Why we don’t see a lot of lean and in shape people nowadays, too many don’t want to eat good that’s why…

There’s a lot of people out there that like to compliment me on how lean and in shape I look. I have visible washboard abs, veiny arms and all that stuff. I get a lot of people saying that I look leaner than most people nowadays. Everywhere you go you’ll see people with chunky bodies to really overweight, it’s really totally unreal. I see too many people at the gym nowadays with really high bodyfat over 18%. A lot of people struggle to lose bodyfat but the only problem is, there are too many that are misinformed about it.

Losing bodyfat isn’t hard to do. All it pretty much takes is good eating and good exercising really. While it’s good that people go to the gym trying to get in shape, there are still too many people who work out but their nutrition sucks, though. There are still too many people who lift weights and do cardio but they’re always eating junk food and drinking alcohol. That’s another thing that is pretty whacked. People work out in the gym but they are still heavy alcohol drinkers and yet many of them still want to lose some pounds. How crazy is that?

When you want to lose weight, build muscle and lose bodyfat, you have to sacrifice a lot of things. Yeah, I know eating junk food and drinking alcohol is fun but it doesn’t make sense to me why people continue to do that stuff while working out.

Working out and eating healthy go hand in hand. There’s no other way around it. You want to get lean and build some mean muscle you gotta make some changes in your life. I certainly did. I cut out most bad food and gave up alcohol completely.

Obesity and people being fat is definitely a huge problem in America. People with high bodyfat is not healthy and the problem in America is that leftard America wants to force us to accept fat people. No way… not gonna happen in my eyes. Everywhere you look, you see too many people with beer bellies, chubby looks and people who are way too obese. Sad really, I don’t like it.

Getting lean and losing bodyfat isn’t that hard really. All you gotta do is do these 6 steps:

1. Avoid most junk food. Avoid sugars. Bad foods like processed foods, fast food and simple carbs. Cleaning out your junky nutrition is a must. You don’t have to avoid junk food completely though as it’s good to have a few cheat meals weekly.
2. Drink as much water as you can and drink green tea. Yes, this means cutting out bad drinks like soda, sports drinks and anything with calories. Yep, it’s time to give up the alcohol, y’all.I only drink water and green tea.
3. Eat high protein and low carb stuff like from fish, chicken and eggs which I eat a lot.
4. Eat a lot of complex carbs like fruits, vegetables and whole grains in which I do.
5. Do plenty of cardio like walking, running, bike riding, jump roping, heavy bag punching and HIIT training.
6. Do a lot of weight training in the gym. Yes, lifting weights can be a great fat and calorie burner.

Do all those and you should be on your way. I don’t do intermittent fasting. I don’t do vegan diets ’cause I’m not a fan of “vegetarian”. I don’t do bulking and cutting, I don’t like keto, carb cycling and all that stupid crap.

I just keep my healthy nutrition small and simple. Just 4 or 5 meals a day is all I need.

My bodyfat is pretty good but could be a lot lower and I have already started doing that. I still have a bit of bodyfat to shred away and I plan to do just that. For the past couple of weeks, I’ve already started eating smaller meals by eating lesser calories and I’m already feeling that my bodyfat is rapidly dropping. I may have lost a few pounds too ’cause of it.

I don’t know where my bodyfat percentage is at right now but I would love to find out. In order to be considered a real bodybuilder, your bodyfat percentage must be about 8% or lower. To get a visible six pack you gotta be around 8% – 11%. The only way to have visible muscles like pecs and biceps, your bodyfat gotta be low.

Goal for 2019 is to drop my bodyfat percentage a lot more. I would like to be 8% or lower. Maybe I’m almost already there, ya never know. I’m dying to know what my bodyfat percentage is at right now and I’m going to find out pretty soon. Hopefully after the Holidays. I’ll figure something out.

Cool Video: This is the best response to all the fitness drama online…

Ya know, I kind of actually agree with this guy. I pretty much said the same things in my own video, “so called fitness guru’s, thinking they know everything about bodybuilding”. I love how he ended this video too, funny stuff. LOL.

Thought: Eggs is an important part of a fitness nutrition…

When you get into fitness, a lot of people are going to question your strange eating habits. Eating healthy and eating weird, maybe strange, yes, but it must be done so you can get the fit body of your dreams. Eating a lot is key to getting a ripped body. Without good eating, you’re never going to get anywhere. I eat 4 eggs a day, w/the yolk. Some people claim that it’s too much but for a fitness person/bodybuilder, not really. For a bodybuilder, you must eat 3-4 eggs a day.

Here is proof on how eggs with the egg yolk is healthy and how egg whites does nothing for your body, see this well written article, here. Read from top to bottom.

I don’t care if people think my nutrition is weird. I vow to do whatever it takes to get the ripped body of my dreams. Do I miss eating other foods? Yes, of course. I need to eat mostly high protein and low carb stuff, all the time. Gotta get used to that fact.

I eat 4 eggs a day ’cause I need the protein. It’s part of a fitness nutrition. That’s the name of the game.

