline, reports.

As the article said, it was HBO that helped make the debut of Pee Wee Herman, 30 years ago. That was long before Paul Reubens fame and fortune. He was an unknown back then. Then Tim Burton got him for “Pee Wee’s Big Adventure”.

Brock praises last night’s episode of SNL with Jeff Bridges!!!

So I stayed up late last night and watched the whole episode of SNL that Jeff Bridges hosted. I was impressed with the show. It was really good. Saturday Night Live used to suck balls, big time. Which is why I stopped watching for a long while, but SNL were on FIRE last night. It was such a good show, I wasn’t bored and they didn’t make me fall asleep. I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time either. Jeff Bridges did a great job as expected. The Cookie Monster appearance was golden. I was expecting John Goodman to appear as Walter from the “Big Lebowski” movie but that didn’t happen sadly. Other than that, it was such a great show. The segments were really good. Especially the Miley Cyrus show which they made fun of her bong controversy, The Kardashian impersonators was a really good scene, and I liked the Weekend Update.

Best of all, I loved the Eminem and Lil Wayne performances. They were so good and amazingly tight. I’m not into rap music much but Eminem and Lil Wayne, wow, they put on quite the show. I hope Lil Wayne stays out of trouble and stays out of jail ’cause he is talented. He did better than Eminem honestly. Even though I like Eminem, it seems to me that Lil Wayne should have been the musical guest alone. Rap music being performed with real instruments and a real back up band? That’s why that performance gets my respect. You can like rap music or hate it, you can’t deny the talent in Lil Wayne. There’s something special about that guy. That’s why Lil Wayne is in the headlines all the time.

This is such a great performance, I had goosebumps watching it. The performance was haunting. Congrats to Lourne Michaels and SNL gang, keep up the great work! Proud of you guys! 🙂

Watch it below.
