If black lives mattered to the adoptive mother of Jaliek Rainwalker then why isn’t she trying to find him???

Don Lehman’s newest article about the Jaliek Rainwalker case comes out and the case explodes on the internet even more, yet you still see Jaliek’s adopted Mom (not naming names but you’ll figure it out) still being active on social media. The case is becoming more and more well known online… everyone is talking about it yet the adoptive mother still hangs online. Her name is in the news pretty clearly you would think she would lay low and stay in hiding but no, there’s still some online activity with her.

She’s on social media, posting her left-wing bullcrap and appearing to be a supporter of “black lives matter”. If she’s a big advocate on “black lives matter” as she appears to be then why isn’t she out there trying to find her adopted son, Jaliek like the rest of us are trying to do?

This is a woman who has online social media presence and you don’t see her bringing up Jaliek once. She’s doesn’t even ask for the public’s help to try and find him. The lawyer claims in the press that she and the adopted father are trying all they can to find him but they’re all lies. The adopted family just continues to live their lives out there… all smiling… going on a lot of vacations and big trips… they go visit their other kids and all that stuff.

Why don’t she help find Jaliek like the rest of us? Nope. Instead, this family moved to Vermont and lawyered up. They are very evasive and uncooperative in this investigation… they refuse to talk with anyone looking for Jaliek. They don’t bring up his name and try to act like that he never existed in their family.

A real mother would have left her husband if she found out that he is the “person of interest” in a missing person’s case but instead she continues to stay by his side and is very protective of him.

They keep saying Jaliek will turn up and they claim he’s still alive. They’ve been asked before to prove that he’s still alive… well it’s almost 12 years of his disappearance… they still haven’t proved that he’s still alive and he hasn’t turned up yet.

If black lives mattered to her then why did she allow Jaliek to go missing? Why isn’t she doing everything under the sun to help find her adopted son? Jaliek was a biracial kid, meaning that he’s half black and half white.

Almost 12 years and still no Jaliek but we will find him somehow and justice is coming after reading that new article by Don Lehman. This family can keep smiling and continue to act like Jaliek never existed in their lives but the investigation is still ongoing. This family wants Jaliek to be forgotten but we will never forget him. I won’t forget him and never will. I really care about this kid even though I never knew him and it’s a sad case. I’m not trying to be a hero, I want answers like most people. If they aren’t talking then the truth will come out on its own… just watch.

Why are movie critics always bashing Sly’s movies? This has been going on for years, it’s nothing new!!!

I have followed Sylvester Stallone’s movie career for many years now. You’re disappointed that movie critics are ripping apart “Rambo: Last Blood”? You see, this is nothing new. Movie critics has been bashing Sly’s movies for a few decades now. I remember they bashed movies like Rambo II and III… they’ve also bashed “Cliffhanger”, “The Specialist”, “Assassins”, “Cobra”, “Judge Dredd”,  “Demolition Man”, “Driven”, etc.

Yeah, I am a huge Sly fan but that doesn’t mean that every movie he did was really good. I’ll admit that he made some pretty big stinkers and even Sly himself admits he didn’t like some of his own movies that he starred in most notably movies like “Stop or My Mom Will Shoot” and “Rocky V”. Sly also hated the second “Escape Plan” movie. He’s not afraid to be honest with his own movies.

I never understood why Sly has to be an easy target by movie critics and some movie fans. What is it about the guy they hate so much? Is it because of his look/image? They don’t like the way his eyes and lips are? They don’t like the way he talks and they think he’s a bad actor ’cause of it? Sly’s talent has always been bashed for years and as you can see, it still goes on.

That’s okay ’cause no matter what you think of the man… love him or hate him, he is a Hollywood Icon and legend. He also has a very HUGE following of loyal fans all over the world. That’s a big part of why he started his own clothing line… https://slystalloneshop.com/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwt5zsBRD8ARIsAJfI4BiHVX2i-TSE3JoXcsXX9-M9X40eH99ihNgeyFr0emCOe4j1i_LZvocaApR9EALw_wcB

… Sly’s online clothing store is just his way of giving back to the fans for supporting his career over the years. It isn’t about the money at all when it comes to Sly’s online store. I only own one-shirt from that store which is the Rocky tank but I plan on ordering more stuff from Sly’s store soon.

Even though Sly keeps getting mixed reviews to all of his movies, I just respect the hell out of him for keeping on going in his career. The man really loves making movies and you can tell he does. I think it’s pretty clear that he does make movies for the fans. He’s pretty good with his fanbase.

