Why live wrestling shows with an actual crowd is important…

Yeah, even through this dumb covid-19 pandemic which is still going on, I still watch my wrestling. I try to keep up with RAW, NXT, Smackdown and the ppvs. In the beginning, the WWE started to have shows with no crowd at all. Now they brought back the live crowd but at a small capacity. The only problem with that, though, the live crowd with a small capacity are mostly wrestlers from NXT… and they are starting to bring back actual WWE fans too.

Even though the WWE are trying to bring back the fans, watching wrestling is still hard to watch and pretty boring. I just continue to watch wrestling ’cause there’s nothing better to do at night, ya know? Most of my TV watching is always at night. I never watch TV and streaming services during the day.

Anyhow, live wrestling in huge arenas full of fans is very important ’cause that’s what the wrestling business perform these shows for to begin with… they do these shows for the fans. That’s why these guys do what they do, perform for the fans. Fans in the crowd are important to wrestling shows ’cause it helps make the show feel a lot more lively, you get what I mean? It’s important for wrestlers to get over with the crowd whether they are heels or babyfaces. In wrestling terms, a heel means the badguy wrestler and babyfaces mean the good guy wrestler aka the hero. It’s important for wrestlers to perform for a live crowd so the crowd can boo the heels and cheer the babyfaces. Sometimes in wrestling it isn’t always like that, though… sometimes the crowd does cheer the heels whenever they like him and boo the baby faces. Examples of crowds cheering the heel wrestlers would be Triple H and Stone Cold Steve Austin when they started out as heels but fans started cheering for them… examples of fans booing the babyfaces would be John Cena for sure. Even though, John Cena was always a good guy, fans would boo him anyways. It’s fun to hear the crowd reactions ’cause it’s interesting to see them being honest on who they like and who don’t like. They also boo Roman Reigns even though he’s a babyface wrestler.

Listening to the crowd during wrestling shows, it’s the crowd that helps keep the matches exciting. There’s nothing like it when you see two wrestlers in the ring when they take a swing at each other with their arms and the audience goes “Oooooh”, “aaaaaah”, each time… and whenever a wrestler takes a nasty bump, they’ll chant “holy shit” or “this is awesome”.

Admittedly, I miss the live crowd during wrestling shows. When this covid-19 bullshit is all over and done with, I’m sure WWE will go back to doing shows at arenas and do their Wrestlemanias at stadiums. I miss all that myself but they’ll get back to all that. We just gotta wait longer, I guess.

I don’t know why non-wrestling fans criticize wrestling. I think it’s so much fun to watch, in my opinion. I’ve been a wrestling nerd my whole life, ever since I was a kid and still am a lover of wrestling today. Who are my favorite wrestlers you may ask???

Well… my all time favorites… I’ll have to go with Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Warrior, Owen Hart, CM Punk, Jericho, Randy Savage aka the Macho Man and Undertaker can get thrown in the list for sure. Also, Bret Hart.

As for today’s favorite wrestlers in today’s industry, I’m gonna go with AJ Styles, Bray Wyatt, Finn Balor and Aleister Black. I would also pick Asuka from the women’s division.

Sure, the WWE is not the best anymore like it used to be in the 80’s and 90’s but I just continue to watch ’cause I respect the industry.

Martial arts and film icon, Bruce Lee died 47 years ago today…

47 years ago today, martial arts and film icon, Bruce Lee mysteriously passed away. Yes, Bruce’s death was definitely mysterious ’cause nobody knows what really happened to him.

On July 20th, 1973 before he mysteriously died all of a sudden, he was actually okay ’cause he was in Hong Kong, about to have dinner with George Lazenby and Raymond Chow to discuss Bruce’s next film. While Bruce was fine that day, he had seizures and headaches in the past before. That day on July 20th later on, Bruce complained of a headache and had an actress friend Betty Ting give him painkillers while Bruce was at her house. Later that evening he went to lay down for a nap and never woke up ever since then. All happened at Betty Ting’s home.

Was it the Equagesic painkillers that killed him? The toxicology reports stated that he had a lot of it in his system but that still didn’t mean the drugs killed him, though. There were no external signs of injury but he had severe brain swelling. Lee’s death was ruled “death by mis-adventure” but it doesn’t add up.

