I'm a musician, singer/songwriter, blogger, writer, poet, bodybuilder, movie lover, music lover, video gamer, history/political buff, conservative/republican, etc. I like to do a lot of things.
After all that fake crying in the court room, Amber saying how all this is tough on her, here you see Amber herself walking out the door. Yup, she’s all smiles and laughing with the police officers on the way out. She’s fine, y’all. She’s totally acting in the court room, she’s such a faker all the way.
Johnny, however, as he walks out the door, he talks with all the police officers and shaking their hands. Looks like Johnny totally supports the police and respects them. Johnny was friendly to everyone even to people filming him and he waves to the fans on the way out.
Which one has more class? Johnny obviously ’cause he’s a cool dude. Johnny’s not allowed to sign autographs/take pics with the fans but he is appreciative of them as you can see.
Yeah, I watched the trial this morning. Depp vs. Heard.
The first witness that came up was Dr. Dawn Hughes, that wacky Heard psychologist. She came back today, I don’t understand all that psychology or “shrink” stuff that well but I can understand that all Dr. Hughes was doing was going against everything that Dr. Curry said about Amber’s problems with PTSD and bipolar disorder and all that. It was a funny watch, though… Depp’s lawyer, Wayne Dennison destroyed her pretty good and Dr. Hughes was getting pissed off.
Then when Dr. Hughes finished, Amber heard took the stand and WOW!!!!! It was even better than the last one. Yeah, Amber was doing the usual “Johnny did this” and “Johnny said that” and blah blah blah but one thing that Amber said that I actually agree with is that Johnny is a powerful man and even she admitted that. I’m not sure if that was a slip or what but it was funny.
And Camille… damn, she killed it today. You wanna see a female verbal catfight, you gotta watch that above. Amber and Camille got into a bit of a yelling match, it was pretty heated.
Camille called her out on Morgan Night’s trailer damage, Amber sending stuff to TMZ and the Kate Moss stairs incident.
Of course, Amber plays innocent victim at all of them. Calling everybody a liar and blah blah blah, you get the deal. She calls Morgan Night a liar and accused him of doing this ’cause Depp is a powerful man and all that but Night made it clear that he’s no Depp fan so why would he lie about that stuff?
Oh, when it comes to Amber and her side, everyone that is against them is wrong and lying? Everybody on Amber’s side is a bit biased and they’ll kiss her ass no matter what anyone says ’cause that’s what Amber paid them to do. All of Amber’s people got destroyed and exposed for their lies pretty good anyways.
Amber was going on and on about how all this evidence she got that proves Johnny’s abuse but there’s no medical records and she admitted that herself in one of her previous testimonies.
This week was supposed to be the final week but they got more stuff to do tomorrow. Jury deliberations is not ’til Tuesday and the deliberations could go on for a while… maybe even a few days ’cause there’s so much for the jury to discuss… so the verdict reading will be sometime next week. Whenever that may be.
Today was another fun day. Today was better than SNL and all those court room dramas you see on TV.
Johnny’s gonna win, though. No way the jury will side with Amber. Johnny hired great lawyers, they all did a great job. Camille’s my favorite though. I hate lawyers to be honest but I’m a huge fan of Camille. If I ever get in trouble, I’d definitely love to hire her as my lawyer. LMAO!
I usually don’t watch/listen to live streaming most of the day but today was an exception. I started watching the Depp trial this morning so I can watch the Kate Moss testimony which ended up very short.
Kate Moss dropped the bomb that she didn’t get pushed down the stairs by Johnny as Amber claimed. So now that you heard from Kate Moss herself today, BOOM, it’s done.
Then we have a Depp psychologist Dr. Curry bringing up Amber’s problems of PTSD and Bipolar disorder and Dr. Curry makes it sounds believable.
Then we have an ex-TMZ guy dropping another huge bomb that Amber did sent stuff to TMZ after all which is not a surprise really.
Johnny Depp testified again and he killed it as always. You almost want to feel sorry for the guy when he was explaining how evil Amber is. As Johnny was saying all that stuff, Amber stopped smirking and had a blank stare as Johnny was talking.
Today was addicting ’cause Amber was getting destroyed by everyone all day. I was watching the trial most of the day ’cause it was entertaining as hell seeing all these people exposing Amber and destroying her hard.
