Happy birthday to Michael J. Fox, yes, he is a die-hard leftist but still one of my favorite actors…

Yeah, yeah, yeah, Michael J. Fox is a die-hard leftist just like the rest of liberal Hollywood but he’s still freakin’ awesome and I can still be a fan of his movies and not like his politics.

I grew up watching M.J. Fox films especially films like the “Back to the Future” trilogy and “Teen Wolf” which are the two films that made him a star. He made plenty of other great films in the 80’s and 90’s like “The Secret of My Success”, “Poison Ivy”, “The Frighteners”, “Doc Hollywood”, “Casualties of War”, “Bright Lights, Big City”, “Mars Attacks” and of course his sitcom series, “Family Ties”. I grew up watching all of that. So M.J. Fox’s career was definitely special in my life and I am a fan.

Of course, Michael’s film career took a major setback when it was discovered he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 1991. I read that Fox started getting Parkinson’s while filming the movie, “Doc Hollywood”.

For this reason, he was forced to retire from acting but not completely, he still works occasionally. He just doesn’t do leading roles in blockbuster films anymore like he used to. From what I’m seeing, he does voice over stuff for animated films, documentaries and makes lots of cameos of different TV shows.

Another thing I admire the hell out of M.J. Fox is that he is a real life guitar player and he still plays. There are plenty of videos of him playing with bands mostly jamming on Chuck Berry’s “Johnny B. Goode”. Fox can really play that song.

I don’t agree with his politics and don’t have to but he’s still a great man. He maybe still suffering Parkinson’s Disease but the man is still alive and well. It hasn’t killed him yet. Happy birthday, Mike!!!

Ordered more stuff from amazon yesterday… country still on lockdown so no indoor shopping as of this moment…

While Democrats and the media seems to have backed off on the coronavirus, the country is still on lockdown but it’s slowly starting to open up. A lot more restaurants are starting to open but “take out” only. Some retail stores are starting to open like Best Buy but curbside orders only. Which is all dumb.

I won’t be able to do anymore indoor shopping like at the malls, Best Buy, etc. for a long while, I guess.

Barbershops and hair salons are back open, though and I’m gonna find a place in my hometown of Greenwich where I can get a haircut ’cause I need one pretty badly, lol. It’s by appointment only, though and masks required which is also dumb.

Anyhow, stuff I ordered from amazon yesterday:

BluRay movies:

The Mule (A Clint Eastwood directed film in which he also stars in), Richard Jewell (another Eastwood directed movie but doesn’t star in) and “Birds of Prey” (the Harley Quinn spin-off movie).

I only bought 3 BluRay movies which should be coming this month.

Then I bought four more books for my Ipad… 3 Star Wars books by Timothy Zhan, the rest of the Thrawn Trilogy (2 and 3) and “Star Wars: Thrawn” also by Timothy Zhan. I’m not a big Star Wars books reader but I thought I would get into them finally. I’ve already read the Thrawn Trilogy books before a long time ago but I want to read them again. The “Star Wars: Thrawn” book is another Thrawn story that chronicles his life. I don’t read Star Wars books much but Timothy Zhan books are great.

I also picked up “Battlefield Earth” by L. Ron Hubbard. Yeah, L. Ron Hubbard is a Scientology guy but it don’t matter, “BattleField Earth” is a great book. Read it before when I was young, read the whole thing and it’s one of the greatest science fiction novels I’ve ever read. I’ll have to agree with everyone that the movie version with John Travolta stunk so much, though.

I also had to get a 12 month digital code subscription card to Playstation Plus since my subscription ran out so I renewed it by using amazon. Haven’t been playing video games much lately but gonna get back into it and trying to.

I’m starting to do more online shopping which I haven’t done much of in the past. I was never much of an online shopper but this lockdown thing, can’t help yourselves. Still stuck at home with no gym. I’d like to find an actual job soon, though if lucky enough.

I can be outraged at George Floyd’s death and don’t have to support BLM… don’t have to and don’t want to…

It’s interesting how the left freaks out when they find out someone refuses to get on the BLM bandwagon. I refuse to get on. I haven’t liked and never supported “Black Lives Matter” for years, even under Barack Obama as president I never supported it. If I remember correctly, BLM started under Obama and it all started after Trayvon Martin.

Look, I find the George Floyd death/murder by police pretty disgusting… that didn’t have to happen and I made it pretty clear that I admitted that police brutality can be a problem. So just because a few bad cops committed some bad stuff doesn’t mean they’re all bad, though. All cops are different. I believe that there are good cops and bad cops. There will always be some bad apples in the police force, you can’t deny it.

I always hated that phrase, “Black Lives Matter”… it’s so racist and so divisive. That’s like them saying “only black lives” matter and fuck the rest. It’s also a pretty anti-American phrase.

