Actually, I won’t bother posting stuff about Benghazi/Operation F&F…

I’m not gonna bother with all the facts about Benghazi and Operation F&F and other stuff about Obama ’cause all you guys are gonna do is call that stuff “conspiracy theories” and “internet rumors” even though that stuff is as real as it gets. I follow a lot of alternative media sites in facebook and they post articles about Benghazi/F&F all over the place. I follow Sharyl Attkinson and other Benghazi sites that reports the investigation.

I will say however, that the stuff they are trying to find out about the Benghazi attacks are: 1) Who gave the stand down order? 2) Where was President Obama during the attacks was going on? 3) Where are all the survivors when there had to be some? 4. How was Christopher Stevens really killed? 5. Was this an act of terror and was the blame for that youtube Islamic video?

So far from what I’ve read, the “stand-down” order pretty much likely came from the White House. No proof of that yet but I think they’re getting closer to it.

Calling everything “conspiracy theory” is just further proof that you’re uneducated and it’s you who can’t handle the truth. It’s also disrespectful to the victims.

I don’t make stuff up and speculate things. Most of us already know that Obama is a cold-blooded serial killer. Sure, Obama himself doesn’t go around killing people but he probably hires hitmen and people from the government are probably helping him too. He also gets help from his Muslim people and Muslim Brotherhood. Take a look at political forums, blogs and facebook. There’s a lot of people know that Obama is a murderous madman. We’re pretty good at recognizing his lies and cover-ups and you guys fail to see this stuff.

I hate discussing politics with people for a lot of reasons. People are whacked and crazy. Not afraid to say it.

President Obama is not above the law. People can’t handle that “fact”.

Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty thoughts…

I was never a fan of Duck Dynasty and never watched the show but I thought I would give out my brief thoughts on this whole Phil Robertson controversy. You can betcha, I’m gonna side with him on this one. I’m not gonna say whether or not I agree with his thoughts on gay people but he has the right to say what he wants and he’s entitled to his own opinion. People should have all their right to disagree with homosexuality or gay marriage ’cause it’s not for everybody, ya know? Not everyone is gonna agree with it. I have nothing against homosexuality, I respect people like that but everybody should have the right to be against it. You don’t have to agree with what he said or like it but he has his rights.

Nobody believes in the first amendment anymore. I think the internet and the media is partly responsible for taking first amendment rights away from us.

I’m even having freedom of speech troubles myself. Always have. Like all my thoughts with President Obama, politics, Zimmerman, even my local music topics, etc. I can’t believe what I want anymore. If I say stuff that has a different opinion than everyone else… everyone will get easily offended and call me the bad guy. It’s bullshit. All of it.

As for my thoughts on Obama, right-wing politics and all that stuff — I absolutely blame it on liberal media that I can’t talk about what I want. Freedom of speech has never been a problem until the internet and the news media has gotten so big. It seems like it’s a crime that we have a differences of opinion. Seems like everybody’s trying to force us to side with them on everything.

My hatred for Obama is gonna be worth it, trust me…

Really, I don’t hate the guy for no reason. I really do believe that certain people think Obama is innocent and harmless ’cause he is black. If he was white and republican then most everyone would have agreed that he is an evil piece of shit then. Period, end of story. I really do think people who think Obama has done nothing wrong no matter the situation is crazy and ignorant as hell. All the facts and the truth are out there and certain people have chosen to ignore it all and refuses to accept the truth. I wouldn’t go as far as calling Benghazi or Operation: F&F scandals or conspiracy theories. I’m not wrong about blaming Obama about this stuff. Most people know. At least, the Republicans/Right-wingers do anyway.

It has been speculated and it was conspiracy theory at first that Obama is obsessed with drones that kill innocent women and children but the Obama administration admitted to killing that 16 year old. It’s not conspiracy theory anymore as long as it turns out to be the truth, right?

I hate when people claim they dislike Obama and they want him gone like everyone else… yet they continue to act like he has done nothing wrong. What the fuck is wrong with that picture? Doesn’t make a bit of sense to me. They also pretend they’re not defending him. Well, if you continue to act like he’s harmless and innocent no matter the situation, that’s defending him… sorry to say.

If you think I’ll ever tone it down on the Obama hating… not a chance. Never gonna happen. If my constant Obama hate bothers you and offends you so much, then why do you continue to read and reply?

My thoughts on Obama being a dictator, murderer, pathological liar, communist, etc. — whatever you wanna call him — will always remain the same.

What’s gonna happen when the truth finally comes out of Benghazi and “Operation: F&F”. What if it’s proven that Obama is totally responsible for those two tragedies? I’m not saying it’s gonna happen but “what if”? What will this make me look like if it turns out that I was right about him all along?

