Cool Photo: Pam Anderson dons the Baywatch bathing suit again…

The left side of the above pic is her back in the Baywatch days for TV, the right is a recent photo of her filming for a Brazillian commercial. I know she hasn’t worn the Baywatch suit in years, but in my opinion, she looks awful in it. She still looks the same in the swimsuit yes, but she’s old, and her bad plastic surgery ruins it. She’s not HOT anymore like she used to be. Such a shame, ’cause I used to like Pam. Sure, she’s always been a plastic barbie doll, but when she was younger, there was something likeable about her. Pam looks like a disgusting old woman now. Tommy Lee and Kid Rock enjoyed banging that? Wow. Her plastic surgery is worse now than before. Thanks to the media for the before & after pic. I used to like Baywatch though.

Storylines in WWE that were done in bad taste and were offensive…top 15 list…

A reader requested that I should name a list of bad storylines in WWE that were offensive? I can do that easily. I would name 15 of them in no particular order:

  • Triple H’s necrophilia storyline Katie Vick – Yep, WWE actually showed Triple having sex with a dead body in a casket. I’ll never forget it.
  • Mae Young gives birth to a hand – I understand they were trying to be funny but it wasn’t.
  • Billy & Chuck gay wedding – Back in 2002 on Smackdown, WWE had their very first gay wedding. That was one of the worst segments ever. There is no hate against gays here, but the storyline was just badly done. I remember this storyline got some publicity though as it started making the news.
  • Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio – Dominick custody battle – Before Eddie’s death, he was a heel at the time and he was feuding against Rey Mysterio over the custody of Dominick a child. While Eddie did make one of the greatest heels of all times, it was very offensive that WWE used a young child in a dark storyline. Really WWE? Even if it was acting, a child should not have to witness something like that because children would think it’s real. Children would think differently.
  • Big Show’s father dying – Around this time Big Show was in a big feud with the Big Boss Man (before his death obviously). They did a storyline where WWE did a funeral on TV and the Boss Man came and stole the casket. Big Show’s actual father died in real life before this storyline happened. Lame, WWE, lame.
  • Anything involving Hornswoggle! – This is one of the worst wrestling characters ever created. Everything WWE has done with Hornswoggle over the last several years, was fuckin’ stupid! Come on, get rid of this character. He is not TV worthy.
  • Vince McMahon’s limo death, Vince McMahon’s Greater Power, Vince McMahon vs. God – Three way tie for Vinnie Mac. I’ll never forget the Greater Power Corporate Ministry revealing and the Vince McMahon vs. God. Look up Vince McMahon vs. God where he actually thought he was god.
  • DDP turning out to be the stalker of Undertaker’s wife – It was around the time that Undertaker was the American Bad Ass, and his wife Sarah has been getting an anonymous stalker. Turned out to be Diamond Dallas Page. Worst storyline ever, and done in terrible taste. Bad, WWE, shame on you.
  • The anonymous RAW GM – If I can think of a bad storyline in the PG era of wrestling, this was it. This was ridiculous, although the only thing I liked about it was that it helped put Michael Cole over as a heel. Then it was revealed that Hornswoggle was behind the computer all along at RAW 1000. Lame.
  • WCW Invasion angle – It started off interesting but then it got lame and lamer.
  • Val Venis and John Wayne Bobbit angle – Need I say more? Choppy choppy, your pee pee. Yes, John Wayne Bobbit himself was involved in a wrestling angle.
  • Gobbledy Gooker – I understand it was around Thanksgiving at the time of Survivor Series 1990, but that segment was stupid and offensive. I do respect Hector Guerrero but that was really lame of WWE to do back then.
  • The RAW walkout – If I can think of another storyline that was done in bad taste during the PG era, was when Triple H being COO, and everyone on the RAW set walked out on him. Lame.
  • Brock Lesnar return – Lesnar first returned to WWE the day after the last Wrestlemania. While it’s exciting that he is back, the WWE are using him wrong and destroying his character. I thought he would come back strong, but the recent storylines they are doing with him are pretty lame and stupid. They need to make him look like a monster that he was before, but they make him look weak instead.
  • RAW Celebrity Guest Hosts – This was probably the stupidest thing the WWE ever done. I think I gave up on RAW around this time because of this going on. Although I’ll have to say that Bob Barker and David Hasselhoff both gave the best performances out of everyone though.

That’s it, enjoy!

Why I look after Arnold & Sly, and also professional wrestlers…

If I can think of a new fitness topic to discuss here, this is one. Some of you may notice that I look after Arnold & Sly, and other professional wrestlers when it comes to bodybuilding. Some of you may think it’s kind of gay for me to do, but it has nothing to do with being gay, since I am not. Why do I look after these muscle guys? Well for starters, I look after them for inspiration and motivation. I always think to myself, someday, I’m gonna look like these guys. When you want to have a muscular body, you have to look at these guys. I’m sure they had a past with steroid use, but they can still be good inspirational material. I look at Arnold and Sly more than anybody though. I think I’m already starting to look like them a little bit, so I ‘m doing good. I get made fun of a lot for looking after these muscle celebrities, but again, inspiration and motivation. These guys help me keep going in the gym. It’s why I continue to do what I do. Why I got into it in the first place.

