So I picked up “Acoustica Mixcraft – Homestudio 7” yesterday…

So yesterday afternoon at Best Buy, I picked up the boxed version of Acoustica Mixcraft 7 which is the homestudio version. I just finished installing it this morning and played around with it for a little bit and so far, it’s pretty nice. It’s a pretty nice DAW; however, the homestudio version is the smaller version of the software. I would have to upgrade to the full version which will cost like $49.95 which isn’t bad so technically this is a $100 program since I bought the boxed version for $50. I will upgrade to the full version sometime in the future but for now, I wanna play around with the program and learn how to use it. Get the hang of it.

It is very close to Apple’s garageband but even better, in my opinion. I’ll be able to make backing tracks with this software. I’ll be able to make full band music with this software now which was the whole goal that I wanted. The MIDI instruments on this sounds realistic enough. Not only I’ll be able to put drums and bass behind my songs now… I can put all kinds of instruments behind my songs.

If I’m doing slow ballads, I’ll be able to add piano parts and orchestration like cellos, violins. I can add organs and brass instruments as well.

I’ll start off with the small version of Mixcraft for now so I can learn how to use it and I’ll get the full upgrade maybe in a few months. This looks better than Cakewalk, ProTools and all the other DAW’s out there.

I think I might as well delete garageband off of my Ipad and will use Mixcraft instead. Mixcraft looks awesome so far even if I played with it just a little bit this morning. I’ll have to record audio with this Focusrite interface to see how it sounds.

My new mini home studio is just about complete. Just need those speaker monitors which I still haven’t gotten yet. Damn amazon. I don’t think I’ll ever order music equipment from amazon ever again. I like sweetwater better. In the past I used to order musicians gear through American Musical Supply but then I discovered Sweetwater. Sweetwater is a better company, in my opinion. I’m just starting to order stuff from them more.

Film Review: Chappie

Starring: Sharlto Copley, Hugh Jackman, Sigourney Weaver, Dev Patel

I know I said I wasn’t gonna see this flick but I guess I’m gonna do a little more flip flopping here and actually went and saw it. Why? Nothing else was playing and wanted to kill some time so I decided to check it out anyway while I was at the mall.

Plot/Synopsis: In the near future, crime is patrolled by an oppressive mechanized police force. When one police droid, Chappie, is stolen and given new programming, he becomes the first robot with the ability to think and feel for himself.

This movie is getting shitted on like crazy by movie critics online. It’s another one of those movies that you either love or hate. It’s actually getting mixed reviews. One thing when I go in and see a movie and then I give my opinion on it, I never listen to the critics. When I give my opinion on movies, I don’t speak for anybody else, I speak for myself.

Surprisingly, this turned out to be a good movie after all! Yes, it did tell a good sci-fi story. It had sci-fi all over it. Don’t listen to the critics. Most of them are full of shit anyways. This movie totally reminded me of Robocop, Short Circuit and Terminator all in one. It definitely had some sci-fi to tell as some of it reminded me of Isaac Asimov stories. Maybe that’s where Blomkamp inspired the story from? It seemed it was Isaac Asimov influenced.

Sharlto Copley did a great job voicing, Chappie, the main character of the film. The character was very enjoyable and entertaining as hell. This robot will remind you of No. 5 from “Short Circuit” absolutely. I’m sure “Short Circuit” was part of the inspiration for this story also.

The rest of the cast was enjoyable as well. I was most impressed with Hugh Jackman’s character ’cause he played a villain in this role. It was interesting seeing Jackman as a villain, he did a good job. Sigourney’s role was also enjoyable.

The movie can be touching, heartwarming, sad, and entertaining all at the same time. The film had plenty of action and violence in it. All the action scenes were a blast to watch. While Chappie did get into some action, keep in mind this film is just an introduction of that character. I’m sure Chappie will get into even more action in the upcoming sequels. It’s looking like this film is gonna end up being a trilogy or a series of films.

The visuals and cinematography was pretty impressive like always. The score was genius.

This turned out to be a good film after all. Pretty decent and worth a look. I’m already looking forward to the sequel. I think this is Neill’s best film so far. A big improvement.

I’ll give “Chappie” a score of 4 out of 5 as in “good”.

“Expendables” TV series aimed for iconic TV stars???

Sly Stallone and Avi Lerner of Lionsgate studios are planning a TV version of “The Expendables” which means that the cast for the TV version will be full of iconic TV stars. Yes, this means that the TV version will include stars such as Kiefer Sutherland, Lucy Lawless, Scott Bakula, Mr. T and many others.

What a great idea!!!! I’m all for it.

They need to include Richard Dean Anderson, Dean Cain, The Hoff and Pam Anderson. Kevin Sorbo as well.

Harrison crashing into a golf course thoughts…

While it sucks what happened to Harrison that he hurt himself again at the same time he is a hero for what he just did. Why? I think it’s obvious that he purposefully crashed into the golf course ’cause he simply could not find anyplace else for an emergency crashing, He’s a hero in this ’cause he avoided crashing into places where there are lots of people around. I know people are gonna be making fun of him and criticize his flying but hey, accidents happen, YA know? It probably wasn’t his fault. He did whatever he could to save others lives and he was willing to sacrifice himself for it.

