BREAKING NEWS: Sting is on his way to WWE!!! WOW!!!

WWE is trying to get us to play these guessing games again. WWE aired this video tonight on RAW. The video is a teaser of a wrestler coming to WWE. It’s none other than Sting, obviously. How do I know?  If you read the comments in WWE’s facebook page, most people are guessing a variety of wrestlers. From the Undertaker, to Awesome Kong, to Jeff Hardy, to Batista, etc. LOL. That’s because they are new WWE fans. They don’t know WCW history too well. Those that are naming, Sting, got it right.

Why would it be Sting? I mean, watch the video. The rain and thunder. If you look at the video closely, you can see the scorpion somewhere. Plus, the long black leather coat. The music is very similar to Sting’s older entrance’s from WCW.

Those people who think it’s the Undertaker is really delusional. It’s not ‘Taker ’cause ‘Taker have always been a Smackdown guy. Sting and Undertaker shouldn’t be on the same show anyway.

Who would Sting feud with when he arrives in WWE on the 21st of this month? I would think Sting would go after who has the WWE title.

Brock reviews WWE RAW in Albany!!!

So I went to WWE RAW in Albany last night. It was a great show. I had a fun time. I had a feeling that the final RAW of 2010 would be a good one, they usually are. No big superstar returns, but my prediction of Nexus kicking out Wade Barrett from the group was right. A shocker at the end of RAW happened, CM Punk is now leader of Nexus replacing Barrett. (See video below)

It was a great ending to last night’s RAW, it was perfect. Of course, all the Cena fans walked out of the show with sad and disappointed looks on their faces. Believe it or not, Nexus has a lot of fans too as there were a lot of people wearing Nexus shirts and holding Nexus signs in the audience. Which means that Nexus isn’t going away anytime soon people.  As long as the group is selling shirts, they’ll stick around for a long time. The Nexus is the most successful wrestling stable in the WWE.

Other thoughts on last nights show. WWE RAW opened up with a show called, “WWE Superstars” which is a weekly short show aired on Thursday nights on channel WGN. It started off with a match against Abraham Washington and some other wrestler, I don’t know who. The next match was William Regal against the other guy. I don’t watch “WWE Superstars” that much so I don’t know the wrestlers on that roster, except I am familiar with Abraham Washington who is getting very popular already. Abraham got a lot of heat and boos from the crowd, so I think Abraham is going to get moved to  RAW at some point here.

In the opening show of RAW, John Cena was the first to come out, of course, like always. He came out to the ring to start a speech to confront, CM Punk. CM Punk comes out and Cena/Punk got into conversation about Vickie Guerrero. I was hoping Vickie Guerrero would come out that night, but she didn’t. She wasn’t there. Then Punk and Cena starts talking about how their going face each other later that night.

The first match after that promo, was Santino Marella (w/Tamina by his side) wrestled a match against Ted Dibiase Jr. It was a short match, but Santino ends up winning it. The next match was John Morrison vs. Alex Riley, which Morrison won, of course, the Miz was by Alex’s side but the Miz was sent to the back by the Ref ’cause the Miz kept interfering and getting in the way. The next match was Mark Henry vs. Tyson Kidd, another quick match that didn’t last long, Henry won of course. Kidd’s Bodygaurd, Jackson Andrews, confronted Mark Henry, two big giant men stared eye to eye in the ring. Mark Henry ends up beating down, Jackson Andrews, and Mark Henry celebrated the moment with the fans. Next up was Jerry “The King” Lawler vs. The Miz, Lawler actually wrestled a lot and he was actually pretty good. Lawler won with the help of John Morrison. I thought it was pretty amazing seeing Lawler wrestle and witnessing him winning. Lawler who is a legend and a Hall of Famer.

Next up, was the Divas match, Melina & Alicia Fox vs. Eve Torres & Gail Kim. Melina and Alicia Fox won of course, after the match, Natalya Neidhart (who is the daughter of Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, btw)  went up to slap Melina across the face for payback of last week’s RAW when Melina attacked Natalya. This actually a pretty exciting match. I’m glad I got the honor to see Melina who is a favorite of mine. It was also great to see Natalya, the daugther of a legend and a family member of Bret “The  Hitman” Hart as well.

Next, was Daniel Bryan vs. Zack Ryder, Daniel won of course. It was a great opportunity to see Daniel Bryan who I had my eye on for a long while. He’s a great talent. After that match, the Anonymous GM rang in and announced to Jerry Lawler that he had a New Year’s suprise, guess what, Lawler got the beat down by the Miz as for payback from earlier. Of course, there were lots of strong boos all over the arena.

Now here is the  main event with Randy Orton vs. Sheamus. It was great seeing these two guys live. Randy won of course, it was a clean match with no interferences. After the match got over witih, Cena came out to confront CM Punk, but instead Nexus comes out announcing they got a new leader replaced. Like I said, CM Punk is now the official leader.

