This makes me want to research the history of the “Confederate Flag” more. Apparently not only stupid liberals want the Confederate Flag removed, there are even some conservatives wanting it to be gone too. People really are dumb and misinformed.

Scott Eastwood who is the son of legendary actor/director, Clint Eastwood tried to get roles for his father’s films but he was turned down. Yes, turned down by his own father. Scott auditioned for a role in “American Sniper” and badly wanted to be a part of that film but Clint said no. There were also other films that Scott wanted to be a part of too but Clint also said no. The reason? Clint gave him advice that if he wants to become an actor then he must earn it. Scott also said that Clint is old-school and there are no “hand outs”. Meaning just because you have a parent in the movie business doesn’t mean he/she will give you free hand-outs and free opportunities, you have to earn your way into the business yourself. Clint is trying to keep it real.
However, Clint didn’t turn down his son in all of his movies. Scott was in a few of Clint’s directed films such as “Flags of Our Fathers”, “Gran Torino” and “Invictus” probably because Clint had something that Scott could fit in.
I thought this was a pretty cool story so I thought I would share it.

When it comes to the Charleston shooting, both sides Conservatives and Liberals wanna play the blame game and point fingers. I’ve heard both sides of the arguments. The left wants to believe that the attack was motivated by racism and the right wants to believe that the attack was an attack against Christianity. Sure enough, liberals wanna blame Conservatives/Republicans on this shooting. Hillary unfairly blamed Donald Trump and Bill Maher unfairly blamed the Conservative media. My question is, when will the liberal community ever take the blame for something? With the left’s constant dividing of the country and their anti-gun activism — of course, liberals has a huge hand in continuing to make these shootings happen. Don’t keep blaming conservatives when liberals should take some of the blame as well. Yeah, conservatives should take the blame for these shooting to keep happening but liberals should be responsible as well. We all should take the blame for these shootings to keep happening.
So do I think the shooting was racism motivated or was it an attack on Christianity? Definitely a little bit of both, ya think?
The thing is, everybody wants to blame the left and blame the right like usual but when will Obama ever take the blame? He’s the one dividing the country. When someone wants to blame Obama, sure enough, people will give us shit about it. I’m sick of people thinking that Obama never had a huge hand in any of this when he’s doing all the race baiting. Both sides are to blame, the right and the left.

On Spotify, I’ve been listening to quite a lot of Grateful Dead. So far, I’ve listened to 5 albums by them. They are: The Grateful Dead (Self titled), Aoxomoxoa, Workingman’s Dead, Blues For Allah and Go To Heaven.
I’m trying to listen to all of the Dead’s studio albums. I’ve always been a Dead fan for years. In the past though, I wasn’t much of a Deadhead. I didn’t buy much of their albums. I just listened to the dead when friends & family members listened to them. I think I wanna start buying some Grateful Dead music myself and soon I’ll start collecting all of their studio albums from Itunes.
I wanna start listening to Phish a lot more too ’cause I’ve been listening to Phish for a long time and even saw them in concert a couple of times. I really like PHish a lot.
As for the Allman Brothers, I’m a huge fan of that band and have most of their albums.
I like jam band and hippie music, sure. It’s just that I would listen to the Dead, Phish and the Allman Bros. ’cause those three bands are my favorite. I don’t have to be a stoner or a drug addict to listen to that music. I listen to it ’cause I enjoy it. I just think that kind of music is fun to listen to. I don’t have to be a hippie to enjoy it which I’m not a hippie at all. I listen to these bands ’cause I just love the improvisational jams which is what I listen to them for. I know jam band music isn’t for everybody but I happen to enjoy this stuff.
I don’t know why the jam band industry gets so much hatred and disrespect. I understand that the drugs is part of the problem but I just love ’em for the music, ya know? That’s what it should have been about. It’s just fun music to listen to. I just love to listen to that kind of guitar playing. Plus the songwriting can get really good and some of these bands can come up with very good vocal melodies.
All three of these bands are inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame except for Phish, though. Phish absolutely deserves an induction in the Hall of Fame. Love Phish or hate ’em, they accomplished a lot in the industry and that band continues to be very successful. Phish should be respected. I like improv jams and I listen to this stuff for my own inspiration of guitar playing.