I’m glad he survived the crash miraculously, though. Could have been worse.

He’s one of my favorite actors. I grew up watching his films my whole life. It’s gotta be something though, if you’re golfing a plane crashes and you that Harrison was the pilot.

On top of that here’s a quote from “The Last Crusade” film, “Fly yes, Land no”.

Damn Harrison. How many more times is he gonna hurt himself? He just got himself healed up from getting injured on the Star Wars set and now he’s injured again.

Hopefully, Harrison will still have the ability to walk though. This could paralyze his legs but we’ll wait and see.

So are liberals gonna turn their backs on Hillary and then they’ll start shoving Elizabeth Warren in our faces for 2016???

In facebook when discussing the e-mail scandal in conservative groups, I’m seeing a lot of responses from other conservatives that the reason liberal media turned their back on Hillary is that they’re gonna start over hyping Senator Elizabeth Warren for the 2016 elections. I googled Elizabeth Warren’s name and it seems that they are correct. The liberal media is already over hyping Elizabeth Warren like crazy. It seems that Senator Warren is the next Democratic hero.

Pretty soon all liberals in America will turn their backs on Hillary and their obsession will be toward Senator Warren. Liberals have already been obsessing over Senator Warren for a long while. It seems that they want Senator Warren as the first woman president more than Hillary.

So all this stuff of liberal media attacking Hillary all of a sudden is all a political move for sure. Liberals news like NBC, CNN, Washington Post, NPR and all that garbage are desperate in trying to get Hillary held accountable now. It’s just crazy isn’t it? They’re just simply trying to throw Hillary in jail so they can start pushing Senator Warren out there for 2016.

I’m not a big fan of Senator Warren myself. I can’t stand her either; however, I have no problem of Elizabeth Warren running for prez. I really mean that too.

We just don’t need Hillary. She’s responsible for Benghazi, left four men dead and didn’t do anything about it so that automatically makes her a murderer. I think the media finally woke up and think it’s a good idea that Hillary shouldn’t run because of her Benghazi responsibility. Maybe they actually listened to Rand Paul. If Hillary got elected president successfully, it would make the liberal media look bad and they could lose a lot of money/ratings/sponsors and they could get sued by the Benghazi victims families. They would spark so much public outrage if Hillary got elected. I believe this is why they have turned their backs on her.

Be on the look out. Soon, America will forget about Hillary that includes all the liberals and the focus will be on Senator Warren. Think about this, Hillary’s book “Hard Choices” failed in the book sales and the media is finally starting to realize that nobody cares about Hillary anymore. They are obsessed with Senator Warren now. Warren have officially taken over Hillary’s spotlight.

Like I said before, I’m okay with any Democratic liberal candidate running for the White House, just not Hillary. Anybody but her, PLEASE!!!! It’s time for Hillary to go. I’m so sick of that evil cunt and I’m actually pretty happy of how the mainstream media is treating her.

Kev

The e-mail scandal doesn’t only mean the end of Hillary, it could also mean the end of Barack Obama…

Of course the White House is gonna claim they didn’t know about Hillary’s personal e-mail scandal. If this is coming from the White House, it is probably a lie. Just like they lied about not knowing anything about IRS, NSA and everything else. Remember Barack’s ridiculous excuse, “I Heard About It On the News”.

Of course, Obama would probably know about Hillary using private e-mail ’cause like I said, he’s in charge of the State Dept. He’s pretty close to Hillary. Probably closer to her than anybody in government. They were probably having private e-mail conversations about the Benghazi attacks before or during. When the Benghazi Select Committee takes a look at all of Hillary’s e-mails that are about Benghazi and if Barack’s name came up, then he’s done. Should be good enough to finish him if he was discussing anything criminal with Hillary.

When these e-mails about Benghazi come out, don’t be surprised if you see stuff about them planning a gun-running operation or planning to kidnap Ambassador Stevens in trade for the Blind Shiek or a little bit of both. That kind of stuff. It’s gonna be interesting to see what’s gonna be on those e-mails and don’t be surprised if you see names like Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice, Leon Panetta, David Patreus, etc. All of them talking to Hillary and she’s probably instructing these people how to cover up the Benghazi attack. All these people including Barack were probably posting under anonymous e-mail names.

You see, here’s what I believe what happened. Since Hillary’s server and e-mail address was created on Jan. 13th 2009 which was one week before Obama’s first inauguration which was on January 20th, 2009. Hmmmmm…. isn’t that a bit strange??? Don’t you think Barack told her to use a personal e-mail account??? This is exactly how Barack is gonna get busted. He was probably behind the whole thing to begin with.

I know how some libtards are gonna deny the truth like they always do ’cause they can’t take it but they will have to learn to embrace it. Barack is capable of doing crazy shit. When will libtards get out of their delusional fantasy land and wake up to realize that Barack is not a good guy?

