Thought: Should Rampage Jackson join WWE full time???

UFC star, Rampage Jackson’s apperance on WWE last night was a huge hit with WWE fans that, I’m seeing a lot of ’em want Rampage Jackson to join WWE full time. I agree, Rampage did a great job performing and he looked like a WWE superstar like I said. Will Rampage Jackson join the WWE full time in the future? Possibly more occasional appearances? Maybe not a full time run, but Rampage making occasional appearances to feud with Roddy Piper would be pretty cool.

Some of you may think that Rampage would not work for WWE, but if you knew about his personality and his ego, Rampage is clearly about the money. If WWE wants him, of course, I think he’ll go for it. Rampage almost quit UFC ’cause he claimed he wasn’t making enough money so he went to movies instead. After doing the “A-Team”, Rampage is back in UFC again. If Rampage leaves the UFC again in the future, who knows, maybe he will join WWE.

That was a good angle between Roddy Piper vs. Rampage last night. I hope WWE keeps that feud going.

I am still in shock from last night’s RAW. I’ll repeat, it was the best RAW in years. I see John Cena forming his own group so he can help battle the NXT guys for an 8 vs. 8 ppv match in the future. Who do I think should join John Cena’s 8 man group to fight the NXT guys? At the top of my head I predict: Randy Orton, Triple H, Evan Bourne, Kane, R-Truth, David Hart Smith, and Tyson Kidd.

NXT is the best wrestling stable since the nWo…last night’s RAW was an amazing show!!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last night’s RAW felt like the 90’s attitude era again! Holy shit! I was so surprised on how good last night’s “RAW Viewer’s Choice” 3 hour special was last night. It was a very good show all the way through. If the WWE keeps up the good work, WWE could get strong in the ratings again. Last night’s RAW, Sharlto Copley and Rampage Jackson were the guest host to promote the upcoming “A-Team” film. No, Liam Neeson and Bradley Cooper wasn’t there, just Sharlto and Rampage. I’m sure WWE wanted all 4 of the A-Team at RAW last night, but looked like Liam and Bradley turned it down and had something else to do.

Anyways, on with the show, Sharlto and Rampage Jackson were probably the best guest host by far. They were actually very entertaining and Rampage Jackson actually looked more of a WWE star than a UFC star. Rampage did a great job performing WWE even though he never did professional wrestling before. Great segment between Rampage, Roddy Piper, Gene Okerlund, Dusty Rhodes, and Ted Dibiase Jr.

I also loved the match with Kane vs. Sheamus.

The best part of last night’s RAW was the incredible ending. The ending, John Cena vs. CM Punk was the main event. The match was about to happen until it got interupted with the guys from the NXT TV show interupted the match. The guys you see in the picture above. NXT are WWE Rookies, young guys looking to get a shot at becoming WWE stars. Rookie, Wade Barrett won the competition. During John Cena’s match last night, the entire NXT roster entered the ring and surrounded John Cena. They started beating the hell out of him. They even went as far as destroying and wrecking the ring, even the announcer’s set.

I never felt this entertained at a RAW ever in a long time. Last night’s RAW was such a great show with good writing all around. Yeah I know, RAW has been boring for the past couple of years ’cause of these celebrity guest host things and the PG rating, but I’ll take it that last night was an amazing show.

There’s been a number of wrestling stables and wrestling groups over the years in the wrestling industry such as: The Corporate Ministry, DX, The Four Horseman, the nWo, etc. I think the NXT will be the best of them. It was a shocking ending to last night’s RAW and WWE needs more of this, shock factor. I never expected it. Great job to Vince McMahon and the rest of the WWE team.

BREAKING NEWS: Randy Orton seriously injured for real from last night’s WWE “Over the Limit” ppv…

If you want some sad news, here it is. WWE Superstar, Randy Orton, was seriously injured from last night’s WWE “Over the Limit” ppv. I didn’t watch it, by the way. It was Randy Orton vs. Edge in a single’s match. The match was cut short (it wasn’t in the script), after the referee noticing that Randy was wincing in pain. It was then discovered that Randy dislocated one of his shoulders.

More on it here:

http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2010/0523/528557/randy-orton/

You ask, how can wrestlers get injured when wrestling is fake? Yes, wrestling is fake…but not all of it. Wrestlers can get injured for real, but by accident. Anybody can get injured on all jobs, it’s the same with wrestling. Keep in mind that these wrestlers doing a lot of physical things, and even if you do a fake move…you could get a bad muscle strain or a pull or a superstar can get something worse. Randy Orton has a history with shoulder problems and if his shoulder keeps getting worse, his professional wrestling days could be over for good.

