I'm a musician, singer/songwriter, blogger, writer, poet, bodybuilder, movie lover, music lover, video gamer, history/political buff, conservative/republican, etc. I like to do a lot of things.

Why I don’t enjoy the bar & club scene and think they’re overrated…

I understand that people wanna go and have a blast but they don’t need to go have a blast at bars & clubs. What’s so fun about spending a lot of money to get yourself wasted? In my opinion, I don’t find it fun. I used to but not anymore. I try to avoid bars & clubs as much as possible, though. The only reason I would go to one is if I would see a local band that I really liked and that’s pretty much it really. Bars & clubs are overrated as hell and that’s my opinion. They’re everywhere and everyone you know is going to them these days when they want to go out. Bars & nightclubs are everywhere these days ’cause they make a lot of money obviously. That’s the only reason they’re around.

Reasons I don’t care for the bar & club scene:

  • People are too crazy, not a good place to socialize:  When you go to a bar & club, you can expect a lot of crazy drunks all over. You’ll be having weird conversations and most of them won’t know what they’re talking about most of the time
  • Overpriced admissions and overpriced drinks: When you wanna go see a band or a solo artist, you can expect the admission prices to be overpriced these days. Drinks are overpriced these days too. I don’t drink anymore and it’s why I only drink water when I go to a bar or a club which only happens once in a blue moon.
  • Not a good place to meet women:  Yeah, some random women at bars will allow you to dance with them, hit on them and all that stuff but chances are, they’re gonna be very drunk which is why they let you. It’s difficult to hook up with chicks from bars & clubs because most of them go there to get attention with men, that’s it. I don’t think you’ll hook up with them after that unless you want a “one night stand”?  That’s what I don’t want.

I don’t do bars & clubs like I used to and no, I was never an alcoholic. I used to drink occasionally but I stopped drinking for good.

If you want my idea of having “fun” and having a blast. I like to do that at home with just playing my guitar. Another idea of having fun is working out and lifting weights at the gym. I also love going to the movie theaters, that’s my idea of fun too. Whenever I get extra money for myself, I also like to shop around the malls. Those are the things I would prefer to do.

I also like going on vacations and go to the ocean when I can.

There are other fun things to do besides going to bars & clubs all the time. You just gotta look around.

I’m not a hard partier anymore like I used to be. Just had to get out of it.

The NY Post slams George Clooney, they proclaim Clooney isn’t a star ’cause most of his movies bombed… I disagree…

Despite most of his films being box office failures, Clooney is still the most recognizable star and he’s an icon. Probably because he rose to fame and became well-known for the drama TV-show “ER” in which he became famous for. I’m pretty sure Clooney is still getting big paychecks from that show so I’m sure he doesn’t care whether his movies flop or not. Maybe Clooney is not worried about the money when acting? He does acting for a living ’cause maybe he enjoys it and it’s his passion?

I’m not a big fan of Clooney’s liberal politics and all that but I won’t deny that he has some good films. Some of my favorites that he did in his career were: “Gravity”, the Oceans trilogy, “Fantastic Mr. Fox”, “O Brother, Where Art Thou”, “Solaris”, “Michael Clayton” and that war film, “The Thin Red Line”. Yeah, most of Clooney’s movies weren’t good but he does have some good ones.

There were a lot of other actors who had most of their movies flopped like Sly Stallone for one but he’s still the most recognizable star. The same goes for Eddie Murphy, Daniel Craig and Nicole Kidman. Most of their movies flopped too but they are still a “star”.

Don’t listen to the NY Post ’cause they are just being “opinionated”.

I just believe these actors don’t care about the money. Like I said, they’re in Hollywood ’cause they enjoy the passion of acting and that’s what they do it for. Maybe they don’t see it as a job and they just wanna be a part of Hollywood? They just wanna act in movies and have fun. Not caring whether or not their movies are a hit.

On top of that, just because an actor/actress has most of their films flopped in the box office, doesn’t necessarily mean they are untalented. It doesn’t necessarily mean they continue to make movies no one wants to see and it doesn’t mean their movies suck either. I’ve seen some amazing movies even though they didn’t sell well in the box office.