Kev

Why Hillary e-mail scandal is a big deal… this article does a good job explaining it…

Read this:

http://www.patheos.com/blogs/bristolpalin/2015/03/why-that-hillary-clinton-personal-email-scandal-is-a-big-deal/

The article makes total sense. Something like this can’t be shrugged off. Some may think, “e-mails aren’t a big deal” but they are a big deal and e-mail should be taken seriously. If Hillary used “personal e-mail” instead of State Dept. then she’s gotta be discussing some pretty criminal things with people. Whether Benghazi or other criminal acts.

While it’s great to see that the mainstream media is getting on Hillary, I wish the mainstream media would treat Barack Obama the same way.

The last thing you wanna do is trust the media and their source.

Yes, it is possible that politicians can get away with government crimes by control of the media. If you want more insight on that, read Sharyl Attkisson’s book, “Stonewalled” and she’ll give you a detailed explanation of how government can get away with crimes by controlling the media. That book will wake you up of how our national news media is right now. Seriously, give it a read. It’s worth it.

It’s just that this e-mail scandal is so serious that they can’t protect her on this one or they would get in deep trouble. Ya know what I mean?

Kev

Or maybe this could be the reason why liberal media is attacking Hillary…

Maybe liberal media attack Hillary has nothing to do with 2016 at all. Maybe the mainstream news media is finally waking up about Hillary and they feel it’s finally time for every American to find out who she really is. A criminal, liar and corrupted woman.

Either that or they’re trying to get rid of Hillary so they can make room for another leftist whack job for 2016 such as Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.

Because of Hillary’s e-mail scandal, we might soon get to the truth of Benghazi. Those e-mails could have all the answers we’re looking for in the Benghazi attacks. I think the House Committees will get their hands on those e-mails pretty quickly.

I predict Hillary will finally soon be done and she’s going to prison. She won’t even make 2016.

Thought For the Day: Good advice to those living the single life…

10959538_10152706289361395_2986447942798813345_n

It’s unfair that people who have stayed single for a long time or if you’re a virgin get accused of being losers. They get negatively judged by accusing singles of being undesirable or unwanted. They’ll start saying negative and spiteful things about you like you are not attractive enough to get a significant other. They’ll also make ridiculous claims that you’ll never get somebody ’cause you’re not financially stable. It’s all bullshit. You gotta stop listening to negative people and doubters.

Maybe people have stayed single for most of their life is for a pretty good reason? Saving themselves for someone special. There are way too many people in this day and age rushing to get into a relationship, get married and all that stuff when you don’t need to. If you wanna wait to get into a relationship at a late age is actually the best thing you could do. Nothing wrong with it. It’s actually a very positive thing to do ’cause living the single life isn’t that bad at all. As a matter of fact, it can actually be great.

It’s sad that most people can’t stay single even for a little bit. Once they break off a relationship, sure enough, they’ll get themselves into another one pretty quickly. Then they get their heart broken again. It can’t be denied that people are weird and crazy when it comes to relationships. Why would I wanna go through all that? Getting into all that drama, soap opera and gossiping has never been my thing.

I wanna get myself a woman sometime but in no hurry for it. I’m still gonna do all I can, though but gonna take the dating scene very seriously and find the right match. Find the women who’ll accept me for who I am and will like me for me. I’m looking for true love and companionship is what I want. I wanna be loved and will return the same feelings if I find the right one.

I’m not gonna become the “player” type ’cause the game does look kind of dangerous and risky. I think I would prefer to be the “ladies man” type better. There is a big difference between the two. “Ladies Man” as in someone who enjoys being around women and I think I’ve already have become that. I’m looking for friendship, companionship and possibly more.

Don’t rush yourself. I’ve known plenty of people who have gotten married at a real late age. Enjoy life. You don’t need to be in a relationship to be happy.

Wow, Nobel Peace Prize committee chairman fired… yes, the man who gave Obama the award…

The Nobel Peace Prize committee chairman, Thorbjørn Jagland, has been fired from his job with no reason given. Yes, this was the man who has given Barack Obama the Nobel Peace Prize at the beginning of his presidency.

The reason he felt Barack deserved the award was this is his reply to all of his critcs: “Hitting back at critics after Obama’s prize, Jagland said the organisation wanted to praise the US leader’s early vision of a world free of nuclear weapons and capture “the spirit of the times, the needs of the era”.”

Really? I think this guy is blind and dumb. I think he got fired ’cause he gave the award to someone who really didn’t deserve it. Barack hasn’t done anything special or “heroic” to get the award. If you think he deserved it, then you’re fucking delusional. A president getting the Nobel Peace Prize doesn’t make him a good president at all.

I think this guy getting fired just proves that giving Barack the award was a stupid idea. I can’t think of no other reason why he was fired. By now, I’m pretty sure the liberals are calling the Nobel Peace Prize committee a bunch of bigots, racists and crazy republicans for ousting this guy.
