Disney is never replacing Harrison Ford as Indy… which is good news actually…

The producer of the Indy franchise Frank Marshall confirms that Harrison Ford is never getting replaced in future Indy films by Disney. Frank says they aren’t doing the James Bond thing where they replace Bond for every 3 or 4 films or so. They’re keeping Harrison as Indiana Jones. He is irreplaceable for sure.

Indy will probably be a continuing franchise but if Harrison one day passes away (not saying it’ll happen but we’re all gonna go at some point, right?) or no longer wants to do it, they’ll figure out a way to have a leading star and not name this character Indiana Jones. Like Harrison as Indy can pass the whip and the hat to someone else which is what Indy 5 is probably gonna be about.

This is a smart move ’cause Harrison is Indy and no one else.

When they make the next Indy film, I just hope they don’t make it a CGI fest and popcorn film like “Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”. They should make the next Indy film kind of like “Raiders” ’cause “Raiders” was obviously the best Indy film, in my opinion. “Raiders” was a masterpiece and classic for sure. I am a huge Indiana Jones fan and I hope they make the next one really good ’cause I’ll admit that “Crystal Skull” was slightly disappointing. Lets hope they don’t bring the sci-fi back.

Kristen Wiig bummed out about all-female “Ghostbusters” criticism…

After seeing the movie, “Bridesmaids” with Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig in it… I am now kind of skeptical of the new “Ghostbusters” movie like everyone else. I can now understand where they’re coming from. The thing that Paul Feig and the cast can’t understand is that none of us want the “Ghostbusters” movies to turn into chick flicks. All the criticism really has nothing to do with women. We have nothing against women at all. We just don’t want our fictional heroes that we grew up on to change, ya know? That’s what we’re all complaining about. We just want “Ghostbusters” to stay as the original four and they are: Bill, Dan, Ernie and Harold. They are the “Ghostbusters” and not anybody else. That’s what Paul Feig and crew can’t seem to understand.

Harold Ramis is dead now so there’s no possible way for him to back as Egon. Since Harold died, the new Ghostbusters movie should have died with him, ya know?

http://variety.com/2015/film/news/kristen-wiig-ghostbusters-backlash-women-1201626285/

Yeah, I saw the movie, “Bridesmaids” last week for the first time and I hated the movie. I also saw the movie, “The Heat” also directed by Paul Feig and starring Melissa McCarthy… didn’t really care for that one either.

So I guess I’ll have to say that I agree with everyone that the new “Ghostbusters” shouldn’t happen and I smell a box office flop up ahead. Kudos to Rick Moranis for having the balls to say “no”.

The new “Ghostbusters” will probably end up being a rental for me but I’ll still see the trailer when it comes out though.

To Paul Feig and the rest of the cast & crew… we’re not coming after ya… it’s called “criticism”. That’s something that you’re gonna have to deal with and it’s the name of the game of the movie business. Calling out your “critics” or “haters” is gonna drive people away from your movie even more.

“Operation: Fast and Furious” gunwalking scandal being made into a big screen Hollywood movie…

First Michael Bay made a movie about the Benghazi attacks and it will soon hit theaters in January of 2016 (which is perfect timing incase Hillary wins the nomination). Now there’s another Obama admin. crime being made into a big screen movie. Yep, there’s a movie about “Operation: Fast and Furious” coming to the big screen soon brought to you by Lionsgate studios. Not to be confused with “Fast and Furious” with Vin Diesel and Paul Walker. This is a different “Fast and Furious”, the one about the Mexican drug lord gun running scandal that killed American, Brian Terry.

This movie will be based upon the book that is titled “The Unarmed Truth” (which I haven’t read yet but I will look into it) and the movie will be scripted by World War Z writer, Matthew Carnahan.

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/fast-furious-gun-scandal-heading-834059

Another movie that I’m sure that Obama and Holder are not gonna like. I’m pretty sure the movie won’t be called “Operation: Fast and Furious” because it will cause a lot of confusion with the other “Fast and Furious” franchise so they will probably title this movie, “The Unarmed Truth”, I would think.