No matter if it’s proven that Obama is guilty of killing people… some will always think he has done nothing ’cause when Obama gets busted for this stuff… I can see people starting “Free Obama, He’s Innocent” campaigns. You can betcha that will happen.

Most everyone should know how Obama is. Those who still mistakenly think Obama has done nothing wrong… your audience is very small.

When it’s finally proven that Obama is a murderer and a madman, you’ll thank me later. I’ll be the one to tell you guys, I told you so, you should have listened to me. I’ll bet you 20 bucks that I’m right.

I find it laughable how some think he has done nothing impeachable. That’s how he wants you to feel. He wants to make it seem like he has done nothing wrong. People just don’t understand his lies and cover-ups about things. Every president in the past have DONE impeachable offenses, no question about it.

Why is Benghazi the less reported story in the media? It’s ’cause that’s how the Government wants it. The White House is trying to avoid Benghazi being in the media. Benghazi deserves to get known more than anything else that’s out there.

Just because people in government are important figures doesn’t make them good people. Look where Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter ended up. Obama makes those two guys look too good.

Quit acting like Obama has done nothing wrong. You’ll one day regret it down the line. It really pisses me off how people think Obama has done nothing wrong. You kidding me? Every president has done something wrong here and there. They’ve all had their share of doing something bad even Kennedy and Lincoln. Obama is not innocent and harmless. Never has. Never will be.

The Brock’s Top 10 Music Albums of 2013…

My choices for top 10 Best Music albums of 2013. These are the albums that impressed the hell out of me this year. It’s hard to find good music these days ’cause the industry gets worse every year but here are the best albums that I can find this year!!! Hope you enjoy the list….

10. Ghost B.C. – Infestissumam

This band is a Swedish metal band who chooses to remain anonymous. This band refuses to reveal their real names and their identities so they have chosen to be masked and costumed. I’ve read a lot about this band through Guitar World magazine and the more I’ve read about them, the more they intrigue me. So I finally decided to give this album a listen. At first, I was a little scared of listening to this album ’cause I was afraid I was gonna hear death metal with a lot of growling. Turns out… it wasn’t that at all. Ghost B.C. is actually very listenable. There’s no growling at all on this record as there are actual singing on it. The guitar playing is pretty sick and there are a lot of organ playing on it. I thought it was a pretty amazing and impressive album. I wanna get my own copy of it soon.

9. Joe Satriani – Unstoppable Momentum

The “Satch” came back for another studio album this year and this is his best yet! I respect the Satch so much ’cause while he is a shredder and virtuoso he was never about showing off of how fast he plays and all that stuff. He was always about melody and sounding musical. This album is his most melodic album ever. It’s his best since “Surfing With the Alien”. I do respect guys like Steve Vai, Ynqwie, and Eric Johnson but it’s the “Satch” who I respect the most. This is a great album ’cause it’s not really about shredding. He was more about the songwriting on this one. Even though Satriani is all instrumental music, he is great at making his music sound like they’re actual songs.

8. Dream Theater – self titled

The mighty Dream Theater returned with another studio album this year — minus Mike Portnoy on the drums. Portnoy left the band a few years ago and the band recruited a new drummer by the name of, Mike Mangini. They do sound different with a new drummer and no offense to Portnoy, I think Mangini is the true Dream Theater. They sound bigger and better than ever before. This is a pretty strong album. James Labrie’s singing is just great and John Petrucci’s guitar playing is out of this world like usual. I’ve been a Dream Theater fan for a long time and this is their best album yet.

7. Lorde – Pure Heroine

I never heard of Lorde until the internet started buzzing about that “Royals” song that’s been making the rounds so I decided to check out the song myself and ended up liking it myself. So I decided to check out more of her music through youtube and was digging her even more. I bought her album “Pure Heroine” and loved the album so this album is worthy for the list. Finally, some good pop music we can all listen to. This album is not that typical bubble-gum pop you hear on the radio these days. This pop music is more maturing and it’s a fun album to listen to. I couldn’t stop listening to it.

6. Volbeat – Outlaw Gentlemen and Shady Ladies

I’ve been a fan of Volbeat ever since I saw them open for Metallica a few years ago. It’s hard to tell what genre they are ’cause they are always doing different things. Metal, punk, country, rockabilly, folk, etc. They blend everything together. This is a great band from Denmark and Michael Poulsen is a talented guitarist, and singer. I loved this album and wanna get my own copy soon.

