“A Star Is Born” soundtrack… it’s the best movie soundtrack I’ve heard in a long time! WOW!

So today while I was doing arm day at the gym, I finally gotten around to listening to “A Star Is Born” soundtrack. The movie soundtrack in which Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga both sang on for the hit film that is out in theaters now. The soundtrack has been number one on the Billboard for a couple of weeks now and I can see why.

I listened to the whole thing from start to finish and I LOVE absolutely LOVE every fucking song on it! You see, the soundtrack doesn’t just stick to one genre. It has something for everyone on it: rock n’ roll, country, pop, piano ballads, acoustic music, etc. I thought the songwriting was very impressive. I was also blown away by the vocals of Brad and Gaga… they both sung very good on it. I really think both of them should collaborate on a studio album sometime in the future and it would be really cool if they did. Would Bradley Cooper start his music career like a lot of movie stars are doing? Who knows. Anything is possible.

Get the album here, on Itunes or listen to it on Spotify:

https://www.amazon.com/Star-Original-Motion-Picture-Soundtrack/dp/B07GRLPXPB?fbclid=IwAR2lEMt3ccIiKofdwwewQR70gG1B7Emnq2R6n2epK7TaUlgP99X-1yqg45E

Before you listen to the soundtrack, you should watch the film first, though.

You see, I rarely buy movie soundtracks. There are only very few good ones out there like “The Crow” in 1994 the Brandon Lee action movie, I think that’s one of the best movie soundtracks put together. Some other favorite soundtracks of mine are: “Terminator 2: Judgement Day”, “Bram Stoker’s Dracula” and “The Last of the Mohicans”… those are just musical score soundtracks, though.

Now you can add “A Star Is Born” to my favorite movie soundtracks list. I think I’m definitely going to be listening to this one a lot. My support for Lady Gaga has been on and off for a while. Not over politics but over music. My support for Gaga is back on again. She really is an amazing artist and she really is talented musically. She’s a real musician. She’s not like all the fakes out there. I’ve bought Gaga’s first three albums: “The Fame”, “The Fame Monster” and “Born This Way” but I stopped buying her records after that. I’m going to have to get her albums: “Art Pop” and “Joanne” pretty soon which I haven’t heard yet.

Lady Gaga is an amazing artist and now she’s moving on to acting it looks like. I was impressed with her acting in this movie too. Looks like she’s got some awards coming for this movie.

Saw the movie “A Star Is Born” yesterday afternoon, best movie I’ve seen all year!!!

43431431_10155913256108131_2523372747589943296_n.jpg

Yesterday afternoon, I went to the Criterion Cinemas in downtown Saratoga Springs for the movies. I just saw “A Star Is Born”, a film that stars Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. The film was also directed by Bradley Cooper as this film makes his directorial debut. Brad never directed a film before until now. I thought he did a great job with the directing of this film ’cause it was very well directed surprisingly. Not bad for an actor who directed his first movie and starred in it at the same time. How did Brad get so good at directing even though he didn’t have much directing experience? Well, I would think after years of acting in movies and TV shows, he knew how to direct films just by watching how other directors do it over the years. Brad did a good job at both acting and directing in this film. His role as Jackson Maine, a famous  fictional rock star was entertaining as hell… kind of reminded me of the Dude in “The Big Lebowski” a little bit.

Lady Gaga did a great job in her first major leading role too. I was impressed by her really and admittedly, I was kind of skeptical of her acting skills a little bit but she blew me away. Admittedly, I was losing interest in Lady Gaga lately but now I’m a huge fan again and now my respect for her is immense after this film. I definitely think she’s going to win an Oscar for Best Actress in this film for sure. At first, I was buying Lady Gaga’s music ’cause I bought “The Fame”, “Born This Way” and “The Fame Monster” albums. I haven’t gotten “Art Pop” and “Joanne” yet but I think I’m going to soon. I’m also going to get the soundtrack to this movie ’cause after this film, I can’t get some of these songs out of my head now.