I wonder who they’re gonna get to play Brian Terry?

As you can see Brian was young and not trying to sound gay or anything but he was good looking too so they would have to find an actor who resembles him. Brian was 40 years old so they would have to pick an actor around that age. Who does Brian resemble? I’d say he reminds me of Ben Affleck a little bit.

I hope they don’t get Jeremy Renner ’cause I’m tired of seeing him in everything.

“Soaked In Bleach” movie about the murder of Kurt Cobain to be streaming on Netflix – November 15th…

If you want to see that Kurt Cobain murder documentary, “Soaked In Bleach” and don’t want to rent or buy it, you’ll get to see it on Netflix streaming on November 15th. If you subscribe to Netflix like I do, I’d suggest you watch this movie. Once you watch this movie then you’ll start to see that Kurt may have been murdered and how Courtney may have had something to do with it.

Netflix: Movies and TV Shows Coming in November 2015

Just thought I’d pass this along.

Well, it’s Oct. 21st, 2015… where are all the flying cars & hover boards???

Well, it’s Oct. 21st, 2015 and we don’t see any of that futuristic technology you see in “Back to the Future 2”.

Will we one day ever get any of that futuristic technology you see in the movies? Like flying cars and all that stuff?

In this day and age, we already have futuristic technology: Flat screen LCD/Plasma TV’s, and we have touch screen technology like Iphones, Ipads and all that stuff. We can also talk on live video Skype which is kind of like Star Trek so futuristic technology is already here pretty much.

Will we ever get flying cars someday, though? I think one day we will but that probably won’t happen for another 20 years or so. We all probably won’t be alive by the time that happens anyways so keep dreaming.

Will “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” keep the opening crawl theme and rolling credits theme??? Yes, they probably will…

Some of you may ask, will JJ keep the opening theme and the rolling credits theme as you hear in these videos below? You hear them on every Star Wars movie, even the prequels. So yeah, I think we’ll definitely get the same opening theme song for the famous crawl and the same music for the end credits like always.

I’m sure it’ll be like this for the next trilogy.

I’m not sure if Disney plans on using these two theme songs for spin off movies, though. These theme songs were made for the original series, I would assume.

Yeah, John Williams did the score for the rest of “The Force Awakens” too and I’m sure he’ll kill it like always.

Of course, they will keep these two theme songs. They have to. They always start and end like that. If JJ changed the music for the opening and end credits, that would anger a lot of Star Wars fans so he have to keep them in the film.

Why are people so surprised of all the secrecy in JJ’s “SW: The Force Awakens”, I’m not surprise at all…

I’m seeing  a lot of Star Wars fans how they are so impressed with all the secrecy in the Star Wars trailers on how they didn’t reveal much of anything. Why are you surprised? I’m not at all.

I’ve seen most of JJ’s work over the years including the TV show “LOST”. I’ve also seen all of JJ’s films that he’s directed and produced over the years. All the movies that he’s directed or produced, anything that JJ is involved, you can expect a lot of secrecy before the movie comes out. Why? He has always been a pretty secretive guy with all of his movies everything from “Super 8”, “MI: III”, the two Star Trek films, “Cloverfield”, etc.

He just never liked to reveal a lot before the movie comes out. He’s the same way with all of his TV shows too. This is how he has always been.

Which is great that he does this ’cause most film makers in Hollywood reveal a bit too much before the film comes out these days.

There are only very few directors these days who are secretive on his movies… those guys are JJ Abrams and Christopher Nolan. Chris Nolan is also full of secrecy with his movies as well. Steven Spielberg is another one.

Yeah, I too hate movie trailers that show the whole movie but JJ does a great job of not doing that. He’s the best at making movie trailers for sure, he always has been.

