Report: Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell in for “Scream 4″…
Sookie and Veronica Mars are officially part of the cast for, Scream 4. Yeah, I bet they won’t stay in the film for long either and they’ll get killed off by that masked killer. Who knows, maybe Wes Craven wants to keep the next film unpredictable and maybe he will make one of these two ladies live??? They should make Kristen Bell live and kill off Anna Paquin. I never liked Anna as an actress. She’s terrible and not that hot looking. Kristen, however, is much hotter than Anna.

Report: the Oscars to give Francis Ford Coppola the Thalberg award…
The legendary Godfather trilogy director, Francis Ford Coppola, will be receiving, the Irving G. Thalberg award. Not only that he is the great director of the Godfather franchise, he also made excellent movies such as “Bram Stoker’s Dracula”, “Jack” starring Robin Williams, “The Outsiders”, “The Conversation”, “Apocalypse Now”, and more. He is also the brother of “Rocky” star, Talia Shire…and the Uncle of iconic actors, Nicolas Cage and Jason Schwartzman. Congrats Francis, well deserved!

Correction: Angelina Jolie will write and direct, the Bosnian War film, but not star?
I’m glad Angelina is finally going to write and direct movies soon. This woman have been acting in film for years that it’s time for her to do something different. She’s been acting in films ever since she was a baby! It’s true. I think she could be a great writer and director. She’s been doing movies long enough to understand how writers and directors do it by now. It is said that she will write and direct the Bosnian war film, but no word if she will star or not.
I hope she doesn’t star, ’cause I want her to get the opportunity to express her talents in a different way. Some of you may accuse her that she has no writing and directing experience, but since she has done this for “YEARS”, I’m sure she already learned how to write screenplays years ago. I’m sure all the directors she worked with in the past, gave her plenty of advice on film making.
For the record, Angie already had a hand in directing a documentary titled, “A Place In Time“.
So I’m thinking she will film the Bosnian war film as a documentary type of film. Not a high budget film.

Top 10 Movies that are so bad, they’re good…
With the release of “Piranha 3D”, I haven’t seen the movie yet, but I am interested in seeing it though. I thought I would celebrate the film by naming my top 10 choices of movies that are so bad, that they’re good. You know, films that you know are terrible but you end up liking them anyway.
Here is my top 10 in no particular order:
- Bruce Campbell’s “Army of Darkness” – Everyone knows this was horribly made but it’s a good film at the same time. It was entertaining and funny. That’s all it is. I’m a huge fan of the Evil Dead series and I’m a big fan of this movie too.
- Zoolander – The Ben Stiller comedy had a lot of hate, but I actually liked it!! It was a pretty good movie and well written too. This film is one of my guilty pleasures for sure!
- U.H.F. – The “Weird” Al Yankovic comedy didn’t do well in box office, it also got a lot of hate but I always loved this film. It’s one of my favorite comedies from the 80’s. I always laugh at it everytime I watched it. I would never get bored of this movie.
- Masters of the Universe – Yep, the Dolph Lundgren star of the He-man movie, I thought wasn’t a bad film at all.
- G.I. Joe The Rise of Cobra – Many people thought the new G.I. Joe movie was pretty bad, but I actually liked the film. The action was fun and the movie was entertaining in my opinion and I look forward to the sequel too!
- Bubba Ho Tep – Another Bruce Campbell horror/comedy movie in which he plays an Elvis impersonator and he fights an Egyptian mummy in it. Classic film and gives you some good laughs.
- Ernest Goes to Jail – I have always loved the Ernest P. Worrell character and I thought this was the best Ernest film. Told a good story and I thought it was funny as hell all the way through! This movie will give you the LOL’s. I wish Hollywood would reboot the Ernest movies with somebody else playing the character, but that would be kind of tough since most Ernest movies were straight to DVD releases. Besides, I don’t think Jim Varney could be replaced ’cause only he could play that character, RIP Jim.
- Star Trek “Nemesis” – A lot of people called it the worst Star Trek film, but I disagree. I thought it was pretty good. It was a perfect closing to the Next Generation series.
- Rocky V – A lot of people called it the worst of the Rocky movies, but again, I disagree. It’s not as bad as a lot of people made it out to be. In the film’s defense, I liked how it was different than the other Rocky films. I also liked the street fight idea.
- Stephen King’s “Dreamcatcher” – Critics hated it, fans hated it, but guess what folks? I actually thought the film was pretty good! The story followed the book pretty nicely. It may have a whacky story but hey, that’s Stephen King. Most of his stories are whacky as hell anyways, but most importantly, the film tells a serious story about Mr. Gray which a lot of people didn’t get about the film.
I didn’t put “Showgirls” on the list ’cause I find that film a bit overrated. There’s the list, enjoy!