Yeah, black lives definitely do matter but so do all lives. I love people of all types: white, black, asian, hispanic, etc. Whatever it don’t matter to me, I love ’em all.

Liberals are trying all they can to make it seem like “All Lives Matter” is a racist statement but it’s not. It’s just a phrase meaning people of all types are special and they matter too. We’re looking out for ALL, not just one particular group. That’s why many in this country find “BLM” phrase so offensive.

Black Out Tuesday was so disgusting, though…. everybody posting the black box thing and ramming “Black Lives Matter” down our throats continue to happen all week.

Under Obama as president, they had a hard time getting everybody on the BLM bandwagon by having the group invade Trump Rallies. Now they figured out how to get everyone on the side of BLM.

BLM is a group and a phrase meaning they hate the police. When you posted the black box last Tuesday, your true colors are out. You hate the police as well and now a proud and out racist.

I’m disgusted about the George Floyd death but I’m sure he wouldn’t have appreciated this BLM thing and the rioting. All of that don’t prove a damn thing. BLM is just a group designated to divide and conquer and nothing more.

I’ve always supported unifying America more and it seems to freak the left out and trigger them but I don’t give a shit. I’ll believe in what I want….

And by the way, police brutality is a problem in all forms… whites become a victim of police brutality all the time but you never see that in the news anywhere.

Through FB, there was a group of liberals planning a Black Lives Matter drive-by caravan in my hometown of Greenwich, where they honk while they drive… honking for George Floyd and showing support for Black Lives Matter.

Well out of curiosity, I had to go. I didn’t attend the caravan drive by of course but I had to check it out for myself. So I dressed up in my pro-Trump gear, put on my MAGA hat and t-shirt and rode my bike into town. I filmed a little bit of footage for my Instagram story.

So here’s me standing by the side of the street, shouting “All Lives Matter” as the BLM caravan drives by. I know they heard me ’cause they were honking in response. As you can see in the video, a guy stuck his head out the window and yelled at me, gave me the finger too (not sure if you can see it but that’s what he was doing).

This was all in good fun, though. Just got into town and see if I can trigger some lefties and I triggered one of them at least. That was good enough for me, so I gave up and went back home. Just wanted to see it for a little bit.

What I hate about the music scene the most is how liberal it is…

If the country ever opens back up 100% and if things ever get back to normal, will I ever get back to playing live music around the Albany regions music scene aka the Capital Region? Thanks but no thanks! I retired from the music scene years ago and no regrets.

One of the biggest problems we are having is how freakin’ liberal the music scene is and it sickens me how this area won’t stop being so damn political.

If you’re a conservative musician, don’t ever debate politicians with a musician or a promoter that is a liberal. These people can get pretty triggered easily and you can watch out for their nasty temper tantrums.

I’ve always said that musicians and bands needs to stay out of politics and that continues to be a problem today.

There are too many things I’m not too happy with the music scene but politics is the big one. I haven’t played out in the music scene in so long but I’m actually fine with that.

Life is good for me for the most part, I’m happy being away from it and even though I stopped playing live shows, I’m still playing music. I’ll just continue to make my music for the internet and I prefer that more.

The music scene still sucks and I’ll always stand by it.

Dying to buy “The Sopranos” bluray set but it keeps getting sold out of copies at amazon…

I was gonna order the Sopranos BluRay set from Amazon which is priced $80. Each time I’m ready to order it and think I’m ready to order it, the set keeps getting sold out. When they get some more copies in later, it keeps getting sold out. Really weird but understandable since the show is still extremely popular even after all these years. Even though the show was aired on HBO in the late 90’s, I’m sure the show is the most streamable show on Amazon Prime and HBO NOW.

Now that the new streaming service HBO MAX is here, I’m sure the show will be the most streamable on there too. The show is still a big hit and The Sopranos DVDs and BluRay sets are still selling pretty big.

The show is still so freakin’ popular that fans begged creator David Chase to create a sequel or a reboot but he says neither will happen. As a way to make fans happy, that sparked the idea for David Chase to create the prequel film “The Many Saints of Newark” which stars Michael Gandolfini who plays the young, Tony Soprano in it.

That prequel film to the Sopranos was in the works but it’s on hold right now ’cause of covid-19 so the film’s release date was pushed back even further which sucks. I’m looking forward to it, though. The film’s got an all-star cast with Ray Liotta, Corey Stohl and Jon Bernthal. The film will focus on the story of the 1967 riots that I’m  sure was brought up in the TV show.