I’m sure there are tons of conspiracy theories floating around and of course, lots of theories that Bruce was murdered. I’m sure his friend Betty Ting is getting blamed the most for his death, though ’cause she was the last one with him before he died.

I am a massive Bruce Lee fan. Loved him in all those martial arts action films… I’ve seen “Enter The Dragon” too many times. The “Chinese Connection” and “Way of the Dragon” (the one with Chuck Norris) are also favorites of mine as well.

As for his death, you just never know but it would be nice to get some real answers after 47 years.

He was definitely an important figure in America and all around the world. His movies are still extremely popular even to this day after all these years. I still love to watch his movies when I can.

Rest easy, Bruce. You’re not forgotten and Brandon is not forgotten either, his death was tragic too.

#JaliekRainwalker is not forgotten, never have, never will… Jaliek’s life matters…

It is getting close to 13 years since Jaliek Rainwalker has been missing from my hometown of Greenwich. Jaliek is still missing even to this day. The case is still open… the case is still alive and well. In other words, the investigation is still on going. If you think the Jaliek Rainwalker missing child’s case is gonna go away, it won’t. It’s not gonna go away until Jaliek is found whether he’s dead or alive and every person responsible locked up.

I can go on all day about the facts and circumstances surrounding the case but to keep a long story short, watch the Vanished video I posted above to give you an idea of this story.

A couple of wacky adopted parents just kill a child and then dump his body somewhere… yet they continue to live their lives… all smiling and enjoying their happy family… while the rest of us are investigating the case on our own and trying to figure out the truth. Jaliek’s adopted family are all on social media but they don’t bring up his name. Don’t ask for the public’s help but instead all of them including the other kids in the family continue to post selfies of themselves smiling instead of looking for Jaliek when they should be. Their lawyer says in the press that they’re looking for him but don’t believe those lies… they aren’t looking for him at all. That’s because they know what happened to him and know what they did to him. Stephen and Jocelyn both know what they did to Jaliek but they aren’t talking and not cooperating.

Almost 13 years… and Stephen and Jocelyn still not locked up. Still out in Vermont living their happy life with their happy family. Stephen not on social media but the rest of the family is.

What I love even more is that the old 11 Hill St. home where Jaliek disappeared from is no longer owned by the Kerr family and it’s been quietly sold 2 years ago to new people that the Kerrs are associated to. The Hill St. home has now been turned into an art gallery which is disgusting really.

I’ve been fighting for Jaliek and following this case ever since it happened. This case never left my mind and I’ll never stop losing hope.

What would it take to find Jaliek? That’s all we want, really. Most of us believe that the adopted father, Stephen killed him ’cause if you watch the video above, you can’t help but think that’s probably what happened. The guy is an animal and a weirdo, his wife is just as bad. They want to say that they’re innocent and they maintain it but they haven’t proved their innocence yet. No evidence of Jaliek being alive either and no evidence of him being a runaway.

It doesn’t matter how long ago it happened… Jaliek needs his justice. His body/remains needs to get found so his true caring family can get proper burial. You can’t just kill a kid, throw him away and move on with your life as if it didn’t happen. Not gonna happen and we’re gonna make sure they don’t get away with it.

While most of us are investigating and trying to figure things out on our own, we’re doing it all “legally”, of course and the police wants our help anyways. They appreciate it, they really do.

Justice for Jaliek will happen one day but the sooner the better, though. There will be plenty of trolls that will attack us for accusing the adoptive father and they side with him but we won’t rest until Jaliek is found, no matter what anyone says or thinks. He needs to be found.

I’ll never give up on Jaliek. I’ve been a loyal supporter of his since day 1 and I’ve fought so hard for him. Trying to keep the investigation alive and help give Jaliek a voice.

RIP: Naya Rivera 1987 – 2020…

I don’t know much about the show “Glee” and never seen it and don’t plan to but the death of Naya Rivera is definitely hearbreaking. She was too young and she’s got a 4 year old son who is going to grow up without a mother.

This could be a big time wake-up call to all you swimmers out there. It doesn’t matter the skill level of a swimmer you are. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or expert swimmer… something like this could happen to anyone.

