Thought: My final “Wrestlemania 24” predictions…

Look like the Wresstlemania 24 card is finished announcing to the public. Wrestlemania is this Sunday on PPV at 7:00 p.m. It will happen at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida.

Here is my predictions with the winners and I’ll explain why too…

Bunny Mania Lumberjack Match: Ashley & Maria vs. The Glamazon & Melina

Winner: Ashley & Maria
Reason: Maria is on the cover of Playboy. The Bunny Mania match is to help promote it, with Snoop Dogg being part of this match, you know Santino Marella will interfere this match to try to ruin the whole thing. Snoop Dogg will get into a little action by kicking Santino’s ass all over the Citrus Bowl stadium while Maria & Ashley pick up the win.

Belfast Brawl: Finlay vs. JBL

Winner: JBL

Reason: Finlay and JBL will not fight alone in this entire match. JBL will obviously get some help by Mr. McMahon, maybe an interference by Hornswoggle too. JBL will win no matter what happens ’cause this will be JBL’s chance to reveal the proof that Hornswoggle is not really Mr. McMahon’s bastard son. Plus, it will be JBL’s chance to show that he is a “wrestling god”.

24 Man Battle Royal: WWE has kept the announced wrestlers in this match under wraps ’cause I assume they are a making a number of 1 time only surprise wrestler appearances in this match such as: Mick Foley, The Rock, Roddy Rowdy Piper, Jimmy Snuka, etc. The winner of this match gets a shot at the ECW title.

Winner: The Great Khali

Reason: The WWE has been pushing the Great Khali and the character has been getting a lot of buzz as of late. Kane will not win this one ’cause he’ll get distracted by baseball legend, Pete Rose once again.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match: John Morrison vs. CM Punk vs. Carlito vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Mr. Kennedy vs. MVP vs. Chris Jericho

Winner: Mr. Kennedy

Reason: Mr. Kennedy is getting a huge WWE title run in the future. The winner of this match you must climb the ladder to get the briefcase. The winner of the briefcase you get to cash in at any title match in the future. They were going to give Mr. Kennedy the title last year but Kennedy got injured and had  to take a hiatus from WWE, so that’s why the title went to Randy Orton instead.

Career Threatening Match: Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels HBK

Winner: Shawn Michaels

Reason: HBK will bring out his Mr. Wrestlemania again. There is no way Ric Flair will win this one. HBK maybe getting a heel turn soon so WM-24 will be a great chance for him to get that heel turn. This match is gonna be a great one and I can’t wait to see it. It’s one of the matches I look forward to seeing the most.

Floyd “Money” Mayweather vs. Big Show: Look like this won’t be a special kind of match at all, just a regular wrestling match, yes indeed.

Winner: The Big Show

Reason: Floyd Mayweather won’t wrestle at all. Mayweather will probably get help by Rey Mysterio. So it will be just Big Show vs. Rey Mysterio throughout most of it. I will say Big Show will pick up the win just to get his revenge on the broken nose incident when he just first returned. Shane McMahon might interfere this match a little too so he can do his “high flying” off the ring post jump he always does.

Smackdown vs. Raw match: Batista vs. Umaga

Winner: Batista

Reason: Simply because Dave Batista is bigger and quicker than Umaga is. This shall be a quick match that won’t last long.

World Heavyweight Champion (Smackdown belt): Edge vs. The Undertaker

Winner: The Undertaker

Reason: Easy, the Undertaker never lost a Wrestlemania and never will lose. Undertaker will have the next Heavyweight champ for Smackdown.

Triple Threat Match for the WWE Champ (RAW belt): John Cena vs. Triple H v s. Randy Orton

Winner: Either Triple H or who ever won “The Money in the Bank Ladder” Match (Mr. Kennedy)

Reason: I think Triple H will win the match first, then after thinking that he wins, the match continues after someone cashes in “The Money in the Bank” briefcase. Mr. Kennedy just might pick up the win and Kennedy could become the next champ at WM-24.

That’s all. We’ll see on Monday to see if I got any of my predictions right! Enjoy.

Report: John Legend to sing “America The Beautiful” at WM-24…

Just announced on RAW earlier, John Legend will be bringing his piano to sing “America The Beautiful” to open up Wrestlemania 24 with.

I’m no fan of John Legend’s music but I thought I’d let you know in case someone out there is.

I’m happy that Aretha Franklin won’t be there singing this year though, thank god.

BREAKING NEWS: Hogan family sued by Nick Bollea crash victim…

Man, the Hogan’s are sure going through some tough times. First the Hogan family dealt with Nick Bollea’s car crash, then Hulk and Linda are going through a divorce, and now this!

The Hogan family has been slapped with a lawsuit by crash victim John Graziono, a 22 year old former Marine who served in War in Iraq. Blaming Hulk and Linda that they should have known that Nick was a wreckless driver and was drinking at the time.

Report: WWE For Kids?

The World Wrestling Entertainment wants more children to enter a WWE ring. The WWE soon plans on launching “WWEKidz” magazine along with a new website:

The new magazine will be aimed directly at children ages from 6 – 14 and the first issue will be released on newstands everywhere April 15th.

The WWE continues to draw an audience of mostly young children and little toddlers to this day. It is the reason that the WWE brought in a midget adult character, Hornswoggle (pictured above) to the WWE to entertain the children who still watches WWE. Children also seems to be fans of wrestlers such as John Cena, Rey Mysterio, The Undertaker, and Jeff Hardy. And of course, Triple H as well.

The WWE plans on settling down the storylines so they can be more family and children oriented. Over the years, the WWE had concentrated on storylines aimed at the adults, now they want to concentrate on the children who still watch WWE.

If there is one thing that WWE could improve to get huge again is make storylines children and family oriented. Some of the violence and “sex” in WWE storylines are not at all for children but kids still watch WWE anyways.

