Cool Video: The world hates John Cena…

At last night’s Wrestling Hall of Fame show, John Cena came out to the stage and gave his speech. Well, the audience don’t appreciate him, Cena got a harsh crowd reaction and if you look at this video, John Cena came out with a dissapointed look on his face after hearing the audience. Cena kept getting boos and a bunch of name calling from the crowd during his speech.

Yep, people are pissed at him from coming out of his injury this early just to return to Wrestlemania.

Report: Rap star Nelly is dying to collaborate with Springsteen…

Rap star Nelly was desperately trying to ask rock legend Bruce Springsteen to collaborate on a song with Nelly on his new album. Nelly already asked the Boss, but the Boss is already stuck on his world tour in support of his new album “Magic”. Nelly is dissapointed that he couldn’t get Bruce, however, Bruce did say he was interested in doing it. They may save the collaboration in the future, they might do it around the Holidays.

Hmmm, interesting. Wonder how Bruce is gonna pull off a rap song? I don’t see Bruce rapping in the song, he’ll probably just provide backup vocals and lead guitar solos maybe.

Thought: About Dolph Lundgren working with Nu Image/Millenium…

I just thought of this. I think the reason for Dolph Lundgren’s big comeback to the big screen is considering that Stallone bringing back Rocky and Rambo to the big screen was a major success, Nu Image/Millenium decided it was time to start doing this to other 80’s action movie stars. So they picked Dolph Lundgren to work with first.

Will Nu Image/Millenium studios try to get Steven Segal and Jean Claude Van Damme back to the big screen? Those two have been mostly doing straight to videos and independent work too. Jean Claude had said on MTV Movies Blog just a while back he is eyeing a major comeback to the big screen as well.

It would be nice to see Lundgren, Segal, and Van Damme all doing block buster successful films again. Bringing back the 80’s. Maybe Segal can do another sequel for “Under Siege 3”.

BREAKING NEWS: Tom Hanks drops out of “Fahrenheit 451″…

Tom Hanks has been confirmed to Frank Darabont’s film “Fahrenheit 451” (the classic sci fi novel by Ray Bradbury) for a long time. Not anymore. The film is now once again without a leading man. Before Tom Hanks, Mel Gibson was interested in playing the role for a long time until he decided to quit acting for good. Hanks pulled out due to a busy schedule.

MTV Movies Blog reports:

http://moviesblog.mtv.com/2008/03/28/breaking-tom-hanks-drops-out-of-fahrenheit-451/

It’s understandable why Hanks would drop out, ’cause he just completed the film “The Great Buck Howard”, he’s currently doing the voice overs for “Toy Story 3”, and soon he’ll be filming “Angels and Demons”. He’s just too busy with other projects he’s committed to that he doesn’t have time for anything else.

Who should Darabont go after next? Who should play Guy Montag the leading character?

I’d say go for Emile Kirsch, the actor who played in the film “Into the Wild”, he’d be perfect for the role, I think. They need a younger actor for Guy Montag.

Cool Video: Floyd Mayweather vs. Big Show animated fight…

Remember the Rocky Marciano vs. Muhammad Ali and the “Rocky vs. Mason Dixon” in “Rocky Balboa” film, computer fights?

Well the WWE decided to do something similar on Big Show vs. Floyd Mayweather, do you think Floyd Mayweather will wrestle against Big Show like this?

This match was played on WWE RAW vs. SD Game 2008 for the Playstation. Enjoy it here…it is on the official WWE youtube page by the way…

Report: Former Rocky IV star Dolph Lundgren making huge comeback to the big screen…

Action movie star Dolph Lundgren is confirmed to direct and star the leading role in an action thriller titled “Command Performance” he co-wrote with another screenwriter named Stave Latshaw. “Command Performance” is being made by Millenium/Nu Image the same company where Stallone’s “Rambo” (2008) was made under.

Lundgren first got his name known to the world when he starred as Ivan Drago, a Russian boxer, in Stallone’s “Rocky IV”. He also played the iconic character He-Man in the live action “Masters of the Universe”, while he was also well known to playing He-Man still the film failed in box office. His other roles include “The Punisher” (1989 version) and the popular action film “Red Scorpion”. Over the years, Lundgren did mostly independent films and most of his movies went straight to video.

