“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” official poster is finally out…

Great poster. While it is a great poster, there’s still no Luke Skywalker. How come Luke is not on the poster? Why all the secrecy toward Luke? I guess we’ll have to wait and find out for ourselves when we see the film in a few months. Hopefully, they show Luke in the new trailer tomorrow ’cause like it says here… a new trailer of “The Force Awakens” will get aired during “Monday Night Football”. I’m sure the new trailer will get put online after the game. Yes, you can see Carrie Fisher aka Princess Leia on the photo but no Luke.

Can’t wait for this film. I’m looking forward to it too.

Steven Spielberg says he’s still planning to direct “Indy 5” w/ Harrison Ford as Indy…

Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg did a Q&A session to promote their latest movie, “Bridge of Spies” and it looks like that Steven is still planning to direct Indy 5.

In the video in the link below, Steven said:

“We’ve gotta figure this out because now,” Spielberg says. “Tom is tied with Harrison Ford: Harrison and I did four movies, Tom and I have done four movies. Now I’ll probably do an Indy 5 with Harrison. It’ll be five for Harrison, four for Tom… [Then] I’ve got to make another one with Tom, so that will be five for Tom, five for Harrison. And I think I’m going to leapfrog that way for the rest of my career. With Daniel Day-Lewis in everything else!”

Will Indiana Jones 5 Reteam Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford?

So it’s looking like Spielberg & Ford are gonna go ahead and make Indy 5 even without George Lucas being involved. Which is pretty cool actually. With Lucas no longer being involved, that will mean more creative writing control for Spielberg & Ford.

Now it’s looking like it maybe a possibility that Ford will be playing Indy again, this means that Ford will be reprising his roles to three of his most well-known characters: Han Solo, Indiana Jones and Rick Deckard. Yes, he’s still committed to playing Rick Deckard for the “Blade Runner” sequel too.

The question is will Harrison ever reprise his role to another famous character of his? That character is Jack Ryan. I doubt it ’cause Paramount is focused on a young Jack Ryan. Even though Harrison expressed interest in returning to the character before, I don’t think Paramount wants him back for whatever reason. Which is a shame ’cause I really loved “Patriot Games” and “Clear and Present Danger”.

It’ll be cool if Harrison comes back as Indy but they better NOT bring Shia Labeouf back. Oh please don’t bring Shia back ’cause he was terrible in “Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”.

New “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” still photos released by EW…

A bunch of still photos from “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” has been released by Entertainment Weekly and the photos are pretty cool. Something that Star Wars fans can get all excited about for sure.

You get to finally see recent photos of the two famous droids: R2 and C3PO… not surprisingly the two droids still look the same after 30 years since “Return of the Jedi”.

They still won’t show us Luke and Leia for some reason. They already show us Han Solo in the trailer. Leia was in the trailer but you can’t see her face, she was seen handing over a light saber. I think they’ll show us Luke and Leia in the next trailer possibly.

I really am looking forward to “The Force Awakens” like most people and I’m already feeling it’s gonna be the best film of 2015 hopefully.

Hopefully JJ can give us a good Star Wars movie. We need a good Star Wars movie where we can walk out of the theaters with big smiles on our faces and I think this film will do that. I think JJ will make Star Wars fans happy with this one. Looking good so far.

Who’s gonna play the young Han Solo? My bets are gonna be either Chris Pratt or Channing Tatum…

Disney confirmed that Han Solo is getting his own film but it will be a standalone. It will focus on Han Solo’s life growing up. So that means someone will be playing a young Han Solo, the wisecracking smuggler. The film will be directed by the two guys who gave us “The Lego Movie” and the two “21 Jump Street” films.

Who is gonna play the young Han Solo? Like the title says my bets are gonna be on Chris Pratt or Channing Tatum. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get Tatum, though. I hope not ’cause I’m not a big fan of Tatum at all… I would prefer Pratt over Tatum.

It’ll be interesting to see the history of Han Solo of how he became a smuggler and all that stuff. I’d like to see more insight on his friendship with Lando so a young black actor will have to play Lando for sure. Keep in mind that Han Solo has been dealing with Jaba the Hut for years so Jaba is probably gonna be involved. It’ll show how Han and Chewie met.

Look at Han Solo’s history for more:

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Han_Solo

Will the film use some of that stuff? Han Solo was born on planet Corellia and fell in love with a woman named Bria Tharen so I wonder if Bria Tharen will be a character in the movie? They probably will.

Will Harrison Ford be involved in this film? Probably not ’cause this film will focus on a young Han Solo probably but still there’s a possibility that Harrison could get a small role at the end of the film to explain the character growing up.

This is one spinoff that I’m actually interested in!

Actually, I think starting “Indiana Jones” all over again might be a pretty good idea!!!

Kathleen Kennedy confirms that the next Indiana Jones film is definitely happening but they don’t know when yet. However, when they do finally move the film forward, I expect Harrison not to return to the role ’cause he’s getting too old for the role obviously so I’m thinking it maybe best to replace him with someone else.

On top of that, an Indiana Jones reboot would be pretty interesting as long as they don’t make it an exact remake of the original trilogy. They shouldn’t remake, “Raiders” at all and just make an original film. Their own idea and their own story.

I used to be against Indy moving on with Harrison and re-booting but hey, what are you gonna do? Harrison getting too old to play the role and he’ll probably be 80 by the time the film starts going.

Do you really want George Lucas and Steven Spielberg back? If they did, be on the lookout for more goofy scenes like the fridge explosion. So you should thank Disney for finally getting rid of Lucas.