Yeah, the verdict reading is Friday and I think the judge is gonna give Johnny the victory. After Kate Moss and the TMZ guy, Amber’s finished… she’s done. The jury will look at those two and have no choice but to side with Johnny.
If the judge ends up siding with Amber instead, then all that will prove is how corrupt and broken the justice system is… so I don’t think Amber will win at all. Johnny’s fine, nothing to worry about.
The trial is not over yet… there’s still tomorrow and Friday. There’s more witnesses to testify tomorrow and I’ll tune in to some of them. If it gets good then I’ll continue watching.
I decided to try to watch some of the Johnny Depp trial and I caught this guy’s testimony earlier today… Richard Marks, a Hollywood Attorney of the film industry. Here he is shutting down Kathryn Arnold’s claim of Amber Heard’s film career being the same as Jason Momoa. Once again, that came from the Heard lawyer, Kathryn Arnold.
Marks here does a brilliant job of shutting down the comparisons. What’s funny is that Amber’s side is trying to look like that Amber is such a “superstar” in Hollywood when she’s not really. Amber Heard’s character in “Aquaman” Mera was only in the film very little, it wasn’t much of a role and Mera was just a co-star like Marks said here. So to compare Amber Heard’s status as a star to people like Jason Momoa, Gal Gadot and Chris Pine is a freakin joke. No way Amber’s career is in the same league as theirs.
“Game of Thrones” was a breakthrough for Jason…. after that Jason went to do a bunch of big screen movies and did a few other TV shows himself. Jason is a pretty big name in the industry.
What has Amber done besides her small role in “Aquaman”? Amber was in “Zombie Land”, “Magic Mike”, “Drive Angry” and “Machete Kills” but that’s about all really. She hasn’t had much of a career anyway.
It’s funny that Amber’s side wants to accuse Johnny Depp of being jealous of her career but how? Johnny’s done many blockbuster hits, how many blockbusters does Amber have?
Today was golden. Amber wasn’t having a good day at all ’cause people like Richard Marks and other witnesses destroying Amber like crazy. Entertaining as hell really.
Johnny’s gonna win on Friday, I’m confident about that.
At the Cannes Film Festival during a Q & A session, Tom Cruise says he is a huge movie buff like the rest of us. He says he goes to the theaters to see every new release that comes out. He says he’ll sit in a theater with a full crowd and he’ll show up earlier so he can watch all the trailers. While he does go to the movie theaters on a regular basis, he goes incognito… meaning having one’s identity concealed… he just goes to the theater with a baseball cap on and I’m sure he wears it pulled down so he don’t get recognized. If Tom gets recognized and walks in a movie theater full of people, he could get mobbed by fans, ya know?
Since Tom likes to go to the movies pretty often, you gotta wonder if he went and saw “The Batman”, “Spiderman: No way Home” and even “The Northman” (his ex-wife, Nicole Kidman has a role in that film, btw). I bet he did went and saw all three of those movies. haha….
Anyway, since Tom likes to talk about being a huge fan of cinema himself, I’m sure he doesn’t watch his own movies though. I’m sure Tom has his own movie theater at his home with surround sound where he watches BluRays, DVDs, VHS’s… even laser discs (remember those)?Just think how huge Tom’s movie library at home it must be? I’m sure he’s got a huge wall full of BluRays/DVDS/VHS for sure, I would think.
Just imagine sitting in a movie theater and Tom Cruise is sitting next to ya watching it and you didn’t even know it was him after all that time?
Since Tom has such a busy schedule with his career and all, how does he find the time to hit the theaters? Well where ever Tom is filming a movie somewhere around the United States, I’m sure he goes to the nearest theater when he’s on a break or a day off. Tom is working on movies constantly himself but I’m sure the director lets him have a break on occasion.
Well the trial is gonna be over real soon so I thought I would post more thoughts on it. I read that the closing arguments is scheduled for May 27th. The trial will continue on Monday ’cause I believe Amber has more witnesses to testify.
I haven’t been watching the trial lately but I have watched some clips of Amber’s testimony this week and I’ll try to watch some of her witnesses over the weekend. There is no need to watch a lot of the trial anyways ’cause I know Johnny will win no matter what ’cause Amber has nothing. She’s done. As a matter of fact, Johnny already won.