I was a little child when I first watched WWF/WWE for the first time and still watch WWE to this day. Watched WWE my entire life. I grew up on wrestling. It’s a good thing WWE is doing finally.

Thought: About the Rock being part of Wrestlemania…

Speaking of the Rock being at Wrestlemania, I just thought of this. The Rock will induct his father Rocky Johnson and his grandfather Peter Maivia into the Wrestling Hall of Fame. So WM-24 will do a special Hall of Fame tribute during the show, so we’ll definitely see the Rock be part of Wrestlemania. He’ll definitely be there for sure, I just forgot about that. He have to be there ’cause he’s inducting family members into the hall of fame.

As far as the Rock being part of a match, who knows. Maybe the Rock will be part of that “24 Man Battle Royal” thing, he won’t win but at least he’ll be part of the match to entertain fans. Maybe the Rock will interfere the Big Show vs. Floyd Mayweather match. Rock could help Floyd pick up the win.

Anyway, I can’t believe I just forgot about this. Whether the Rock performs in a wrestling match or not, it’ll still be good to see him at Wrestlemania. It be great to see the Rock do his signature moves again, The Rock Bottom and the People’s Elbow.

Either way, he will be a part of something there at WM-24 ’cause since he’s inducting family members there, the fans will expect Rocky to perform in a little match there or something to keep the fans happy.

Thought: Wrestlemania 24 looks like a pile of crap…

Wrestlemania is just around the corner, it will happen on March 30th on ppv. Wrestlemania 24 is happening live at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida. So Wrestlemania 24 is obviously going to be an outside event this time around. WM-24 will be hosted by Snoop Dogg to help promote his new album “Ego Trippin'”.

So far the card is:

Triple Threat Match for the WWE Champion: Triple H vs. John Cena vs. Randy Orton

World Heavyweight Champion: Edge vs. The Undertaker

Floyd Mayweather vs. The Big Show (not sure what type of match they’ll have just yet)

Money in the Bank Ladder Match

Career Threatening Match: Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels HBK

24 Man Battle Royal – Winner Faces ECW Champion

Finlay vs. JBL – Belfast Brawl

Bunnymania Lumberjack Match: Candice and Maria vs. The Glamazon and Melina

This year’s Wrestlemania doesn’t look too exciting at all. It basically feels like a regular RAW episode. The only matches I look forward to seeing at this year’s Wrestlemania is “Ric Flair vs. HBK” and “Finlay vs. JBL”.

I don’t think we’re gonna get any of the returning past superstars for a one time apearrance. There’s a slight chance that Stone Cold Steve Austin may be a part of WM-24, I don’t think we’ll even see the Rock there. Don’t even know if Mick Foley will be a part of it this year.

I don’t like how the wrestling industry is going these days. There is no more star power. All the guys that we looked after in the wrestling industry is gone. No more Hulk Hogan, no more Eddie Guerrero, and no more Chris Benoit (who was one of the bests in the industry due to horrible tragic events that we all know about). While we do have guys like Triple H, John Cena and Randy Orton, those three will never be in the same league as the Rock and Stone Cold.

WWE is not good anymore. I’ll still watch “Wrestlemania 24” of course but it’s gonna be no different than other ppv’s. WWE needs wrestlers that we all can look after too just like we all looked after Hulk Hogan, The Rock and Stone Cold. WWE doesn’t have that anymore. While WWE superstars try to rise to the top like Hogan, Stone Cold and the Rock, those three men will never be replaced. Those three guys are the ones that made WWE mainstream. There will never be wrestlers like them ever again.

WWE has always been a flop and it’s gotten worse since the Benoit tragedy. It’s no wonder UFC is way more popular than WWE now.

What can Vince McMahon do to make WWE huge again like it once was in the 80’s? I’ll have a topic on that soon. A week before Wrestlemania I will make my matches predictions when the card is done.

Who could ever do a “You’re fired” catchphrase better than he does? Vince McMahon is the only one that can do it!

I was just watching RAW as I’m typing this and Vince McMahon had a promo interview on there, he was saying he just got a star on the Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, and I’m like, it’s a storyline thing. Turns out it wasn’t. It’s the real deal. Vincent Kennedy McMahon, the owner/chairman of the World Wrestling Entertainment just got a star on the Hollywood’s Walk of Fame last Friday.

Of course, Mr. McMahon was in his TV character when he layed down the star on the Walk of Fame, being his usual sick and twisted man he’s always been on TV.

Congrats Vince! You deserve it!

Vince McMahon is a great TV performer, he’s a very controversial man and knows how to grabs people’s attention. Vince McMahon is crazy in real life just like he is on TV. While I’m sure Vince is a great and wonderful guy in real life, he just creates a lot of crazy storylines for WWE. He’s a powerful business man.

NEW: WWE Diva, Maria posed for Playboy magazine

Maria Kanellis is a 26 year old female profesional wrestler and model. She goes under the name of simply “Maria” who is currently working for the WWE. When she first appeared in WWE she began as a backstage interviewer on the RAW brand. Now she is performing in storylines full time, playing the role as the girlfriend of wrestler Santino Marella. She has a lot of modeling experience doing photo layouts for various mens magazines in the past. She also has wrestling experience by working for various indy wrestling feds before she came to the WWE.

I picked up the magazine today. In my opinion, out of all the Divas that were shot for Playboy, I think Maria is the best one. They made her look so natural looking in those pics, I don’t think they photoshopped her at all in those photos, her naked body looks so real. She looks amazing. I don’t really care for the other Diva shots like Chyna, Sable, Torrie Wilson, and Candice when they all shot for Playboy, they were all too perfect in my opinion. Maria is just the way I want it, natural boobs and all!
