Cool Photo: Led Zeppelin confirms press conference to discuss “Celebration Day” release, and possibly other things???

Led Zeppelin just posted this photo of a press conference table. You see 4 chairs there, which I’m sure are being saved for Jimmy, Robert, Jonesy and Jason to sit on. Look like the press conference is gonna be sometime today. Other than the band discussing their “Celebration Day” with the media, I’m sure the band will discuss future plans like a full tour, maybe another one off show, new album, etc. You know the press won’t resist asking the band those questions. So hopefully the band, will answer questions like that, so they can squash speculation and rumors about their future.

Remember, anything is possible with Led Zep. They can do anything they want to. Don’t ever doubt that they will do a tour, put out a new album or whatever. They’re a band like everyone else. They do these things.

Enjoy the photo, here.

I’m sure the press conference will be somewhere in the UK. Hopefully they’ll live stream it too!

EDIT TO ADD: Excuse me, there’s only three chairs and three mics there, my bad. Only Jimmy, Robert, and Jonesy will be there, no Jason. What I found:

“Led Zeppelin‘s surviving members will be in London this Friday to participate in a press event promoting Celebration Day, the film capturing the band’s December 2007 reunion concert that will premiere in theaters around the world next month. Singer Robert Plant, guitarist Jimmy Page and bassist/keyboardist John Paul Jones all will be on hand to meet with the media, and also will attend a screening of the movie.

As recently reported, the film will be screened in about 1,500 cinemas on October 17 after gala premieres are held in several locations, including London, New York City and Los Angeles. Then, on November 19, Celebration Day will be released to retail in multiple video and audio formats.”

Report: Fiona Apple’s been a bad bad girl, she’s now a certified “Criminal”…

Fiona Apple may have a clean criminal record, but not anymore. She’s now a real life “Criminal”, based on one of her own songs. She’s been arrested at a border stop in Texas. She has been caught with hashish. She can now join the club with Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg and Armie Hammer.

Spac’s “Battle of the Bands” event tomorrow night, will I go to support it???

Probably not. The only reason I went last year, was to support and help EBJ win the whole thing. Plus, I wanted to see what a “Battle of the Bands” event was like. I still stand by my feelings about the event, that most of it was a joke and pretty pretentious. I listened through all of the bands that are a part of the finalists this year, and most of the bands this year aren’t any good except for one, who I think will probably win the whole thing. She is Margo Macero. Her songwriting is real good, and she has a great voice. I know what good talent is, and she is it. She has it all. I wish her luck and rooting for her. Check her out, here. Her songwriting is pretty spot on. If she’s not the one to win the whole thing tomorrow, then there’s something wrong with the event and I will dislike Battle of the Bands even more. I can’t see anyone else winning the thing but her. I’m betting my money she’ll win. She’s got my support.

Hoping to get new batch of acoustic songs out sometime before Christmas or New Year’s…

It’s nice to know that people actually care about my songs, after all. I’m planning to get a new batch of songs out soon, and instead of releasing one song at a time, one after another, I’m planning on releasing a whole bunch of ’em all in one day. I can’t afford studio time at this point, so I’m planning to make the acoustic demo, just home made. Just write a bunch of material and put out the ones that I like the most.

I think I’m a pretty good songwriter. Not trying to sound like a self centered ego-maniac. I’m proud of my songs and think they can be special in some way. I’m going to try to start writing songs with more heart and emotion from now on. Like I said, I’ll still do the acoustic rock thing but I want to try writing some folk songs a little bit as well. Go for something different. I’m not saying that I’m the best songwriter than all the others around this area, but I’m finding that other musicians really look after my music, but I’m hoping to reach a wider audience more than just musicians supporting it.

I want to get back out playing gigs again too ’cause I miss that. Maybe in 2013, I’ll start going back out. I just need new stuff to put out there. Whenever I’m ready to release the new songs, I’ll pick a release date. Before then, then maybe I’ll upload clips of the songs for previews, just for a tease. I’ll make them youtube exclusive at first. Try to do some different marketing.