When the verdict will be finally read which will be for a while, I predict the judge is gonna throw out Amber’s countersuit and give Johnny the victory. Why?
Simply because Amber has no hard evidence of Johnny physically abusing her. She has no medical records, she made no appointments to the doctor…. no trips to the emergency room and no surgeries of any of her injuries. She admitted that she didn’t have any of that stuff. Why didn’t she go through all that? It’s because she had no serious injuries like she claims. All those photos she showed of herself prove nothing at all.
The Depp lawyers got onto her about her “fake” photos.
I love Depp’s lawyer, Camille, though… that lawyer with the long dark hair. I usually hate lawyers but this one is awesome. She is fierce and really tough. Johnny hired a good one there for sure. Looks like she had a lot of experience of exposing fakes and liars in the court room.
Johnny’s fine, he’s got this y’all. Amber’s side is also doing a good job of proving Johnny’s innocence the more they spew their bullshit. There’s no need to watch Amber’s witnesses ’cause I bet they were paid a lot of money to make Johnny look bad. Getting paid to kiss Amber’s ass. They’re just gonna talk a lot of shit about Johnny without any proof so no need to watch ’em.
I will watch the verdict reading live on the internet though whenever that maybe. The closing arguments will be next week where the jury will discuss the case behind closed doors. It may take them a few days though ’cause there’s a lot for them to discuss. So it’s still gonna be a long while for the verdict. The trial will definitely be over for good before the end of this month, though.
When Johnny gets the victory, I want to see Amber’s reaction. She’ll probably get upset but how much upset will she get? Will she storm out of the court room? Will she cry her eyes out, like cry for real this time? Will she start screaming and yelling at people? You’ll never know with this woman.
It’s gonna be interesting to see how it’s all gonna end, though.
Before anyone accuses me of liking a musician after his death, not true. I’ve always been a massive Chris Cornell fan for a long time. I’ve supported everything he did over the years. Everything through Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Audioslave and I’ve bought all of his solo albums too.
He was a great singer, guitar player and great writer. He’s mostly known as a rock and metal singer but one thing people seem to forget that he’s an overall singer. He can do it all… he could sing from really low notes to wicked high pitch screams. He can sing clean and he can go to a raspy voice. He can do all genres of music pretty much. I think that’s why he started a solo career so he can be able to do other stuff besides heavy rock.
He was mostly known as a singer but he’s also a guitar player himself. Some may think Kim Thayil wrote most of the Soundgarden material but it was actually Chris that wrote most Soundgarden songs on guitar. All Kim Thayil did was serve the song but yes, Kim did wrote some Soundgarden songs and Kim brought in some riffs but it was Chris that did most of the writing in the band.
Another great thing that people missed about Chris was that he was a great lyricist too. That’s another thing I respected him about was his unique lyric writing. No one else wrote lyrics like Chris and Chris helped inspired me to write lyrics of my own.
Chris was a musical genius, though and I remember I was bummed that he passed due to committing suicide. It shocked me like everyone else ’cause he didn’t seem like the suicidal type. We’re all human, remember that.
After Soundgarden emerged in the 90’s when the Grunge scene exploded, I followed Chris’s career since then. I’ve listened to Soundgarden throughout high school and bought all 3 Audioslave albums when they came out. I bought all of his solo albums.
He is still missed even today. Maybe gone but his music lives on.
Stumbled upon this good meme in FB that I agree with through a musician’s group. I agree with this too.
As a musician and singer/songwriter myself, I know from experience that it’s very hard to get people to like your music or like you as a person or as an artist. You make music and write songs, you put it out there for people. You would get nothing but either get negative criticism with people telling you that you suck or no response from people at all. Yeah, I’ve been there when I used to put out a lot of music in the past.
A lot of people also trashed me publicly as a person over the years. Yeah, I’ve had people tell me that I’m not very likeable and had people tell me that I’m such a troll or a negative person in the music scene.
All that is fine and good ’cause I can’t please everyone ya know? Last thing you wanna do is care about what people say or think about you. Just keep doing what you do. Keep playing the music and fans will come around on their own. People will either like you or not. Just be proud of the people that do support your music and proud of those who do like you as a person and just forget all the haters.