What is next for Wade Barrett? I’m thinking Wade Barrett would go babyface, not a heel. So he can join Cena to fight against the Nexus. It was actually a good RAW. I’m glad we only heard from Anonymous GM only once. That laptop computer thing is annoying. They’ll reveal the GM at the Royal Rumble or sometime before the PPV. Last night was actually an exciting show. I’ll watch it again on my DVR.

Yes, I’m still going to Monday Night RAW tonight

Well that was quite a blizzard over night! Yes, I’m still going to WWE Monday Night RAW at the Times Union Center in Albany, tonight. The show is still on. Why? Simply put, WWE don’t postpone or cancel their shows no matter the weather conditions. They are committed at what they do. So yeah, the WWE crew and all the RAW superstars are in Albany today, and safely too.

The main event for the night is a tag team match with John Cena/Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett/the Miz w/ Michael Cole as the special guest referee. My prediction on that match is that the Nexus group will be involved and someone is going to get the beatdown by the Nexus. Who? I have a feeling it might be Wade Barrett, the groups leader, the Nexus. There have been signs that Nexus members were going to kick their leader out of the group and it might happen tonight.

Looking forward to seeing all the superstars and the Divas performing for us Albany peeps. Also, this is the final RAW of 2010, so this is a big event for them. Something big will happen tonight. Yeah, we’re probably gonna have to put up with the Anonymous RAW GM laptop thing and deal with John Cena take over the whole show like usual, but it’s still going to be fun.

Some may think I have seen WWE live a lot. Well, honestly, I haven’t. I only saw WWE shows in the past like 3 or 4 times in my life. So this will be my first RAW live show ever. I will be going with family members that are fans of WWE. I’ll write about it when I get back. Oh, and of course, I will record this on my DVR, in hopes of me getting spotted on TV!

Thought: Dave Batista is the RAW anonymous General Manager, pretty sure it’s him…

So the RAW GM is definitely not Michael Cole, Jim Ross, Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Mick Foley. So we can cross them off the list. I think I’m going to make my last and final prediction on who the RAW anonymous GM is. I think it’s none other than Dave Batista. Why? Notice how the Anonymous GM is siding with Nexus and is always against John Cena? The last time John Cena was WWE Champion, who did Cena take the belt from? That’s right. It was Dave Batista that he took the WWE Championship from. It was at the last Wrestlemania where they had a main event match together.

So Dave Batista is coming back at Cena for revenge, but story wise, he wanted to do it anonymously, so Cena wouldn’t know who it is. The Anonymous GM is targeting Cena all the time. I can’t see no other wrestler hating on Cena other than Dave Batista. Batista is the only wrestler that hates Cena story wise. Cena and Batista had a very long history, they’ve feuded for years. I think I’m right on the money this time that the GM is no one other than, Batista.

Yeah, I know Batista left WWE for a while to try and strike up a deal with MMA Strikeforce, but that haven’t happened yet as far as I know. So that could be the reason that Batista could possibly be coming back soon. Maybe not as a full time wrestler, but as a full time performer. On top of that, I miss Dave in the WWE and didn’t understand why he left when he was at the top of his game during his last run. His mic skills has gotten way better and he was pretty entertaining even if he was a real badguy, a heel.

Everybody wants the GM to be Triple H or the Rock, but that would make everything too predictable and would lose the excitement. If they used Batista as the GM, that would make it unpredictable and not expecting.

Brock is going to WWE RAW in Albany, on Dec. 27th…

A family member of mine won tickets off a radio station to see Monday Night RAW at the Times Union Center on Dec. 27th and she’s giving them to me since she knows I’m a huge wrestling fan. I’m definitely going. I like seeing WWE shows live in person, it’s definitely much more fun seeing their shows live than on TV! Am I ready to see John Cena hog up the whole show, the Nexus and Michael Cole reading Anonymous GM e-mails off a laptop? Yes, I guess so. Hopefully, Triple H returns to WWE before then so I can see him live in Albany, that would rock.

The main event booked for that night is a WWE Championship match between: Randy Orton vs. The Miz vs. Wade Barrett, but we all know that John Cena is somehow going to be involved in that match. Hopefully Vince McMahon will be there to perform if he returns to TV before then.

Shall be an exciting show and looking forward to it. Should I bring a sign to hold up for the TV? Not sure, I’ll do that or not. Maybe.

For the record, I don’t hate John Cena…

Seriously, I don’t hate John Cena. I’ll admittedly respect him. This is the god honest truth. I don’t hate Cena, I just want WWE to stop using him so much. Cut Cena some slack and give someone else a chance to hit the superstar, big time.

I know a lot of people hate Cena, but in reality, he is one performer that should be respected. WWE uses him a lot for a reason. As long as he’s getting a mix of boos and cheers from the crowds, that’s the reason right there WWE keeps using him. If nobody cared, then WWE wouldn’t continue to push him. Like it or not, Cena has gotten bigger than the Rock and Stone Cold. Maybe not bigger than Hogan, but Cena definitely topped the Rock and Stone Cold for sure. You can’t deny that Cena did have some brilliant and historic ppv matches.