5. Queens of the Stone Age – …Like Clockwork

QOTSA is finally back with a new album after a pretty long hiatus in the music industry. Dave Grohl has returned to drums for this band after their previous drummer, Joey Castillo left. This is their best album since “Songs For the Deaf”. It has some of Josh’s best songwriting and there are some pretty surprising collaborations on it with musicians such as Trent Reznor and Elton John.

4. David Bowie – The Next Day

After a little over 20 years or so of being missing in action in the music business, David Bowie has finally made his album comeback. This album was announced on his birthday this year. Everybody speculated that he retired from the music business but I knew he wasn’t. He maybe done with touring and performing live but making studio albums, no. I think “The Next Day” is his best new album. This album has covered every genre and style of music he has done over the years. It has excellent guitar work on it and some of David’s best singing. I hope he doesn’t make us wait too long for his next album.

3. Black Sabbath – 13

The founding members of Black Sabbath have reunited minus Bill Ward. Fans thought Sabbath couldn’t make a good album without Bill Ward on the drums but I disagree. They STILL killed it on the album despite Bill Ward not being in the band. I thought this was a pretty sick album. Every song on it is so good. I couldn’t stop listening to it. The guys in Sabbath proved they still GOT IT, and Tony Iommi is still the riff-master. Ozzy has never been the greatest singer in the world but I was actually impressed with his singing on this album. He was more confident on it, this time.

2. Arcade Fire – Reflektor

Win Butler and his wife, Regine are back with another Arcade Fire album. I’ve been an Arcade Fire fan for a pretty long time and this is their best one. It sounds different than their previous albums. The songs on “Reflektor” are pretty strong and amazingly done. Every song gave me goosebumps. A lot of emotion and passion on it. I read they got the idea for this album after Win and Regine visited Haiti for the first time. Every song is so tight and aggressive. I was blown away with this album.

1. Man Of Steel – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack by Hans Zimmer

When Warner Bros. announced that they are doing a new Superman movie and Zack Snyder was going to direct the film… it should be no surprise that they were going to get Hans Zimmer to score it. It was debatable whether or not Hans Zimmer could make a good score for this film. People thought he would never be able to top the original score by John Williams. Turns out myself and a lot of people were wrong. Hans Zimmer topped John Williams with no problem at all. I thought the music in “Man of Steel” was beautiful. I’m not into movie soundtracks too much but listening to the “Man of Steel” soundtrack was pretty intense. Every track gave me goosegumps. Great job, Hans. I pick “Man of Steel” soundtrack as the best album of the year.

It’ll be a few more weeks for the movies list. Still have to see: “The Hobbit 2”, “Grudge Match” and “American Hustle”. I’ll try to see all 3 of those movies after the Holiday and then I’ll write up the list.

Joaquin Phoenix as Lex Luthor for “Batman/Superman” movie??? Yes, please…

Warner Bros. is interested in hiring Joaquin Phoenix for an unknown role for the upcoming “Batman/Superman” film and speculation is already going around that he could be playing Lex Luthor. Is Joaquin going to have to shave his head bald for this role?

More on the story, here:

I agree with this pick. Joaquin plays menacing and evil characters quite well, and he can be pretty scary!! Joaquin maybe a weird guy in real life but the man sure can act!

Maybe Lex won’t even be bald in the next film. Keep in mind, that Zack changes all the characters for his Superman movies so he might have a different vision for Lex as well. Maybe everybody is wrong and he could end up being the Flash or Green Lantern instead? Maybe even Jimmy Olsen?

Why won’t Obama admit that he despises Vladimir Putin and he’s avoiding him like the plague???

Please keep in mind that I’m not doing any hating on gay people and not opposing homosexuality in any way. No offense to homosexuality but I disagree that’s the reason why President Obama is avoiding Russia because of their anti-gay issues and other human rights. It’s obvious that President Obama despises Vladimir Putin and he’s doing all he can to avoid President Putin. If the Olympics was at a different country then Obama would go. I’m no fan of Russia just as much as the next person but come on, people… wake up… Obama and Putin don’t get along. Obama knows that Putin is way more powerful than he is. Both Obama and Putin are pretty much alike. They’re both dictators, communists, murderers, etc. They hate each other out of jealousy and stuff. Obama is just disrespecting the USA even more by choosing not to attend the Winter Olympics. Obama refuses to meet with Putin again ’cause he’s a coward. Obama is clearly afraid of him. He’s making Putin look too good. I’m sure Putin is not too worried about Obama not being there anyways. I can see Putin helping to cheer on the USA and help support our country gladly.

I’m looking forward to the Winter Olympics too, btw!

