Cool Video: Hulk Hogan posts his tribute video on Randy Savage…

Over the years, there’s been a lot of speculation in the wrestling community that Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan always hated each other. Well this video should put the hate accusations to rest because this is good enough proof that Hulk always respected the Macho Man.

While I don’t like Hulk Hogan myself, this is actually a good video. Good on Hulk for once!

Thought: Why the Macho Man means so much to so many people…

Some of you may ask, why is the Macho Man so important? Why is he a big deal in the news? Not only he is a favorite in the wrestling industry, he is also a favorite to a lot of non-wrestling fans as well. The Macho Man is a great actor, entertainer and live performer. He is the king of making memorable catchphrases that everyone can impersonate. He can make memorable catchphrases more than any other wrestler out there. He was also a phenomenal wrestler and a great bodybuilder. He had an amazing physique. He was still in great shape even in his 50’s. He was a very lean and muscular guy.

He is an inspiration to people of all ages, from children to adults. Why? Simply because, he is a love-able person. People are interested in his image. The full bearded look, sunglasses, long hair, and bandanna. He was also funny and entertaining. People also loved the clothes he wore when he performed in the ring.

In my opinion, it was the Macho Man that made professional wrestling mainstream, not Hulk Hogan. Many wrestlers over the years became wrestlers because of Macho Man. If there was no Macho Man, there would be no Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair or the Ultimate Warrior. Randy Savage means a lot to so many people. He was a hero, not just in the wrestling industry, Randy Savage was a hero to everyone in the world.

You would see Macho Man everywhere you go. I’m also sure you would hear at least one person say, “Ooooh yeeeeeahhh”, which is the most impersonated catchphrase. Macho Man was the king of the entertainment industry. The Slim Jim commercials and made a few cameos for a few films.

Lets hope Vince McMahon will let Macho Man in the Hall of Fame next year. I still can’t believe he’s gone. I’ve been a die hard Macho Man fan, for years. He did what he did, because loved to entertain people. He liked to make people smile and laugh, that’s what he did this for. He was one of the best entertainers in the world and no one could top him ever.

He maybe gone but the wrestling industry needs to keep his legacy alive by letting him in the Hall of Fame, release more Macho Man DVD’s, action figures, etc. Anything to keep him remembered. Yes, the wrestling industry lost a lot of legendary wrestlers over the years such as Eddie Guerrero and more. Macho Man was special and he’s gonna be missed.

In his honor, I plan to watch the Macho Man 3 disc DVD set this weekend.

Cool Video: Mick Foley is the Network Rep, See the return of Chyna on TNA!!!

Last night’s TNA episode, was actually a great episode. Mick Foley ended up being the Network Representative, that’s been busting on Hulk Hogan and Immortal for a long while. Mick made the announcement that TNA changed the name to their Thursday shows to “Impact Wrestling”, making the announcement public and official. TNA’s name change is an attack at WWE for leaving out wrestling out of their new name. Mick also introduced the return of Chyna, Joanie Laurer.

I’ll admit that Chyna is still looking really hot. Yes, she had plastic surgery, breast implants and wears too much make-up but you can’t deny that she turns you on every time you see on her TV. She hasn’t been on wrestling television for a little over ten years, she’s been gone for that long.

I hope Chyna’s run in TNA will be full time, and not just a short run. We’ll wait and see. Enjoy the videos, here, and here.

Not a Cool Video: I don’t like what Scott Hall have become, it’s so sad!!!

Charlie Sheen should take note. Sheen should look at what Scott Hall is going through. If you don’t know who Scott Hall is, he is a former WWE/WCW star who used to go under the name of Razor Ramone in old school WWF, plus he was one of the founders of the nWo group in WCW.

Here is Scott Hall, performing at some Indy wrestling event in Fall River, M.A. He felt sick and was hospitalized that night. Scott tried to walk to the ring and climb through it but he couldn’t. You can see he has a group of guys helping him to the ring. It’s sad.

You still have to give Scott credit and kudos though. It’s obvious he didn’t care if he was feeling like that, he was committed to performing. He had a lot of guts performing that night even if he was a mess. The show must go on, I guess.

I wish him well. He is an incredible performer, I always admired him in the wrestling business. Get well soon, Chico!

Report: Vince McMahon changes name for his company to WWE, taking the word “wrestling” out completely…

The WWE has changed it’s company name to, um, WWE. It will no longer be called, “World Wrestling Entertainment”.

Read more on the story, here.

While I do support WWE and wrestling, I do hate how Vince is trying to ignore “wrestling” and turning it into entertainment. As we all know, WWE started out as “wrestling” in the 80’s and 90’s, but in the 2000’s years, the company changed to strictly family “entertainment”.