Happy 96th Birthday: Jack Lalanne…

This is a tribute post dedicated to the real fitness guru, “The Godfather of Fitness”, Jack Lalanne. Everybody knows that this was the man that started it all. Well bodybuilding actually started many, many, many, years ago of course, but Jack Lalanne was the one who helped make bodybuilding mainstream and popular in the 1950’s. He is a true bodybuilding and fitness pioneer. People might look after other iconic fitness guru’s such as: Chuck Norris, Dolph Lundgren, Lou Ferrigno, Gunnar Peterson, Jillian Michaels, etc. but in reality, they aren’t real. They give out fake bodybuilding information for money. Not with Jack Lalanne. Back in the 1950’s, Jack had to do everything the real way because back in those days: supplements, protein bars, protein shakes, expensive workout equipment, etc. weren’t around back then. So he had to do workouts and nutrition the old fashion way. He still workouts and does the same routine to this day, which is why he is still here at 96. This man proves that it doesn’t matter what age you are to get fit and healthy, it can happen to anybody.

Jack is a true hero in the fitness world and this is why everyone in the fitness community worships this guy. They don’t call him, “The Godfather of Fitness” for nothing. While he always complained about the food that people eat that makes them fat, he always said things in a nice and calm way, to get people motivated. He’s never negative about bodybuilding and fitness. He became famous for his workout and nutrition TV show, “The Jack Lalanne Show” which ran for 34 years. See some clips in the videos below. This guy is a real badass! Happy Birthday Jack!

Egg yolks is where most of the protein is in the egg…

For the past couple of months, I’ve experimented eating eggs without egg yolks, just to see what egg whites does. Scooby claims that egg yolks are bad for you. This is one thing that he is totally misinformed on…I’ve done careful research and studying about eggs. All the healthy ingredients are in the egg yolks. Protein, vitamins, omega3, etc. Starting tomorrow, I’m going to go back to eating eggs with the yolk in them, from this point on. I thought about avoiding egg yolks for good but it was only temporary. I was experimenting with it, to try it, see what it does without the yolk. Eating egg whites is not bad, but you don’t get much out of it. You get more healthy with the yolks in it.

I know I posted this video before, but I’m going to post it again. This is why Scooby’s workshop sucks and people shouldn’t look after him for dieting advice and workout tips. It seems he is making things up as he goes along. I researched it that egg yolks won’t make you fat.

“High Fructose Corn Syrup” is easy to avoid, here’s how you do it…

Since I haven’t written a health blog in a while, I thought I would write something about this, High Fructose Corn Syrup. This ingredient is starting to scare people in the USA. A lot of people complain that it is hard to avoid because this ingredient is almost in every food out there at the store. It’s in soda, bread, a lot of snacks, cereal, certain kinds of ice cream, hot dog rolls/hamburger buns, etc. The US like to blame obesity on “High Fructose Corn Syrup”.

I don’t mean to be harsh but I’m going to be brutally honest. “High Fructose Corn Syrup” is very easy to avoid. If you want to avoid this dangerous ingredient at all cost, then the things you pick up at the grocery store, you MUST read the nutritional labels. Every item you pick up, look at the back of the nutritional labels. Under it says the, “Ingredients” and it’ll list them all.

If the food item you have in your hand, don’t have “High Fructose Corn Syrup” listed at all, then it’s good, it’s healthy. If it does have “HFCS” listed, then put it back on the shelf, and move along to another item. I soon plan to make a video blog and I will show you an easier way on how to avoid “HFCS”. The best way to avoid “HFCS” is to buy organic healthy foods because organic doesn’t allow “HFCS”.

There are whole grain breads without “HFCS” you can buy at the store. I buy that stuff all the time, buying loafs of bread with no “HFCS”, it’s easy to find, read the “ingredients”. Want to crave for hot dogs and hamburgers for dinner but you don’t want them “HFCS” in hot dogs/burgers? Then use “No HFCS’ bread instead of rolls and buns. I try my very best to avoid “HFCS”. Sometimes I’ll eat something and didn’t realize there was “HFCS” in it by mistake.

So what I’m really trying to say in this blog post, is that don’t blame the United States for “HFCS’. It should be your own fault ’cause you’re not reading the labels of food items. Everytime I go to the store, I read every single label on every item. I’ll also refuse to eat things at home when people offer me things that has “HFCS” in ’em. Yep, that’s how strict I’m getting with my eating habits. I’m very picky with eating now. I’m trying to avoid junk food as much as I can and eat mostly healthy as I can.

There are foods at the store with no “HFCS”, again, just gotta learn how to read the ingredients labels. Video blog coming soon to teach you a better way on how to do this. Stay tuned.

Thought: Are egg yolks really all that bad for you? The truth is, it isn’t!!!

I just caught this video by Scooby and he claims, egg yolks are bad for your health ’cause they are too fatty and high in calories. He also says they have bad pesticides. Carefully doing research online, I’ve read that if you throw out the egg yolk, you are throwing out most of the healthy ingredients inside the yolk.

Such articles as these say that egg yolks is the important part of building muscle:

http://www.articlesbase.com/health-articles/are-egg-yolks-really-unhealthy-356261.html

http://www.fitsugar.com/Egg-White-Vs-Egg-Yolk-Which-Better-364527

And you can google up more articles that will tell you how egg yolks are actually pretty healthy.

I look at sites like bodybuilding.com and the forum there, most of them don’t throw out the egg yolks….take a look at this thread and most everybody says egg yolks are good:

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=112385311

Yeah, no wonder Scoob got a lot of flak because he’s full of shit.

I eat quite a bit of eggs myself and I don’t throw out the yolk.
