Cool Video: A few videos of Lou Ferrigno promoting fitness…

If you want to talk about being inspired by famous bodybuilders & fitness people, look how Lou Ferrigno, the Hulk, teaches others and inspires. Listen to his advice, such as “If you don’t have the passion, why even bother’, is a great one. Lou is the fuckin’ man! I also like, “I love the feeling of being healthy & love the feeling of pumping iron”. See how he likes helping people? He’s a personal trainer himself I believe as he trained Michael Jackson.

Thought: Why is Jillian Michaels so inspirational? Why do people care?

I am so sick of seeing her everywhere, Jillian Michaels. The annoying so called trainer who think she’s hot stuff. Why is it that people care about her that keeps her in the media spotlight? She’s not hot and she’s so fake than everyone out there lately. Do you actually believe her physique is real? No one at all thinks she might have had plastic surgery, possibly? I refuse to learn from her for a lot of reasons. I won’t read her instructional books on “health & fitness” and won’t even buy her workout videos ’cause they are all a waste of money. Why people waste their money learning from her, when all you need is a cheap gym membership and some of your own workout equipment at home?

She’s not inspirational.

My real inspirations for fitness would be from real guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Lou Ferrigno, and Dolph Lundgren. The stuff those guys do, and how they inspire people to get into fitness & bodybuilding is great…but Jillian is all about money & her fame.  If you buy her material, you’re just wasting your time & money

Jillian is shady, fake and needs to be off TV completely. It really disturbs me how Jillian trains those people on “The Biggest Loser”. Please America, just forget Jillian. She’s worthless. Just my opinion.

You may recognize Hugo Weaving as Agent Smith from the “Matrix” movies. Could be a great choice. The guy makes a great villain.

In celebration of Star Wars Day today, Lucas Arts announced they will release “Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II” for all video game consoles for Oct. 26th later this fall. I’ve never even played the first one yet. I will buy the first one and play it soon since the price of the first game dropped to $19.99 at Best Buy.

BREAKING NEWS: Corey Haim didn’t die of drugs…

Corey Feldman was right all along. I remember Corey Feldman was on TV saying that people shouldn’t jump to conclusions that Corey Haim died of drugs. Feldman said he was pretty sure he didn’t die of drugs and claimed he was healthy at the time. The Coroner today proved that Corey Haim didn’t die of drugs. It was a normal death. He died of pneumonia complications.

More on it here:

Thank god it wasn’t drugs at least, RIP Corey Haim.  Now Feldman and Corey Haim’s family and friends have a closure.

Report: The Spierig brothers directing “The Dark Crystal” sequel…

Yes, you heard that right, peeps. There is officially a “Dark Crystal” sequel coming soon to the big screen. The Jim Henson company is teaming up with Omnilab Media to bring the sequel from the 1982 fantasy epic, created by Jim Henson and Frank Oz, also the creators of “The Muppet Show”.

The story to the sequel is set centuries later, the world has fallen into darkness once again. A mysterious girl made of fire teams with a Gelfing outcast, came to steal a shard of the legendary Crystal (the crystal seen from the first movie) to reignite the dying sun that exists at the center of the planet. Peter and Michael Spierig will direct.

Another thing to think about, will Frank Oz be involved with the film somehow? Maybe, I don’t know. The sequel sounds interesting, although I don’t agree with the sequel going on without Jim Henson himself. I’ll still go see it if the trailer is good enough.

Edit to add: Another thing to think about everyone is that since this isn’t the 80’s anymore, since the directors from the movie “Daybreakers” (the vampire movie that stars Ethan Hawke and Willem Dafoe) are helming the “Dark Crystal” sequel, expect them to use plenty of CGI and fancy visual effects. Will they still use puppets in the movie? Possibly…but don’t expect the puppets they used to look like back in the 80’s. They will probably make brand new puppets to make the creatures more realistic. The human characters would probably be puppets just like the original film, but all the monsters and stuff will be different. It will probably be much darker than the original. Will they bring the character Aughra back? What about Jen and Kira? I’m sure we’ll be seeing some of the characters back from the first film for the sequel as well. I hope they don’t mess this up and make it a really good one.

Facebook thoughts: private is never private part II

Another thing I wanted to rant about with Facebook is how people don’t keep their personal relationships “private”. Notice how people become so obsessed with that “relationship status” option? You know they go from “single”, “in a relationship” or “married”? Why is it do people feel the need to publicly speak on not wanting to be single. When they do get in a relationship with a partner, they’ll announce it publicly, the same when people are just getting married. There are couple’s in there being way too personal about their relationships when it should be kept in their own business and off of facebook. Why is that people become so obsessed with love and relationships in social networking sites?

Really, what are my thoughts about all this relationship stuff? Seriously, who cares!!! It’s not about jealousy because I’m single, no not at all. It’s just personal stuff that should be kept off the public. Do we really need to know how your relationship went in detail? If I ever get in a relationship with somebody special someday, I probably will be strict about it and keep things off the public. I don’t need people to know how we got together and if we’re gonna get married or personal things like that.

Want your life private? NEWS FLASH!!!! Don’t put it on the internet! The facebook privacy features will not help any. It’s your own responsibility to what you’re posting publicly. If you don’t want people talking about your vacation to Disneyworld or to the Bahamas with your girlfriend, then don’t put it publicly in facebook. Don’t want people talking about your family or your marriage, then stop posting personal pictures in your photo galleries.

I mean, people would post everything about their lives, even their wedding pictures. It’s crazy stuff, I tell ya. People don’t realize how risky social networking sites can be. Why do people post their personal relationships publicly in their profiles? My guess is that they want to be respected and be supported by the people around them, they seem to enjoy that kind of attention.

FB is becoming a bit of a turn off for these reasons.

Report: Am I actually agreeing with E! on something? Yeah, who cares about Chely Wright coming out of the closet!

I hate E! but this is a great article…

http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/ask_the_answer_bitch/b179292_who_cares_some_country_singer_lesbian.html

Why does this have to be big news? My guess is to help promote her upcoming album, “Lifted off the Ground” which will hit stores tomorrow.

I think that is all there is to be said about that.

Facebook thoughts: Privacy is never private…

People in facebook has been complaining and whining about these new privacy features. People keep complaining everytime something new changes in facebook. Seriously? Are you people for real? Are you this delusional? How can you keep your thoughts and what you post in facebook private?

NEWS FLASH: Simply just don’t go to facebook or cancel your account. Noboby’s forcing you to stay there.

What you post in facebook, it’s no longer private, your friends in your friendslist can still see everything, it’s still public. If you don’t want the outside world talking about what you’re posting in facebook, then becareful how you use facebook, it’s just as simple as that.

It is not the facebook staff and the new features that is ruining facebook, well, it is YOU that is ruining your experience there. People should be adult enough to use the internet responsibly but instead, they all act like little teenagers who are just learning how to use the internet. I use my facebook page to keep my personal life out of things. I use it to discuss the entertainment industry: music, movies, politics, health & fitness, sports, wrestling/ufc, etc with the people there just like I do here with the blog.

Ranting about things in your life, maybe a good thing but in a way, it’s not. If you get too personal or post something too negative, then bad karma will hit you back out in the real world in the future, believe me. People would talk about every little thing they do in life in facebook. If people go out for a drive, go to the store, or go to work, etc. people would write it all down in facebook in their statuses. It’s crazy stuff FB is. I’ll write more on this another time.