A lot of people wanna bash Sly’s acting and make fun of him for his old age but Arnold’s not the greatest actor in the world and he’s a 70 year old guy too but you don’t see anybody criticizing Arnold. It’s always Sly who is the easy target.

Yeah, there are movies where Sly can really show his true acting talent… I always knew he was a good actor… I just wish people would give him a chance. In my opinion, I think he delivered the best performances in the first “Rocky”, “Cop Land” and the first “Creed” movie.

The Sly bashing is getting old and tiresome but I will always support the man. Yes, people make fun of me for being such a Stallone fanatic but I don’t care.

I think some people hate Sly ’cause he’s a good guy. He really is… yet most movie fans are supporting leftist assholes like Robert Deniro, Sean Penn, Alec Baldwin and George Clooney. Sly has always been an “apolitical” guy and he continues to stay that way… maybe that’s another reason they hate him. Most celebrities are horrible but Sly is cool, though. There’s only very few good celebrities in Hollywood left and Sly is one of them.

I have no problem of the way Sly’s eyes are, his lips and his speaking voice. I like the way he speaks and Sly is a very intelligent and honest man, though. He’s also very funny and has a good sense of humor too. There’s no ego in this man at all as he is a very humble guy and doesn’t take himself so serious. What’s wrong with that?

Sly rules. I respect the man so much and I hope to meet him in person someday still. On my bucket list!

Watch me smash a 300 lb. deadlift which I did earlier today…

Here I am smashing an easy 300 lb. heavy single to end my deadlift session with earlier today. After nursing a minor upper left leg injury for a few weeks, I felt I was good enough to get back into some serious lower body work and that’s what I did this weekend.

Since a few weeks ago, I was able to smash a 290 lb. deadlift heavy single, I predicted that I would be able to smash a 300 lb. deadlift that I was trying to get back to. Here I am doing just that. Me smashing a 300 lb. deadlift single. Keep in mind, though, this is not a new P.R. Just a heavy single.

After this, I realized that I never plateaued at all in my deadlifting. It was my left leg injury that was holding me back like I was saying. Since I’m able to do 300 lb. singles for deadlift now, I could probably pull even more than 300. In the video above, that lift was a little shaky but I was able to lock it out pretty smoothly anyways.

Now my legs are wicked ass sore. My legs aren’t too friendly with walking up and down the stairs now, lmao… so I’m gonna be like this for a few days. My legs are sore ’cause I settled down on the lower body lifting for a few weeks but I feel real good. It’s just that deadlifting is so addicting and it’s so hard to stay away from, I can’t help myself. LMAO!!!

I think the left leg injury came back a little bit but not so bad. I’ll get right back to settling down on the lower body lifting so it can go away for good ’cause I’m sick of feeling it. I thought my leg was good enough to get back into heavy lifting again but jumped into it too soon again. I was proud of today’s lift, though. Now I’m on the road to 400 lb. deadlift and I think I can get there in 2020.

I love powerlifting.

“Rambo: Last Blood” was freakin’ great! Don’t listen to the critics and haters!!!

Just saw “Rambo: Last Blood” earlier today and I was blown away by it. The film was pretty amazing really. The film was pretty graphic, dark and intense. This film was a lot more darker than the previous 4 Rambo films.

The plot to this movie is very straightforward really. After years of John Rambo fighting battles… he finally decided that he had enough and live a normal life on his father’s ranch (starting where Rambo 4 ended). He adopts a family to live with since he hasn’t had a family in a long time. He lives with his old friend Maria who is the grandmother of Gabrielle (who appears to be Rambo’s adopted daughter as well). Gabrielle wants to go to Mexico to see her biological father who she hasn’t seen in years and once she goes there, she finds out her father never cared for her and her mother. Suddenly she goes missing after that and now all hell breaks loose.

That’s all I’ll say about the plot for now to avoid spoilers but there isn’t really anything shocking in the film anyway. It’s just a simple movie with a simple plot and story but most importantly this film is action packed all the way through. What do you expect from a Rambo movie, right?

This Rambo movie was totally different than the previous 4. It definitely felt like a western and you’ll see plenty of action, violence and gore. Like I said above… the film was pretty graphic, dark and intense. You’ll see exactly those three in this film. I’ve always known that Rambo was a pretty intense guy in the previous 4 films but wait until you see him in this movie. I predicted that Rambo fighting Mexican cartels would bring out the violent side of him even more and I was right. You thought Rambo was intense in Rambo 4 (2008), wait until you see him in “Last Blood”. You haven’t seen nothing yet. In this movie there will be some gross outs and some pretty gritty scenes.

Some Rambo fans wanna complain about the short hair but I have no problem with the short hair. Once you see this movie, you’ll see why. I think the long haired Rambo is played out anyways and it’s finally time to try something different, ya know?