I’m not sure how badily injured Randy Orton is, and not sure how long he’ll be out of WWE. He might not be gone at all and might show up on RAW tonight. It’s a real injury so Randy Orton could be gone for a long time. Like him or hate him, Randy is one of the best performers in WWE. Great worker. He’s a great wrestler, excellent on the mic, has a good look, good physique, etc. He has it all. He has everything what a wrestler is supposed to be.

To those who don’t know, Randy Orton is the son of wrestling legend, Cowboy Bob Orton. Randy had always been one of my favorite superstars even when he is heel. If he’s going to be gone for a long time to heal up, the WWE would be crap without him.

Owen Hart

Owen Hart, the brother of legendary wrestler, Bret “the Hitman” Hart, would have been 45, years old if he was still alive today. If Owen was still alive, I can still see him doing what he loves best…wrestling. Whether Owen would be wrestling in either TNA or WWE, he’d still be doing wrestling no matter what if he was still around. Owen has always been a favorite of mine before he died. RIP Owen. He maybe gone but never forgotten.

BREAKING NEWS: Vince McMahon to retire his onscreen character, “Mr. McMahon” for good this time???

In the world of the wrestling news, reports hit the net that Vince McMahon, CEO/Chairman of the WWE, could be retiring his, “Mr. McMahon” heel character for good. In the past, McMahon already tried to retire the character with the limo explosion storyline a few years ago, but the character was forced to come back to do that feud with Donald Trump for Wrestlemania.

That match with Vince McMahon vs. Bret Hart at Wrestlemania 26, could possibly be the very last you’ll ever see the Mr. McMahon heel character. Vince finally decides that he is getting too old to be a TV performer.

More on it here:

http://www.wrestling-radio.com/feed_news-15149-Report%3A_The_End_of_%26quot%3BMr_McMahon%26quot%3B.php?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+wrestling-radio%2FkjyE+%28Wrestling-Radio.Com+News%2C+Results%2C+Spoilers%2C+Video+and+More%29&utm_content=MySpace

Eh? Don’t worry, folks. Heel Mr. McMahon, the evil boss, will be back when ever he’s needed. Maybe when the Rock, Hulk Hogan or Ric Flair ever decides to return to WWE again, they may need heel Vince McMahon back to retire them. Vince has been widely known to take very long hiatuses every now and then. This won’t be the last of heel, Vince, trust me.

WWE won’t be the same without him.

I love Mr. McMahon as the heel persona. Like Vince or not, he is a brilliant performer and mic worker. He’s also very comical and very funny. WWE is usually boring with no heel Vinnie Mac.

Wrestlemania 26 thoughts…

So I watched, “Wrestlemania 26” last night. I thought it was pretty good. Nothing amazing or mind blowing, but like always, there was only a few matches last night that I liked a lot. The ones that I liked: “Undertaker vs. HBK”, “Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Ted Dibiase”, “Chris Jericho vs. Edge”, and “John Cena vs. Batista”. Lets talk about why I like them.

I’ll talk about why I don’t like the ones I didn’t list below:

The Good

Undertaker vs. HBK Shawn Michaels: This was indeed the best match of the night. Both men performed amazingly. I had goosebumps watching this one. Like always HBK is Mr. Wrestlemania, indeed. They don’t call him that for nothing and HBK proved why he is Mr. Wrestlemania last night. It was pretty technical wrestling actually too and you don’t expect that from these guys. Whether you like The Undertaker or not, Mark Calloway (‘Taker’s real name), is an amazing performer, he’s one of the bests, you can’t deny that. ‘Taker is a great wrestler, good mic worker, etc. I’ve always been a fan of both of these guys. I think the Undertaker got injured a few times for “real”. They were “real” injuries, I believe. In pro wrestling, yes, most everything is fake, but sometimes a wrestler can get injured for real. The Undertaker injured his leg while trying to do his “Old School” move on the top rope but failed. The Undertaker also injured his arm. There was real blood on it and you can tell. Although WWE is PG rating, and there is no blood allowed, Undertaker getting blood was an accident, I believe. I think he cut his arm by mistake when trying to do a move in the ring somehow. You gotta give the respects to ‘Taker, ’cause no matter the real injuries, he continues the match like a professional.

Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Ted Dibiase: Triple threat match of three 3rd generation superstars. Randy Orton is the son of “Cowboy” Bob Orton. Cody Rhodes is the son of Dusty Rhodes “The American Dream”. Ted Dibiase Jr. is obviously the son of “Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase Sr. These three had a match together and it was wonderfully performed by the three of them. Great wrestling and Randy Orton was looking great out there. Look like Randy Orton will get forced to turn into a “babyface” wrestler soon ’cause he was getting cheers all over. I’ve always liked Randy Orton. I always thought he was one of the best performers in WWE. Although Randy has always been a “heel”, fans are starting to like him anyways. This was a great match.

Chris Jericho vs. Edge: I’m happy that Chris Jericho won and retained his belt. I didn’t want him to lose it to Edge ’cause I’m tired of Edge getting the belt all the time. I had a feeling this match was going to be a good one and it was.

John Cena vs. Batista: Although I don’t agree with John Cena becoming champ again which he won this one again, of course. The reason I liked this match so much was the interesting crowd reaction. Batista is originally supposed to be a badguy wrestler, a “heel”, but did Batista get boos during this match? Nope. Batista was actually getting a standing ovation and cheers all over the place while John Cena gets his usual mix of “boos” and “cheers”. Batista got a stronger applause from the crowd than Cena did. The wrestling skills were good as well. Gotta give props and respects to both of them.

The Bad

Rey Mysterio vs. CM Punk: I think this match was meant to be for kids ’cause Rey Mysterio is extremely popular with children. I don’t like CM Punk’s new gimmick and character, he’s going into. I like him being a solo wrestler more and CM Punk getting into this religion thing, is just dumb.

The Diva Tag Match: That Diva tag match was probably the worst match of the night. Will WWE ever improve the women’s division again?

The Money In the Bank Ladder Match: It was kind of fun, but most of it we already saw a few times in the first few ladder matches. Pretty much the same stuff we’ve already seen. I was also dissapointed in the winner too. I didn’t like Jack Swagger winning. I was hoping for Kane or Christian.

Bret vs. Vince: Wow, what a trainwreck of the most anticipated match ever. Vince and the writers of WWE ruined it big time, in my opinion. I was very dissapointed with this one. It wasn’t that long, and I was expecting Vince and Bret to go at it back and forth, not Bret making Vince look like a baby. Having the entire Hart family being involved in the Lumberjack was a nice idea, but it was too predictable that the Hart family were going to be on Bret’s side. Stupid, Vince, stupid. I was expecting Vince to get help from Batista, possibly Shane McMahon and other wrestlers  but none of that happened. It would have been awesome if a whole bunch of wrestlers go at it against the Hart family. Thumbs down on this match.  I was expecting more.

Other than that, not a bad Wrestlemania. I enjoyed it. Hope it will be better next year.

Report: Vince McMahon on TNA: the company dated Blood-soaked “Pro wrasslin”…

Vince McMahon the chairman/owner of WWE, finally speaks out his thoughts on TNA going to war with him in the ratings. Vince says, TNA is a wrestling business and WWE is “Entertainment”. He doesn’t even call WWE, “wrestling” anymore if you’ve noticed. He calls TNA blood wrestling and WWE family entertainment.

More on it here:

http://www.wrestling-radio.com/feed_news-15026-Vince_McMahon%3A_TNA_Offers_Dated_BloodSoaked_%27pro_w.php?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+wrestling-radio%2FkjyE+%28Wrestling-Radio.Com+News%2C+Results%2C+Spoilers%2C+Video+and+More%29&utm_content=MySpace

I’m not gonna bother debating on which company is better ’cause honestly, I like both a lot pretty much the same.

Vince is an idiot, like usual. Excuse me Vinnie Mac, but wasn’t the WWE full of Blood-Soaked “pro wrassling” during the early 90’s in the Attitude Era? Geez, how can Vince ignore that. Remember all that stuff between the Rock vs. Stone Cold, Foley vs. Undertaker, even Vince himself had plenty of bloody matches, and many more. The “adult” Attitude Era is what kept the WWE alive. If it wasn’t for that, then the families and children wouldn’t even care for wrasslin.

I think it’s insane that Vince calls his business “entertainment” and not wrestling, when the WWE’s matches are improving and getting much better these days. There is actually more “wrestling” in the PG rating, I have noticed.

Vince being the usual ego-maniac in real life just like he is on TV.

Last night’s RAW was real good.

