Sarah Palin has signed a multi-year deal to Fox news as a contributor. It’s no surprise to me that she will be on TV at some point since she resigned from Governor of Alaska. As a Sarah Palin supporter and fan, I am certainly excited for this. She is controversial and she speaks her mind, no matter the consequences. I’ll be watching definitely!

I’ve been following this Jay Leno vs. Conan O’ Brien craziness. I’m on Team Conan like a lot of people. I don’t like Jay. Even though Jay gets low ratings and have bad shows as well, NBC will never fire Jay ’cause he’s richer and more powerful like I said. As expected, Conan is pissed and upset that Jay is taking over the “Tonight Show” and getting his old show back. Conan has confirmed he’s going to FOX to do a late night talk show over there. I can understand Conan being upset ’cause he moved his entire studio, the crew, his family to California and it’s a waste of trip. He wants to continue to do late night ’cause its’ what he loves to do. He likes being on TV and entertaining his fans. I hope Conan sues NBC and takes that greedy station to court because this is lawsuit worthy, in my opinion.
Conan worked for NBC for many years and they just stab him in the back. Just proves that TV don’t care about you at all. They only care about two things, money and ratings. That’s it.

Bad news for the tweens. The Disney channel revealed some shocking news that they will be cancelling the popular hit TV show, “Hannah Montana” which made Miley Cyrus a huge star. Although the show, delivers high ratings, Disney has not yet stated the reason they are cancelling it. My guess is economy issues? They can’t afford it? Why would they end such a successful show when Miley is a huge role model for children and tweens? Don’t knnow. Typical Disney. People are starting to realize that Disney are greedy bastards.

Look like Conan O’ Brien being host of the “Tonight Show” may not last long after all. NBC is thinking about booting him. The reason is, low ratings, what else? Jay Leno will be getting back his 11:30 slot after the Olympics is over with.

I watched a couple of seasons of “The Biggest Loser” in the past, and that’s enough for me. This seems to be one of the popular shows on NBC. My question is why? The show is crap, fake and scripted. All of it. I also can’t stand that bitch, Jillian Michaels.
Why is the “Biggest Loser” crap? The answer is easy.
On the show, they make working out, losing weight and getting in shape look so difficult and dangerous. When the reality is, losing weight and getting in shape is really the easiest thing to do ever. On the show, they try to make it look like that they make those people work so hard. In reality, when you need to work out, you don’t really need to work out hard and intensely.
I like Alison Sweeney, the host, but she needs to get off that show. It’s not good for her.
In reality, you don’t really need to spend $500-$1000 on personal trainers. In reality, you don’t really need to spend loads of money on gym memberships, when you can do all this for free at home. If other people lose the competition, why feel bad? The hell with the TV show and keep going. You don’t need the “Biggest Loser” to lose weight and get in shape. The only reason these contestants go on these shows ’cause NBC pays them and it’s an opportunity to get fame. Plus, to get their faces on TV.
These famous trainers like Jillian Michaels and others, why look up to them? They are probably fake and not even real “trainers” as they appear to be on TV. For the fans of this show, you don’t need to learn to lose weight by watching this show ’cause most of it…fake.
All it takes to lose weight is to lift weights, 20 minutes of cardio a day, eating healthy permanently and relaxing your body for results. That’s it. Those who watch this stupid TV show is wasting your time and I hope it gets off the air soon. I would celebrate if it gets cancelled someday.

Other surprising names for this year’s guests include: Sharon Osbourne, Cyndi Lauper, WWE Diva Maria Kanellis, former wrestler Bill Goldberg, comedian Sinbad, Daryl Strawberry, Poison’s Bret Michaels and many others.
This year’s lineup sounds interesting. I think I’ll definitely watch this season.

As predicted, Child Abuse organizations are desperately trying to get the Who off the Superbowl halftime gig. The Who were officially booked to play this year’s Superbowl halftime. As some may know, Pete Townshend was in trouble years back by looking up child pornography online as for research from his own child abuse experience as a child for an autobiography he was writing. He admitted to doing it but he was cleared of the charges after knowing it was just research.

A popular comedian that is just getting mainstream, Jeff Dunham, is no longer going to be aired on Comedy Central. Comedy Central announced, they have no plans to renew his show for a second season. Reason? Low ratings, of course. “The Jeff Dunham Show”, only lasted one season on Comedy Central.

This sucks for Jeff as he is very talented and funny, I like him, but this still doesn’t mean the end of him. Jeff Dunham is currently doing a US Tour. Yes, Albany, he is coming to the Times Union Center on January 14th, so that’ll be sometihng to look forward to.
I’m sure another TV station will pick him up. Maybe NBC will give him a show, who knows. I’m sure Jeff will find him a new TV show somewhere. It’s only a matter of time. He’s a cool dude.

This one is hard to predict to see what’s gonna win.
I really would like it to be Quentin Tarantino’s year ’cause he is such a talented director and film maker, he deserves some award recognition. I doubt he’ll win anything this year but it would be awesome. “Inglourious Basterds” is a really good flick.
