Jones. “Beleaguered Democrats were significantly more likely than Republicans to report that they unfriended someone on social media or planned to avoid certain relatives during the holidays because of politics.”
More than one in ten (13 percent) Americans say they blocked, unfriended, or stopped following someone on social media because of what they posted about politics. Democrats are more than twice as likely as Republicans to report unfriending someone over politics (24 percent vs. 9 percent), and that number rises even more among women. Three in ten (30 percent) Democratic women say they removed someone from a social network because of a political view.
Despite the contentious nature of the 2016 presidential election, only 16 percent of Americans report that their family argued about politics or the election over the Thanksgiving holiday. And while only five percent of Americans say they are planning on spending less time with certain family members because of their political views, Democrats (10 percent) are more likely than Republicans (2 percent) to say they are avoiding certain family members this holiday season because of their political views.”

I thought this article was interesting to read so I had to post it. Poll proves that Democrats/progressives (I like to call them liberals or libtards, lol) are more likely to block/unfriend someone over political views. It’s mostly liberal women that delete/block people over political views. Liberal men are more tolerant than liberal women, anyways. Those liberal women, wow, they can get really nasty and hateful toward people with conservative views.
I’ve had many women who are die-hard liberals who unfriended/blocked me ’cause they felt that my political views were too “conservative”. Why would liberal women block/delete someone? Mostly because women who are very liberal don’t like conservatives bashing Barack Obama or Hillary. They don’t like people bashing their favorite Bernie Sanders either. They unfriend/block people who has opposing views over controversial stuff like gay marriage, abortion, Islam and things like that.
Yeah, people who are Republican/Conservatives delete/block people too but not as bad as liberals do. I try not to block/delete liberals off of my facebook but sometimes I do when they get too overboard with their hate toward Donald Trump and his supporters. Earlier this year, I had to delete a couple of liberals ’cause they were getting too aggressive and mean with their hate toward Trump and their supporters.
It is a fact that it’s mostly Democrats/liberals that do the most unfriending/blocking. It’s crazy.
Ya know, I don’t mind having die-hard liberals on my personal facebook page ’cause I can get along with everyone even if our views are different. I’ll support and love people who are very liberal as long as they respect my views and keep things civilized, ya know? If they don’t keep things civilized then goodbye.
I actually love it when die-hard liberals block/delete me ’cause they feel offended. I just did them a favor. Hope they hit the middle finger button on the way out. When liberals do this, it shows they don’t like the truth and it bothered them.
I have a lot of liberals on my personal facebook page which I don’t mind. Why do I have a lot of liberals on my facebook? Probably family members, friends, people who I know around my hometown of Greenwich, people I knew from school, etc. That kind of thing. I’ve also had many liberals who refused to support me online ’cause they think I’m a “conservative”. Liberals hate conservatives, that’s also a proven fact.
To make one thing clear, I am not a liberal or a “conservative”. People accused me of being a die hard “conservative” but it’s not true. I’m pretty neutral on both sides, really. It don’t matter to me which side, I’m honest and real on both sides of the spectrum. That’s why I support Donald Trump and it’s why he got my vote twice ’cause he’s not on one side as well. I’m not on one side like a lot of people are these days. Even you guys accused me of staying on the far-right which I’m not. If you’ve been paying attention to my blog over the years of my life, I’ve been bashing the Republican party. I’ve also been bashing other conservatives too. Remember, I bashed Ted Cruz and his supporters a lot. I’m also not a fan of George W. and the rest of the Bush’s. I also have some liberal views that I’m all for like I do support gays and their rights. I support marijuana and do think it should be legalized in this country. Maybe some other things. I’m just not one of those who will stick to one side and hate everything on the other side. The thing is, I speak for myself. I don’t speak for other people or speak for a certain political side. All of my opinions & views, I mean well. I like being that way.