Last night’s RAW with baseball legend Pete Rose being the guest host, was a really good show. I loved how the WWE finally put an end to the Pete Rose vs. Kane feud by having Shawn Michaels HBK wrestle Kane in a match. HBK won it, it helped put an end to the Pete Rose vs. Kane feud for good. I don’t expect the feud to go on any longer. I could be wrong though. Pete Rose could be at Wrestlemania to cost Kane the win of the “Money in the Bank Ladder Match”. Last night was almost like a Brothers of Destruction reunion for Undertaker and Kane. ‘Taker and Kane didn’t get in the ring at the same time, they switched places when the lights went off. So it was close for a ‘Taker and Kane reunion.

The Bret Hart segment was great. Bret came out giving a speech that he promises that he will beat Vince at Wrestlemania, then when Bret finished his speech, Vince came out and said something like, “This Sunday, you will be screwed”, then Vince walked to the back. This is why I don’t think Bret will win the match. The WWE has another “screwjob” planned for Bret at this year’s Wrestlemania. It could be worse than the Montreal one.

My favorite part of last night’s RAW was the Batista and John Cena segment at the end of it. Batista was out in the ring giving a speech surrounded by security, Cena comes out to join him. Batista says he’s in the WWE to make money and to win titles, and John Cena said something that’s awesome. He said, “I don’t see the animal, I see Dave Batista”. After Cena saying that makes me look forward to this match up now. I’m really impressed with Batista’s mic skills lately. He use to suck on the mic in the past, but he’s improving. Batista is doing a really good job playing a heel and he makes a good badguy. As for my prediction on who’ll win this matchup, I think it will be no one other than John Cena winning…so there can be another John Cena vs. Randy Orton match in the future.

I’m definetly watching WM-26 this Sunday and hope it’s gonna be a good one. I think there is a UFC ppv the night before, but I’m not watching UFC ’cause them Wrestlemania ppv’s the prices go a bit higher, so one ppv this month is enough for me.

I’m sure we’ll get a few returning wrestlers at WM-26. Possibly the Rock ’cause Dwayne confirmed a WWE return earlier this year. It be nice to see the Rock at Wrestlemania. If the Rock was to interfere a match, I see him doing a run-in during the Batista vs. Cena one. That’ll be a perfect way for the Rock vs. John Cena feud to start.

Kev

Thought: Could Kane actually win the Money in the Bank ladder match?

There’s gotta be a reason that Pete Rose is hosting RAW tomorrow night. My guess is that it has something to do with Kane at Wrestlemania. As some of you wrestling fans may know, Pete Rose, the baseball legend was known to interfere in Kane’s matches. Kane and Pete Rose had a feud for a long time. Since Pete is hosting RAW tomorrow, expect a heated confrontation with Kane and Pete Rose. Kane will probably threaten Pete to stay out of the “Money in the Bank Ladder Match” but Pete will probably be there.

I originally predicted Drew McIntyre, a new wrestler will win this match, but thinking about Pete Rose, Kane could possibly get it. I doubt Kane will win, ’cause he always gets screwed at a Wrestlemania, but who knows, maybe the Big Red Machine could get lucky this year.

Kev

Thought: Vince McMahon vs. Bret Hart at Wrestlemania 26, who will win the match?

So Wrestlemania 26 is just around the corner, it’s next Sunday folks! To be honest, I’m not very excited for this year’s Wrestlemania. Not a very exciting card this year. I am looking forward to seeing a few matches though. Bret vs. Vince is one of them. I will say what my prediction is on who will win this match. Who will win? This answer may surprise you….

Who I think will win this match Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon….the winner will simply be no one other than Vince McMahon. Why? Because on RAW the last few weeks, they have been showing clues that Vince could possibly win. They’ve been making it look like Bret Hart is going to beat Vince no matter what. Not gonna happen. Bret Hart’s run in WWE will be up to Wrestlemania. If Vince wins, it’ll be Vince’s way of retiring Bret for good. Bret will probably get a “You’re Fired” from Vince after the match.

Yes, Vince will probably get some help from other fellow wrestlers to help him win the match. Maybe a surprise run in interference with Shane McMahon or maybe another returning wrestler that is about to surprise the audience. Anyway, something huge and shocking will happen in this matchup.

I’ll watch Wrestlemania of course, but I feel this year’s card, is just a typical RAW episode. Other matches I look forward to is “Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker” and “The Money in the Bank” ladder match. That’s it, I think. Who knows, maybe the ppv will actually end up being a real good one, but I am predicting there will be like one or two good matches.
