Valentine’s Day…

So Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and there’s already a lot of talk about that Holiday on the internet. My question is, why are so many young people, are in such a rush to get in a relationship with someone or even get married? In facebook, I’m noticing a lot of that lately. People love to obsess with that “in a relationship” feature in facebook, I don’t get it. Maybe it’s because it bothers them when they see the “single” status in facebook. That’s probably it.

My thoughts on this for those that are single, who cares, just enjoy the single life. I’m in no rush for a relationship right now. Will I ever get myself a lady friend, someday? Yeah, someday I will, when the right woman comes along, who knows what might happen. She don’t have to be a fitness lady or a music lover, but it would be nice.

For right now, all I care about is playing my guitar and working out at the gym. If I get myself a woman, I’m probably gonna have to put her as my first priority which might put more time away from the music. I would like to be like everyone else though, get married and raise a family of my own. It’ll happen, only when the time and the right woman comes around.

I like most holidays but Valentine’s Day is one I don’t really care for.

“The Smith Machine” thoughts…

So today at the Greenwich Y, I decided to finally try out “The Smith Machine” doing squats. It was real easy and it felt good. It really works your quads pretty hard. Today was my leg day for my workout routine. I also had to do the Standing calf exercise on the “Smith Machine”. They have a seated calf machine at the Y but no stand calf. So I had to do the stand calf on the “Smith Machine”. With the “Smith Machine” you don’t really need a spotter at all ’cause that’s what the machine is used for so you don’t have to use a spotter. You can do various exercises on that thing. Squats, stand calf, bench press, etc.

I don’t think I’ll be able to handle doing squats with a regular barbell, but the Smith Machine makes it easier for me. I decided to try that machine in honor of Jack Lalanne, since he is the one who created that machine.

I’m glad I tried it too. Will use that on a regular basis. I’m going to try bench pressing on the Smith Machine,when it’s my chest day next week. The Smith Machine is very safe. No spotter needed.

Brock wants to see the movie “The King’s Speech” next…

Next time I go to the mall to see a movie, the next flick I plan to see, is “The King’s Speech”. Everyone’s saying it’s really good and it’s creating a huge media buzz, so I think I’m going to check it out before the Oscars. As a matter of fact, I have seen most every flick nominated for “Best Picture” for the Oscars, except for two of them. I haven’t seen, “The King’s Speech” yet and “127 Hours”. I do want to see both films though. I’m gonna have to wait on DVD for “127 Hours” because that film is coming out on DVD sometime in March. “The King’s Speech” does look like an interesting movie and looking forward to seeing it.

BREAKING NEWS: Charlie Sheen checks into rehab today…(again)

Charlie Sheen is in the news again! Come on, Mr. Martin Sheen, look where your kid is at! Charlie officially checked himself into rehab today, after being hospitalized for having a “hernia” problem. Charlie was partying with 5 different famous porn stars at his home. He was watching porn movies with them, drinking and smoking cocaine.

TMZ, reports.

Well, I blame this on the porn stars he was hanging with. I don’t think this was his fault at all. He thought those porn stars were going to be his friend, but apparently not. Partying maybe fun, but always be careful who you’re partying with. Those porn stars are crazy party animals. More crazier than us. It might be fun to hang out with a porn star, but in reality, it can be dangerous. They could get you addicted to drugs quick and they can even kill you.

Not only that Sheen needs to get clean with drugs, he also need to clean up his sex addiction as well.

Hope all goes well with Charlie, because he might be the next dead celebrity of 2011. How come Charlie’s family isn’t helping him on this? Where’s Martin? Where’s Emilio? Come on guys, help the man before something worse happens to him.

Thought: What former superstars will make surprising appearances at the Rumble matchup???

We all know that Hacksaw Jim Duggan is confirmed to make an appearance at this Sunday’s “Royal Rumble” ppv during the 40 man matchup. What other superstars from the past will make surprising one-off appearances for the Rumble only? Is this the reason for 40? So more legends can fit in the Rumble to help promote the new WWE “All Stars” video game? Probably.

Here are the former superstars that I hope that will make a one-off appearance…

  • “Macho Man” Randy Savage – Randy Savage seems to be under contract with WWE ’cause he’s been filming a lot of commercials for them recently, could he actually make an appearance in person at the Rumble? Ooooh yeeeahhh…
  • The Rock – Will we hear, “IF YOU SMELLLLLLLLLLL….” over the speakers at the Rumble? Cross your fingers, jambroni!
  • Bret “The Hitman” Hart – Will the Hitman actually be there? Hopefully.
  • “Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase Sr. – Will the Million Dollar Man be involved so he can join his son Ted Dibiase Jr. in the matchup? Will Dibiase Jr. throw his own father over the top rope?
  • Trish Stratus  – We all know some Divas will be involved the matchup, does this hint that Trish Stratus could show up?
  • Jimmy Snuka – We will probably see the Superfly again.
  • Mr. McMahon – McMahon has been off the TV for a while, wouldn’t it be funny if he was actually in the Rumble? He was in a few Rumbles himself in the past before, so why not again?
  • Shane McMahon – Will we hear “Here Comes the Money” blast through the speakers?
  • Sgt. Slaughter – Yes, we will probably see Sgt. Slaughter again.
  • Stone Cold Steve Austin – Will we see the Rattlesnake this year? Will he give a bunch of superstars the stunner and knock them over the top rope to help out?

