Sharyl Attkinson of CBS news…

You probably heard that name… Sharyl Attkinson a reporter of CBS news who’s goal is to get to the bottom of Benghazi, Operation: F&F, and Obamacare… while what she is doing is really good and she’s one of the very few reporters who deserves to be called a “reporter”; however, I’m actually pretty scared and worried about this woman. She’s doing a risky and dangerous thing.

Whenever people knows so much about Obama, that person usually ends up dead and it’s reported all over the news. This stuff has been happening ever since the start of Barack Obama’s presidency.

If Sharyl keeps doing what she’s doing, I have a bad feeling that something dangerous is gonna happen to her. Next thing you know her life could be threatened by our US government. Not just Obama, the White House overall. They’ve already had gone after Sharyl… they already hacked her computer before and that was just a warning. Just a small hint of what’s about to happen to her. It maybe a great thing that Sharyl is trying to expose the truth about Obama and his scandals but it’s pretty scary of what is about to happen to her.

Sure… Obama may have never gotten arrested and there was no evidence to prove that he killed all of these people but that’s the thing, ya know? He covers himself up and gets away with a lot of stuff. We know he was behind the deaths of all these people who try to expose him. It’s good what Sharyl’s doing — I’m a fan of her work and follow her stuff but I fear what’s going to happen to her.

Obama seems to go after anybody who gives him a bad name. If somebody knows too much information about Obama and the US government… they would either get arrested, fired from their jobs or getting as far as getting killed. Like all the stuff that’s going on with Edward Snowden, Bradley Manning, and Lara Logan with her Benghazi report.

Defend him all you want to — my feelings on Obama will remain the same: dictator, murderer, tyrant, communist, etc. In this day and age it seems like every country in this fuckin’ world has a tyrant and dictator such as N. Korea and Russia. Now the United States has one.

Someday, Obama is gonna get busted for something. He can’t get away with everything. Come on, Barack O’, the world doesn’t revolve around you. We’re gonna get him whether he finishes his presidency or not.

Now that I can make clean sounding tracks online… new batch of originals for 2014 for sure!!!

Now that I can finally make studio quality recordings… I’ll be able to get back to writing and recording originals. Make a homemade acoustic demo. I’ll make  the next demo album and make ’em downloadable for absolutely no cost.

I’m gonna try to make my next batch of originals really good. Make the songs have more heart and passion. As you heard with the “Leave This Place” song which is a song I’m proud of… I’m heading toward the folk music direction. I’ll still throw in some rock n’ roll too.

I promise new originals will be coming in 2014 for sure. I kind of wanna get myself back out there… doing the music thing again. Maybe even play a few live shows ’cause I miss performing live too.

This won’t stop me from doing cover songs, though. Once again it’s important to do both covers and originals. So I’ll find time to do both. Goal in 2014… concentrate on making music and focusing on it.

I wanna try to make original songs that everybody can listen to. I’m gonna try and stay away from the dark & controversial stuff. I kind of want to make family friendly music so people of all styles and ages can listen to my music.

I won’t make people pay for my music. Music should be free and I’ll always stand by it.

Health director who approved Obama’s birth certificate mysteriously killed in plane crash…

Welp, here we go… the woman who approved Obama’s birth certificate was just mysteriously killed in a plane crash and I’m feeling it was no accident… somebody did this. Who else would be capable of taking down an airplane? Obama has done this many times before. Why would he kill the health director who signed his birth certificate? Probably because she knows that he was really born in Kenya and he didn’t want her revealing this information.

That’s the thing with President Obama… every time someone knows too much about him… the next thing you know, you see a report about that person being killed in the news. It’s happening quite a lot.

Sharyl Attkinson from CBS news better watchout ’cause I’m feeling he’s going after her next… give it time. Lara Logan too.

