I'm a musician, singer/songwriter, blogger, writer, poet, bodybuilder, movie lover, music lover, video gamer, history/political buff, conservative/republican, etc. I like to do a lot of things.

My arms gets the most compliments in bodybuilding which feels nice…

A lot lately, I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on my arms. A lot of people seem impressed of how big my arms are. That’s what a lot of people think. It’s a really nice feeling that people compliment on my arms ’cause that’s my whole goal is to have big arms and I guess it’s working. You see, I can’t tell if my arms are big or not. I just let other people do the judging. Whenever I go out in public, I would often get people complimenting my arms.

Some may wonder how my arms got so big. Well for starters, I only do a few workouts for arms in the gym and that’s all it pretty much takes. For biceps, I do dumbbell curls. For shoulders, I do the seated dumbbell shoulder presses and I’ve just started doing dumbbell lateral side raises which is fun. For triceps, I do the dumbbell overhead extension. Sometimes I do dumbbell skull crushers and I do the tricep push down on machine.

To get huge arms, a lot of people make the mistake of doing just dumbbell/barbell curls mostly but I disagree. To get big arms, I learned that you gotta keep your most focus on the triceps and the shoulders. Biceps are important yes and they shouldn’t be neglected at all but you must mostly concentrate on triceps and shoulders, in my opinion. That’s how I’m able to get big arms ’cause I’m figuring it out.

For dumbbell arm curls, I’ve been lifting between 25 – 30 lbs which is not all that heavy, but now that amount of weight is starting to feel light for me. Next time I do dumbbell curls, I’ll lift 35 lbs. from now on. It’s good though ’cause that means I’m getting more strength.

I love getting compliments on my arms but it’ll be nice if people compliment the rest of my body and I’m working on it. I figured out a way to get bigger chest pecs too and that’s working as well. I want to have a great look and look big. Yeah, I want to look good for people yes but at the same time I want to look intimidating. I want people to look at me and go, “Wow. You better not mess with that dude”. So far that’s working too.

How big do I want to get? As big as I can go. Maybe the size of Brock Lesnar, Hulk Hogan and Dave Bautista is what I’m kind of going for. I’m hoping to get that look when I’m 60.

The more I go to the gym 4 times a week, the more I love it more than ever now. It feels really good. I do it for myself pretty much. Working out is a lifestyle for me and I want to be healthy. I really do workout hard and workout with intensity. I also do it hoping to inspire other people too. 4 times a week routine is going great and I vow to stick with it.

Roseanne spin-off simply titled, “The Conners” a go by ABC… really? No one’s gonna watch this, trust me!!!

This is bullshit but no surprise, though. It is also hilarious at the same time. Did ABC really think people are going to watch this garbage without Roseanne? No. I don’t fucking think so. No one’s gonna watch this without Roseanne. I know I won’t.

When Roseanne was actually on, this show got millions and millions of ratings but ABC screwed up by letting her go over something political. The same cast of the Roseanne show are still gonna star in the new spin-off but Roseanne Barr herself won’t be in it.

https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/roseanne-spinoff-conners-officially-a-go-at-abc-1117397

It’s unfair. Roseanne got fired from her show that she loves over a simple joke on twitter and yet Peter Fonda threatens to take Barron Trump away from Donald and Melania, Fonda is still releasing his next movie.

We’re now in an age where conservatives gets punishment for saying bad things, but when liberals says bad things they get no punishment. That’s the world we’re living in right now. Crazy.

“Creed II” trailer is finally here and looks freakin’ awesome!

Well the “Creed II” trailer is finally here and I’m already impressed with it. Looks freakin’ awesome.

A lot of you know I’m a huge Rocky fan. Love the Rocky series and I’m loving the Creed spin-offs too. Can’t wait for this one.