Sly Stallone maybe a 70 year old guy but he can still do action movies pretty well and he still got it. Sly is an easy target of movie critics and haters but he’s still making movies and doing what he loves so I respect him for that.

With that being said, “Rambo: Last Blood” was a badass movie. I loved it all the way through. A perfect action movie. Those sex traffickers in the movie thought Sly would be easy to pick on but man, once you see this movie you’ll see that the sex traffickers thought wrong. They didn’t realize who they were fucking with, lmao. You don’t mess with Rambo and Rambo will make sure you wish you never did.

If you’re a Rambo fan or a newbie, you should go see it. You don’t really need to see the Rambo movies in order since they’re all standalone movies with their own stories anyways. This makes me want to re-watch the first four Rambo films and I will soon.

My left leg is feeling a lot better, still feel a little tiny pain but not bad!!!

I think I’ll give it another week of not training this left quad muscle… it’s feeling a lot better this week. I still feel a little tiny pain when standing for a long time but not too bad… it’s just about gone away. Yep… I’ll definitely take it easy on the lifting again this week so I can let it heal all the way. I want it healed all the way 100% so I can get back to some serious lifting on the lower body and I can get back to working real hard on the deadlifting.

Gonna have to take it easy on the left shoulder for another week too ’cause that’s getting better too. I didn’t train the left shoulder at all this week and will probably do the same for next week.

Next week, my minor injuries on the left leg and left shoulder should be gone completely and I should be 100% very soon hopefully. Once I am 100%, I’m gonna get back to some serious lifting and I will be more careful next time.

I might have another powerlifting meet coming in Nov. and I want to be completely injury free for this one. That way I can smash my best lifts. I’m hoping to make it to 200 lb. bench for this upcoming meet and hoping to make it to 300 lb. deadlift or more. Not sure if I lost a little bit of strength by taking it easy for a few weeks but who cares if I did or not. Even if I did lose a little strength, I’ll get it back quickly.

For the next powerlifting meet, I really want to bring my numbers up big ’cause that’s how you want to do powerlifting. You always want to bring your numbers up ’cause it isn’t good at all when your numbers on the big three lifts stays the same or goes down.

I want to be fully healed and injury free so I can get back into serious deadlifting again and kick some ass. I love deadlifting. It’s my favorite workout and favorite lift of them all and I want to be the best at it someday. I don’t want to mess up and don’t want to be too injury prone.

I used to never enjoy bench pressing but it’s growing on me and I’m loving it more and more.

Still not enjoying squats so much but I continue to do that lift anyways ’cause of powerlifting. I feel more comfortable deadlifting and have a blast doing that. I’ll be back into doing heavy deadlifting again soon… hopefully next week. No deadlifting again this week ’cause if I do, the injury on my left quad will come back big and I don’t want that. I’m going to wait until it heals all the way and then I’ll get back to working hard.

I’m feeling really good, though. I love powerlifting. It’s an awesome sport and happy that I finally found a sport that I can do.

Movie critics really are the scum of the earth, you shouldn’t listen to them at all…

Man, movie critics all over the internet are ripping “Rambo: Last Blood” to shreds. They’re tearing that movie apart like crazy. I haven’t read any reviews of “Rambo: Last Blood” online since I don’t read movie reviews from critics at all but I’m hearing through social media that the film is getting negative reviews like mad.

You see, when I see a movie, I always go by my own opinion alone. I see the movie for myself and will give a 100% honest opinion on it. I’ll have no problem loving a movie that critics hate and will have no problem hating a movie that the critics love. When they write about their opinions on films doesn’t necessarily mean they are right.

For example, critics praised the hell out of movies positively with movies such as “Black Panther” and “Mad Max: Fury Road” so I go to the movies to see them for myself and ended up hating them. I tried to re-watch those movies for a second viewing and still haven’t changed my mind… I still don’t like them to this day. There has been movies where critics hated that I loved for example, “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” is one movie I can think of at the top of my head. There has been many others but I don’t feel like listing them all but I think you get my point by now.

I think the reason critics are slamming “Rambo: Last Blood” is ’cause they are just triggered by the fact that the film is bringing awareness to human sex trafficking. Most movie critics are die-hard liberals anyway so of course, they’re gonna be offended by the content in “Last Blood”.

I would say, fuck all the critics and you go see the film anyways. I know I’m going to. Like I said, I don’t go by their opinion… I go by own opinion only. I don’t have to like a movie just because this person does and don’t have to hate it just because this person does. I have no problem having opposites opinion. Only thing, though, I don’t have opposites of opinion all the time… there are times where I actually think most people are right that this movie is good and this movie is bad.

