Video proof that Hillary can barely stand, something is definitely wrong with her…

Hacking Hillary tried to attend the 9/11 Memorial event in NYC today but she left early ’cause I guess she wasn’t feeling well like usual. The video above is proof that she can barely stand up well. She had to get her handlers to help her get into the van.

CNN claims she left due to “overheating” but it’s probably a lie.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/09/11/politics/hillary-clinton-health/index.html

There’s a lot of rumors going around that she’s in the beginning stages of Parkinson’s Disease and that’s probably what it is. The signs of Parkinson’s Disease is easily to see in the video above.

It’s actually nice for CNN to finally admit that there is something wrong with her but the best they could say was “overheating” but that is probably a cover-up for what she really has.

Do you really want a president like this? A president who leaves important events ’cause she isn’t feeling well? She needs to drop out already!

So how long CM Punk’s future in UFC/MMA would last???

So last night on ppv, I couldn’t resist watching “UFC 203” ’cause like most UFC and WWE fans, I too was curious on how CM Punk was gonna do in his first MMA caged fight. I just had to see it for myself, ya know? A lot of people were wondering whether CM Punk was gonna do bad or do good but as expected CM Punk did pretty badly. Which is expected since CM Punk doesn’t have much of an martial arts and MMA background. CM Punk is a professional wrestler. He’s got a huge background in wrestling instead so it was expected that Punk wouldn’t do well against Mickey Gall. The fight last night was an easy win for Mickey Gall. Gall beat Punk in a bloody mess and Gall wouldn’t let Punk get a chance to do anything either. Punk tried his best to fight back and defend himself but Gall was too tough. It was a pretty good fight, though ’cause I was impressed with Mickey Gall.

After the fight got over with, I gained even more respect for CM Punk. That guy has been my favorite wrestler for years. Love Punk or hate him, what that guy did was pretty ballsy. He really was brave and courageous to do what he did last night.

I loved Punk’s speech after the fight ’cause he said that life is about getting knocked down and getting back up. He also said you must believe in yourself. He said that if you want to go after your dreams, you can’t listen to anybody and go for it. Which is good advice and I’ve had that attitude for a long time now. Going after what I want and not giving a shit what anyone thinks.

So what is Punk’s future gonna be like in MMA? Will his MMA career be a success or will it be short? Who knows. We’ll have to wait and see. I’m pretty sure Dana White will give Punk another chance so we’ll see how Punk does on his next fight. Keep in mind, Brock Lesnar lost his first UFC fight to Frank Mir but came out on top after so the same could happen to Punk.

It was a pretty good ppv though. I thought the best fights of the night last night were Jessica Andrade vs. Joanne Calderwood, CM Punk vs. Mickey Gall and Stipe Miocic vs. Alistair Overeem. The other two fights RIvera vs. Faber and Browne vs. Werdum were pretty boring as fuck, though.

I wish CM Punk the best of luck in his MMA career. He’s gonna have to learn that this isn’t WWE and MMA is a whole different thing.

I practice my balancing every day and it improves little by little…

Ever since I first started Yoga, I’ve noticed that my balance is really bad. I really need to get good at balancing. Be able to stand on one leg for a long period of time. Be able to stand on one leg both the left and the right leg. I really need to get good at that. Ever since I started Yoga, I’ve been practicing my balancing skills ever since. Each time I do that, I notice a slight improvement each time. I guess it takes strength and getting used to in order to get good at balancing.

Balancing is important in life ’cause it can help improve the way you walk, the way you stand and all that stuff. If you want to get into other sporting activities like martial arts or boxing, balancing will help you get good at that stuff. Also as you age and get older, you won’t fall a lot and will be able to walk without a walker. Being good at balancing will help you with pretty much anything in life. If you wanna become a dancer, balancing is important for that. There are too many reasons why balancing is important and I really need to get good at that.

Thanks to my Yoga instructor, she gave me a really good balancing practice tip that is really helping so I could get good at balancing in about a month or two… we’ll see.

I would like to learn how to dance to music better but in order to do that, I must have a flexible body and be good at balancing. Why do you think all those pro dancers are good at what they do?

Balance is good for ya too. I vow to get good at that sometime in the future and I will be a success.

Film Review: Don’t Breathe

Starring: Stephen Lang, Jane Levy, Dylan Minnette

Directed by: Fede Alvarez

So today I decided to hit the movie theaters and see the new horror film, “Don’t Breathe”.

Plot/synopsis: Rocky, a young woman wanting to start a better life for her and her sister, agrees to take part in the robbery of a house owned by a wealthy blind man with her boyfriend Money and their friend Alex. But when the blind man turns out to be a more than he seems, the group must find a way to escape his home before they become his newest victims.