Musicians with obsessive hatred problems…

Are you a musician who is an easy target in your music scene? You know, the type of musician who is always getting hated on by other musicians in the area. These are the kind of guys who are always obsessed with talking shit about you. Even if they don’t like you… they appear to be following everything you do. Making fun of you. Bitching about how you act online. Talking shit about your musical talent. Blah blah blah, you get the deal here. I’m not the only one who has this kind of problem. Other musicians I know have been an easy target in the scene (not naming names)… being bullied by other musicians and stuff. That’s a HUGE part of how this area doesn’t promote local music positively ’cause of the negativity and bullying that goes on around here.

All this stuff used to bother me but it don’t bother me too much anymore. The trick to dealing with all of this is just one word: IGNORE. That’s right. Ignore it all. Who cares whether or not other musicians around here like you. Just do your own thing. Again: music is here for you. It’s here to please yourself and not others. Be who you wanna be, be yourself, and don’t let other musicians control you.

If there are people I don’t like… I don’t obsess with the same person for years ’cause I have better things to do than that. I just get them out of my life and act like they’re dead to me.

It is what’s best for you. They’re either a little jealous or just trying to get attention off of you. Let them destroy their own reputation and keep making the music. When musicians start talking shit they are mostly musicians who haven’t had much success in music themselves. Think about it, right?

Haters are gonna hate, that’s all there is to it.

You don’t have to listen to any of them. They don’t realize that they are not being professional acting themselves — the more they keep doing what they do. Let ’em be hypocrites.

I don’t listen to negative people anymore. I only focus on the positive, happy and joyful people. Those are the folks who I try to surround myself with. If you don’t want the internet to be full of people hating on you so your name won’t show up in google of negative people targeting you… the best thing to do is ignore it all and don’t fight/argue with people.

Defending yourself won’t do you any good knowing from my own mistakes and experiences. Responding to everything makes things worse. You’ll win by NEVER responding to anything at all. Screw the haters. Just make music ’cause you like it.

Obsessive hatred of other musicians hating me still goes on to this day but I learn to let it go and ignore it all. Just enjoy life, play music and be happy. Don’t pay any attention to people who want to destroy you ’cause that’s all they wanna do… they wanna see you get ruined. They wanna see you fail.

More on harmonizing…

For the past couple of days, I’ve been doing a little research on harmonizing in music so I can learn how to do it with my own songs. I learned that you can still do harmonizing with or without back-up vocals. You don’t always have to sing in octave of the chord you’re playing, you can sing higher or lower in any of the notes in that chord. This could be experimental stuff with my own singing. I need to learn to not sing in octave of the chord/riffs all of the time. I need to learn to be more melodic in my vocals and learn to be a lead singer. Harmonizing requires music theory and a good ear so if you don’t have either of those, then there’s no point in doing it.

If you’re in a band or in an acoustic duo that do a lot of back-up vocals, harmonizing can be pretty important and I need to learn that more in my songs as well. I need to practice harmonizing and experiment with it myself. Harmonizing could take my songs to the next level. If I want my original music to be catchy and memorable, gotta learn harmonizing. Don’t wanna sing everything in octave all the time, people will get bored with it. Gotta be creative and different.

I’m gonna try to write a whole song with nothing but my vocals sometime in the future, an acepella song using my voice as instruments kind of like what they do in the movie, “Pitch Perfect”.

I kind of want to stay away from the dark acoustic rock songs and really focus on the songwriting. Get serious with it.

4th Lisbeth Salander book on the way but will be written by a different writer…

Before Stieg Larrson’s death, the Swedish author originally had plans to write 10 Lisbeth Salander novels but he suddenly died while in the middle of writing the fourth one. Now a different Swedish writer has been signed to write the 4th installment. Yes, a 4th Millennium book is coming whether Stieg is around or not.

See the full story, here.

I’m a huge fan of the Lisbeth Salander stories and would like to see this continue but they shouldn’t be written by someone else. Only Stieg could write those stories well. I’m sure other authors can write those stories okay but it’ll definitely feel different with a different writer, ya know? It’s going to feel weird reading a Millennium novel with Stieg not being the author but since Stieg is dead… they should be well left alone. Think about it, right? They should respect his work and should be left as those three: “Girl With the Dragon Tattoo”, “Girl Who Played With Fire” and “Girl Who Kicked The Hornet’s Nest”. All three are amazing books. Respect Stieg’s work and legacy. These bastards are just exploiting him for money… hoping Hollywood will keep making more sequels. This is pathetic. The industry over in Sweden can be just as shady as the USA.

Not sure if I’ll read the next novel or not. Probably won’t.
