Report: Superman “Man Of Steel” trailer WILL be attached before the “Dark Knight: Rises”, confirmed…

Good news to all Superman fans!!!!!!!! The Superman Homepage, revealed exclusive news that the “Man of Steel” teaser trailer will be attached before the “Dark Knight: Rises”, movie. The “Dark Knight: Rises” hits theaters next Friday, and this is another reason to get excited for the next “Dark Knight” movie so we can finally see the “Man of Steel” trailer. People have been asking about the “Man of Steel” trailer and the questions have finally been answered! The wait for the “Man of Steel” trailer is almost over and I can’t wait to see it for myself.

I hope the movie, “Man of Steel”, looks good and hope it don’t disappoint. I’m sure Comic Con will reveal the trailer a week early this Saturday when Warner Bros. do the “Man of Steel” panel. I hope it’s a good trailer. I hope we get actual footage from the film itself, and not just the S shield on the screen.

Read the news, here.

Cool Photo: See Randy, Terry and Dolph sign autographs for fans at SDCC…

Yep, SDCC is happening this week and here are Randy Couture, Terry Crews, and Dolph Lundgren signing autographs for fans at the “Lionsgate” booth at SDCC. Man, I wish I was there, so I can meet Dolph in person. I’ve always wanted to go to a SDCC event but never got to yet, hopefully, someday, I’ll get my chance!

See the photo, here.

Cool Video: The new upcoming “Tomb Raider” RPG game looks pretty cool, can’t wait!!!

There’s a new Tomb Raider game coming out but the new game is a re-invention. It won’t be like the earlier games. The game series is re-booting, and they will be turned into Role Playing Games. They will also have free roam. At first, I was skeptical of the Tomb Raider re-invention but after seeing the gameplay footage here in this video, I think I’m pretty much sold and will get it. I’m a very big Tomb Raider fan. I love Lara Croft. The games are so much fun.

Yes, San Diego Comic Con is happening right now as I type this, so I will be posting a lot of SDCC stuff, like I do every year in my blogs. Enjoy, the gameplay footage taken at SDCC.

Congratulations to the Rolling Stones on 50 Years!!!

50 Years ago today, the Rolling Stones played their debut gig at the Marquee Club in London England, on July 12th, 1962. I’m not a really big Stones fan, but I love Keith Richards as a guitar player and I do respect their legacy. So congrats to the Rolling Stones on their 50 years. Incredible, they survived this long, and I don’t see them stopping anytime soon. Yes, I think they will get back together for a new album and tour, it’s only a matter of time. The only Rolling Stones music I own is their “40 Licks” Greatest Hits album, that’s probably all I’ll own by them. I won’t buy any of their full albums.

Here are a few of my favorite Stones songs in the videos below.

Sometimes the past will always find a way to haunt you, but…

…I learn to ignore it and just focus on my future.

What’s been going on is that there is this certain band that should be nameless, trying to find certain quotes that I’ve said from my past blogs that are not even online anymore and things like that. They would still make fun of stupid quotes I’ve made on blogs even to this day, even though those quotes were written on blogs years ago. I’ll admit that the way I said those, were kind of silly and stupid, could have worded them better, but they were in the past. Like seven years ago or something like that. Back in those days, I was young. Now I’m a little older, I don’t post like that anymore and people still want to make fun of my past, even to this day. This certain nameless band (which you would probably figure out who I’m talking about), their fans have been going along with it as well.

I have tried to be nothing but supportive of this band ’cause their music is decent and they’re good live performers too, but nope, they just want to continue to act like douchebags. When bands act this way, they get no support from me anymore. I don’t get why anytime this band is posted anywhere on the internet, they end up talking about me instead, but like I said in the previous blog post, any publicity is good publicity.

Let ’em be assholes. I don’t care. My life is good. Living it, enjoying it. Playing my music, working out, and doing the things I love to do.

Their unprofessional amateurs anyway, not real musicians like so many people think they are, and they have the worst fanbase as well. I’m going to get my own band going someday, and I’ll show them, that I can be something.

Musicians being treated like laughingstock, take it as good publicity…

Are you the type of musician who have become a target on the internet by the music community, who have been made fun of, ridiculed, and been bullied by other musicians and people in the local music community? I’m sure a lot of musicians have dealt with it. I’ve dealt with it for years. You just want to be a musician just like everyone else. Have fun playing music and get yourself out there, and you can’t figure out why people are making fun of you or laughing at you. They would laugh at the way you post online or how you make your music, or they just make fun of who you are as a person. I’m not the only one who have been treated this way. There are several other musicians I’ve known who have been treated badly by the public, I won’t name names.

Remember the old saying, “sometimes bad publicity is good”? It’s true if you think about it. All they are doing is giving you more attention, when they are not even realizing it. I’ve gotten more fans and supporters because of all this hate going around, so sometimes it helps. Just do your best and ignore all drama, and negative bullshit. Keep playing your music and fuck the world, ya know? Haters are gonna hate, pure and simple.

If people want to make fun of me, let ’em do it ’cause all it’s doing is that it’s good promotion for your music. It’ll get other people thinking, “Hmmm, why are people picking on this guy? I better check him out to see what he’s like”, and then they end up liking you after listening to your music. See what I mean?

The reason other musicians try to destroy your musical dreams publicly is that they want to think they are better than you, that’s pretty much it, really. They think they are “established” musicians, that they feel the need to ridicule those who are not at their level. It’s an “ego” thing for sure. As I explained plenty of times before, if music is what you like to do, then continue to do it, no matter what anybody says or thinks. Keep going. Think about it, whether you get bad publicity or good publicity, it’s all “good” publicity either way.