I doubt you’ll see Stone Cold or The Rock but the others would be a possibility.

Internet haters…

Yes. It seems that I still get internet haters after all these years…but you know what? That’s fine. I’m okay with that. I’m usually never offended when people talk shit about me online, ’cause actually it makes me a lot stronger and more tougher. The thing that people don’t  understand about me is, that I’m the same guy off and on the computer. I’m honest and tell things like it is. Yes. People may think I’m the bad guy for it, but that’s okay. If you want to hate me, good. Go for it. I don’t do this for attention. I don’t do it for ego. It’s just how I am. It’s just my personality, being brutally honest about things.

I’m just a normal guy that enjoys life. I’m a fitness guy, a musician, blogger, I also enjoy video games and movies. I enjoy the things I do. So I don’t have time to deal with idiots in youtube or facebook who are obsessed with me in a hateful manner. I’ve been dealing with this stuff for years, so I have no choice but to just deal with it. When you become a popular internet person, you’ll get a mix between love & hate. You’ll get your share of fans & haters. It’ll be boring if we had to love everything, right? I can’t please everybody, I’m just being myself and WILL continue to be myself. Can’t help it.

On a lighter note, I’ve been playing a lot of Call of Duty: Black Ops online today. It’s my day off of working out. I’ll be going back to the Greenwich Y to train the legs/biceps. I want to try the squat on “The Smith” machine, looks very easy.

Thought: Who will win “The Royal Rumble” this Sunday??? Top 5 Possible winners…

The “Royal Rumble” ppv is this Sunday. Yes, I will watch, of course. The Royal Rumbe is 40 man this year. Who do I predict will win the Rumble this year? There is five possible choices.

  1. CM – Punk – Punk could get the win so he can main event and face John Cena at Wrestlemania 27.
  2. Alberto Del Rio – A new and young Mexican wrestler who WWE seems to be pushing pretty hard. Could he somehow win the Rumble and actually face against Cena at WM-27? Possibly.
  3. Triple H – Triple H might return at the Royal Rumble PPV during the 40 man match.
  4. Chris Jericho – Rumors hit the net that Jericho might be coming back soon, could his return be at the Rumble?
  5. Wade Barrett – This UK superstar could get the huge win at the Rumble so he can go against the Undertaker at WM-27. Remember, Wade Barrett had a big feud with the Undertaker when he used to be leader of Nexus. Nexus beat the hell out of the Undertaker on a Smackdown episode once.

I’m willing to bet any of those guys will be the most likely winners. Of course, don’t be surprised if John Cena ends up winning the whole thing somehow. If Cena does end up winning the Rumble, I’m going to be pissed as fuck, I know that.

Looking forward to seeing the Rumble this Sunday!

BREAKING NEWS: Javier Bardem officially offered the role of Roland “The Gunslinger” Deschain for Stephen King’s “Dark Tower” flick by Ron Howard…

Out of the three actors that’s been in the runner’s up for the role of Roland “The Gunslinger” Deschain for the “Dark Tower” film: Christian Bale, Viggo Mortensen, and Javier Bardem. Ron Howard and Universal Studios, wants Javier Bardem the most out of the three. Howard and Universal has already asked Bardem for the role but negotiations haven’t begun yet. I’m pretty sure Javier would say “yes”, to the role and sign the dotted line when he gets around to it.

The plot to the “Dark Tower” movie will be similar to the book. It tells a story of Deschain the last surviving member of the knightly order of gunslingers, and humanity’s last hope to save a civilization that will fall unless he finds the Dark Tower.

I know a lot of people disagree with this pick. In forums and blogs, people claim that Bardem don’t fit, but I think he fits perfectly if you think about it. Bardem is a fantastic actor. He’ll nail any role that throws at him and I think he’ll nail this role, as well. People don’t see Bardem as a tough guy with a short temper? That’s how Roland was in the books.

After they sign, Bardem, next they’ll have to cast roles for Jake Chambers, Eddie Dean and Susannah Dean. Susannah is a black woman in the books so they’ll need a black actress for her.

Who do I think should play Susannah? My picks would either be: Halle Berry or Zoe Saldana.

Not sure who to play Jake and Eddie though.

Report: John Travolta finally getting ready back to work, could possibly star as John Gotti for a biopic film…

Look like John Travolta is finally getting back to work in Hollywood. Obviously, he took a long hiatus from acting due to his tragedy with his son Jet and having a newborn baby with Kelly Preston just recently.  Travolta is in talks with Fiore Films, that he may possibly star as John Gotti for a biopic film. Nick Cassavettes is also in talks to direct the film.

Honestly, Travolta would be perfect for Gotti. They look creepily similar if you think about it. Plus, I can see Travolta nailing this role down and hopefully could land him back into the award scene with this role.

Wondering what’s going to happen with Sly Stallone’s “Gotti” project that he had planned? Sly might have to scrap his Gotti project, if this one is a hit. Glad Travolta is finally scouting for new projects! Like Travolta or not, I like him, always been a fan of his acting and his movies. Glad he’s making a comeback!