That article is all a crock of shit.

Regulate health care, regulate guns, regulate the internet, regulate trade… now Obama’s regulating water??? WTF???

Seems that Obama wants a federal take over and regulate everything. What’s next? Is he gonna regulate the dirt on the ground, plants & trees? Why don’t he regulate the sky too? HA!

Anyway, as far as Obama regulating water goes, I wonder if he’ll make some big 500 page document that he won’t let us see until it is approved?

All joking aside, though, the last thing you wanna do is trust Obama on water. I think he wants to pollute our water even more and kill us all. Even worse we might not even have water at all with new regulations. If you own a pool, the government can get rid of that if they please.

You see everything Obama touches is gonna be bad news. I don’t trust anything he does, whatsoever. You shouldn’t either, ya know???

Just more damage to America, that’s all it is.

I’m tired of all this government regulating when we shouldn’t have any of that, ya know? If you think a government takeover on everything is a good idea, I wanna know what drugs you’ve been using? Wake the FUCK UP, AMERICA!

See? Politics isn’t a “left vs. right” thing… some in the GOP are slamming their own party…

I don’t like Rand Paul anymore but what he said is spot on…

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/election-2016-rand-paul-isis-exists-because-of-hawks-in-the-gop/

The GOP have been helping Obama arm our enemies like Syria, Isis, etc. Terrorists have gotten much stronger is not because of Democrats in Congress… Republicans have been on it too. John Boehner, John McCain, Mitch McConnell, etc. All helped terrorists get stronger. We have a lot of war mongers in the GOP for sure. I’m not denying that at all.

Plus, many in the GOP are attacking Rand Paul saying that he is unfit to serve the White House and I sort of agree.

Who do I want for president next time? I think I already have decided on somebody but I’m not gonna publicly endorse somebody yet until this person makes the announcement. No it isn’t Rick Santorum although I supported him the last election. I won’t support him this time. I have someone else in mind for president and it isn’t who you think it is.

Whatever Obama touches is gonna be bad for America, I don’t care if the GOP backs it or not…

In case you haven’t been paying attention both conservatives and liberals do not agree with Obama’s TPP trade deal. Anything Obama touches is gonna be bad for America and gonna put a huge damage to the country. Yes, most of the GOP in Congress backs Obama’s trade stuff but us right-wingers don’t like it either. So for once, the right and the left are on the same page on something. A lot of us “right-wingers” have been getting turned off by the GOP lately. If you think us “right-wingers” should agree with Obama’s policies just because the GOP backs it, you can think again. Stop believing that politics is a “right vs. left” kind of thing ’cause it never was if you think about it. Most conservatives these days are turning their backs on their own party and that includes me. I don’t like the GOP anymore so stop assuming that I support them, idiots.

It’s no wonder why I don’t allow a certain few of my blog commenters to post anymore ’cause they are idiots and morons, fuck all of ’em. Their just delusional and misinformed trolls who can’t seem to get the hint that they aren’t welcome to post here.

Most of us “right-wingers” are pretty honest people. If the GOP does stupid things, we’re gonna be real about it. We haven’t been liking the GOP lately ’cause they’ve been helping Obama on a lot of things. The GOP were never enemies toward Obama to begin with and I’ve made a post about that before. Once again, I don’t support any of the GOP candidates for that reason that includes Rand Paul and Ted Cruz ’cause they supported Obama’s trade.

If anybody supports any of Obama’s policies, they get no support from me. Everything Obama touches and whatever he does is gonna be bad for America. Remember, stop assuming that just because the GOP agrees with Obama, doesn’t mean the rest of us will ’cause it’s simply not true. Many of us on the right despise Obama and we’re gonna continue to hate the GOP the more they side with him. End of story.

Liberals finally waking up on Obama? TPP deal related…

Wow. I take a look at Obama’s official facebook page and reading the comments on his “Leading on Trade” post, I’m noticing that liberals and Obama supporters are not happy with him at all.