“Command Performance” will be Lundgren’s first big movie in many years. Lundgren describes the film similar to the “Die Hard series as if you were at a rock concert”. The plot sypnosis of “Command Performance” will be about a drummer in a rock n’ roll band whose warming up for a big concert in Russia but of course, badguys ruin the show and Lundgren’s character get into the action by kicking all their asses. The drummer of the band is a former Marine. Lungdren says he inspired the story idea from pop music legend, Madonna.

Lundgren says he will not use stunt double and will do it all himself, the drums and all the action scenes, everything. Lundgren says he used to be a drummer and wants to get back into it.

Sounds like a sweet action movie that’s going to be quite a ride.

Congrats Dolph! You deserve a big Hollywood comeback.

It’s about damn time they gave you a chance! I’m looking forward to the film.

BREAKING NEWS: Superman creator gets share of estate from Time Warner…

A federal judge ruled that one of the Superman creators Jerome Seigel, wins the share of the United States copyright of the legendary comic superhero that everyone loves. 70 years ago, Jerome sold the Superman estate to DC Comics, a company that continued the Superman legacy to this very day. DC Comics is now owned by Time Warner. Time Warner “used” to be the owner of the Superman character, but not anymore.

The judge discovered that Jerome Seigel is the copyright owner of Superman since he was the one who worked on the first Superman comic that was made in 1938 shown in the picture above.

Jerome Seigel died in 1996, the copyright snub was by the decision of the judge to help the family of Jerome because it was a dream of his, something that he always wanted. This could now hurt the filming of the new upcoming Superman movies which Bryan Singer already has planned on making a sequel to “Superman: Returns”. Singer may now have to get permission from the Seigel family and might have to pay them as well.

The NY Times reports:

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/29/business/media/29comics.html?ref=arts

Amazing story.

Lets hope this doesn’t stop Bryan Singer from filming the next Superman movie. I’m sure Singer will figure something out, so I think there is nothing to worry about.

Report: Former “Quincy M.E.” star Jack Klugman files lawsuit against NBC studios…

The former star of the classic hit TV show “Quincy M.E.” Jack Klugman filed a lawsuit against NBC studios, claiming the studio lied about the profits and still owes him money after all these years. The show aired from 1976 to 1983, Klugman played the iconic character Dr. R. Quincy, a doctor who fought crime.

Klugman claims that his contract was lost when his agent died and NBC refused to provide a copy. Klugman is desperate that he wants the money owed from NBC that was never paid.

The Associated Press Reports:

http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5g3-oDYO-aTJ4fGXjRjN751SQ8-wAD8VMP1001

Hmmmm, well, looking at his “internet movie database” profile he hasn’t done much acting over the years since Quincy. Mostly he’s been doing special guest cameos in various TV shows for one episode. He hasn’t done anything new since 2005.

He must be out of “acting” work and going broke. I do remember this TV show though.

Cool Video: Grand Theft Auto IV – trailer no. 4

Man, this game looks pretty damn sweet.

Does this mean you get lap dances from the strippers as long you have the money to pay ’em?

I sure can’t wait for this game. I have a feeling this game will be challenging and difficult. It’ll probably take a long time to complete. This game will probably have more than a 100 missions to get through.

Get ready for Apr. 29th gamers!

Report: Madonna wants to save Britney…

Madonna spoke out to the media telling them that she wants them to leave Britney Spears alone. As everyone knows, Madonna and Britney have had a longtime friendship but in the picture above they briefly appeared to be more than just friends. Madonna still has love for Britney today.

More on it here:

http://apnews.excite.com/article/20080328/D8VML5M00.html

I agree.

I said it before and wouldn’t mind saying it again. Who cares about Britney Spears? Everyone needs to stop obsessing with her and stop giving her the attention she doesn’t deserve. There is more to life than Britney Spears folks. Worry about your own life, so she can worry about hers.

I hardily ever blog about her ’cause I’m sick of her. I find gossip websites like TMZ and perezhilton to be partially responsible in the media being all over her.

I’m sick of seeing Britney all over google news and other entertainment news sites.

It’s a free fucking country, why can’t Britney have it? Who cares if she likes to drive cars with kids in it or with dogs on her lap? Who cares if she wants to have a cup of coffee at a coffeehouse or go do some shopping somewhere?

Britney Spears being in the news all the time will never die down. Leave the girl alone and let her do what she wants!
