My thoughts on the Caffe Lena renovations… honest rant…

So Caffe Lena is getting renovated this summer. Making a lot of changes due to the cafe agreeing to sell the parking lot to another company.

I love the Caffe Lena. So much history there! It’s an important live music venue for sure as I have played there many many times myself. I used to play there a lot with their Thursday night open mic night and I used to play regular gigs at their Wednesday night “Emerging the Artists” series.

In my honest opinion, I think Lena’s is just fine the way it is. They should leave it right where it is. There is something special and historic about walking up those stairs in Caffe Lena as that was my favorite part of the venue was the stairs. The stairs there were awesome and you would know that too if you’ve been there before yourself. I also think they shouldn’t change the flooring and the roofing ’cause they are taking away the history of the venue if they do that. It’s understandable how the venue needs a renovation since it’s been there since the 60’s and the building is getting old & worn out but if you change it for the better, you are taking away the history the venue once had. The new version of Caffe Lena won’t feel like Caffe Lena anymore. So does that mean they’re gonna get rid of that big wooden door on the front which also has so much history?

I also disagree with the place that it’s about to serve alcohol soon as I like live music more with no alcohol involved.

Yes, that same small stage will still be there but the new version of the place still won’t feel like Caffe Lena.

I understand that things have to move forward but I respect the history of that venue and it won’t feel like Caffe Lena when they change things around. I hope you guys understand what I’m trying to say. I’m not trying to offend anybody or be mean… I’m being realistic and expressing my opinions on the new changes. I’m actually kind of skeptical on the new changes so I don’t know.

Yep, I think it’s about time for me to get a PS4 real soon… I need one…

I still have the old Ps3. Each time I go to the video game store like at Best Buy or where ever, I’m noticing it’s getting much harder to buy new PS3 games. Why? It’s because they aren’t releasing and not selling PS3 games much anymore ’cause of the new PS4. It’s getting harder to find good PS3 games ’cause you can’t find much anymore. Sony does this on purpose so they can force you to buy a PS4. That’s what they did this for. I want to get a PS4 ’cause most of the new games I want to play are mostly PS4 exclusive. They don’t release new games for the PS3 much anymore… again just a sneaky way for them to force you buy the new PS4. I’m gonna get a PS4 real soon, though. Definitely this year.

After I buy my new acoustic guitar, I’ll start saving for a PS4. If I do get a PS4 this year what’s the first game I would get with it? Probably “Batman: Arkham Knight”… that’s the first one I’ll get. I’ll also look into getting “Star Wars: Battlefront” and “Fallout 4”.

Yeah, like a lot of people, I’m a big video gamer too… it’s just that I haven’t been playing video games for a long while. Took a long break from it but getting back into video gaming now. Right now, I’m currently playing “The Evil Within” on the PS3. I did buy two new games for the PS3 though which are “Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain” and the first “Dark Souls” game. I still gotta play “Bioshock: Infinite” too.

I love video games. It’s just something I do when I want a break from music and guitar playing.

If Hillary does go to prison and if it actually happens, it would be a history making moment for sure!

If Hillary gets a trial for Benghazi and her e-mail server and if she’s found guilty on both of those, her going to prison will make the history books for sure. It’ll be bigger than the OJ Simpson trial, absolutely. When Hillary is escorted out by police wearing shackles and leg irons, the mainstream media will be all over that too. The cameras will be on her on every move she makes.

Tom Delay claims that the FBI is ready to indict Hillary but the only problem is, I don’t think the Attorney General who is Loretta Lynch has the power to indict criminals. Indictments goes through the Grand Jury:

Hillary getting locked up is really what America needs, though. I can see it happening ’cause Obama and Hillary doesn’t get along too well at all and their feud is really heating up. Obama wants her gone. Remember, what Obama wants is what he gets. If Obama wants Hillary in prison, he could make that happen easily.

I don’t think Hillary is gonna make it. Obama needs to be locked up too.

Yes, this article is by ABC who is a big time libtard media outlet but I thought this article was interesting to read to say the least. ABC admitting that Trump could definitely be the GOP nominee and I think he will too. Many would think that Rubio or Cruz would have a chance at winning the nomination but they don’t have a chance at all. The media can try to destroy Trump all they want to but when his polls keep surging and going higher & higher, they have no choice but to admit that he’s gonna be the nominee and possibly become the next president of the United States too.

Even if you don’t like him yourself, you’ll never admit that he’s about to become the GOP nominee. In the General Election, it’s probably gonna end up being Trump vs. Bernie ’cause things aren’t looking good for Hillary. Hillary’s polls are finally shrinking and she could end up in prison anyway. I’m noticing that liberals hate Hillary but that’s because they’re Bernie Sanders supporters. If you’re a Bernie Sanders supporter then you’re probably not a fan of Hillary.

I’ve always believed that Trump has a big chance in winning this whole election, becoming victorious and I always had faith that he is going to be the next one. He will prove the haters wrong that he is the real deal. Can’t wait to start calling him President Trump real soon!

This is exactly what the lamestream media does. This is what I try to teach you guys over the years. They teach you who to hate, who you be afraid of, they teach you who to trust and they teach you how to think. That’s what they get paid to do.

You don’t have to agree with everything the media says and don’t have to side with them on everything. Whatever happened to forming your own opinions? Whatever happened to critical thinking and thinking outside the box? The media these days is not really credible source like they used to be ’cause I’ve always believed that honest journalism has been dead for decades.

Before taking the media seriously, you must do your research and get yourself informed to see if they’re correct and telling the truth. We’ve tried telling liberals to inform themselves before voting but of course, they ignored us and laughed in our faces. Now look what happens… Barack Obama elected twice and now Hillary & Bernie Sanders are running for president.