This film was perfect overall. Well acted by the entire cast, well directed, well written and well filmed. No complaints at all. Sam Elliot played a great performance as he always kills it in everything he does. Andrew Dice Clay was cool too.

The music throughout the film was great, though. Yes, all the music in the movie was really sung by Brad Cooper and Lady Gaga. It was all live singing I’ve read. Brad Cooper was never a musician until this film. I’ve read that Lady Gaga made him a musician for this film. Brad is a great singer and if he ever released his own music album someday, I would totally get it, haha.

Anyway, I thought the movie was beautiful. I was floored when the movie got over with and never felt like that before. I’m definitely getting the bluray when it comes out. I do think this film is gonna help boost Lady Gaga’s acting career. She’s definitely going to get bigger roles after this one and I’m sure she’s already getting a lot of offers. After this film, I now love Lady Gaga more than ever. She really is a talented music artist no matter what you think of her.

This film was originally supposed to be directed by Clint Eastwood and star Beyonce but Clint couldn’t do it anymore since Beyonce got pregnant so WB’s got Brad Cooper and Lady Gaga to take over. Imagine if Clint and Beyonce did this film instead? The film would have been different and not as good.

For those of you who aren’t sure of this film, you should give this film a shot. This is one of the best fictional music films. So far, this is the best film of 2018.

Clint Eastwood’s “The Mule” trailer is out and the film looks freakin’ amazing!

Clint Eastwood is once again starring in the leading role of a film he directed. The last time he directed and starred in his own movie was “Gran Torino” released in 2008. Here is Clint’s new movie called, “The Mule” which he directed and starred once again. The film also stars Bradley Cooper. Brad Cooper starred in a Clint Eastwood directed film called “American Sniper” but didn’t star with Clint in that one. This time Brad gets the opportunity to star in a movie with Clint. It’s nice to finally see Brad and Clint onscreen together.

From the looks of the trailer, I think the film looks AMAZING as I got goosebumps watching it. This is no surprise ’cause Clint Eastwood always directed great movies. I try to watch all Clint Eastwood directed films with the exception of “Hereafter”, “Invictus” and “Jersey Boys” which I haven’t seen.

Keep in mind that Clint is 88 years old and he still doesn’t believe in retirement it looks like. Clint agreed to star in “The Mule” ’cause it fits the story. The story is about a 90 year old man delivering cocaine for a Mexican drug cartel.

I think the film looks great and definitely going to see this one in December. Looks like there are some pretty good movies coming out for the rest of the year. Other movies I want to see this year are: “A Star Is Born”, the new “Halloween”, “The Girl In the Spider’s Web”, “Creed II” and “The Mule”. I’m going to try to see all those.

On top of that who cares if “American Sniper” didn’t win Best Picture, the film was better off anyway…

That’s gotta be really hurting for Taya, Brad and Clint to go to the Oscar awards show and finding out that they weren’t gonna get the win for “Best Picture” for “American Sniper” like they were hoping. I think Neil Patrick Harris even warned them during that song that he was singing during the opening so he kind of did spoil it a little.

During that opening song that Neil was singing, he sang these lyrics, “They know the camera’s on and we’re behaving our best. Yet, I secretly hope someone pulls a Kanye West.”

Was Neil telling the “American Sniper” crew that they were gonna lose the “Best Picture”????

Anyways, who cares if “American Sniper” didn’t win Best Picture and Brad didn’t win for Best Actor. Us Americans honored Chris Kyle just by buying a movie ticket to see that film. The film made over $320 million. So love Chris Kyle or hate him, the movie was a box office smash. We celebrated Chris Kyle’s heroism that way. Who cares about some trophy, ya know?

http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=americansniper.htm

I wish the Oscars would focus on the talent and the art of the film but instead the Academy have to be politically correct on everything. They’re so one-sided in their liberal beliefs. Instead of listening to the people, it seems like they are about pleasing themselves instead of us.