There will be more Brock music, coming soon, I promise. Just wait.

Lindsay Lohan actually has a point about Amanda Bynes…

A new celebrity feud ignited on the internet between Lindsay Lohan and Nickelodeon star, Amanda Bynes. On Twitter Lindsay wrote, “Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?”

Before you go hating on Lohan, you should research on the legal problems between both Amanda and Lindsay. Amanda had similar incidents like Lohan did. Amanda had been caught driving under the influence and had a few hit and runs, but she was let go and not sent to jail.

What did Lindsay get? She got way harsher punishment than Amanda got. Getting jail time, rehab, probation, getting forced on house arrest, and Lindsay even spent months wearing an alcohol bracelet.

This is just a perfect example of how fame can control a famous person. Lindsay got worse punishment because of her fame, period.

And now Lindsay just went and did a hit and run in NYC, maybe she did it on purposely to prove a point to Amanda? Amanda was let go, and I’m willing to bet the law will put Lindsay through hell again. Maybe a couple of months in jail and large fine, and Amanda gets nothing. Think how wrong this is. THINK!

Sorry, but I’m siding with the Lohan on this one.

The blog stays…

Well, I changed my mind and think I’m gonna keep the blog up. Sorry about that. I was just a little confused on whether I should keep the blog up or not. Whether the blog is overshadowing my music, but after thinking about it some, I don’t think it should be a problem. I have a lot of readers and subscribers all over the world, and would hate to disappoint them.

Some say my controversial blogging is hurting my music and there are some who love everything I do. It’s just a matter of opinion. You either love me or hate me, I’m all good.

I’ll continue to do what I do. People enjoy my honest rants toward the entertainment industry and I enjoy being real about stuff. It was an interesting discussion though. I don’t think my blogging will hurt my music at all, if you think about it. That will only help my music get bigger. Just wanted to think about what was best for my music.

This wasn’t the first time I did this. So I’m sure you’ll be thinking it was too predictable that I will be keeping the blog, but that’s okay. Thanks for the support and keep reading!

Cool Video: Clint Eastwood talks to EXTRA about a variety of topics… his new film, the RNC empty chair speech, and will he do “Expendables 3”???

Clint Eastwood did a cool interview with Extra and talked about a variety of topics. He talked about his new film that he’s starring in and not directing, “Trouble With the Curve”. His RNC empty chair speech, and he responded whether or not if he will have a role in “Expendables 3”.

As for the RNC speech, Clint doesn’t seem to be ashamed of it, and he seems proud of it. Plus, it wasn’t the first time he talked to invisible people, he said he stole the idea from a funeral speech he did.

On whether or not he will do “Expendables 3”, Clint says he never got around to seeing the first one yet and he hasn’t read a script of the 3rd one. Keep in mind that Eastwood has always been picky and choosy with scripts. He’ll do a project if he likes the script. Would Clint consider doing “EXP3”? He jokingly said he would do it if he directed it. If Clint directed the next “EXP” movie, do you think he has what it takes to direct an action movie? I think he does. He directed action movies before with films like “The Gauntlet”, “Sudden Impact” (a Dirty Harry film), and “Bloodwork”, they were action movies. “Gran Torino” was sort of like an action movie too. I don’t think Clint will do “EXP3” but it will be cool if he gets a cameo at least.

Enjoy the video interview with Clint, here.

Feuds and drama with other bands and certain other people… just a rant…

Some of you may know about my online wars against certain other bands and other people on the internet that should be nameless, but you’ll figure out who I’m referring to pretty quickly anyway. The feuds has been made public in either facebook or youtube. Have you ever wondered why I don’t mention these people who try to start stuff with me on this blog anymore? It’s because they don’t deserve the attention they get off of me. If I write about these people publicly by name, all it’s doing that it’s giving them even more attention that they don’t deserve. I may have written about them in the past, but I went through this blog and removed all the posts written about them. Never again, I’ll respond to people who want to start an online war with me. Responding to drama is a pretty childish thing to do really and it’s unprofessional for my music.

