I'm a musician, singer/songwriter, blogger, writer, poet, bodybuilder, movie lover, music lover, video gamer, history/political buff, conservative/republican, etc. I like to do a lot of things.

Anybody can get a ripped and hot body!

If your dream is to get a ripped and jacked body. You want to get that sexy and hot look. If that is your goal, and if people are laughing at you. Calling you delusional, and saying it will never happen. Don’t listen to anybody. Getting a ripped physique and sexy body can happen, and it is possible. If you want it to happen successfully, you can’t give it up and good nutrition is important. You have to stay motivated permamently if you want it badily. Not listening to what anybody says and just keep going. That is actually my goal is to look better. Trying the best I can and taking my time.

It’s amazing how easy fitness and bodybuilding really is. It may seem really tough and risky but all of it is actually very simple, and very safe. Proving people wrong is what this is all about. People think you can’t do this and you can go for it. Getting a new transformation in your body that will knock people out and make ’em jealous.

I’ve been taking a break from the gym. I plan on going back soon. I’m still doing workouts three days a week at home though with dumbbells and body workout stuff. So I’m not stopping. This fitness thing is doing well for me. The main reason why I’m doing it is to look better for the performing stage, to look better with my guitar performing in front of people.

My point in this post, don’t listen to anybody who try to shoot down your dreams. You can make your dream come true.

Jay Reatard’s “Watch Me Fall”….

Today I downloaded Jay Reatard’s new album, “Watch Me Fall” from Itunes. I never heard of Jay Reatard’s solo stuff but I have heard his older music with the Reatards band before, though. When I listened to “Watch Me Fall”, the songs on the disc are very short. He wrote songs for like 1 or 2 minutes long or over. I don’t think he ever wrote a song that’s over 4 minutes long. The kid was a fuckin’ genius. I loved his music. I’m not saying that ’cause he died, I really mean it by heart. The songs on the disc are actually very mellow. He still has this punk sound of course, but it’s so different than his earlier music. The songs are pretty rockin’ and tight. He may not be the greatest singer ever, but the way I see it with music, no one needs to be a great singer to write great songs. Vocals are not important to me. Never was. I don’t care if the singer sings really really good or sucks really bad, as long as they can write killer songs, I’m a fan. His voice fits the music and entertaining to hear. “Watch Me Fall” is a fantastic record.

You won’t be able to find this album in the record stores since Jay Reatard was an indie artist, not a major label act…but I’m sure you can order it online or download it from Itunes. Jay Reatard was a true punk music artist. Green Day and Blink 182 is not punk. Jay was. Jay kept the old school punk sound which is what punk is supposed to sound like today. We lost a great talent and people don’t realize how much of a genius this kid really was. RIP Jay.

The Hurt Locker…

I just got done watching the movie, “The Hurt Locker”, on DVD, a war film directed by Kathryn Bigelow. I just wanted to review it a little bit. I was very impressed and blown away by the film. Sent chills down my spine. It’s one of the best war films I’ve seen in many years. A lot of the newer war films haven’t been that great and finally we get a great one. When you watch this film, it may seem like a man directed this movie when it isn’t. Kathryn makes you feel like a man directed it. Respects go out to Kathryn. Making a film like this would be difficult for a woman to do and she pulled it off. Not many women directors make movies like this. Most female directors are into romantic comedies, dramas, and serious films. Not war films with intense action scenes.

The movie is based on War In Iraq. It tells a story of a young bomb squad team going around Iraq disarming bombs set that are hidden in various things. Bombs could be set in cars even on human people, etc. Jeremy Renner plays Sgt. James which he is an expert bomb disarmer. They try their best to survive.

Very impressive film making by Kathryn. The action scenes were unbelievable. Loud explosions that sounded great on a home theater. I think there will be a sequel on the way ’cause the ending left open for another movie, I think. I’m pretty positive the “Hurt Locker” will make a Best Picture nomination for the Oscars. This would be my pick for Best Picture winner over the other choices, indeed. It would be appropriate if this movie won Best Picture, since War in Iraq is still going on. While, “The Hurt Locker” is fiction, it is still a realistic film since it was taken place in War in Iraq. You should definitely check this out if you like war movies.