It was smart to cast Mike Gandolfini as the young Tony Soprano ’cause he looks exactly like a young Tony Soprano. Will Mike be able to nail Tony’s speaking voice? Probably. I’m sure he’ll knock it out of the park. While the prequel film will focus on the 1967 riots, I’m sure the film will lead up to the TV show like how the Dimeo family was formed and hopefully it’ll show how Tony and Carmella met. I’m sure the show will definitely show how Christoher’s dad, Dickie Moltisanti was killed since Dickie is featured in the prequel film. If the prequel film ever gets out, I’m sure it’ll be a box office smash. People still love the Sopranos even after all these years.

I’m dying to buy the boxset to the show, though. I want to add this show to my BluRay collection ’cause it’s one of those shows you can watch over and over. It’s an addicting show.

Video: UFC fighter, Jon “Bone” Jones takes spray cans from members of Antifa…

As you all probably know by now, there are massive protests and riots all over the United States over the death of George Floyd. In the video above, you see members of Antifa hanging in the streets of Albuquerque, wearing ski masks and all. They have spray cans in their hands as you all know they use spray paint to vandalize things.

Well UFC fighter Jon “Bone” Jones was walking the streets and he decided to take matters to his own hands and decides to confront Antifa himself…

As you can see, the members of Antifa did as they were told, they gave Jon the spray cans like he asks. Why?

Well Antifa were known to beating up innocent and weak people but they know who Jon Jones is as you can see. They clearly know who he is. The members of Antifa did the smart thing to realize that they shouldn’t fuck with UFC fighters ’cause they know they be the ones all beaten up in a bloody mess. Even if they didn’t know who he was, Antifa could tell that Jon is a pretty athletic and tough looking dude.

I’m sure Jon could beat all their asses easily. Jon is one of the greatest of all time, looking at his stats, he won most of his fights with only very few were “split decision”.

Antifa think they can mess with the police and other people but you don’t mess with UFC fighters. UFC fighters are pretty tough and serious people, you don’t mess with them at all.

Not all heroes wears capes but Jon is a hero in this one.

You all probably wanna know my thoughts about this whole George Floyd thing going on which I’ll make another post about that real soon.

Happy 90th birthday, Clint Eastwood…

Many actors have retired from the big screen as they got older… actors such as Gene Hackman, Jack Nicholson, Paul Hogan (known as Crocodile Dundee) and Sean Connery to name a few.

One actor who doesn’t believe in retirement is none other than Clint Eastwood. The legendary actor/director just turned 90 today. Yes, he is still alive and well and he is still acting & directing.

Clint’s latest leading acting role was “The Mule” which I haven’t seen yet but want to and his latest directed film/not star in was “Richard Jewell” another one I haven’t seen yet.

Clint is probably gonna keep making movies whether acting or directing or both as long as he’s alive. He’ll be doing this until he passes on probably. In this article, Clint says he’s keeping his career going ’cause he likes doing it still. Making movies is his passion it looks like and he’ll never give it up.

David Bowie livestream tribute will happen later this week…

I think I’m good to go on making the David Bowie livestream tribute to officially happen later this week. I’m thinking the Bowie tribute show will happen either Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.

I know this has been a bit of a delay but I wanted more time to practice and rehearse. Want to make sure I play these songs real good and not mess up. I have a 12 song set planned, all Bowie songs from his big hits to his obscure stuff.

It’s gonna be fun and I can’t wait to do it. I’ll be doing the livestream on my personal FB page. After that, I’ll upload the tribute show to all my other social media platforms like Instagram and youtube.

I’m gonna give these 12 songs some more practice and rehearsing and then I’ll go live later this week.

Got a good set planned and I think all Bowie fans will like it, hopefully.

“Dark Side of the Ring” on the Vice Channel, best TV docuseries I’ve seen in a long time… really good show…

So I’ve finished both seasons of this docuseries on the Vice Channel called, “Dark Side of the Ring”. It’s a docuseries about professional wrestling but it just talks about the dark side of the business. Yeah, professional wrestling may look like a blast and seem like a positive experience for some but not always. There will always be a dark side of wrestling… so on the show you will see things like tragedies, wrestler deaths, scandals, controversies, setbacks and things like that. Anything that’s dark about wrestling is the idea of the show.

For the first two seasons they already covered a lot of topics like the Montreal Screwjob, the career of New Jack/The Mass Transit incident, the murder of Bruiser Brody, the life and death of the Fabulous Moolah, the murder of Dino Bravo, Jimmy Snuka murdering his girlfriend, the life and death of Owen Hart, the Benoit murder/suicide tragedy, The career of the Road Warriors tag team, the career and tragedies of the Von Erichs, the deaths of Macho Man and Elizabeth, etc. They covered all that.

The show has been greenlighted for a season 3 which is no surprise ’cause the show is doing really well in the ratings and it has sparked a buzz in the wrestling industry. I hope the show lasts for a pretty long time. I hope it lasts for a good 4 to 7 seasons anyways ’cause there are so many topics and stories they need to get to still.