If you’re planning to see “The Force Awakens” on opening day or opening weekend, better order your tickets now ’cause all the theaters will probably be sold out quick. It’s gonna be a big movie and the theaters will be packed for sure so get ready for the long lines if you think you can handle it.

Will I see it opening weekend? I’m not sure yet. I think it’s better for me to see it sometime after Christmas and wait for the crowds to calm down. I don’t really enjoy going to the movie theater that is full of people. That’s why I prefer going during the day when there’s not a lot of people. I like watching movies when there’s not a lot of noise.

Now that you think about it Luke Skywalker maybe on the new “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” poster after all…

StarWarsposter2

The new trailer for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” just got put online right after it aired on “Monday Night Football” and yes I watched it on ESPN too.

The more I watch the trailers and see the poster, the more I think… did Luke join the dark side? Is Luke none other than Kylo Ren? I mean, think about it, right. You see Kylo Ren kneeling next to R2D2 and see a robotic hand touching R2 which gotta be Luke’s robotic hand so that’s a big clue that he maybe Kylo Ren the film’s main villain.

You see Princess Leia in the trailer. She still looks the same as she did in the original trilogy, she just looks older but Leia still looks gorgeous, though!

Oh man, what a great trailer. I can’t wait for the film. Bring it on!

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” promotes white-genocide? Seriously? Are people on drugs or what?

A hashtag about Star Wars made a trending topic on twitter today. The hashtag was #BoycotStarWars7 and what was the hashtag for? It’s basically ’cause of the diversity of the cast. For that reason alone, they claim that the film is too anti-white.

More here:

http://www.gossipcop.com/star-wars-boycott-episode-7-anti-white-twitter-trend-force-awakens/

I would think the hashtag started was a direct attack against actor John Boyega… the guy wearing the Storm Trooper suit in the trailers.

Well I find this all pretty ludicrous. A diverse cast in Star Wars is nothing new. A diverse cast goes way back even to the original trilogy. The voice of Darth Vader who is none other than James Earl Jones is black. Lando Calrissian who was played by Billy Dee Williams is black. Mace Windu who was played by Samuel L. Jackson in the prequels is black. So the original trilogy and the prequels weren’t all just white actors.

If you watch the original trilogy and the prequels you would see actors and actresses in all different kinds of races which also includes Asian actors as co-stars.

George has always been diverse in his casting over the years.

Whoever started that hashtag on twitter is probably a racist against black people ’cause this person was bothered that John Boyega was all over the trailers.

I’m tired of people calling everything “racist” these days. When will it end?

I won’t boycott Star Wars “The Force Awakens” and I am a white guy myself. I’ll proudly go see the movie myself and I’m looking forward to it. I like the diverse cast and if people have a problem with it… fuck off.

Watched Netflix’s “Beasts of No Nation” last night and it was a pretty amazing film… recommended watching for sure…

Why did the film “Beasts of No Nation” land on Netflix instead of the movie theaters? It did get played in some movie theaters but this film failed in the box office. It’s simply because all the material in this film is pretty controversial. The film is dark and pretty violent.

It’s a story about a young African boy named, Agu who’s father’s been killed by an African army so Agu takes matters into his own hands by joining a different kind of Army and becoming a soldier himself to avenge his father’s killing.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1365050/

It’s a dark and graphic movie which is why it wasn’t shown in that many movie theaters and why it didn’t make a lot of money. Probably because this is a movie that the “Black Lives Matter” crowd can’t take ’cause this film is black on black violence, that’s why.

I thought it was a pretty amazing film and I predict it’s gonna get some Oscar nominations. Could the Oscars nominate a Netflix movie for the first time? It could happen.

The movie was well-filmed and well acted. Story was good too. It’s definitely one of the better war films I’ve seen in a while.

I thought Idris Elba did a good job in that movie too ’cause he played a good role in it. He could also get an Oscar nomination for that role.

If you’re a Netflix subscriber like myself, I’d suggest you give this film a look. Definitely check it out.