While it is very unprofessional, childish and lame for other musicians to treat musicians this way, you just got to learn how to deal with it if you want to become a successful musician. How do you think so many major label bands & artists get signed? They get a mix of hate and love, but they kept going, not caring what anyone else thought of them. Just stay positive no matter what happens. If you keep getting people hating on you, just ignore it completely.

I keep writing this stuff on here, ’cause it’s my way of reminding myself not to reply to all the bullshit, and so far it’s working great. If people are talking about you, good or bad, that means you’re doing something right.

Just added 6 more Stephen King books to my collection this week…

Today I took a bike trip up to Schuylerville, which is a small town not too far from where I live, so I went to this used bookshop called, “Old Saratoga Books”, and walked out with 5 Stephen King books. I picked up “The Gungslinger”, “Dark Tower II: Drawing of Three”, “Cell”, “The Regulators (as Richard Bachman)”, and “Thinner (as Richard Bachman)”. They all costed me about $11 total and most of them are hardcover! “Old Saratoga Books” is a cool little store, so I’ll go there a lot more often.

Just last Monday, I picked up “Blockade Billy” by King from the Bargain section at Barnes & Noble in Saratoga Springs. So I can cross off 6 Stephen King books off my list.

I got 11 more books to go, almost done completing his entire body of work! See? I’m a die hard fan. Have been for years. Now I have all 7 Dark Tower books, I’m planning to start re-reading them all soon. Can’t wait to complete his collection.

I do like other authors, don’t get me wrong, but I won’t collect other authors entire body of books, just Stephen King. Whenever I get done completing King’s book collection, I’ll do a videoblog of it to show it off.

Plans for upcoming demo album…

Yes, I am committed to making the next demo album on CD, and am committed to making a full blown rock n’ roll record. I am planning the demo to have every song with heavy and upbeat rock n’ roll songs. I do have plans in recording a professional studio. First though, I need to write a bunch of new rock n’ roll songs. Enough that makes me want to find a band for studio recording. Once I have enough songs written, I’ll start looking for musicians to rehearse them with. I’ll still record full band songs in garageband, but I’ll just use that for song ideas, as a way to show other musicians what I want my songs to sound like.

A new demo will be coming sometime in the future, just taking small baby steps to make that happen.

I want to show people that I can rock in a full band and it’s time to make that dream happen.

Report: Deus Ex video game to be made into a live action movie, whose gonna play Adam Jensen???

“Deus Ex”, one of the most popular futuristic video games, is coming to the big screen! CBS Films has scored the rights from SquareEnix (the makers of the Deus Ex series), giving them the greenlight to make the film. Roy Lee and Adrien Askarieh are attached to produce. John P. Middleton will serve as executive producer. No writers and no director has been signed to this project yet. Since there are two “Deus Ex” game, one of them is the self titled game and the other is, “Deus Ex: Human Revolution” (which is a prequel to the other game). CBS Films plans on making, “Deus Ex: Human Revolution” first.

The Hollywood Reporter reports.

Now the question is, who are they going to cast, Adam Jensen, the game’s main character pictured above?

Adrien Brody, would be a good choice, I think. I know the choice of Adrien Brody may sound silly but I thought he was badass in the movie, “Predators”. I like Adrien’s deep speaking voice in “Predators”, which would be perfect for the Adam Jensen character. They would also need to cast someone for Malik, and Sarif.

I think, “Deus Ex: Human Revolution” was one of my favorite games ever. I think the movie could be really good and visually stunning if they do it, right! Usually movies adapted from video games aren’t any good, but I’m hoping they do a good job with this one.

See the footage from the game below. Makes me want to replay this fantastic game!

Heath Slater vs. the legendary wrestler segments on RAW is a good idea, but this is a bad time doing it…

The best thing going on RAW lately are the Heath Slater segments wrestling a match against a legendary wrestler from the past. Heath Slater is a young wrestler from the NXT wrestling show and he was a former member of the Nexus. Every week on RAW, he has been going against a different legendary wrestler from the past leading up to the 1000th episode of RAW. The whole point of this is to celebrate 1,000 episodes of RAW so they bring in a legendary wrestler from the past who used to be a RAW superstar. So far the legends Heath has been going against are: Vader, Sycho Sid, Cyndi Lauper, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Doink the Clown, Diamond Dallas Page, and Bob Backlund (which was the latest from last night).

This is a good idea that RAW is doing this. I like it a lot. Bringing the old guys back from the past for a one off appearance, however, this is bad timing doing it. Why? Because wrestling is no longer the same anymore, today. In today’s wrestling with it being the “PG” rating, there’s a new generation of young fans who are pretty new to wrestling. Most of the new fans don’t know who the older wrestlers are anymore. Yes, the older wrestlers that’s been performing with Heath Slater has been getting cheers from the crowd, but not much. Pretty sad to see too. I’m willing to bet the cheers are coming from the longtime wrestling fans who know a lot about wrestling. The legends don’t get much of a reaction from the younger crowd at all.

This is a good opportunity for Heath Slater though, I’m sure he’s thrilled to be performing with all these legends.

What legends from the past should go against Heath Slater in the future? Here’s my top ten list in no particular order:

  • The Ultimate Warrior
  • Scott Hall
  • Val Venis
  • Rikishi
  • Ken Shamrock
  • X-Pac
  • Chyna
  • Terry Funk
  • Jake the Snake Roberts

That’s it. Enjoy.