Read some of the comments they’ve been posting, I’ll post ’em without names:

“then where can i read a copy of the proposed deal? that’s what transparent means right?”

“My President and I part ways on this one. How can it be transparent if we the people cannot see what is in it? How can it be progressive when it takes the power away from the people and gives it to corporations?”

“Transparent? Can I read it online someplace?”

“Mr president I support you on most things. This however I can not support”

“Mr. President, this is not the way, and makes no sense in the context of your other policy initiatives. Can you please explain your enthusiastic endorsement of the TPP? What about the human (women’s) rights violations that have become an ongoing reality as a result of NAFTA?”

“I hope Obama rethinks this. A trade bill crafted by multinational corporations with a near exclusion of workers organizations and human rights groups can’t be a good thing. Obligating the U.S. to an arbitration panel that supersedes our court system spells disaster too.”

“I’m a supporter of yours, Mr. President. But this deal looks and feels shady. And the days of blind trust in our leaders is over. Why not tell us what’s in it? What is worth the chance this will stain your legacy, the way NAFTA did Bill Clinton’s?”

“This TTIP agreement has been negotiated in secrecy- no transparency there! It is bad for country sovereignty- the power given to big business to sue your local council for any possible lost profits if they are refused permission to strip mine, take your water, polute your town, infect the workers. This deal will enslave the small nations, remove workers rights and so on- what could possibly go wrong!”

Woah!!!!!!!

Did liberals finally wake up on Obama’s “least-transparency”? That’s what we’ve been trying to tell them for years is Obama’s “least-transparency” and they’re finally starting to see it.

I wish they felt the same way with Obamacare, his birth certificate, Benghazi and even the “Net Neutrality” but nope, liberals defended Obama on all those.

Obama did the same thing with the FCC’s “Net Neutrality”… he wouldn’t let us see the documents until “Net Neutrality” was confirmed, and now he’s doing the same thing with the TPP trade.

It really is nice to see liberals disagree with Obama for once, I’m really am impressed with this and this is the right start in the right direction.

Like I said before, Obama doesn’t care about either party. Whether you’re liberal or conservative, to him it doesn’t matter. He won’t listen to you liberals, just like he won’t listen to us. He’ll go for whatever policies that will put a huge damage to America and that’s what he’s doing. That’s all he cares about.

It is really great to see that liberals are finally getting a taste of his “arrogance” and his “narcissism”. I think liberals are finally starting to feel how we conservatives feel about him and it’s about time, I must say! I wish libs felt this way about him before 2012 so he wouldn’t get re-elected but too late now, though. Obama wants to ruin both parties, he doesn’t care.

I hope liberals keep it up. See? Like I said before, I think one day liberals will finally wake up on Obama and this is just the beginning. This is a start but I like what I see!!!

I’m not a big fan of Kylie Jenner but what she did here was actually pretty cool!

There are people out there who believe in chemtrails. People who believe that airplanes spray aerosol into the sky and pollute the Earth. There are some that really do believe in this stuff and I do believe “chemtrails” are real too.

I have a cousin who is big into researching chemtrails and telling us about it and he makes me wanna research into it more too.

What Kylie Jenner did here was pretty cool despite her bad writing in her meme about this.

It’s unfair ya know? When people wanna believe that chemtrails are real, they get labeled as “whack jobs” and “conspiracy theorists”. People can get really mean and cruel to those who wanna believe in chemtrails when they just wanna warn people about them and they really believe in the Earth. I think people get mad at chemtrail “conspiracy theorists” ’cause they have the balls for standing up for something they believe in while they don’t. You should give them credit for speaking out about it instead hating on them.

Kylie Jenner wasn’t the only celebrity who called out on chemtrails….

Billy Corgan spoke out about it:

https://twitter.com/Billy/status/29317476020

So did Dave Mustaine:

She isn’t the only one.

People should have every right to be concerned of what’s up there in our sky… they just believe in the Earth and concerned for the human’s health of what’s getting sprayed up there. We all should be concerned too.