Go by your own opinion, that’s the beauty of freedom of expression. These so-called professional critics who goes to the movies for free and gets paid for it are a bunch of losers anyway. That’s not a real job, in my opinion. They’re just paid a lot of money just to ram their opinions down our throats and that’s what they’re here for. That’s all it is, just their “opinion”.

I write my own movie reviews “online” just to show you that I don’t listen to anyone else. Go into the theaters with an open mind.

I’ve always known that movie critics are the scum of the earth and they’re getting much worse today. Why praise “Black Panther” and “Mad Max: Fury Road” when both of those movies weren’t all that great?

I don’t read movie reviews online either… I don’t go to rotten tomatoes and don’t read the reviews at IMDB. It’s all bunch of shit.

Can’t wait to see “Rambo: Last Blood” and I’m gonna see it tomorrow.

Kev

Sly Stallone wants prequel to “Rambo: First Blood” and I think it’s a great idea!!!

Sly Stallone just said he wants a Rambo prequel to happen. A Rambo prequel that would be set before the first Rambo film, “Rambo: First Blood” (released in theaters, 1982). Sly just said he visioned in his head that Rambo was a perfect and normal kid in high school. John Rambo was very popular in high school, a great athlete and all that stuff. The film would depict how the Vietnam war completely changed him and turned him into a mean killing machine.

Sylvester Stallone Wants To See A Rambo Prequel Movie

Kind of an intriguing idea, really and I’m all for it. The prequel Rambo film could lead up to “Rambo: First Blood”. In “Rambo: First Blood” the film opens with John Rambo walking down the road toward a home to visit a friend he had during the Vietnam War and it turns out his friend Delmar died of cancer but after that Rambo continues to travel to Hope, Washington where all hell breaks loose against the town’s law enforcement.

The “Rambo: First Blood” movie left a lot of unanswered questions and the prequel could easily explain everything like for example, as I explained above the prequel would explain how Rambo turned into a killing machine, how Rambo got PTSD from the war, it would depict how Rambo first met Col. Trautman and it would show how Rambo first met his friend Delmar in the Vietnam War which he tried to reunite with in “First Blood”. The prequel film could also show how he first got that huge knife and show how he got trained into becoming the killing machine that he is now. We could actually see Rambo first joining the army and see him in action in the Vietnam war which would be cool. You get what I’m saying? The prequel could lead up to the Vietnam War which would be seen toward the end of the film probably.

Most of the film would depict a young Rambo in his high school years which is interesting. Did Rambo had a high school girlfriend and a sweetheart/love interest? Probably, we would see all that too.

If a Rambo prequel were to happen, though… they would need to find a young actor to play John Rambo… they would need to find a young actor who looks similar to Sly and it might be kind of tricky. They would also need a younger actor to play a younger Col. Trautman as well ’cause Col. Trautman would obviously be a big part of the prequel for sure. They would also need a black actor to play Rambo’s friend Delmar in the film too ’cause as you saw in the opening scene of “Rambo: First Blood”, Delmar was with a black family.

I hope a prequel happens and it’s a good idea. Sly would not star in it but I think he should write and direct it himself, though. It could probably end up happening if Rambo “Last Blood” is a big hit which comes out Friday and I’m hoping to see it this Friday and probably will.

RIP: Ric Ocasek 1944 – 2019…

12034_176509564048_5236047_n.jpg

The rock world lost another great one and this one kind of hurts ’cause I really love the Cars. I didn’t buy much of their records over the years but I’ve heard their first self-titled album many times, though. I’m pretty sure I’ve heard their second album “Candy-O” before too. Of course, it was MTV that got me interested in the Cars ’cause MTV used to play their videos constantly back when they did play “music videos” so I heard plenty of their hits before.

Ric Ocasek was definitely a very talented musician. He also had a great look and great stage presence too. He had one of the coolest singing voices in rock.

Any fan of rock n’ roll would know who the Cars are and familiar with their songs ’cause they’ve been a huge inspiration for all of us.

Now Ric is up there with his bandmate and songwriting partner Benjamin Orr who died in Oct. of 2000.

This makes me want to get the Cars first two albums from Itunes soon. I was meaning to start buying some Cars albums anyways ’cause I’ve always loved the band ever since I was young.

Think I need a few weeks off of barbell lifting until my minor injuries heal completely…

So this week, I decided to take a week off of barbell lifting completely. When your body is hurting and you don’t have it then that means that your body is telling you that you need to settle down on barbell lifting. I’m gonna do just that. Take a short break from barbell lifting of any kind.