I was surprised of how great this movie was. I would have to say that this film is definitely the best horror film of 2016 by far. I was entertained throughout the entire film and wasn’t bored one bit. It’s definitely an edge of your seat thriller/horror. The writing was really good and the movie was beautifully filmed too. No surprise ’cause this was made by the same team that made the Evil Dead remake. This movie “Don’t Breathe” had an interesting concept. It kept you guessing toward the end so it was unpredictable.

I loved Stephen Lang in this movie ’cause he played a great bad guy. Honestly though, in this movie you couldn’t tell which ones where the good guys and the bad guys. I felt Stephen Lang’s blind man character was the good guy, though ’cause it seems like he was trying to save his home from being burglarized and he was punishing them for it. This film maybe a short 90 minute film but I thought it was really good all the way through. Definitely one of the better new horror films and probably the best one Sam Raimi produced so far. I’m definitely getting the BluRay when it comes out for sure.

After seeing that this movie made a lot of money in the box office and it’s a hit movie right now, I can see why. The story to this movie was so original and different which is rare in Hollywood these days. It’s recommended checking out.

Score for “Don’t Breathe” = **** (4 stars as in excellent)

More on Yoga… I’m definitely gonna stick with it, I think… I really need it…

So I had my second Yoga session at the Y last night and it was a lot of fun. I’m really enjoying Yoga, I really am. So I think I’m gonna stick with Yoga. LIke I said before, I’m gonna suck at it for a while at first ’cause I’m not that flexible and not good with balance. I’m a beginner at it so it’s gonna take me a while to improve. Even though I suck at Yoga, it doesn’t matter. Ya know, what Yoga does to ya is that it helps you relieve stress and makes you a happier & more energetic person. Yoga is really relaxing, it really is. Yoga will help clear your head and will help make you think. Yoga helps me feel like I’m a much much better person.

Yoga is really amazing, guys. If you’ve never tried it before, you must. It’s recommended. I’m not really good at balance at this time but after Yoga class at the Y last night, I stayed after class to have the Yoga instructor to teach me a practice technique where I can get good at balancing. She gave me a simple tip that really works. While I’m practicing my balancing on one leg skills, she gave me advice that I should stare at my foot that’s touching the floor the whole time. I was surprised of how that worked. She gave me that practice tip and I took it.

Yoga is very healthy for your body and for your mind. It’ll get you in shape pretty good. For now, I’m beginning to think to hell with weight lifting and I’ll probably stick with Yoga & Boxing ’cause both will get you in shape. Yoga & boxing will get you in better shape than lifting weights, in my opinion. I’ll never give up lifting weights but I’ll cut down some. I don’t want to do too much.

Another thing I love about Yoga classes is that it gives you an excuse to check out the hot women in the class. As I expected, I figured I would see hot women in the class ’cause you know how women love Yoga. Some of the women in that class has got smokin’ hot & well built bodies. As we were doing the poses, I can’t help myself but look over and check out the women doing the Yoga poses. I’m pretty much the only male student in that class, I think. Most of the Yoga students are women ’cause you know how popular Yoga is with women than men. Not a lot of men get into Yoga. Maybe it’s because women have more flexible bodies than men is why.

Anyway, Yoga is really awesome and feels really good. It may be tough at first but the more I keep at it, like I said before, I’ll become the Yoga master. It’s what I want, a flexible body ’cause I really need it. If you have a flexible body that will help you do a lot of things. Yoga is really good for your body for so many reasons.

Sooner or later, I’ll be doing a lot of cool Yoga poses that could impress and surprise a lot of people. I want to be able to do the Jean Claude Van Damme leg split someday. Whenever I am able to do that, it could make peoples jaw drop open. On a serious note, doing Yoga is not only to impress other people… it’s about impressing yourself. Improving your life, that’s what it’s about really.

I’m glad I got into it. Other people seems to be glad I got into it too.

Found this excellent youtube page that teaches you boxing…

While I’m taking boxing classes at the Y, I’m gonna teach myself boxing moves by learning from youtube instructional videos and I’ve already found a youtube channel that is great. This channel is pretty awesome and I’ve already learned a few things from this guy.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrYqUsxL8UbAbk6wP-9_tig

Some of you may ask, what am I getting into boxing for? Am I planning to step in a boxing ring to have my first boxing match someday? That will probably never happen. I’m never gonna box professionally. I’m just doing this for fun and it’s a new hobby of mine that I just discovered. Just want to do something different other than bodybuilding and lifting weights, ya know?

Pretty soon, I’m planning to buy my own heavy bag for home and maybe I should buy a speed bag too. Boxing is also great for your health and helps makes you feel good. I just want to learn how to fight just so I can defend myself just in case someone wants to pick a fight with me out there. Like I said before, I’m not for violence at all but if I’m hit first by someone, I’ll have no problem hitting back. I’m not trying to be a tough guy or anything. Just want something fun and something new to do is all!

I can see why the pros love to box professionally ’cause it is fun and addicting.