In this movie, there are blood and guts scenes that may make your stomach turn…so just a warning.

Report: Conan’s last “Tonight Show” episode will possibly be Jan. 22nd next Friday…

Read on here:

Notice how the NBC officials called Conan a failure. Hello, idiots. Conan is actually a success. His ratings maybe low but he still has a lot of fans and support as you can see online. Jay Leno is the one that is a failure. NBC = Nobody But Cunts.

I’m on Team Conan, all the way myself!

Report: “Friday Night Lights” Season 4 to start airing April 30th…

Maybe Conan O’ Brien leaving NBC officially and Jay Leno getting his “Tonight Show” back was a good thing after all. Simply because it left room for “Friday Night Lights – Season 4” to get it’s 8:00 clock slot in the schedule which will start airing April 30th. Can’t wait. I don’t watch too many drama shows on TV. “FNL” is one show that I love and have been following the series since it first made it’s debut on TV. This is really good news and looking forward to seeing Season 4! YES!

Report: Was Jay Reatard murdered? His death is being investigated as homicide…

Doing research on Jay Reatard’s past, he definitely was a very healthy guy. He never did drugs or drank alcohol his whole life. So why would a young 29 year old suddenly pass away for no reason? Murder could explain  this reason. Memphis police are in search of a suspect who could be responsible for Jay’s death.

If it is murder, I hope his killer is found and brought to justice.

Jay seemed like a very happy guy living life to the fullest. Still kind of sad about him being gone and can’t believe it.

Not a Cool Video: Why is Pat Robertson still alive? Does he support Satan?

Is Pat Robertson, a devil worshipping freak? It seems that he is…because his crazy and delusional mind has crossed the line this time. Yeah yeah yeah, I know. This is nothing new, ’cause I know Pat Robertson has said dumb things about Hurricane Katrina, 9/11, and other events before.

He blamed the Haiti earthquakes on the devil. Idiot. I hope the old man rots in hell with Satan if that’s what he wants.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the people in Haiti. I wished Pat Robertson was part of the earthquake so he can get killed in it.

Report: Johnny Cash to release “American VI: Ain’t No Grave” Feb. 26th…

Johnny Cash’s label, American Recordings LLC, has officially announced they will release Johnny Cash’s final studio album before his death. “American VI: Ain’t No Grave” was recorded a year before Cash died in 2003. The album was never released. Rick Rubin produced that album. The album is set for release Feb. 26th which I will sure pick up that day ’cause I’m a huge Johnny Cash fanatic. He’s such an inspiration to me. If Johnny was still alive, I’m sure he would keep going with those “American” albums.

Now that you think of it. It’s understandable why they wouldn’t release the album around the time of his death ’cause look at the title of this album. It would be offensive around that difficult time he was gone. That’s probably the reason why the label didn’t release it at the time. This album release is a celebration of Johnny Cash’s birthday which he will turn 78 on the day this album is released.

RIP: Jay Reatard 1980 -2010

A punk rock musician from Memphis, Tennessee, Jimmy Lee Lindsey Jr. or better known as “Jay Reatard” was found dead in his home in Memphis. The rocker lived his whole life in Memphis. He first started his music career with his first band, The Reatards, which inspired his staged name, Jay Reatard. He also played in a few other bands called Lost Sounds, Bad Times, and the Final Solutions. After Jay’s band, The Reatards, quit on him sometime around Oct. of 2009, Jay released a new solo album not too long ago, titled, “Watch Me Fall” released August 4, 2009. While Jay Reatard was only 29 years old, from the sounds of things, it looks like he never did drugs as he was a pretty healthy guy. Before his death, he was sick with flu like symptoms. Jay’s record label, Matador Records confirmed his death.

Jay Reatard was a talented musician, and unique. I liked his music. It’s a shame he was taken so soon since he just released a brand new record. At least, he was born in Memphis and died in Memphis. I think that’s what he would have wanted. Now that he’s gone, maybe his new album “Watch Me Fall” will sell well. Maybe even make no. 1 in the Billboard Top 200 if he’s lucky.

While most of today’s punk music sucks so much, Jay Reatard was a true punk music artist of today’s generation. So sad. Kind of devastated. 😦