You want to make music publicly, you WILL get those critics and haters for sure. Yeah, I’ve had people bash my music and made fun of it. When I used to play live gigs, I’ve tried to play gigs at all venues as much as possible. Of course, I was rejected by a lot of venues not naming names. I only got booked for a lot of ’em ’cause other bands and musicians were asking me to open for them… but I definitely did book my own shows for sure and actually had some people come out to them.
It’s actually not a bad thing to have critics and haters ’cause they help you get more fans when they realize it or not.
No lie, I really did have people support my music when I was playing out there… I did have somewhat a loyal fanbase myself.
I know, I haven’t put out a new batch of original songs in a long while but I’m planning on getting back into that ’cause I kind of miss it and itching for some new material myself.
The thing is, it don’t matter whether or not people like your music or yourself as a person. Just make music just for you ’cause that’s what it’s here for, ya know? You don’t have to give up playing music and give up playing live just because you have so many telling you that your music sucks and so many telling you that you’re an asshole.
Ted Nugent is a perfect example of this. So many shit on that man but he doesn’t care… he just continues making music and touring heavily. Not caring what his haters thinks.
Yeah, it’s definitely hard to get people to care about you and your music but keep playing and keep writing your songs. Let the music speak on its own. If people like your music, they will tell you or they’ll show it by buying an album of yours or going to a show. Don’t take yourself serious and ignore all the bullshit and negativity.
If you’re a musician and a die-hard conservative/Trump supporting kind of person then be prepared for a lot of hate and a lot less support in the local music scene.
It’s getting harder and harder to support local bands, the local music scene nowadays ’cause most of the entire music scene has a leftist problem. It has been like that for a long time and the leftist problem in local musicians community is worse now than before.
If you’re a musician with “conservative” views or if you’re a Trump supporter or both… get ready for a lot of bullshit. A lot of musicians will refuse to add you in social media ’cause of your beliefs and even worse, if you were friends with a leftist musician chances are you’ll get “unfriended” and get “blocked” by them in social media. All because of differences of political views.
It is pretty childish and dumb really… all because musicians and promoters refusing to support each other over politics. I’ve dealt with it a long time myself and it’s okay.
I’m proud to be a die-hard conservative and I’m proud to be a die-hard MAGA supporter or as Joe Biden would put it ULTRA MAGA. I won’t change for anybody ’cause I hate leftism.
The leftism problem in the music is why I refuse to play shows and go see other band shows pretty much. I try my best to keep politics separate from music. If I like a band’s and artists music, I try to be supportive as much as possible despite political views. I don’t care about politics, if I like the music enough I’ll support them. It’s okay disagree with each other but support each other anyways, try it sometime, ya know?
That’s okay, let them do what they do ’cause all it does is just shows their true colors. Most musicians and people in the local music community are arrogant jerks anyways so fuck ’em, really.
To be honest, though, there are more conservative musicians now than you think so don’t let the leftism fool ya.
Yesterday, I went to Target in Wilton to look at Iphone cases. I picked up the cheap $9.99 Iphone 11 case for now but will buy an even better one that protects the Iphone sometime in the future. I also picked up wireless bluetooth earbuds which I like a lot. I prefer wireless earbuds now than the wired ones ’cause the wired ones can get quite annoying with the cord dangling and now I don’t have to worry about that anymore.
The question is when will I start making videos for Instagram again? I’m gonna start soon but I plan on buying a Tripod that would fit good with the Iphone 11 and I should buy a ringlight too so I can improve lighting. I plan on making videos again where I’m just live performing acoustic songs covers and originals and will play electric guitar stuff too. I’m also planning on filming videos of myself speaking on different topics and will start filming lifting videos at the gym again for sure. All this stuff will be coming back.
I’m still very new to Iphone and still learning how to use it. I’m real late getting into the Iphone bandwagon at 45 years old. Never had one until now but now I think having an actual cell phone will be pretty useful. I figure it’s finally time… in case family & friends need me for anything, they can call and text. If I meet new friends and meet hot women out there, now I can start giving them my cell number.
Feels good to finally have one.