Here’s an idea what Yoga looks like for those who don’t know anything about it…

I’ve been trying to find stuff in youtube that could help me get better at balancing and this video kind of helped me a bit. If you want to know what Yoga is all about and don’t know anything about it, here is a sample of what a Yoga session would be like.

I really need to have a more flexible body. There’s a lot of posing and you must hold that position for a little bit which would be tough and tiring. Yoga may wear you out really fast but the more you keep at it, the easier it will get.

Yoga may look kind of boring to you but it’s not really. Once you get into it and try it out for the first time, you’ll find that you actually love it. I vow to stay committed to both boxing and yoga ’cause it’s what I need to improve my life. Yoga is probably the best fat burning exercise out there. It’ll help you get lower body fat and build more muscle at the same time. Yoga is enjoyable and feels real good.

Why listening to shred guitar music is good…

A lot lately, I’ve been listening to a lot of instrumental shred guitar music. I’ve been listening to this stuff for years actually. I’ve been trying to listen to all the popular shred guys. Since last year, I’ve gotten into Al Di Meola and Joe Satriani a lot. I’ve actually been listening to Joe Satriani for many years so I’m already a fan of his. I’m trying to listen to all the popular shred guys like Steve Vai, Jason Becker, Eric Johnson, etc. I’m also gonna make my way to listen to some Yngwie Malmsteen as well. I love listening to instrumental shred music for a lot of reasons. I listen to that stuff for guitar playing inspiration pretty much, just to get some ideas of what lead guitar would sound like. Plus, most importantly this is cool music to listen to. Shred music isn’t a mainstream genre anymore but it is still popular but it seems that only guitar players listen to that kind of music these days.

Thanks to Guitar World magazine, that magazine inspired me to get into Steve Vai more. I’ve read many Steve Vai interviews through Guitar World and finally, I decided to get his new album “Modern Primitive” and also get the “Passion & Warfare” (25th Anniversary remaster edition) from Itunes. Got them both and both albums floored me. Then I thought to myself, man, I really need to listen to Steve Vai more. So just the other day, I bought his earlier album, “The Story of Light” which was also badass. I was never much of a Steve Vai fan but I am now. I can see why he matters to so many people. Even though Steve Vai is cool, I will always like Joe Satriani more ’cause Satriani will always be my no. 1 shredder with Al Di Meola close behind him. Steve Vai would have to be my third favorite.

I’ve just started listening to Jason Becker’s music ’cause I just bought his album, “Perpetual Burn” from Itunes and I was floored by the album too. Jason Becker freakin’ rules and I can see why he matters to other guitar players.

I think people should listen to instrumental shred music more ’cause it’s good for ya. That kind of music helps relax you too.

Someday, I would love to make an instrumental shred guitar album myself. It’s always been a dream of mine to make a record like that and I would like to make it happen too. That’s part of why I’m trying to improve my lead guitar playing and ear training chops, ya know? In order to play shred guitar music well gotta have the technical skills and a good ear, I’m trying to work on both.

Shred music is awesome and wish that kind of music would get recognized more.

So glad I discovered Yoga… I’ve been wanting to get into it for a long time!

So yeah, I’ve recently discovered Yoga finally and I’m actually pretty happy about that. Why have I been wanting to get into Yoga? Like I said previously, I want to become more flexible and be good at balance which is what I really need. I also want a new way to focus, clear my head and relieve stress ’cause Yoga will do all that. Plus, I also had a few people I know who recommended me to get into it.

I’m not that flexible at all and really need to have a more flexible body. I plan to stay committed to Yoga every week at the Y and at home. The more I stay committed and keep at it, the next thing you know, I’ll be able to bring my leg all the way up high behind my head. I’ll be able to do leg splits someday which is what I want to do. When I had my first Yoga session at the Y earlier this week, I’ve already learned some of those poses in the pic above. I sucked at them ’cause I’m not that flexible at all. I couldn’t do the balancing stick pose which is what I plan to work on. I couldn’t do the Triangle pose and couldn’t do the Eagle pose. I also couldn’t do the tree pose very well either ’cause I’m not good with balance at this time.

We did the Adho Mukha pose a lot but that’s one pose that I can do pretty good on although it was really tiring to hold that position for a pretty long time… the Adho Mukha pose looks something like this:

I may be struggling on a lot of stuff in Yoga ’cause I’m a beginner. It’ll take me some time to get better at Yoga. It will probably take me several months or a full year to get good at it. It might even take me a good couple of years.

I wish I discovered Yoga a long time ago but late is better than never. At my age which I’m almost 40 pretty soon, it’s a pretty good time to start now before I get too old anyway.

Yoga is awesome. So glad I got into it and I vow to keep at it. Yoga is very healthy too and will also get you in pretty good shape. You want to have a sexy looking body, Yoga will do that.