I’m never going to compete in a bodybuilding show, not my thing, I just want the look. I think this is my 5th year doing it, pretty sure it is, but still have lots of work to do. A lot of people claim that you can’t look like those guys you see in the action movies, but I believe you can get that body if you do it right, and naturally. Just eat really well, work out hard and you’ll get there with no problemo. I wanted to change my life, hoping for the better and it is working. I also wanted to look better for the performing stage for my music.

If others find it weird that I look after other famous fitness people, I don’t care. I just do whatever motivates me. When you want to be a bodybuilder, you have to have influences, and Arnold & Sly are my influences.

I know I haven’t posted progress pics in a while, I think I will soon.

Brock talks about the Kate Middleton topless photos controversy…

So Prince William and Kate Middleton were vacationing in the South of France, and she has been caught sunbathing in the nude. The photos has been published to a gossip magazine, and now the Royals are suing the magazine, for invasion of privacy. When I saw this, I ask myself, “What invasion of privacy”? If you go nude in public, in front of people where others can see, that is no longer private. That gives anybody the freedom to take a camera and take photos. The thing is, there is nothing wrong with getting naked. People do these things all of the time.  When celebrities and famous people try to do it, that makes it more difficult for them to do ’cause they are such a famous public figure. Just ask Prince Harry. So I think the magazine didn’t do anything wrong. They had the right to do it. Nothing wrong with having fun and enjoying yourself. Be naked and free, all you want to but take responsibility for it. I think this lawsuit will be dismissed and won’t go anywhere. This was definitely the Royals fault.

Edit to add: I think I just made a blog post that everyone can actually agree with. So be happy. And, by the way, Kate Middleton is a hot piece of ass, I’d like to see the photos myself.

Brock calls Jerry “The King” Lawler heart attack scare on RAW, a work, aka storyline…

I don’t mean to be an ass, but I’m gonna be the first one to call on it. I truly believe that Jerry Lawler’s fatal heart attack scare on RAW was definitely a work. It’s part of a storyline. You can’t believe what’s seen in WWE anymore, it’s just sad. It was just really good acting and writing, trying to make the whole thing seem realistic, and they did a good job in getting people to believe this one.

Jerry Lawler himself just did a Tout video at Montreal Hospital, see it, here.

The man is looking perfectly healthy, already. Talking like a normal person and looking good. When you have a fatal heart attack, I assure you, you’re not going to be looking good like that, right away. You would be getting multiple heart surgeries and all that stuff. I’ve known people who had fatal heart attacks, and there is no way in hell they would be up walking and talking right away.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Jerry would be back on RAW this coming Monday. If this was real, he would be forced to retire and there are already reports saying he may return to the announcer table and yes, wrestle again. Please.

I already called it that it could be a possible work as soon as it happened, anyway.

Cool Video: Even I got a little teary eyed watching the “Lincoln” trailer!!!

As soon as I saw this trailer, Spielberg is going to sweep the Oscars with this movie for sure. Daniel Day-Lewis’s performance alone is what this movie is worth seeing for. Can’t wait to see this film, stoked for it. Finally, after all these silly action flicks full of CGI and crap horror films we’ve been getting, we finally get a serious movie! I’m definitely seeing this movie when it comes out.

Enjoy.

Cool Video: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D trailer cuts it’s way online!

Well, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D trailer is here. Keep in mind that this is supposed to be a sequel to the 1974 orignal directed by Tobe Hooper. Which to me, doesn’t make a bit of sense ’cause there was already a Texas Chainsaw sequel that was directed by Tobe Hooper once again in 1986. Pretty weird why they are doing this, but whatever, it’s Hollywood.

Texas Chainsaw 3D looks okay, I might check it out. I’m a huge fan of the Leatherface character, these are great movies. I even liked the 2003 remake directed by Marcus Nispel.

Back to Texas Chainsaw 3D, I know some people are going to accuse this film of being a typical slasher film, but from the looks of the trailer, looks like it’s going to keep the same formula of the first film. The first film wasn’t a slasher and gore film, I think this film will be the same style. Reading some of the comments in that youtube, people are wondering why the girl at the cemetery would crawl into a casket to hide from Leatherface. Keep in mind, that this is just a “teaser”, they didn’t show the whole scene.