I found a nice tweet on twitter by someone who summed up the Oscars very nicely and I agree with it:

That’s probably the only reason why “Birdman” won “Best Picture” ’cause they did everything they could to avoid “American Sniper”.

Like I said before, award shows shouldn’t be telling us what movies are the “best” when we should be the ones doing the choosing. Just see a bunch of movies and make a top 10 list of your favorite movies and that’s all we need.

Yep, I think I’m done with the Oscars. It’s gonna be the same bullshit next year too.

Kev

Now I know why, “American Sniper” film never showed Chris Kyle’s death at gun range…

The “American Sniper” film never depicted Chris Kyle’s death scene for the film’s ending. I thought Eastwood intentionally left that part out of the movie out of respect for Chris’s family but it turns out they originally had that scene in the film after all. Eastwood had to take it out by Taya’s request.

http://www.contactmusic.com/clint-eastwood/news/american-sniper-ending_4588925

Sucks they had to take that scene out but understandable. Chris’s death scene would have made the film even more powerful and dramatic, in my opinion. Hopefully that scene will be available for the upcoming Blu Ray release.

Kev

Love him or hate him Chris Kyle deserves “Medal Of Honor”… sign this petition…

It really is such a shame to see Chris Kyle the most lethal sniper get so much hate and disrespect from libtards. When it comes to hate against Chris Kyle, I am starting to believe that people on the left are just jealous of his record breaking kills. People are just envious of him. They just wished they joined the military and wished they had that many kills themselves. Just being jealous of his heroism.

If you’re a Chris Kyle supporter and believer like myself and think Congress should award him Medal of Honor, sign this petition. Chris Kyle is eligible and he should definitely get one.

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/medal-honor-cris-kyle/M8PZc3CM

There is also this big debate that sparked in social networking on whether or not Obama supports our US military. In my opinion, no he doesn’t. Why do you think Obama’s approval ratings are so low from the military? Even they can’t stand him!

He has never showed any respect toward our military since 2008. Obama makes the claim that he leaves “No men and women in uniform behind” and there’s no proof of his claim at all. Really? What about all those veterans that were killed that were forced on a waiting list with no help coming? What about those 4 men that were killed in Benghazi and the White House didn’t have a care to save them? What about all those Navy Seals that were killed on a helicopter? Obama refused to give Chris Kyle any acknowledgement since his death and yet he supports a Muslim deserter like Bowe Bergdhal instead.

Does all this look like he’s being supportive of the military? Again, here is a big fuck you. You are delusional if you think so. Even the military themselves knows Obama has turned his back on them, google it. Obama is a traitor and a fraud.

Now that we finally have an all Republican Congress, I think there’s a pretty good chance Chris Kyle will be awarded his “Medal of Honor”… hopefully soon!

It’s real sad that the left have attacked Chris Kyle, where was all this criticism when he was alive???

I’m real disappointed of all the left-wing criticism and lies that are targeting Navy Seal Chris Kyle. Loudmouth celebrities such as Michael Moore and Seth Rogen started making all kinds of crazy conspiracy theories about, Chris Kyle and liberals have sided with them. Liberals have also sided with Jesse Ventura when he successfully won that lawsuit against Kyle’s wife/widow, Taya.

Then after all this, Chris got even more negative criticism such as this bullshit article here:

http://www.salon.com/2015/01/23/7_enormous_lies_american_sniper_is_telling_america_partner/

It’s real sad that America have to attack and slander a war hero who is not even alive…. and not one person has any proof of their claims of what they said Chris Kyle really was. My question is, where was all this criticism and slanderous attacks before Chris Kyle was killed in 2013???

And just so you know, just because Ventura successfully won that lawsuit doesn’t make him the good guy and doesn’t make him in the right. Ventura could have done that just to make more money. He knows he would have lost the lawsuit if Chris Kyle was alive.

I wish Chris Kyle didn’t die ’cause if he was still alive, you can very well believe that he would defend himself and all of this criticism he’s getting right now wouldn’t have been going on. If he was alive then Jesse Ventura wouldn’t have won that ridiculous lawsuit.