I think they do a good thing and it makes me wanna join in on the “chemtrail” bandwagon. It got me interested.

The “Saw” series is the best horror franchise out there, I hope there will be a part 8…

I just watched all 7 “Saw” films just recently on BluRay and WOW!!!!!!!!!! I’m fuckin’ blown away with all of them! Loved every film! I think “Saw” is easily the best horror franchise around but is “Saw 7” seriously the last one? I sure hope not! I think I’ve read somewhere that Lionsgate studios is planning a Saw 8 so I hope it’s true. They should keep these series going.

The reason I was impressed with these series ’cause they are so different than any other horror franchise out there. We have “Friday the 13th”, “Halloween”, the Chucky Movies, the Freddy movies, etc. but they all have the same boring plot and same boring story. Not with the “Saw” movies, though. Each film has a plot and story. I thought the storytelling in the “Saw” movies was pretty intelligent and thought provoking. These movies can get you thinking for sure.

As I was watching these movies, I’ve come to a realization that Jigsaw (or John Kramer played by the great Tobin Bell) is more of a hero than a villain, in my opinion. How? Well, Jigsaw only took down those who were bad people. He took down criminals, drug dealers, rapists and all that stuff. He also took down those who doesn’t appreciate life, doesn’t deserve a life. As the films get going, you would learn more about John Kramer in the sequels. You would learn why he started the Jigsaw games. I don’t wanna spoil things to you but lets just say that John Kramer was a broken down guy who was upset about something. It had something to do with his wife. The stories had all kinds of twists and turns and shockers.

Jigsaw is also the king of movie quotes. He said some pretty epic quotes such as “Live or die, make your choice”, “Let the game begin”, “Hello (name here), I want to play a game”, etc.

I hope they keep these movies going. I don’t want remakes or reboots ’cause that would destroy this franchise. Could they bring John Kramer back somehow? Keep in mind, this is horror so I’m sure there’s always a way to figure out a way to bring Kramer back for one more movie.

Tobin Bell is a phenomenal actor though. Now I understand why these movies are so popular and most of them did well in the box office too. I’ve always been a big fan of Cary Elwes, he’s been a favorite actor of mine for a pretty long time. While all 7 movies are great, the first one with Cary and Danny Glover will always be a classic! I’m glad I finally got around to seeing the rest of them.

While it’s good that the mainstream media is reporting about the blocking of Obama’s amnesty… there’s still one problem…

When it was announced today that the Federal Court of Appeals blocked Obama’s amnesty for the time being, it took a little while for liberal media to pick up on it and they finally did. While it’s good that liberal media is all over this… there’s still a problem…

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/may/26/appeals-court-deals-blow-obama-amnesty/

They’re refusing to call it “amnesty”. I’m noticing that liberal sources like NBC, CNN and Washington Post are calling it “Immigration program” and “Immigration Reform” instead.

News sites that are not in the mainstream are calling it “amnesty”.

You see, this is just another sign that mainstream media refuses to get aggressive on Obama and refuses to call what his “policies” really are. It’s just sickening, man.

It is good news that Obama got another smackdown. Once again, stop thinking that he isn’t capable of breaking the law or disobeying the Constitution. I’m sure Obama is mad as hell about this but he have to learn that the world doesn’t revolve around him.

Happy birthday, Miles Davis…

Happy birthday to legendary trumpeter and jazz musician, Miles Davis… who rose to fame with his legendary album, “Bitches Brew” which is a masterpiece of an album by the way.

For the past several years now, I’ve been trying to get into more jazz music ’cause I wanna to listen to more jazz for inspiration for my guitar playing so I came across Miles Davis.

“Bitches Brew” is one of the greatest albums of all time and here it is if you wanna hear it. Long record but really good. I’m trying to get into more jazz which is why I got into guys like Miles, Wes Montgomery, Al Di Meola and others. I still want to get into as much jazz music as possible though.

I enjoy jazz music. It’s just cool and relaxing music to listen to. Whenever I need a break from listening to hard rock and metal, jazz is a good substitute.