I had to watch this trailer a couple of times and some of you may ask, where’s Dolph? When I first watched it, I asked myself that same question. “Why didn’t Dolph get put in the trailer when he’s in the movie?” Well, after watching the trailer a couple of times, Dolph is actually in it if you look closely. Dolph is in the trailer but very briefly.

In the trailer, there’s a short clip of Ivan’s son pushing Adonis on stage during weigh-ins and you can see Dolph on stage. That was the only time Dolph as Ivan Drago was seen in the trailer but I’m sure we’ll see more of Dolph as Ivan Drago in trailer no. 2. This is just a teaser.

It is a great trailer, though and it gave me goosebumps watching it. This is looking like to be the most realistic boxing movie ever. Can’t wait.

Some of you may say it’s kind of silly to bring Ivan Drago back but I don’t think so. I actually think it’s a great idea and makes sense for Ivan to come back. The whole point of the Creed spin-off is that Adonis wants to get revenge at Ivan Drago for killing his father in Rocky IV. Ivan is too old to fight in the ring so he has his son fight Adonis instead. Rocky’s son vs. Ivan’s son is a great idea. That’s something that Apollo and Mickey would have wanted to happen.

Can’t wait for this movie and looking forward to seeing more trailers. Technically this is gonna be the 8th Rocky film.

I’m really feeling chest results each week I go to the gym to do chest day… feels amazing really…

Well, I guess doing chest with dumbbells mostly is the most effective way to do chest. That’s what I’m finding really. I’ve been doing this for chest for a pretty long while now. Lifting weights for chest mostly instead of push-ups. I’m really feeling it and feeling good. I’ve been lifting heavier for chest. Lifting heavy on everything: dumbbell chest presses on the floor, dumbbell incline press on bench, dumbbell flies on floor and cable crossovers. Those are the chest workouts that I do mostly.

Sometimes I try to do barbell benching on a flat bench which they call the king of workouts but I don’t do regular benching much. I prefer doing stuff with dumbbells more. I’m not worried about how heavy I could bench and find out my personal record. I don’t care about that shit really. Leave that for Olympic lifting ’cause that’s not me. My goal is to become the best shape of my life

Each time I look in the mirror every week with my shirt off, I am noticing my pecs are starting to finally shape up. I am feeling them getting bigger and bigger; they get slightly bigger each week. Each time I do chest, I start to feel sore in my chest the next few days which is good. You want to feel sore ’cause if you’re not feeling sore, you’re doing it wrong. Yep, I pretty much go by the “No pain, no gain” rule. You want to feel sore ’cause that’s how you get those “gains”.

I’m noticing I’m looking better and better and I’m planning to post progress pics pretty soon. I’ll probably wait ’til the end of the summer to do all that. I’m probably gonna end up doing that when I go on vacation to Cape Cod at the end of July. I’ll take shirtless pics of myself when I’m out at the beach which would be cool.

I’m doing all I can to get bigger chest pecs and I found something that’s working. Just gotta lift heavier and work out with intensity is all.

When you get into fitness and bodybuilding, gotta watch out for the know-it-alls ’cause they’ll be coming after ya even if you know what you’re doing…

It’s funny. When you first get into bodybuilding and fitness, one thing you gotta watch out for are the know-it-alls out there. Yeah, like the title of the topic says they’ll be coming after ya even if you know what you’re doing. You can read all about fitness all you want to, you can watch videos on youtube and learn everything from bodybuilding.com or whatever and try to accumulate all kinds of info as much as you want… you will always get the critics and doubters. I’m just saying all this from experience.

I’ve been doing bodybuilding for 10 years or a little over. Can’t exactly remember what year I started but it has been a long while already. Throughout those years, I’ve always had know-it-alls come after me. Telling me that I’m doing bad forms in workouts, telling me that I’m doing nutrition wrong and telling me to watch where I get my info from. Blah blah blah, you get the deal. We all go through it. Even the most experienced bodybuilders get know-it-alls coming after them too. It’s crazy.