The reports aren’t saying anything about what happened out there. She was probably a good deep swimmer which was why she didn’t wear a life-vest… she probably didn’t think she would need one but reading about Lake Piru, it definitely looks dangerous out there. Lake Piru had many deaths and accidents there in the past. Being way out in the lake is very deep, you can’t touch anything… she was probably struggling and went out of breath. Even at lakes can have really strong waves due to strong wind. Not sure how windy it was when that happened to her. Doing a little reading on Lake Piru, it’s a very dangerous lake and from the pictures I’ve seen, looks kind of scary out there too. I can see how it took the police forever to find her…. glad they did, though and now her family can give her proper burial real soon.

I feel bad for her kid, though. He’s only 4 and think what he went through being alone on that boat.

It’s always sad when a young talent dies. My heart goes out to her family and her 4 year old.

RIP Kelly Preston: 1962 – 2020…

John Travolta is going through another tragedy in his life. The actor himself announced the sad news that his longtime wife and actress, Kelly Preston died after two long years of breast cancer. The couple married in 1991… they had three children together but one of his kids Jett Travolta died at 16. John’s first wife, Diana Hyland also died of breast cancer in 1977.

Kelly is best known for starring as one of the female leads alongside Tom Cruise in “Jerry Maguire”.

Sad news. John may be devastated and hurt but at the same time, she’s no longer suffering. My heart goes out to him and his surviving kids.

Naya Rivera found??? Police discovered body in Lake Piru… identity not yet revealed…

A body was discovered at Lake Piru in California this morning, a lake where “Glee” star Naya Rivera suddenly vanished. It is not yet known whether or not the body is Naya herself… the body could end up being someone else ’cause like I said before, Lake Piru is a huge lake and I’m sure there are dead bodies all over the place. Swimming accidents happen all the time and there are many reasons why there are bodies all over lakes/oceans and rivers… not just accidents but people hide bodies to get away with murder as well. Although, I do know that Naya’s disappearance is probably nothing criminal… it was probably an accident.

The body found could be her but could also end up being someone else so we’ll just have to wait, I guess. It’s very likely could be her, though. When someone dies in a body of water, they don’t stay in one place… they float somewhere else and that’s what happened with Naya. That’s what made her hard to find but it’s pretty likely they just found her. We just gotta wait for exact identity.

Prayers to Naya Rivera, hope they find her whether she’s dead or alive…

I’ve never watched the show “Glee” before and never really was a fan but I hope they find Naya Rivera. The Glee star went swimming out at a lake in Southern California on a rented boat with her 4 year old son. It was just her and her son on the boat from the looks of things. He was wearing a life vest but she wasn’t. She rented the boat in Lake Piru in Ventura County. Keep in mind, this is a “lake”, not an ocean. Looking at pictures of Lake Piru in google images, it’s an extremely HUGE lake, I mean really huge. It may look like an ocean but not really. I can see why it would be dangerous out there.

Naya and her 4 year old were probably spending the day swimming out in the lake. Reading the article, her and her son were swimming together… her son got back into the boat but she didn’t.

I’m sure she was a really good swimmer but somehow she couldn’t make it back on the boat.

The authorities, searchers and divers were trying to find her all day but still there are no signs of Naya. She just disappeared… poof just like that. I hope they find her alive but like most everyone, I think she died by drowning. Her body is probably deep underwater somewhere. Maybe her body got caught under plants underwater or caught under huge rocks which will make it hard to find her.

Who knows, though… maybe she actually made it out alive and is lost out in the woods and make it back to her son but if she’s still alive, she would have went back to her son a lot earlier so she probably didn’t make it.

She needs to be found either way, though.

I hate when tragedies happen like this… ya know, swimming out in the ocean, lakes and rivers may sound like a lot of fun but at the same time it can be very dangerous. It can even be dangerous to expert swimmers so if you’re an expert swimmer don’t ever think you’re tougher than water.

I hope they find Naya ’cause she’s a beautiful young lady. Prayers go to her, her 4 year old and her family. I’ll be keeping an eye on this story.

RIP: Charlie Daniels… 1936 – 2020…

The country music world just lost one of its biggest legends today. Singer/songwriter, guitarist and filldle/violin player Charlie Daniels passed away of a hemorrhagic stroke in Nashville.

Charlie wrote a lot of big hits in his career over the years but he is obviously “most” well known for “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” which was always considered his anthem. You can find that song on his 1979 album, “Million Mile Reflections” and I’m sure you can find that song on any Charlie Daniels greatest hits album, of course. Ever since Charlie wrote that song, it became so big, you heard it on radio everywhere and you continue to hear that song everywhere even to this day. Charlie wrote the song in the late 70’s… the song is so big that I’m sure he played it on every show he played on his tours.