What’s with Eddie Van Halen trash talking his former and current band members of Van Halen? Is Eddie back on the booze again? Eddie did an interview with Billboard magazine and in it he said some pretty hateful things about David Lee Roth, Gary Cherone and Michael Anthony. In this interview… Eddie claims that he and DLR aren’t friends and sounds like he was criticizing David’s hairstyle and his taste in music.
Then he goes on to say some harsh things about their former bassist, Michael Anthony… claiming that he had to teach him how to play all the bass parts for the Van Halen songs. Eddie also went on to claim that all the back up vocals in Van Halen around the time Anthony was in the band weren’t his vocals, they were actually Eddie’s. Is Eddie trying to make Michael Anthony look like an amatuer and trying to take credit for the backup vocals? That’s what it’s looking like to me.
Anyway, Sammy Hagar here read the Billboard interview and he isn’t happy about it. Sammy made a video here, calling Eddie out. Sammy says Eddie is a liar and tries to explain that Michael Anthony is actually a pro! Sammy knows from experience ’cause he used to be a member of Van Halen!
Wow! So Eddie is willing to trash talk all of his members of Van Halen except for Alex and Wolfgang. Why won’t he talk shit about Alex and Wolfgang? Well, obviously because they are Eddie’s family. Alex is Eddie’s brother and Wolfgang is Eddie’s son.
After reading Eddie’s comments about his past and current bandmates, I am now starting to see why Van Halen had too many problems over the years. Maybe it’s because Eddie is an asshole?

Ya know, getting haters and getting people criticizing you all the time isn’t a bad thing at all. As some of you know, I’ve always had a problem with negative people getting all over me for years and I can’t figure out why that is. After watching this video, I kind of figured it out now. Maybe it’s because I’m getting so much negative criticism toward me is ’cause people know I’m living my life big? I agree with this guy that if you’re not getting enough people criticizing you, then you’re not living big enough at all. If you’re not getting haters, then there is something wrong there.
Sometimes I ask myself, what do people get so mad at me for? Maybe it’s because of my music, bodybuilding physique, my blog… maybe a combination of all three? If you’re pissing people off, then there’s gotta be something good about you that they don’t have. They shit on you out of jealousy and envy, ya know?
I used to be upset at people criticizing me and hating on me but it don’t bother me anymore. I just ignore it all and don’t care what people have to say about me anymore. Just live your life the way you want to. Do whatever makes you happy. I not only get critics just on the internet… I get people criticizing me to my face in person as well but… I don’t care. I am who I am. Fuck everyone and just be you. That’s all there is to it.

This has always been a long running debate in the musicians community. Do cover bands steal the spotlight from original bands? I would say yes, absolutely! This is just the sad truth and all you musicians out there gotta admit that this is true.
I have noticed that cover bands and even tribute bands have taken over the Capital Region music scene. There are some original bands that establish themselves pretty good and some get a huge fanbase going but not enough of them. There are tons of original talent around here that are begging to get heard but it’s really is hard for an original band or solo artist to establish themselves. Why? Because the cover band and tribute band scene is so huge here. The cover bands & tribute bands get more successes than the original bands. Cover bands also get paid more than original bands too. Cover bands get paid a lot more.
Why are cover bands more successful than original bands in this area? It’s because the answer is really quite simple. Cover bands help make the bars & club a lot of money. They pull in a lot of people. As long as customers are coming in to buy the admission tickets and buy a lot of drinks… that shit makes the bars & clubs happy. That’s why cover bands get more successes than the originals. It has always been like that.
There are other promoters in the area who try to promote nothing but original music only which is what CRUMBS is all about. They do a good job of promoting local original music only. Original music continues to get lesser success ’cause not many people around here like original music. A lot of people would rather have a good time by dancing to the same songs you hear on the radio. They would rather dance to top 40 stuff.
It really is hard to get people to listen to your original music. Have you noticed that each time I put out a cover song of mine, those videos get more views than my originals? That just proves my point. I think it’s safe to say that people would rather hear cover songs than original music.
Which gets me thinking that I might stop doing cover songs for good if I want people to respect my originals more. I’ll probably just focus on originals only. I’ll start writing new songs again soon.
It is pretty sad that the cover band scene is bigger than the original band scene, though. It’s always been like that all over the United States so it’s nothing new. We do need a new revolution. Original bands need to take over somehow. To be honest with ya, I’m not a big fan of the cover band scene myself. I’m also not a big fan of tribute bands. I have noticed that tribute bands have been on the rise a lot lately. Tribute bands is when a band pretends to be your favorite band and you play songs by nobody else but that band you like for example there are too many Led Zeppelin tribute bands around here. There are also too many Ac/Dc tributes, a lot of Black Sabbath tributes, Pearl Jam tributes, etc. I can think of a certain somebody who pushed the tribute band scene out there more but I don’t wanna name names. I can’t stand tribute bands. I just don’t see the point in them.
I like to support original bands & artists mostly ’cause some of those guys do write really good songs. It’s just sad that they don’t get heard much. We really gotta do something about the original music scene.
I know many would find it offensive of my opinion that cover bands steal the spotlight from original bands but you gotta learn to accept that truth and embrace it. It is what it is.

