Report: Rosie O’ Donnell to get her own “Variety Show” on NBC prime time…

NBC has greenlighted Rosie O’ Donnell to get her own TV show for prime time. “Rosie’s Variety Show” will air on Nov. 26 at 8 p.m. live in New York City. The show is basically the same deal as Letterman/Leno/O’ Brien. The “Rosie Variety Show” will feature comedy skits in the beggining, celebrity appearances, and live musical performances by famous bands/artists.

Variety Reports:

I am predicting that this won’t last long. The first episode will get low ratings and then NBC will cancel the show on her because no one likes loud mouth Rosie.

NBC must be delusional if they think America will watch this.

BREAKING NEWS: Neil E. Boyd wins “America’s Got Talent” this year…

What an unexpecting surprise! Neil E. Boyd wins “America’s Got Talent” this year, yep, he wins the million dollars and gets to headline the Las Vegas show.

I was hoping either Nuttin’ But Strings or Queen Emily would win it, but Neil E. Boyd ended up getting the win.

Neil E. Boyd is talented though. I dig opera music myself sometimes.

Report: “Friday Night Lights” Season 3 will debut on DirectTV tonight but not yet on NBC!!!

If you own DirectTV sattelite, you’ll get the opportunity to see the first episode of “Friday Night Lights” for Season 3 tonight. Look on your onscreen sattelite DirectTV guide to see what time and what channel it is on.

Last year, the show “Friday Night Lights” came this close to getting cancelled for good due to low ratings, but DirectTV made a deal with NBC to get Season 3 greenlighted since there are still a lot of fans that watch the show.

Season 3 will be 13 episodes this year. Season 3 will debut on NBC sometime after the Superbowl.

I’m sure the first episode of FNL Season 3 will get leaked on the internet somewhere.

I don’t watch too much cable TV but “Friday Night Lights” is one of the TV shows I love that I watch on a regular basis whenever it is on. I haven’t missed one episode. I watched all of Season 1 and Season 2. Can’t wait for Season 3!!!

Report: Donald Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice” casted…

Donald Trump has chosen his cast for this year’s “Celebrity Apprentice”. For this year’s “Celeb Apprentice” includes celebrities such as singer Brian McKnight, funny man Tom Green, NBA star Dennis Rodman, country singer Clint Black, standup comic Andrew Dice Clay, ice skating legend Scott Hamilton, talk show legend Joan Rivers (barf), and more.

TMZ reports:

Tom Green and Andrew Dice Clay would make the show more entertaining. Those two guys will piss the Donald off pretty quickly that it won’t be long for them to hear those two words.

Thought: What songs will Springsteen and the E Street band perform at the Superbowl?

My predictions in order: The show kicks off with the song “Radio Nowhere” (from the album Magic), “Into the Fire” (from the album The Rising), Working On the Highway (the song has a Florida theme to it, Born In the USA), Dancing In the Dark (Born In the USA), and the performance will end with “Born In the USA” the song title track of the album to give the show a political feeling.

Listen to “Working On the Highway” below and see why it would be appropriate if they did this song. Feel free to make your predictions.

Report: Denis Leary slams Emmy award show hosts for bad timing in jokes and not being funny enough…

Legendary stand up comic, Denis Leary, criticized and bashed the hosts of this years “Emmy” award show. Ryan Seacrest, Heidi Klum, Tom Bergeron, Howie Mandel and Jeff Probst who all hosted the show were blasted by Leary saying that the 5 hosts were telling jokes in bad timing and Leary thought the jokes weren’t funny enough. Leary says he was half excited to be there and half bored at the same time. He also says, he should have been the one hosting the entire show himself.

More on it here:

Leary is a comic veteran. He has tons of comic experience. So he speaks the truth and speaks from the heart. I didn’t see the “Emmy’s” this year and don’t care to see it.

I agree with Leary that he is the one that should have hosted it, if he did, I would have watched the “Emmy’s” just for him, because Denis Leary is the fucking man! HE RULES!
