Cool Video: Conan O’ Brien introduces the Bugatti Veyron Mouse…

As a little revenge to NBC, Conan buys a $1.5 million dollar car which costed NBC that. The car had mouse ears and played Rolling Stones “Satisfaction”. Funniest shit ever. Last night’s episode was great. Loved it when Adam Sandler said, “NBC = Nothing But Cunts”, LOL! Adam knows what it’s like being fired by NBC ’cause he experienced it.

Can’t wait for what Conan and Tom Hanks has in store for us Friday. This is a sad week. Conan leaving the “Tonight Show”. Conan himself looks sad of course. Conan maybe acting strong and laughing on TV, but you can still see the sadness in his eyes, you can tell he looks very upset all week on TV.

Conan is backing out on NBC ’cause it’s what he feels best, he’s doing it to stick up for Jimmy Fallon.

Cool Video: Fast food is bad for bodybuilding/fitness? Not according to this guy…

When I learn about fitness/bodybuilding and nutrition, a lot of people say that Fast Food is bad for bodybuilding. Not according to Scott Herman, who is a young bodybuilder and personal trainer. He says it’s still cool to eat fast food once in a while. It’s important to build in some carbs and calories. As long as you don’t eat fast food all the time, fast food can be a useful cheat. There’s nothing wrong with fitness people eating fast food once in a while. I know all fitness people don’t want to be stuck eating healthy food all the time.

Scott Herman’s Fitness is a great youtube channel. He’s much better than that Scooby1961 guy, in my opinion. Plus, Scott has a much better physique.

CD Review: Lisa Hannigan’s “Sea Sew”…

So at the gym, I listened to Lisa Hannigan’s 2008 released album, “Sea Sew” on my Ipod. Those who don’t know her, she’s an Irish musician from Dublin. She’s only 28 years old and the chick has a lot of talent. Her voice is amazingly haunting and sends chills down your spine. Her music maybe folk and Irish, but if you listen to her songs, you would feel the intensity get you in, immediately. There’s something about her haunting voice that draws you to her music. This is the way music is supposed to be played. With feeling, with heart, and with emotion. She does all of that. Her songs can actually get tight. Her backing band, sounds wonderful too. No complaints about this album at all as I loved it all the way through. She has become my new favorite female artist and she is beautiful as well. This is the way I want to hear music. Music with great songwriting. You don’t have to be a virtuoso musician to make great music. All you need is some chords, some lyrics, and some talent, there you have it. Lisa Hannigan is amazing and I find her the best singer/songwriter, I ever listened to in a long time. Listen to a few of her audio tracks here. Be amazed.

Report: Tim Burton to do a movie about the Maleficent villain from Disney’s, “Sleeping Beauty”…

Word going around the internets, that Tim Burton has confirmed he’s doing another Disney remake by doing a spinoff from “Sleeping Beauty”. He will be doing a film about the famous, “Maleficent” character from the film.

If it’s true, then who will play Maleficent? I would think, no one other than Tim Burton’s wife, Helena Bonham Carter. Helena’s face is similar to Maleficent, so maybe he’s doing this movie to give his wife an opportunity to get the leading role?

And maybe Johnny Depp will do the voice overs for that bird. You know Depp will be involved with the film somehow.

Report: Brock Lesnar to return this summer, but I’m not keeping my hopes up yet…

Brock Lesnar says he’s ready to return to UFC but Dana White is pushing for his return this summer. Brock will soon be training in the gym again. He got sick with mono and plans to make changes in his life, so he wouldn’t get sick with it again. Having a strict, “high protein” only diet is part of what caused it. He plans to change his diet a little by eating more fiber and healthy green foods. Brock says this changed his life, big time, and only made him stronger.

It may piss a lot of people off, but I don’t want Brock to lose the belt. I’m a Brock Lesnar fan and want him to stay undefeated. Brock could simply be the Floyd Mayweather Jr. of the UFC, if you know what I mean. The belt belongs to Brock and I honestly don’t see anybody in UFC taking it from him at all. It may be unfair for other UFC fighters, yes, but Brock is the best fighter in the business.

He maybe returning in the summer, but they could postpone his return again so don’t get excited yet, UFC fans.

Report: If you dump Jennifer Aniston, then you’re the biggest idiot on the planet…

I don’t do celebrity couples too much but I gotta blog this one. John Mayer revealed the real reason why he broke up with former “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston in the new issue of, Rolling Stone. He claims he did it because he can’t see himself being that type of guy the rest of his life. Then he admits that he would rather get the shag on with women that aren’t famous and would rather fuck women that he already fucked.

Mayer is officially a delusional idiot. Turning down Jennifer Aniston, who is smoking hot and has a hot body, plus Jennifer is a much bigger star than he is. I think he’s insane to turn down that. Of course, he can’t get over her. How can you not? She’s Jennifer Aniston, that’s why. One of TV’s biggest stars.

He’s feeling guilty that he turned her down and that’s good. I think he used her for more publicity for his music.

Report: Charlie Daniels, suffered stroke while snowmobiling…

Charlie Daniels, the legendary violinist coutry man, suffered a stroke while snowmobiling in Colorado. The legend was released from the hospital and seems to be recovering well. He has no plans to cancel his upcoming tour dates.

Good on Charlie for not cancelling the gigs even though he just had a stroke. If you’re not well, play the shows anyways! That’s being profesional!

Report: Tom Hanks has Conan O’ Brien’s back 100%…

Tom Hanks revealed that he is Team Coco, all the way. You think? I think everyone knew it. Tom has Coco’s back 100% and on Friday’s last show with Conan, Tom has something planned up his sleeve. What will Tom do? Who knows. Conan may not be allowed to talk trash at NBC, but maybe Tom will? Maybe Tom will even have a surprise for Jeff Zucker that will piss him off. Who knows what Tom will do. I can’t wait for Friday’s show. I will for sure, be watching. I think that’s why they are saving Tom Hanks for the last show, save the best for the last. Makes sense!

Report: Bruce Campbell to fight Frankenstein in his next film…

Bruce Campbell announced he is set to star the leading role once again in another horror/comedy type of film titled, “Bruce Vs. Frankenstein”. It will be the sequel to “My Name Is Bruce”. Look like Bruce will go to war against this screwheaded monster named Frankenstein. Sounds pretty goofy but I’m sure it will be entertaining.

Lets hope Sam Raimi and Bruce are planning another Evil Dead movie too!

Report: Jay-Z set to headline Coachella this year and many other bands…

The reunited Soundgarden was rumoured to be headlining this year’s, Coachella festival, but looks like they didn’t get the gig. Jay-Z will be headlining the entire festival. Other acts include Them Crooked Vultures, Vampire Weekend, Phoenix, Muse, Faith No More, MGMT, Devo, Les Claypool, and many more.

This year’s lineup is kind of dissapointing. Jay-Z? Why are all these rock festivals are all over this guy? I’m no Jay-Z fan and not a fan of rap that much.

I wonder if Soundgarden is going to play any festivals this year since they are coming back. Will Soundgarden headline the UK festival, Glastonbury? Who knows.

The only bands that would be worth watching there, in my opinion would be Them Crooked Vultures, Phoenix, Les Claypool, Faith No More and that is probably all. Seeing Faith No More would be incredible. I’ve been a Faith No More and Mike Patton fan for a long time.  

I don’t like Vampire Weekend and don’t like MGMT. Devo is alright, but they were good back in the 80’s, don’t know how them has beens would sound like now.