I want to be remembered for my music and my talent, not for my online wars with people. That stuff is not important to me. I know some would find this online feuding entertaining and funny, but I no longer want to be a part of it. I want my life to be as positive as possible. This is why you see me being positive on this blog and in facebook. I’m trying to do what’s best for my music. I’m trying to get my music back out there.

I know not everyone is going to like me. I know haters are gonna hate, but I vow to ignore all drama against me completely. I know I can be made fun of easily, but I can’t please everyone. I’m just being me. When other people decide to use the internet to bully me so they can get popular that way, they know they have no reason to do this stuff. The only reason people start the bullying is ’cause they find it entertaining, comedic, and they’re just bored people looking for things to laugh at.

If people want to use the internet to make fun of me, that’s fine. Let ’em do it all they want to. I’m staying out of it all ’cause I’m a better person than that. I know some of you know that I can be a target with anonymous trolls and other haters online, I just learn to be strong and be above it all. I learned to be a tough son of a bitch and learned to not let it all get to me. I continue to live a good life and prefer to keep it that way.

Like Bob Dylan once said to all of his critics, “I hope all those evil motherfuckers rot in hell”, I feel the same way to those trolls and haters. I try to make my internet world a positive one, the best I can and I think I’m doing a pretty good job.

Final words on the Royals, then I’ll stop discussing this…

I stand by the things I said about the Royals, Kate Middleton and Prince William. The area that they were in may be a private and secluded area, but as long as people can see from the outside, doesn’t matter how far away, it’s no longer private. See what I mean? Even if it takes telescopic camera lens to see what they were doing from a building, the Royals are still being viewed publicly. Doesn’t matter what you think about it. So this is clearly the Royals fault. Just yesterday, I was watching Brian Williams on NBC report this story, and they were demonstrating on how easy it would be to see the Royals from a far away location. If the private chateau they were in were really private, they wouldn’t be seen at all, well someone from the outside got to see them. See how that no longer makes it a private area? Think about it.

On top of that, this wasn’t the first time that Kate Middleton, forced legal action on people taking photos of her without her consent. In 2009, she sued a photography company for taking photos of her playing tennis, while on a Holiday in Cornwall. When the Royals force legal action on the nude photos, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t Prince William’s or the family’s decision, it’s all Kate’s.

I mean, fuck. If she wants to be married to a Royal family, she’s gonna have to learn that she’s not going to get much privacy, since she is a world public figure now. Like the Donald said, who wouldn’t take photos of the worlds famous Royal? If I spotted Kate in public and if I had a camera, would I take photos or videotaped her? You betcha I would. I’d do it in a heart beat! I can’t blame other guys for wanting to do it ’cause they can’t help themselves. Again, that’s what “power of fame”, does. A celebrity kind of thing.

The Royal Family agree to take legal action against these guys ’cause they are there for Kate. They would do anything in her favor, since they are rich and powerful people. The Royals take care of her ’cause she gets what she wants. That’s how evil women can be. Yes, I said that. So for all you people out there giving this couple support. Why? Who fucking cares, ya know? It’s ridiculous why this have to be a huge news story to begin with. The news media would report any news about celebrity sex scandals ’cause it helps the news gets ratings and would get people in social media going crazy. This shouldn’t be a huge thing.

On top of that, the Royal family in France, are not wonderful people as some would think of them to be. They are pretty powerful people and them taking legal action is showing it. If a real person’s privacy was invaded, and if our photos were posted on the internet, it would be very difficult for us to take legal action to take them down. It makes it easy for the Royals ’cause they are very rich.

Fame is what ruin people’s lives these days, it’s the fame that controls people.

This is my final thought on this. I’m closing the comments in this post ’cause I don’t feel like debating with empty minded people who feel sorry for the Royals ’cause I’ll feel like talking to a brick wall.