Usually the know-it-alls would start coming after you the more ripped and jacked you are. That’s when you start getting the critics, doubters and know-it-alls. When you get that stuff it probably means you’re successful at getting the body of your dreams. Why do the know-it-alls start coming after you once you know that you have a ripped and muscular body? Is it out of jealousy and ego? That’s probably a huge part of it, no doubt. You got a successful and ripped body and those haters & doubters just want to see you fail at something. That’s what I think it is, ya know?

All those experienced and more advanced bodybuilders you see in youtube… those fitness gurus… they get know it alls getting all over them all the time. Once you get a ripped and muscular body that you wanted, people will start doubting you as well. They’ll accuse you of cheating and taking steroids and all that garbage. I’ve gotten ripped pretty quickly and even I’ve been accused of taking steroids which I never did. I don’t do drugs of any kind. I got ripped pretty quickly due to lifting heavy and lifting with intensity. Yeah, I got all kinds of know-it-alls coming after me. What’s even more funny is that all those people who think they’re so smart at bodybuilding don’t even work out at all… they still give you unwanted advice anyways.

I understand that people are trying to be nice and be helpful and all but a lot of fitness people out there have huge egos, it’s crazy. One thing for sure, you gotta watch out who you take advice from.

There are gonna be people in the gym who will come around and say, “You’re doing that workout wrong, you do it this way”. Well the thing I’m noticing that everybody has their own way of doing things “right”. Doing things “right” in their own eyes. Everybody has their own style of workouts and they all do things differently. Some are gonna act like you don’t know what you’re doing when you do know what you’re doing. You just gotta listen to your body and do what’s right for you.

When you get all kinds of people talking about ya good and bad, that’s when you know you’re going somewhere in fitness. It probably means you have a great body and it’s driving people crazy. A lot of people struggle to get the look you have and that’s why I think the know-it-alls get to  you.

The question is who is the best person to take fitness advice from? I would say the best people to take advice from are people who are already in great shape. If they have a great body then they probably do know what they’re doing. If they’re not in great shape, that’s when you want to ignore them. It’s funny to me when people who are fat and flabby go around telling people they’re doing something wrong.

The fitness world is crazy as fuck for sure. Yeah, people are going to be nutty and misinformed about it. Just gotta ignore them and do your thing. There are going to be opinionated people, so don’t listen to them and stick to your guns.

I love working out. I love it more than ever now and my 4 day a week routine has been going great this summer. I’m going to keep at it too. Admittedly I do want to be ripped and have a huge body. Trying all I can to get there but gotta be patient about it. I’ll never give this up no matter what people say. Bodybuilding is in my blood. My second passion behind music.

Too many guys in my local gym waste so much time doing so many different chest workouts when they don’t need to…

Ya know, it’s funny. Each time I go to the gym each week, I see so many guys in the gym wasting so much time doing so many different chest workouts. They do regular benching, decline benching, incline benching and all that stuff. The thing is, I think they’re living under the delusion that you must hit each certain area of the chest. I don’t know where they get that shit from… probably from the bodybuilding books and magazines that they read. They believe that you must target the upper chest, middle chest and lower chest which to me is a bunch of bull. To me hitting every part of the chest is just a stupid myth that the bodybuilding industry has been trying to push out so they can try to sell more magazines and online subscriptions. Sad that they actually believe this stuff.

From what I’m experiencing, you don’t need to do so many chest workouts that hit every part of the chest. The reality is no matter what chest workout you do, you’re working your entire chest overall. It doesn’t matter if you do flat bench, incline bench or decline bench… either by dumbbell or barbell, you’re still working your entire chest overall. I see guys in the gym going from one workout to another when they don’t need to.

When I do chest day, all I do is go in there and do a few things. I just do the dumbbell chest press on the floor, incline press and dumbbell fly on the floor. That’s about all I need. Just doing so many different workouts is just over training, in my opinion.