I enjoyed “The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” film but my only problems with it was Shia Labeouf being in it and yes, I’ll have to agree that the fridge explosion was kind of wacky. Other than that, I thought mixing Indy and sci-fi together was an interesting concept!

I’m such a huge Indy fan, though. I loved “Raiders”, “Temple of Doom” and “The Last Crusade” as well. Of course, “Raiders” is the best Indy film… that film is classic.

Could Indy be successful without Harrison? I’d say yes. I think an Indy film without Harrison could be a box office smash if they made it right. I think this franchise was meant to last forever just like Star Wars, Star Trek, and James Bond… ya know?

2nd trailer of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is here and it gave me goosebumps!!! WOW!!!!

I’m blown away by this trailer. The trailer was very well done and this is HOW you make a movie trailer. I figure this trailer will get Star Wars fans pumped up and they did a good job doing just that.

Luke Skywalker does appear in the trailer, he’s the one with the mechanical hand touching R2D2 and Mark Hamill is obviously doing the voice overs. Princess Leia does appear in the trailer but you can’t see her face. Leia is seen handing someone a light saber. When Leia hands someone a light saber, did you noticed a ring on her finger? Is she and Han Solo married in this movie? That’s what it’s looking like to me. Who is Leia handing the light saber to?

Seeing Han Solo finally is fucking badass as well! Predictably Han Solo still looks the same except he’s much older now obviously.

As expected, this looks to be an action-packed Star Wars movie that would get fans jumping up and down on their seats excitedly feeling like a little kid again.

I’m blown away with the trailer. I’m sure we will see much more in Trailer #3. I’m sure they’ll let us see Luke’s and Leia’s face in the next one.

Will we see Luke Skywalker back in light saber action? I’m almost positive we will see Luke swinging the light saber around again ’cause fans will be disappointed if we don’t see Luke in action again. I’m sure it’s gonna be Luke vs. Kylo Ren at the end of the film.

I can’t fucking wait though! I’m definitely gonna try to see this on opening day.

Harrison crashing into a golf course thoughts…

While it sucks what happened to Harrison that he hurt himself again at the same time he is a hero for what he just did. Why? I think it’s obvious that he purposefully crashed into the golf course ’cause he simply could not find anyplace else for an emergency crashing, He’s a hero in this ’cause he avoided crashing into places where there are lots of people around. I know people are gonna be making fun of him and criticize his flying but hey, accidents happen, YA know? It probably wasn’t his fault. He did whatever he could to save others lives and he was willing to sacrifice himself for it.

I’m glad he survived the crash miraculously, though. Could have been worse.

He’s one of my favorite actors. I grew up watching his films my whole life. It’s gotta be something though, if you’re golfing a plane crashes and you that Harrison was the pilot.

On top of that here’s a quote from “The Last Crusade” film, “Fly yes, Land no”.

Damn Harrison. How many more times is he gonna hurt himself? He just got himself healed up from getting injured on the Star Wars set and now he’s injured again.

Hopefully, Harrison will still have the ability to walk though. This could paralyze his legs but we’ll wait and see.

Harrison Ford confirmed to reprise his role as Rick Deckard for “Blade Runner” sequel but Ridley Scott will not direct…

For many years now, Ridley Scott have been talking about developing a sequel to “Blade Runner” and looks like it’s happening for real. Harrison finally signed on to reprise his role for the sequel but Ridley Scott will not be directing. Instead, Denis Villeneuve will helm the sequel.

Denis Villeneuve to Direct Blade Runner Sequel, Harrison Ford Confirmed!

Pretty cool. I’m a huge fan of the “Blade Runner” movie so I’m looking forward to this. Harrison playing an aging, Rick Deckard? I’m gonna have to re-watch the “Blade Runner” movie again. I have it on DVD.

Wonder why Ridley couldn’t direct this one himself? He probably has a lot on his plate. Ridley still needs to develop the “Prometheus” sequel and that’s part of the reason why.

How Harrison Ford can still play Indy in the new “Indiana Jones” reboot by Disney and make it work…

So Disney is officially rebooting the Indiana Jones franchise with Chris Pratt possibly taking over the Indy role. People are wondering why Disney is moving on without Harrison Ford. Keep in mind that Disney never said that they are moving on without Harrison Ford yet. They never confirmed whether he was in or not yet so that means it’s still a possibility that Harrison could still be involved. I don’t think he’s ruled out yet.

How can they make it work with Harrison still playing Indy in the next film?

Well, when George Lucas used to be involved, I remember that Lucas and Spielberg were talking about rebooting the series but with an aging Indiana Jones passing the torch to a younger Indy. They originally had that idea for Indy 5 but that idea may have been scrapped when Disney bought Lucasfilm. Harrison could still play Indy in the next film. The older Indiana Jones is on the verge of retirement from being the archaeologist and he passes the whip to a much younger Indy. The Chris Pratt character can have Harrison as Indy become his mentor and teacher. That’s the direction that I think they should go in.

If Spielberg and Ford returns without Lucas being involved, that’ll be awesome! I’ll admit that Lucas wasn’t the greatest storyteller so I’m actually kind of glad he’s gone. More creative freedom for Spielberg and Harrison.

I can absolutely see Harrison coming back for Indy in the next one ’cause Harrison has been expressing interest in returning to the role for years so never say never, people! It’s still a possibility! They should still go for the pass the torch to the young idea.