Before Charlie passed, he continued to make music and toured pretty heavily even if he was in his 80’s. His last album was “Night Hawk” released in 2016 but he continued to tour after that.

Charlie was also not afraid to speak out about his politics ’cause as you all know, he had very strong conservative beliefs. His twitter presence was pretty huge in the conservative world. He had a lot of conservative fans ’cause they all admired him for fighting back at liberalism over the years.

There are a lot of liberal music fans… the most die-hard leftists but some of them support Charlie ’cause they can’t deny the musical talent that he had. A lot of leftists just loved him for the music and not his politics and there is nothing wrong with that, though.

I’ve always been a fan of Charlie’s music myself. Used to listen to him all the time back in high school ’cause I had a Greatest Hits album on CD that I used to own but don’t have it anymore, though.

RIP Charlie and thanks for the excellent music and thanks for helping us to fight against liberalism. I’m gonna miss his twitter for sure.

I will always be a huge loyal fan of Sly Stallone’s film career! I just respect the man so much. Yeah, he has made some bad films in the past admittedly but Sly himself is not perfect… even Sly himself publicly admitted that he doesn’t like some of his own movies but he is a talented actor, screenwriter and director.

I like a lot of his movies but my absolutely favorites will always be the first Rocky, the first two Rambo films, Cop Land, Cliffhanger, Cobra, Get Carter and “Creed II”. They were his best work, in my opinion.

I really dig Sly’s new white bearded and white hair look and it’s looking like he’s keeping it. I guess he got tired of dying his hair black all the time… unless he’s only keeping this look for a movie role, though???

Sly is still stuck at home like the rest of us ’cause Hollywood is out of work. Well, Sly got to spend his birthday at home at least.

There a lot of people out there that boycott Hollywood nowadays because of how liberal and crazy movie stars can be nowadays. I agree… the world in Hollywood is definitely wacked as fuck but I continue to watch movies ’cause it’s what I do. I’ve always been a huge movie buff my whole life and I can’t see myself stopping. I’ve been a movie addict and still am to this day admittedly.

I continue to watch movies ’cause I love storytelling… and even if some of these actors/actresses are very liberal people and they can be kind of crazy in real life, they are still talented people.

It is definitely possible to keep politics and personal lives separate from entertainment. Yes, stars like Tom Cruise and Nic Cage are nut jobs, no doubt… but I continue to watch their stuff ’cause they make good films. I know Harrison Ford is a very liberal guy but he’s still an awesome actor and he’s been my favorite for years. You can still like someone and not agree with them… I wish those conservatives on twitter would think about that.

Yeah, Stephen King is a die-hard liberal and kind of a jerk in real life but I still love to read his books and watch his adapted movies. Still a fan. I don’t have to agree with them but can still support their work. Try it sometime, ya know?

I just like to watch movies for the good stories and good acting, ya know? It’s the art I care about more.

I still like going to the movies and I still like buying them too.

Here is something you all may not know about me yet… I almost wanted to get into the Hollywood business myself. I played around with learning how to write screen plays a little bit and there was a point in my life where I researched film directing schools. I almost wanted to be a screenwriter/director myself but that dream wasn’t turning out so good at all so I became a musician instead.

I still love the movies, though… watching films is another passion of mine ’cause you all probably can tell. I wrote a lot of online reviews over the years. I love talking about movies. I can talk about movies all day.

I like to watch all kinds of movies but I mostly like to watch action and horror more than anything, though. I do like to watch drama, thrillers, westerns, war films, romance, family/kids stuff, etc. It doesn’t matter to me really. I like to watch everything from old movies to new stuff. I try my best to keep up with all the new releases as much as I can. I’ll never stop being a movie buff. Ever.

I do miss going to the movies since movie theaters been closed in NY due to pandemic but I still watch the new stuff by buying BluRays from amazon… that’s what I’ve been doing lately. When I buy films on BluRay, I buy stuff that I’ve seen before that I liked a lot or I’ll blind buy a movie that I’ll think I like… I’ll do it either way. I’ve always done that with DVD too. And now that streaming services is a thing, I try to watch as many movies as I can through those too.

When movie theaters ever open back up, I’ll definitely start going again.