When I go in the gym for each body part, I only do like 3 or 4 workouts for each body part day. That’s all I pretty much need really. I try not to spend a couple of hours in the weight room like a lot of guys do. All I need is about an hour or less.

After I do my weight workouts in the gym, next thing I do is stretching in the stretching area or 20 minutes of cardio which ever I’m in the mood for. Then I’ll be done after that.

I don’t spend a lot of time in the gym ’cause you don’t need to. Just an hour or so is good enough.

Kanye admits he had an ego problem in the past and said he’s about to change…

https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/1007239893481766912

https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/1007242171362054144

It’s pretty well-known that Kanye has said  and done some pretty egotistical things about himself over the years. Like the Taylor Swift MTV VMA’s incident and things like that. Maybe Kanye looked back at all the stuff he has said about himself in interviews and felt guilty about it.

Yeah, a lot of music stars out there have huge egos but most of them will never admit it. I give Kanye props for finally admitting it. How can you tell that you might have an ego problem? Well, if you have other musicians and even music fans looking at you with pure disdain then that’s a sign that you might be an egomaniac and narcissist.

I think other music artists and bands out there could learn from Kanye here. There are even plenty of local bands and unsigned talent with huge egos too. There are music artists and bands of all levels that think they’re so talented and great… they are not afraid to speak out about it but is it a great idea? No, not always. Having an ego problem could turn a lot of people off.

It’s understandable that you are talented and you’ve had successes in your music careers, but there’s no need to jerk yourselves off about it publicly. How about being humble? If you want to be taken seriously as a musician and want people to like you more then being “humble” is key. You don’t always have to think you’re talented and great all the time. If you believe that you suck and not all that great musically then you shouldn’t be afraid to say it ’cause most people won’t care anyways. With my own music, I know I’m not all that great musically, I just play music ’cause that’s what I do and I just do my thing.

Knowing how to be humble, just don’t act like you’re bigger and better than everyone else ’cause I hate when musicians have that attitude and they are everywhere even local musicians have that problem. There’s no need to be full of yourselves.

Admittedly, I can have an ego too sometimes but we all do in some form of another. It’s actually good to have an ego sometimes, it’s just that there are certain ways to go about it. There’s nothing wrong with liking your own music and being proud of what you do, but what you don’t want to do is go around acting like you’re a music god or something.

You should go to youtube and watch Jimi Hendrix’s interview on a talk show. If you want a perfect example of a humble musician then there you go. Jimi once said: “I don’t consider myself to be the best… I don’t like compliments, they distract me”.

There’s something for you to think about.

I like Kanye even more now for deciding to change for the better. His new album, “Ye”, is fucking great, btw. I’m planning to buy my own copy soon.

Happy birthday, President Trump…

I don’t feel ashamed at all for being a Trump supporter. In fact, I think it was one of the best decisions of my life to support him for the 2016 elections. We haven’t had great candidates in elections in decades and finally we get a good one. There was just no way in hell that I was going to support Hillary. Couldn’t do it. Yes, people gave me shit for supporting Trump but I don’t let that crap bother me. If people are ripping you for supporting Trump then chances are they supported Obama over the years. They were die-hard Obama fanatics.

So far, I’m very impressed with President Trump in office. No regrets voting for him and no regrets supporting him at all. I feel very proud. While it is disappointing that Trump didn’t build the wall yet and Hillary is not in jail yet, who cares. What matters most is that Trump really is making America great again. If you believe that Trump hasn’t been delivering promises then you really are brainwashed by Fake News and liberal social networking. Trump’s been delivering most every promise so far with the exception of the Wall and locking up Hillary but other than that, Trump is doing a great job so far and I’ll gladly vote for him again in 2020. Trump is going to win the re-election no matter what you think. After the successful Trump and Kim Jong-un meeting, I think he’s definitely going to win the re-election.

