Celebrity stalking is on the rise. Everyone from Conan O’ Brien, Uma Thurman, Paula Abdul, Britney Spears, Shawn Johnson, and now here comes Tyler Perry. I used to think that celebrity stalking is a bad thing. If you think about it, I think it is a good thing.
I mean, think about it. When you’re big rich and famous, you get obsessive fans stalking you, that’s when you’ll realize that you’re big and famous. Everyone thinking it’s a crime and fans thinking that it’s a horrible thing. In my opinion, I don’t think it’s all that big of a deal. It’s the celebrities themselves that is making these alledged stalkers a bad thing and calling it a crime.
It’s not like these fans are going to murder them or anything. They are just fans that are dying to meet them in person.
If I become rich and famous, I would not press charges on these stalkers. Want to know what I would do? I would give them the opportunity to meet me. Yeah, sure, it may be bizarre and scary on how these fans do these things but these celebrities don’t have the balls to handle the fans being obsessive to them. These fans actually have the brave enough balls to actually go out and try to meet their hero.
It just shows that when these celebrities prosecute these stalkers, just shows how much power the rich and famous have over people. They all live in their own worlds and all they care about is themselves.
Meeting your favorite celebrity is extremely tough these days. Usually when celebrities are out in public, they ride in limos with dark windows and walk in the streets with baseball caps and sunglasses so they won’t be recognized. So when celebrities are getting obsessive fans stalking them, that is pretty much their own fault.
If I was rich and famous, I’d actually be proud to be stalked by a fan trying to meet me in person. So I think these celebrities are the guilty ones, not the fans. Most fans sit at home and dream about meeting these celebrities, while these “stalkers” have the balls to go out and try to meet them for real.
So to the people out there that thinks these fans out there that stalk celebrities are insane and mental. No. Correction: It’s you that is insane and mental, that need a reality check.
People can never get through their thick skulls that the rich and fame world are all sleazy people. The public thinks the rich and fame world is such a “wonderful” and “great” thing all of the time. Many celebrities don’t enjoy meeting their own fans because they think they are bigger and powerful than you are, that’s what this is all about with them.
How much do you want to bet that these fans would think this is worth going to jail for since they already saw them in person? Landing them in jail, wouldn’t teach them a thing.