Film Review: “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”…

Starring: Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Donald Sutherland, Philip Seymour Hoffman

Directed by: Francis Lawrence

Today I went and did a little Christmas shopping and I finally got around to watching the new “Hunger Games: Catching Fire” movie and here is my review…

Plot/synopsis: This film takes place a year after the 74th Hunger Games where Katniss and Peeta were victorious. President Snow is angry at them and he accuses them of breaking the rules so they can win last year’s Hunger Games. Katniss and Peeta must go on a Victor’s Tour where they are forced to visit all of the Districts. A rebellion against the Capitol has begun as the 75th Hunger Games approaches. Katniss and Peeta are forced to compete in the Hunger Games for the second time because this is President Snow’s way of getting payback at them.

The first “Hunger Games” movie maybe pretty good and got mixed reviews but in “Catching Fire” there is a major improvement. You know how in the first movie where the acting of the cast was like, “eh, could be better” — well, the acting of the entire cast was MUCH improved. Everybody was phenomenal in this film even Jennifer was really good, of course. The writing and directing has greatly improved too so Francis Lawrence was a great choice of director.

With that being said, I thought this film was perfect. Visuals and cinematography was awesome. The story line can get more intense, violent and dark. Jennifer as Katniss has more personality in this film too. She’s more human in this one.

Even though this franchise is aimed at the young generation, adults are getting into it and I can see why. These stories don’t feel like they were made for young kids. Even though you might have to wait toward the end of the movie for all the violence and action to start… it was still a fun movie. Definitely 10 times better than the last one. There were some shocking scenes to this movie and some interesting twists and turns. A pretty unpredictable film.

I’ve never read the other two Hunger Games books, I’ve only read the first one. I will get around to reading the other two at some point.

I’m a huge fan of Jennifer Lawrence. As soon as I saw her performance in the movie “Winter’s Bone”… I immediately thought to myself… this girl is gonna have a huge career ahead of her, and I was right. She’s been getting big roles like crazy. I’m looking forward to seeing her in “American Hustle” as well!

“Catching Fire” was a very good film and one of the best films of this year. If you haven’t seen it yet, you shouldn’t start with this one. You need to watch the trilogy in order.

Two more movies to see left of 2013. Next film I plan on seeing is “The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug” and I’m looking forward to “American Hustle” as well. After I see those two films I will decide my Best of 2013 list.

Two thumbs up on “Catching Fire”.

Are you a struggling musician? You should learn from Bob Dylan’s career!!!

I went out Christmas shopping today and at Barnes & Noble… I was looking at the new Caffe Lena book. A history book about the legendary venue in Saratoga Springs. The American rock/folk icon, Bob Dylan played there before his fame…. back when he was unsigned. In Dylan’s earlier years, he was a struggling musician like the rest of us. I’ve read the Bob Dylan section in the book ’cause I wanted to know more about his story performing at Caffe Lena.

In his past, Bob was trying to get gigs all over the Upstate, New York area but nobody would book him at all. He tried to get a gig at Caffe Lena back when Lena Spencer was owner but even she didn’t want him at first. Probably because everybody thought Bob Dylan sucked back then and people had a hard time trying to take his music seriously. Another folk musician by the name of Dave Van Ronk heard that Dylan was trying to get a gig there and Dave happened to be a fan. Dave Van Ronk begged Lena to book Dylan at the venue and she did. After Dylan performed there, she ended up loving him. Lena booked Dylan more and they even became friends back in the day. There are a few photos of Bob Dylan and Lena Spencer hanging out at the venue.

It’s a really special book but it costs $50.00. I would buy it sometime down the road… not right now.

Back to Bob Dylan, he struggled like most of us. It wasn’t easy for Dylan to become big and successful. Look at him now. He’s an American icon and legend!

You see, if you’re a struggling musician and not many people like your music — keep going with the music. You’ll never know where you’ll end up. Just because people ignore your music doesn’t necessarily mean you’re a failure. Don’t give up and keep trying. Dylan never gave it up and he’s STILL doing his thing to this day. To those out there who think is a failure at music… don’t feel that way about yourself. Never.

All famous musicians and bands start off struggling at first. Sometimes it takes years to get big. Getting big and successful certainly doesn’t happen over night.

Just keep writing the songs and getting them out there before you know it… everyone will like your music and support you. You can never tell whether or not people like your music. Just put it out there and see what happens.