I know the IG report has been released today on Trump’s birthday and I’m going to get around to reading reports about it tonight. I don’t feel like reading a 500 page pdf documents so I’m just going to read articles online about it instead.

Happy birthday, Mr. President and I’m sure he’s having a good day today despite getting sued by the NY AG over the Trump foundation. I respect the man so much ’cause people beat him up verbally everyday and he just keeps working. The man is the master.

President Trump responds to tough guy Robert Deniro!!! Hilarious!!!

https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1006640689843560448

https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1006640694264397824

At the Tony Awards over the weekend, Robert De Niro had some things to say about Trump while introducing Bruce Springsteen as a performer. De Niro happened to go off-script and go on a rant about Trump. De Niro dropping F bombs saying, “Fuck Trump” which seems to be a favorite liberal saying. Well De Niro said that on live TV, he said “Fuck Trump” twice actually.

Of course, this wasn’t the first time that De Niro publicly attacked Trump remember in 2016 De Niro did a video saying that he would like to punch Trump in the face.

Well today, Pres. Trump himself responded to De Niro on twitter. Once again, Trump saying the same things like we’ve all been thinking. You see Robert De Niro may have played a lot of tough guy roles in the movies but that’s how he thinks of himself in real life. De Niro really does think he’s a tough guy. No doubt De Niro is a big narcissist and egomaniac. Notice that De Niro only picks movie roles that makes him look tough. Look at all these tough guy roles he did over the years: “Raging Bull”, “Taxi Driver”, “The Godfather Part II”, “Goodfellas”, “Cape Fear”, “Midnight Run”, “The Untouchables”, “The Deer Hunter”, etc. Doing movie roles that only feeds his ego.

If De Niro and Trump did a celebrity boxing match together who would win? I’m rooting for Trump, of course.

Look at Trump in this video when he appeared in WWE. Yeah, WWE is fake but you can’t deny that Trump is tough with those punches. You better watch it, De Niro. Don’t mess with Trump.

I think De Niro is a great actor and I respect him but his politics do suck, though. I wish he and the rest of Hollywood would shut up about politics. It’s a shame. I love movies and there are so many talented people in Hollywood but their politics are alienating movie fans and they aren’t realizing it yet.

Saw the new horror film “Hereditary” today and it was fuckin’ amazing! Go see it please!!!

Today, I decided to go to the mall to check out the movie, “Hereditary”. The new horror film that just came out that’s been getting a lot of buzz and a lot of positive reviews all over. Usually when a movie gets all kinds of positive reviews everywhere, it turns out garbage once I actually see it for myself. That’s not the case with this movie. I saw “Hereditary” today and it was fucking amazing! Best horror film I’ve seen in years.

When it comes to horror films, I’ve always been a long time horror fan. Have been a horror fan ever since I was a little kid. I spent my entire life watching. I don’t get scared watching horror films too much since I’m so used to it but I think “Hereditary” finally did it to me, though. “Hereditary” really was terrifying.

Man, the writer and director of this film Ari Aster definitely knows his shit when it comes to horror. I think he did a good job with both the writing and directing. The script was intelligently written. I love the direction and cinematography too. The film was well-acted by the cast.

This is a film about a family’s ancestry or something like that. A supernatural film so you can betcha there will be ghosts in this movie and stuff. If you like ghost movies like “Paranormal Activity” and “The Conjuring”, I think you will enjoy “Hereditary” even more.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7784604/

I would recommend you all go see this movie whether you’re a horror fan or not. Finally, a horror film with a real plot and intelligent storytelling. When it comes to newer horror films, we’ve been getting mostly silly slashers and found footage horror films but finally we get a true horror film here. “Hereditary” is definitely the perfect film to watch with all the lights off.

There’s a lot of ghost movies over the years and I would say “Hereditary” is the best ghost movie since the original “Amityville Horror” released in 1979. “Hereditary” really was that damn good and I’m definitely getting the BluRay when it comes out.