This is one reason why I’m starting to watch TNA Impact, weekly because they concentrate on the “wrestling” more than the “entertainment” side. WWE is aimed toward family entertainment and TNA Impact is aimed toward the adult audience. TNA Impact is trying their best to reinvent, the “90’s attitude era” of WWE. During the 90’s of WWE, it used to be wrestling with violence, blood, sexy women and all that stuff. TNA wants to give us all that which WWE doesn’t have anymore.

I’ll admit that I am pretty hooked to TNA Impact, I find myself watching it every Thursday. TNA Impact is getting bigger and better with their storylines and wrestling. TNA will never get bigger than WWE, but they are getting pretty close. TNA have been having shows in bigger arenas and their TV ratings are going up weekly. So TNA is doing something right. Some of the storylines in TNA Impact are pretty intriguing and interesting. They do things over there that WWE could never do. I’m enjoying Ken Anderson’s feud with the guys in Immortal, Sting and RVD. TNA is having Ken Anderson feud with at least 10 wrestlers at once, and it’s almost like the whole company is on to him. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff have took control of the company “storywise” and I’m sure Dixie Carter will get her job back somehow in a big way. I’m also enjoying Kurt Angle’s feud with Jeff Jarrett which is pretty intense stuff. While TNA tries to compete with WWE, they try to keep their storylines different than WWE. I also think AJ Styles is a phenomenal performer.

Anyhow, back to WWE, even though I still watch and don’t like their “family entertainment direction” myself, I continue to watch because I still respect their performers. It’s sad that “Attitude” is dead in WWE, I miss the old days.

Cool Video: Sting returns to TNA Impact last night and takes the title from Jeff Hardy!!!

WOW!!! I actually enjoyed, TNA Impact last night. While the company is mostly crap, I thought last night’s episode was actually very entertaining.

Last night’s show opened with Dixie Carter coming to the ring to announce her battle with Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff’s new wrestling group, Immortal on who ever takes control of the TNA company. The current storyline is, that Immortal has control of TNA taking over Dixie Carter’s job. Hulk and Dixie battle in court that day storywise to see who gets control. It was announced that Hulk Hogan won the court battle (story wise) and has complete ownership of TNA, leaving Dixie unemployed.

Then it was announced that Jeff Hardy would have a world TNA championship match against an unannounced opponent. The unannounced opponent was the “3-3-11” thing that TNA got going on, similar to the Undertaker’s return at WWE. Well, the “3-3-11” turned out to be Sting. It was a very shocking ending to last night’s TNA and not too expecting. TNA does a good job at unpredictability while WWE makes their story lines too predictable.

Everything else about last night’s TNA was great. The matches were fun and I even enjoyed the Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett feud. Jeff Jarrett who married Karen Angle in front of Kurt’s face at the show.

Last night’s episode was to obviously compete against WWE like usual. Even Hulk Hogan was entertaining last night too. If they keep up the good work like this, I might be a full time fan of TNA. I do watch TNA every week though.

Hulk Hogan posts a tweet forgiving Bret Hart, is he for real?

Hulk Hogan posted this on his twitter.

“Last and only comment for Brett,I hope he finds happiness in life,I feel bad for him and I have totally forgiven him much respect HH”

Hogan posting that kind of surprised me. As you all know, Hulk and Bret have been feuding out of wrestling for years. If Hogan is serious on forgiving Bret, I’ll respect Hogan just this once. Somehow I can’t trust Hulk though.

Will Bret forgive him in return? Will Bret and Hogan bury the hatchet and call a truce? Maybe, but I don’t see it happening.

Hogan finally did something nice for once in his life, but you can’t take him seriously.

Thought: Hulk Hogan wedding fight, is set up for a TNA storyline???

Guys, don’t take this Hulk Hogan wedding brawl stuff seriously. Anything that involves Hulk Hogan will turn out to be a work or fake because of Hulk’s ego with wrestling. With him working with TNA wrestling still, it could be possible that this could be a setup for a TNA storyline. The current storyline that TNA is having is Hulk’s new stable with Eric Bischoff, Immortal, has taken over TNA wrestling. Took over Dixie Carter’s job. Could it be that Dixie Carter hired the photographers to start drama at Hulk’s wedding? Maybe they videotaped Hulk’s wedding so it can be aired on TNA Impact. It could be a wrestling angle that could involve Hulk’s new wife and Dixie Carter could start a big feud with her.

Cool Video: Wrestler Brian Knobbs of the Nasty Boys, visits Hulk Hogan in the hospital…

While stuck in the hospital Hulk Hogan got a surprise visit by somebody. Is it a blonde nurse with a big ass? Well, sort of. That blonde nurse with the big ass is actually Hulk’s fellow wrestling legend, Brian Knobbs, who was one of the members of the Nasty Boys tag team.

See the video, here.

Ouch, more evidence that this is suspiciously starting to look like a storyline for TNA wrestling.