I thought reading about Bob Dylan at Caffe Lena was a pretty interesting read. He really fought hard to get where he is now. If he can do it… so can anybody! Even though I’m not that much of a Bob Dylan fan, he just got me a little more respect after reading that little piece. Bob’s past being a struggling artist kind of reminds me of myself.

Long lost Johnny Cash album that was recorded during the 80’s to be released…

Johnny Cash’s son, John Carter was digging into Johnny’s private archive of music over the years and he found a long-lost album that Johnny recorded during the 80’s that was never released. Johnny was gonna release the album but he was dropped by Columbia Records in 1986. The name of the album is called, “Out Among The Stars”, and it will have 12 tracks featuring June Carter and Waylon Jennings as duets for a few songs. The album will be released in the Spring of 2014.

As a major Johnny Cash fanatic, I’m definitely looking forward to this one! I remember Johnny once said he never threw away music if he didn’t like his own songs… he just stored them away and the proof is in the article.

Speaking of Johnny Cash, I plan on covering more of his songs for youtube as well.

My thoughts on President Obama shaking hands with dictator Raul Castro…

This is sparking a lot of controversy on the web so I thought I would respond my thoughts about it ’cause I’m sure a few of you wanna know my thoughts. Well, here it is…

At the Nelson Mandela memorial, President Obama was caught shaking hands with Cuban dictator Raul Castro in the audience. If you look closely during the hand shake, both men seemed pretty happy to see each other. Looking at Obama, you can tell that he was excited to see him more than anything. If President Obama supports and is friends with other evil dictators around the world… then this is further proof that President Obama is nothing but a dictator himself. I don’t see how America can believe in Obama after that handshake with Castro. I don’t know much about Castro but I heard he’s an evil man and killed a lot of people. That handshake is proof that Obama is a shady president who is not to be trusted.

It’s no secret that Obama supports other evil political figures. Nelson Mandela was an evil man too and it’s no surprise to see Obama all over Mandela as well… one commie to another.

Obama continues to show that he is nothing but a piece of garbage. He attends the Nelson Mandela memorial and he was a no-show at the Margaret Thatcher memorial? Just shows that Obama is a racist toward white people. He payed tribute to Whitney Houston at the White House after her death but he never honored the 4 victims of the Benghazi attacks. He hates white people, guys. Look at reality here.

You may think Obama is a traitor to America after that handshake with Castro but Obama has always been a traitor to our country ever since he first got elected.

USB Microphone…

I didn’t tell anyone this on here but yesterday was my 37th birthday, and as a gift from family… I just got a USB microphone for my music recording. I’m pretty thrilled to finally have one too. It’s a good USB microphone too. Definitely, not a cheap one. It’s a studio quality microphone and when I tried it last night… it worked really great on my Ipad.

I’ll be able to make perfectly clean sounding acoustic demos finally. There’s no hissing sounds at all and no other background noises with this microphone so I’m pretty happy with it. So when I record original music in the future, expect better quality sound of my recordings.

This was my goal all along. Trying to record perfectly clean. I think it’s time to get back to songwriting again!

About that Lorde song “Royals”…

I wanna perform that Lored song “Royals” for you guys but I don’t think I’ll do that song right away. I think I’ll wait sometime in the future to do that one. I will still do it though… I just wanna concentrate on other songs. There are tons of other cover songs I’m dying to do.

I’m working on U2 “One” from the, Achtung  Baby album. You remember that song, right? I think I got the song down pretty good and will have the video up sometime this week.

There are other cover songs I wanna do. I might do more U2 stuff. There’s a few songs by Billy Idol I wanna cover. I wanna do the Talking Heads “Psycho Killer”. Sammy Hagar “I Can’t Drive 55”. Some stuff by the Clash. The list of cover songs I wanna do is too freakin’ LONG!

Man, after thinking about doing all of these cover songs for youtube… I’ve actually considered forming my own cover band. If I can do cover songs well enough, I might actually think about starting a cover band. I’ll see how it goes! Playing in a band is something I’ve always wanted to do and playing in a cover band is a good place to start.

I don’t just do these covers for myself… I enjoy playing them for you guys for your entertainment too! Always remember that. I have fun playing songs that other people know and love. This is only the beginning, though…