Ask yourself this, where was all this criticism and slanderous attacks when he was alive? There wasn’t any from what I remember. Not until this movie came out.

If you haven’t fought in wars, then you shouldn’t slander the guy.

I wish Taya would grow a spine and get her lawyers after idiots like Michael Moore, Seth Rogen and liberal news outlets who slandered him. She should sue them all. If he was still alive, I’m sure he wouldn’t be getting these slanderous attacks. People are slandering and attacking Chris Kyle now that he’s dead ’cause they’re all cowards… that’s why.

The way libtards are treating Chris Kyle are just more reasons to hate liberalism. Liberals like to call conservatives “conspiracy theorists” over things like Benghazi and all that stuff — well libtards are being “conspiracy theorists” right now over Chris Kyle. Hypocrites. All of them.

Kev

I bet Obama is getting mad as hell at the success of “American Sniper”…

I can imagine the look on Obama’s face that the film, “American Sniper” is getting more success than “Selma”. Ever since Chris Kyle’s death in 2013, Obama refused to acknowledge it and he stayed silent on Chris’s heroism ever since. Instead, the Obama White House pays respects to Whitney Houston. Everybody knows that Obama himself appears to be a movie buff so I would think he would know about the film, “American Sniper” so he absolutely knows who Chris Kyle is and knows what he has done for the country. Ever since, “American Sniper’s” release, Obama have stayed silent on the film as well. Instead, he’s all over the film “Selma” as he just had a screening for the film at the White House.

If we had a Republican president, he/she would have had a screening for “American Sniper” at the White House and the Republican president would have awarded Chris a medal of honor. Chris is indeed eligible for a medal of honor… it’s just that our fuckin’ president that we have now, Obama, refuses to give him one. There’s gotta be something fishy going on if the president refuses to acknowledge Chris’s heroism and death. As usual, what does Obama have to hide?

I bet he’s angry as hell that “American Sniper” is a box office hit and that the Chris Kyle story got out there. If the president refuses to honor Chris Kyle, then the American people like us will honor Chris on our own by supporting this movie. This is our way of paying respects to a war hero while Obama sits there and does nothing.

Obama does reward other white soldiers the medal of honor dead or alive but he never gave Chris Kyle anything.

“American Sniper” is a beautiful film, though. I bet Obama himself won’t even see it. Going to support “American Sniper” in the theater is all patriotism. That’s what it’s all about really. Showing our love for the country by seeing movies like “Unbroken” and “American Sniper”.

As far as “Selma” goes, once again, I’m sure that’s a good film too but the black community needs to get over themselves over this divisive crap. The Oscars and the movie industry never really had a divisive problem but assholes like Sharpton and Obama are making it into a divisive problem. That’s part of their goal in America… they’re trying to divide this country.

I really hope the Academy makes the right choice by giving “American Sniper” the Best Picture win and Brad Cooper gets the award for Best Actor. If the Academy caves in to race baiters and if “Selma” wins Best Picture instead, I’m never gonna watch the Oscars again and will boycott them.

Why are liberals and the black community accusing the Oscars of being divisive when there are more blacks in the NBA and NFL than whites? Have any whites been nominated or won anything through the BET awards? Al Sharpton is such a loser. I’m getting really tired of that guy.

This is not what Dr. MLK Jr. would have wanted.

Back to “American Sniper”, I’m happy the Chris Kyle story is getting some recognition… FINALLY! I knew who Chris Kyle was before the movie and that book came out.

Kev

“American Sniper” box office hit… could it win “Best Picture” at the Oscars???