From what it looks like in the trailer, she’s hiding behind gravestone to gravestone. Moving to one gravestone to another quietly to hide from Leatherface, ’cause I’m sure he’s slowly looking around for her, and if she makes a single sound or gets in his sight, she’ll be a dead woman immediately. So crawling into an empty casket would be the best thing for her. I’m sure Leatherface didn’t see her crawling into the casket, he sawed through the casket anyway to make sure that’s where she was hiding. Again it’s a teaser, they didn’t show the whole thing. We’ll have to see the film ourselves as to how Leatherface caught her in the casket. Maybe he can smell her or something, I don’t know.

A lot of people are saying Leatherface doesn’t need to be a franchise, but what do you expect in the horror genre of film? Leatherface is a cool character and deserves to be entertained to fans for years to come. I’ll probably end up seeing this film. I’m a big horror fan.

Thought: Why Facebook is the place for famous bands to announce big news…

A certain reader on this site was making claims, famous bands don’t use facebook to announce big news. This reader also claims that if a famous band were to announce breaking news, they would do more. Not true. You see, bands use facebook to announce huge breaking news is not only most national bands have around 6 million to 10 million fans or way more following their page, another reason bands use facebook for exclusive news is ’cause of the media. The Entertainment news media is always on facebook looking for exclusive things to report.

Before the Rolling Stones announced their greatest hits album, they were doing similar teasers in facebook, then Led Zeppelin did it. After both bands announced their big news, the media were all over it. The media loves to look for official news from bands. Famous bands don’t need to do more when announcing big official news, ’cause all they have to do is post it on facebook, and everyone will be all over it. Facebook seems to be a huge marketing tool for famous national bands in major labels. It’s where everyone looks at these days, and like I said before, no one looks at their official “(name band here).com” sites anymore. Fans do look at the bands official sites still yes, but it’s most likely their longtime die hard fans that mostly like to look at them. If a band wants to draw more people to their sites, they would post a link their facebook pages.

Just the other day, Neil Young just exclusively announced in facebook that he’s releasing a new album with Crazy Horse called, “Psychedellic Pill” (I didn’t see him post about it in his website yet), and next thing you know, I’ve seen the news media doing articles about it. Ac/Dc also announced today FACEBOOK exclusive that they are releasing their first live album in 20 years, “Live At River Plate”, sure enough, the media started publishing articles about it. I believe Bob Dylan announced his new album “Tempest” in facebook as well, before everything else got to it. Lady Gaga used facebook to announce her next album, “ArtPop”. If I remember correctly, Metallica used facebook to announce their own Orion festival.

The entertainment news and media are all about social media. Facebook is a huge part of this world now. It seems that’s where everyone lives on. The facebook band “like” pages has millions and millions of fans, that’s why the media concentrates on them. Facebook seems to be the only way for fans to see what their favorite bands are up to. Why do famous national bands use facebook for big news? Well, it’s a quicker way to get the news out. Instead of wasting time posting it on their official sites or doing marketing else where, all you need is a post in facebook, the world would be all over it in a second.

That’s the way social media works and that’s how facebook is changing the music industry. It’s called technology. Get with it.

Led Zeppelin announcement gets mixed reactions from fans, either love it or hate it…

I was right on one thing, that all this hype over a movie, was going to upset some people, Led Zep is already getting a lot of negative shit from the fans, read some of the comments, here.

I was also right that the announcement was going to be bigger than a DVD release, and having the 02 show being screened in theaters is bigger. So I got a few little things right, here and there.

I mean think about it, right? If a band was to do a huge countdown and tease big things, you think they go out on tour or put out an album. All the hype and buzz over something little. This is why some fans are upset. I understand them though.

As a fan, I’ll take the announcement for what it is. I’m glad the 02 is coming out.
Kev

Led Zeppelin announcement, whether I am right or wrong or not, who cares?

I know in this blog, we were arguing on who is right or wrong, but the truth is, it doesn’t matter. That’s what the teasers and countdowns are for, to get everyone talking, guessing what it is. So in reality, there are no right or wrong answers. That’s what the band wanted with the fans. Get them all excited, for a hopeful tour or album announcement, whatever it is. That’s what teasers and countdown does to people. It’s supposed to be confusing to us. They are supposed to trick us on what the announcement is, that’s the point of the mystery. It was fun though.

I still think there is a possibility of a new Led Zep album or possible tour with the Foo Fighters down the road, maybe not now, but sometime in the future. All the other fans had different guesses other than the 02 as well. There were others that wanted a new album or a tour, I wasn’t the only one. So I’m all good.

This is still cool though. I like the “Celebration Day” announcement and I would like to see it myself, if Albany would get some screenings but doesn’t look like it. I’ll just wait for the Blu Ray release. All of this mystery was fun. I’m sure the band themselves even had fun watching the fans on trying to guess what the announcement is.

I’m sure we’ll get a statement from Jimmy Page soon, maybe he’ll write to us in the Led Zeppelin facebook account.