This is why I believe the Obama admin. is desperate for civil unrest in the United States. This is why things like Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Eric Garner and things like that happen as a way for the government to declare martial law. I’m sure you’ve all heard all this talk of “martial law” which means that Obama can cancel elections and he can be president for a pretty long time if he wanted.
Like I said, don’t be so excited about the upcoming 2016 elections ’cause we might not even have the elections. I have a feeling Obama is gonna declare martial law so he can continue his presidency. A lot of us have been trying to warn everyone about “martial law” but nope. Sure enough, people laughed at our faces and they think it will never happen. Oh yes it can happen.
If Obama does declare martial law and he’s still president in 2017, I wonder if liberals will wake up then? Probably not ’cause they’re gonna love him for it. The government is doing all they can for civil unrest in the United States so martial law can be declared and Al Sharpton is doing everything he can to make it happen.
When Obama joked about a “third term” at the last Correspondents Dinner at the White House, I think that was a clear warning that he’s going to declare “martial law” pretty soon. If that happens, we’re screwed. Your Hillary and Bernie Sanders may not even be president. Donald Trump or any of the others will never get elected ’cause of “martial law”. It’s coming, y’all. I tried to warn people about “martial law” on this blog many times myself and in facebook/twitter. Of course, not many people believed me.
Hopefully, Obama can be stopped before it happens. Obama really needs to be removed from office ’cause he is a very dangerous and evil man. I don’t care how Obama gets removed from office, he just needs to go.

Did Obama just accidently admit that he might be going to prison soon?
Obama is in Hollywood, CA doing his usual Democratic fundraisers hosted by Tyler Perry. While he did a speech there, Obama just did a slip up… saying something that he didn’t mean to say:
“We should be reforming our criminal justice system in such a way that we are not incarcerating non-violent offenders in ways that renders them incapable of getting a job after they leave office,” he said.
Say what? Did I just read that correctly? Sounds like Barack is getting nervous that he might get busted soon. Some of you may shake your head, laugh it off and say for what? Well there are many things that he should get arrested for… things like the illegal Bergdhal prisoner swap for one. The Benghazi cover up is another one, Operation F&F, the IRS scandal, VA waiting list, fraudulent birth certificate, etc. etc. etc. The list is too long.
He’s gotten away with so much over the years and he covered his tracks on all of his crimes too damn good, that’s why he is still standing but he won’t be. He thinks he’s gonna go to prison after his presidential run but I think it’s preferably that he should get arrested during his presidency so hopefully he does get busted sometime before 2017. Sure, we’re gonna have to put up with Joe Biden but it’ll be close to the upcoming elections anyways.
It’s insane, man. Barack is still standing for a couple of reasons… the mainstream media is protecting him and the liberal left is refusing to hold him accountable. It’s ridiculous. I can see Barack going to prison for sure but hopefully during his presidency like I said.
I don’t understand why liberals get so offended and hurt each time someone says they want Barack in prison. That’s what America needs before he destroys the damn country. The US could be under the ocean once Iran gets their nuclear weapons and terrorists could get all of us. One day you liberals will wake up and realize that we were right about this man all along.