Well, it doesn’t really surprise me at all that “American Sniper” would become a box office hit. Why? Probably because Chris Kyle is a pretty popular war hero. They don’t call him a “legend” for nothing. Plus I’m sure Eastwood directing it and Brad Cooper starring in the film helped the box office draw as well.

http://variety.com/2015/film/news/american-sniper-earns-record-breaking-30-5-mil-friday-shoots-for-80-mil-plus-weekend-1201407861/

This movie and the Chris Kyle story itself is definitely more “conservative” than liberal. Why? It’s because “right wingers” are more interested in Chris Kyle than liberals. When was the last time you saw liberals paying their respects to a war hero? When you see a liberal talking about Chris Kyle, chances are they’re gonna be talking about all kinds of negative and disrespectful things about him and stuff. I’ve had idiots on here saying Chris Kyle is not deserving of all this recognition and had a dumb liberal writing me hate mail saying that Chris Kyle is a war monger and murderer.

Liberals don’t really have an interest in war heroes.

Plus, what makes this movie more conservative is that Chris Kyle was totally against gun control. He was a pretty big 2nd amendment supporter and stood up for it. That could be another reason why “right-wingers” respect him.

My question is will “American Sniper” movie win “Best Picture”? I’m hoping and praying. I have a feeling it won’t ’cause “Best Picture” is probably gonna end up going to “Selma”. “American Sniper” would be the right choice to win “Best Picture”. Chris Kyle has never been honored ever since his death and this movie winning “Best Picture” would be the perfect way to honor a war hero. If Obama continues to refuse to honor Chris Kyle, then we’ll honor Chris ourselves in someway and he would have been proud if “American Sniper” won “Best Picture”.

We’ll have to wait and see what happens. Chris K. deserves to be honored and more recognition. His story deserves to get told.

Honestly, I still think Obama had Chris K. murdered. That’s probably why Obama refuses to acknowledge his heroism since his death.

Watch the video below of the real Chris Kyle himself talking about a variety of topics. You can see how “conservative” he is.

Film Review: “American Sniper”…

Starring: Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller
Directed by Clint Eastwood:

Today, I have just seen Eastwood’s latest directed movie, “American Sniper” and here is my review…

Plot/Synopsis: Chris Kyle was nothing more than a Texan man who wanted to become a cowboy, but in his thirties he found out that maybe his life needed something different, something where he could express his real talent, something that could help America in its fight against terrorism. So he joined the SEALs in order to become a sniper. After marrying, Kyle and the other members of the team are called for their first tour of Iraq. Kyle’s struggle isn’t with his missions, but about his relationship with the reality of the war and, once returned at home, how he manages to handle it with his urban life, his wife and kids.

I can’t understand why Eastwood got the snub for Best Director at the Oscars for this movie. I thought it was very well directed. Eastwood is a good director like always. Yet, another winner for Eastwood!

If you have liberal political views, you probably wouldn’t like it. If you are conservative like me, you would probably love it. Yeah, there are gonna be all kinds of weird conspiracy theories surrounding Chris Kyle… some ignorant and dumb liberals would make claims that Kyle is a war monger and murderer so of course, liberals are gonna make claims that this movie isn’t accurate. Screw that.

The movie is about showing America what kind of man Chris Kyle was and what he did for America. The film is more of a dedication to a war hero. A tribute kind of thing. It wanted to show that Chris was a family man and a patriot. He was a warrior who truly loved his country and he would do whatever it takes to protect our homeland.

I thought Brad did an amazing job once again and I think this is his best role. It should be no surprise that Brad would kill it again but he was different in this movie. I thought he was the right fit for playing Kyle. Sienna Miller was amazing too.

The movie did had some pretty intense battles and can get quite graphic. This movie wasn’t made for your popcorn entertainment. It wanted to show you what it would be like fighting in war today. The film wanted to make a point. While the film maybe a bit “conservative”… the Chris Kyle story shouldn’t be “right vs. left”. I think every American should see the movie or read the book or both.

It’s a real shame that the Chris Kyle story gets ignored a lot by Americans and it’s about time a movie got made about him to help give him more recognition. It’s also a shame that Obama still didn’t acknowledge his heroism and didn’t even give him a Medal of Honor.

I thought “American Sniper” was amazing. A beautiful movie all the way through. It’s definitely one of the best war films in the last decade. Clint still got it!

Score for “American Sniper” = 5 out of 5 as in “excellent”.