John Cena matches are best when he has them against Randy Orton. Cena did come a long way. People accuse Cena of knowing just a few moves but if people get their facts straight, Cena has years of wrestling experience before he signed to WWE back in 2002. In the year 2000, Cena went to, “Ultimate University” which is a wrestling school, the school where he learned it all from. He then went to OVW wrestling to train for WWE. I’m pretty sure he knows plenty of wrestling moves, he’s pretty skilled. He just uses the few that is right for the character he plays on RAW.

Watch these videos, the early days of John Cena before WWE, I’ll post his WWE debut too. Notice how Cena’s wrestling style is different back then? Notice how he was a better wrestler in the old days?

Cena didn’t become an icon for nothing. It took him a long road to get where he is today. As you can see, Cena and Orton go way back.

Cool Video: John Cena to come back to WWE under a new gimmick, Juan Cena…

How will John Cena come back to WWE TV after being fired by the Anonymous General Manager and Wade Barrett of the Nexus? Cena will be coming back under a new gimmick. He will be disguised in a Mexican costume and will be renamed, Juan Cena. A Mexican gimmick. It’s to hide the John Cena identity, as a way to come back to WWE to feud with the Nexus some more.

Remember, the Hulk Hogan/Mr. America storyline? It’s the same thing as that. As usual, the WWE can never come up with original storylines, they just keep rehashing old ones.

Here’s the Juan Cena, theme song, a Mexican version of John’s original version.

I love how some people online, think John Cena is really fired, when it’s all part of a storyline and part of a script. John’s not really fired. Remember, WWE has done this “you’re fired” storyline to many superstars in the past: Stone Cold, Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, etc. Again, nothing new, rehashing old storylines.

Cena will probably be on RAW tonight. Not sure if he will be in this new gimmick yet though.

Kev

Edit to add:

Here’s John Cena as the Juan Cena masked gimmick at a RAW House show, a non televised event….

Thought: this RAW Anonymous GM crap needs to end already!!!

Yep, like everyone else, I’m getting a bit tired of this RAW Anonymous GM thing keep dragging on. How much longer is WWE going to keep doing this? I think they will reveal the GM sometime before the next Royal Rumble which will be in January. After thinking about it a while, I don’t think the GM will be John Cena ’cause it wouldn’t make any sense since the GM just fired him story wise. I bet the WWE is being careful on this Anonymous GM. The WWE wants the GM to be someone unexpecting. Someone unpredictable. A lot of wrestling fans are naming all these wrestlers that could possibly be the RAW GM: The Rock, Triple H, Foley, The McMahon’s, Eugene, etc. I don’t think it’ll be any of those guys. Why? Because it will be too expecting. WWE don’t want to ruin surprises. I’m sure the WWE writers have been keeping an eye on the internet. Trying to see what fans pick that are most popular with wrestler choices for the GM. After all these popular names that fans have been naming for RAW GM, WWE could go for none of them.

What are some unexpecting names that WWE could bring in as the new GM, to shock all of us? Who knows. Maybe the GM could be Matt Hardy. Matt has been released from the WWE but it could be a storyline. What about others? Hmmmmm, what if the GM is Dave Batista? Jonathan Coachman, the former RAW announcer?

Hell, the WWE could even make Jake the Snake Roberts or Macho Man Randy Savage the RAW GM. What about Rowdy Roddy Piper and the Miller Dollar Man? The GM could be anybody.

Thought: About the Miz becoming WWE Champion part II…

Another reason,  why the Miz was made, WWE Champion is because he used to be associated with MTV in the past. He was a former “Real World” star. Then he went on WWE’s Tough Enough, another wrestling reality show where wrestler hopefuls train to get a contract in WWE. Miz was sent to OVW to further his wrestling skills in hopes of getting signed to WWE. Miz becoming Champion in WWE just recently is a ploy to help market WWE in a huge way since he was a former Real World star. WWE knew Miz becoming Champion would be all over mainstream news. Hoping to get more ratings and more merchandise sales.

All the internet has been talking about lately is the Miz becoming WWE Champion, and I’m not just talking about wrestling community websites. The Miz is even being talked about everywhere, even on TMZ. I know a lot of people like him and a lot of people hope he may become the next Stone Cold/Rock, but I can think of plenty of other younger wrestlers that can easily fill in Stone Cold’s/Rock’s spotlight. Like I said in the previous post, the Miz is not my favorite wrestler. As I said, I don’t think Miz will have a long title reign.

I think there are other young wrestlers that are better than the Miz. Who? I like Ezekiel Jackson, Evan Bourne, Jack Swagger, and that redhead wrestler, Sheamus.

While I don’t agree with Miz being the Champ, I still give WWE props for finally giving the belt to someone different other than Randy Orton and John Cena all the time. I’m sure Cena will get it back, it’s only a matter of time. Just wait.

The reason Bret Hart wasn’t on “Old School RAW” last night!

Here it is. Why wasn’t “The Hitman” on old school RAW last night, when I’m sure everyone has been expecting him? Bret is still working for WWE, however, he’s over in Europe for a Smackdown tour. He’s performing house shows over seas. House shows, means, wrestling events that aren’t televised.

Read about it, here.

There you have it.