I won’t stop lifting weights and going to the gym but I’ll stop training the body parts that are hurt like the upper left quad on the leg and my left shoulder is still bothering me a bit too. The injuries are not superbad, just very minor and tiny. So this week at the gym, I only trained the right shoulder only and for leg day, I didn’t bother doing barbell squats at all and only trained the right quad.

That seems to be helping and I’m already feeling better. Yep, like I said in a post before… you’re not gonna heal injuries by continuing to workout through them. When you feel pain, you gotta stop training that body part and stop putting weight on it.

I probably won’t do any deadlifting at all this week either. No bench press next week and will do light lifting on chest with dumbbells and machine instead. If your shoulders are hurting, you gotta stop bench pressing ’cause the bench works the shoulders pretty good.

These injuries are not all that bad… like I said, just “minor”. I’ll stop training those hurt body parts for a week or two and then I’ll be good.

I’m not worried about losing lifting strength ’cause usually when lifters come back from an injury, they usually come back even stronger and their pr’s on the big three usually go up too. Why? It’s ’cause you gave your body time to heal and got more muscle ’cause of it. Getting lifting injuries isn’t always a bad thing really… there can actually be some pretty good benefits getting minor injuries when lifting.

For the next powerlifting meet in Albany, I want to be completely injury free for the next one so I can smash my best lifts. I want to be able to smash 300 lbs. or over on deadlift so in order to do that, you need to be injury free.

Like I said, my injuries aren’t that bad so I won’t need a doctor or anything. I’ll be good in a week or two hopefully.

If you’re injured from the gym, don’t panic. You don’t have to stop lifting in the gym for a while when injured, there are ways to workout around the injuries. Just workout the body parts that aren’t injured… that way you won’t lose muscle and strength. If I’m not completely better next week, I’ll give it a third week. I want these injuries gone completely so I’ll give them even more time.

Getting injuries in the gym suck and yes, I do get ’em once in a while and everyone else does too. Like I said in a post before, when people claim they don’t get lifting injuries they are probably lying. Why would people lie about injuries and keep it to themselves? Well, ego for one thing. They’ll never admit publicly that their form sucks and they don’t want to look ridiculous. It’ll make them look weak if they admitted they got injured in the gym so they’ll never talk about injuries publicly.

I’ll be good in a week or two hopefully. If not then I may as well go see a doctor and see what’s up but I don’t need one for now.

Right now Steve Jobs would be rolling in his grave over Iphone 11 and new Ipad designs…

I didn’t watch the latest Apple Event of the new Apple products but I’ve seen pictures of them and heard about them here and there. I would have to agree with most people that the new design of Iphone 11 is just horrible. I’m not a big fan of the two camera lenses and the camera light next to it trying to make it look like a triangle or whatever. The thing looks like it came from a sci-fi movie or something.

I would think that Steve Jobs would not have approved with Tim Cook’s work with Apple lately. The Iphone 11 makes me wish that Steve Jobs was still alive ’cause if he was, he would have done anything he could to make that awful design not happen. If Steve was here still, that design wouldn’t have happened at all and if he saw it himself, I can see Steve freakin’ out about it knowing how he was in the past. Steve’s temper tantrum was no secret and if you showed him something he didn’t like, he would have no problem expressing his anger about it. That’s how he always was back when he was alive. He was like that ’cause it was his way of creating the best products.

Steve’s goal with Apple products was that he wanted to help people with “personal computing”…. Tim Cook just wants to do things differently. All Tim Cook has been doing with Apple products lately is that he’s been making them in different sizes, different designs and different colors. Tim Cook just wants to make them look “cool” and try to make them catch people’s eyes but Steve never did things that way. Steve was all about the “personal computing” experience if you get what I mean. I’m with everyone that I don’t think he would have liked the Iphone11 design.

I also don’t think Steve would have approved of the Apple Card and the Apple+ streaming service either. Steve was always about “personal computing” and not about entertainment.

I used to never be a fan of Apple products in the past but I’ve had a change of heart when I got the Ipad and then I got an Ipod. I don’t have an Iphone yet but I would like to get one at some point. If I ever did get an Iphone from Apple, it would be an older version… I don’t think I’ll get the newer ones.

I’m not a fan of Tim Cook of the way he’s doing things lately. I’m also due for a new Ipad and I plan on buying a new Ipad next year but I won’t get one with a ten inch screen. I’m gonna go for the Ipad Mini, I think. Steve wouldn’t have approved of an Ipad with a 10 inch screen either, he’d be screaming his head off about that too. Apple getting worse under Tim Cook. Not a fan of that guy at all. Man, why did Steve had to pass on too early?