Report: Jessica Alba to star in “Spy Kids 4″…
Yes, there is a Spy Kids 4 in the works. Robert Rodriguez is planning to re-boot the series, since he is the one that directed the first three. Jessica Alba will play a retired spy who is a mother of a baby and two preteen step children.
The Spy Kids two leading stars, Daryl Sabara and Alexa Vega aren’t kids anymore. That’s the reason they had no choice but to re-boot the franchise but Daryl, Alexa, and Antonio Banderas are expected to return for smaller roles.
Don’t be surprised that they could get Justin Bieber to star as one of the new Spy Kids.

“Back to the Future” cast…where are they now???
Since the movie industry is celebrating, the great “Back to the Future” trilogy by releasing the series to Blu Ray and doing a re-release in the UK, I thought it would be fun to show you what the cast of “Back to the Future” is up to now. Since they are doing no more BTTF films, you wonder if the cast is still acting or if any of them retired and moved on.
Here we go:
- Michael J. Fox – I’m sure everybody knows what he is up to these days. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease which forced him to retire from acting, but not for good. He is still acting occasionally. He appeared in the sitcom “Scrubs” for a few episodes and he appears on TV often. Ever since he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, he started the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Michael will make a full time TV return to star in the TV series, “The Good Wife”. Michael J. Fox also enjoys playing professional golf when he is not acting.
- Christopher Lloyd – He is still acting for TV spots, appearing in films and doing voice overs for animated films. You can see him in the new “Piranha 3D” movie which he plays the role of, Mr. Goodman.
- Crispin Glover – He was the role of George McFly in BTTF. Crispin is still acting in film to this day. His most recent roles were Stayne in “Alice in Wonderland” and he also stars in the comedy, “Hot Tub Time Machine”.
- Lea Thompson – She is Marty’s mother in the BTTF series. I believe she still acting in film as well. Her latest work, she starred in the UK straight to DVD release family film, “Adventures of a Teenage Dragonslayer”.
- Thomas Wilson – Tom is Biff, the villain/bully of the BTTF franchise. I believe he retired from acting. He became a standup comedian and musician. Visit his official youtube channel.
- Claudia Wells – She plays Marty’s girlfriend in the first one. She is no longer acting as she has retired. She now owns a men’s fashion business, here she is here.
- Marc McClure – He played Marty’s brother, Dave, in the series. He was also Jimmy Olsen in the Superman movies. Marc I believed, retired from acting. His last movie role was “Frost/Nixon” in 2008.
- Wendi Jo Sperber – Wendi was Marty’s sister, Linda, in the series. Sorry to say, but Wendi Jo Sperber passed away on Nov. 29th, 2005.
- James Tolkan – He is that bald headed principal who was always mean. Looking up his filmography, I believe he is retired. I’m sure you remember this guy from his other well known roles such as “Masters of the Universe” and “Top Gun”.
- Elisabeth Shue – She played Jennifer Parker in “Back to the Future II”. She is still acting as you can also see her in “Piranha 3D” starring with Jerry O’ Connell.

Report: Angelina Jolie to star in “Bosnian” war love story…
Well, it looks like Angelina Jolie has finally decided, it’s time to stop doing popcorn action flicks for a while and go back to doing serious drama films again. She will star in a film about a couple who meets up before the Bosnian war breaks out in ’92.

To be honest, while Angie is one of my favorite actresses, I like her more in drama films than action. When she does drama, that’s when she shows her acting talent. So I’m looking forward to this one.
I wonder if she’ll be naked in this one too. Since it’s a love story, she’s done plenty of romance films in the past where she was fully naked in films like, “Gia”, “Original Sin” and a few others. Showed her boobs and everything.
We’ll wait and see if she’ll agree to go nude again for this war film she’s planning. Lets hope Brad doesn’t star in it with her too and it won’t surprise me if that’s the idea, to get her and Brad to star in a movie together again.

Report: “Expendables” casts wants Justin Bieber and Jean Claude Van Damme for sequel…
The cast of the “Expendables” is already speaking out about their ideas for casting for “The Expendables” sequel. Who do they want for the next film? They want Justin Bieber and they plan to try asking JCVD again.
Sly also says he’s already talking with Arnold and Bruce to reprise their roles.

I’m not sure if they are joking or serious about their choice with Justin Bieber, but if they are serious on Justin, who would he play and what would they use him for? Barney Ross (Sly’s character) has a son? I hope they’re joking about Justin Bieber, ’cause if he was casted, they might have to make “The Expendables” PG-13 rated so all the tweens can see their hero in the film. I don’t think we’d want that do we? Judging by the video MTV posted, I think they are joking.
Terry should be more careful when he says, “I want Justin Bieber’s ass”. I know Terry meant to say he wants to fight him, but some might take that out of context since Justin is a young kid.

Here is the teaser trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s next film”Black Swan” starring Natalie Portman. It’s about ballet dancers, with mysterious things happening. Darren Aronofsky is the director of the movie, “The Wrestler” by the way.