Some people can be dumbasses, I tell ya. They’ll believe everything the lamestream media tells them. I never took the media seriously. I know their so-called journalism is full of shit most of the time. I tell ya… I’m not dumb like you think I am… I know most of today’s journalism is all fictional and tabloids these days. Today’s lamestream media is a joke. I can’t stand the way journalism is going these days.

Do your research and get yourself informed. It’ll do you some good. Trust me!

Is the new X-Files revival, a re-introduction of the show? Seems like it is…

I know the new “X-Files” is just finally starting this week. I watched the premiere last night which was absolutely amazing! It felt like watching the original show for sure. However, though, the show didn’t really feel like a continuation of some sort. It felt like more of a re-introduction. The show was re-introducing Mulder, Scully, Skinner and the Cigarette Smoking Man characters. Before you decide to watch the new “X-Files”, do you have to watch the first 9 seasons of the original show? No. You don’t really have to if you don’t want to ’cause the new “X-Files” revival is gonna be a standalone story for the most-part. I think the whole point of the new revival show is to help grow a new audience. The show is not just for die-hards. It can be for newbies too. I think the show wants to grow a wider audience before their next big screen movie ’cause I heard that Chris Carter is writing a script for “X-Files” big screen movie no. 3.

Anyway, I thought the first episode last night was amazing. David and Gillian still kill it even though they’re aging. I’m glad the show kept the original title sequence which was awesome. I was a little worried that they were going to change the title sequence and the opening credits a little bit but they didn’t. They kept it the same which was good. They kept the music the same too which was awesome as well.

I’m glad the X-Files is back finally. I think that if this 6 episode revival is a success then another big screen movie will probably happen.

What it means for a lib to be called a libtard…

The term “libtard” was obviously created by the conservative community. It’s a clever little way to bash and make fun of liberals. The term “libtard” obviously means “liberal” and “retard” put together so therefor, that makes them a liberal retard. “Libtard” is just a short for liberal retard. I think you get my point now, hey? Liberals do deserve to be called “libtard” and they clearly don’t like it when they are called that by conservatives either.

That’s tough shit, though. I don’t feel any guilt for calling them “libtard” ’cause they clearly do deserve it. You don’t like being called that and you liberals want a little more respect? Well sorry to say, you don’t demand our respect. You have to earn it. Quite frankly, for the past 7 or 8 years of Obama’s presidency you liberals don’t deserve our respect at all.

If you want our respect then maybe you should be more tolerant of our opinions and beliefs. Be a little more respectful to us when you disagree. It’s okay to disagree… I have no problem but the way you respond to people is the problem. When you respond to people when you disagree, you treat people so nasty by calling us every name in the book like: racist, bigot, sexist, conspiracy theorist, etc.

You also get called a libtard ’cause most of you are so dumb and misinformed almost most of the time. Many of you are not smart with your politics at all and I seriously believe many of you don’t understand government. Many of you don’t understand history as well. You keep supporting politicians and candidates that you shouldn’t be supporting. When we try to tell you that you shouldn’t be supporting them… instead of saying, “Thank you for telling us, we’ll look into it”… instead you have to defend them most of the time.

Plus, many liberals say and do the most dumb and ridiculous things. So you think conservatives are the most offensive people in America? Well I would think liberals are no different. They say the most ridiculous shit too. Rather than looking at the truth liberals have to be so politically correct on everything and that’s another reason they deserve the “libtard” award.

We don’t call you libtard for no reason and once again, you totally deserve it. Again, who to you to say that you’re offended with the name calling when all you do is call us “racist”, “bigot”, “homophobe” or whatever you dumbasses come up with these days. Do you think we enjoy being called a “racist” or a “bigot?” Hell no. We don’t enjoy it at all. Once again, you got to earn our respect if you want it. So stop being a hypocrite you bunch of libtard losers.

New look, new makeover…

I usually don’t use the internet to post a lot of selfies. I’m not a “selfie whore” like a lot of people are these days so here is one by me.

Is image in music important? In a way, it kind of is. Especially for a live performing musician. If you want to play live on stage or release promotional material… you gotta be looking good and recognizable. Well, here’s my look. My new makeover. I think I’m gonna keep this look as this look is already getting a lot of feedback.

Who does that photo remind you of? Buddy Holly? Elvis Costello? Rivers Cuomo? Michael Stipe? They all wear those similar glasses with the black frames.

That’s the kind of look that I was after so enjoy. I want to do a photoshoot for my music this year and this is how I wanna look for it.

David Bowie had more albums planned??? So expect a lot more unreleased Bowie music in the future…

Before David Bowie’s passing, it looks like he originally wanted to keep making new music and keep making new albums ’cause as I said before, Bowie has recorded plenty of unreleased material. Look like he wanted to keep releasing albums after “Blackstar” but he won’t be able to now obviously.

They already have plans in releasing Bowie’s theater musical starring Michael C. Hall “Lazarus” into an album soon so that’s probably gonna be the next Bowie release even though it won’t be Bowie singing the songs. Michael C. Hall will be singing on it.

While I’m sure fans would think that his record labels shouldn’t release music with him being gone, I’m pretty sure Bowie himself would have wanted them to keep releasing his music. I’m pretty sure we’ll get another Bowie studio album pretty soon. He probably already recorded a new album before his passing but never got a chance to get it out to his record label due to his health, probably.

When a famous music artist dies, the label always look for unreleased material as a way to help celebrate their music and honor that artist. We’ll get plenty more Bowie music, I’m sure.
