Report: Angelina Jolie shows up early at San Diego Comic-Con…

There’s Angelina Jolie herself at San Diego Comic Con. She made a surprise early appearance at the convention today. She just showed up out of no where, walked through the crowd herself. And yes, Brad is there with her, of course.

Angelina has always been my favorite actress for years, still love her. I’m looking forward to seeing “Salt” and will see it next week.

Report: The Riddler confirmed for “Dark Knight 3” after all????

With Comic Con starting tomorrow, rumours hit the net that the Riddler is confirmed for the Joker, but denied reports that Joseph Gordon-Levitt will be playing the character. The question is, will Christopher Nolan go to San Diego Comic Con to confirm the Riddler news himself? I would think he would probably be there.

More on it here:

http://www.firstshowing.net/2010/07/20/excl-studio-casting-names-the-riddler-as-batman-3-villain/

I’m hoping Chris would deny this rumour ’cause I honestly don’t want the Riddler as villain. I would like someobody different and new. A villain like Hugo Strange, Bane, Killer Croc, Black Mask, etc. A villain that hasn’t been used before in the earlier films.

If the Riddler is confirmed, Leo Dicaprio will probably end up getting the role anyways. Leo will want to star in a Batman film. Leo may not top Heath, but I’m pretty positive Leo would nail the Riddler role perfectly. Robin Williams would do good, but he’s too old. The Riddler should go to a younger guy and Leo is perfect, in my opinion. Leo might be able to pull off that crazy laugh, Riddler does.

I’m sure we’ll hear more Batman 3 news over the weekend when Comic Con starts. Who knows, maybe Chris Nolan will surprise us and he might be there. Maybe he will even bring us news for the new “Superman” flick at Comic Con as well.

Report: Angelina Jolie is going to San Diego Comic Con, confirmed…

Lots of rumours and speculation hits the internets that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt both maybe at this year’s San Diego Comic Con to help promote “Salt”, the action spy thriller. It is confirmed that Angelina will indeed be there to promote “Salt”, in person.

Not sure if Brad will be there though, he probably will. Maybe Brangelina and their kids will be at Comic Con to help celebrate the other movies being celebrated at the panels. I’m sure Brad will be there to support her.

Brad and Angelina maybe a weird couple because of their super stardom, but I’ve admired both of their works for years. I’ve seen Angelina’s movies for years and watched Brad’s films for years too. Brad’s been in many great movies. Some of my favorites he’s been in are: “Inglourious Basterds”, The Ocean’s trilogy, “Fight Club”, “Sleepers”, “12 Monkeys”, “Legends of the Fall”, “Kalifornia”, and that’s about it. No, I still haven’t seen, “Curious Case of Benjamin Button” yet.

Very nice! Wish I can go!

Arnold and Bruce weren’t listed as guests, but who knows, maybe Sly will surprise the audience and bring out, Arnold and Bruce. Maybe there is a reason they weren’t listed? Never know, the Comic Con is always full of unexpected surprises. You just never know what they will reveal at these conventions!

I can’t wait to see the movie in August!

Happy late Birthday, by the way Sly! Sylvester Stallone turned 64 on July 6 last Tuesday!

Stone Cold interviewed at San Diego Comic Con

Yes, former WWE wrestler, Stone Cold Steve Austin was at the San Diego Comic Con, he was there for an autograph session, to sign autographs, meet fans to help promote his upcoming movies.

According to Sheryl Main’s, “Expendables” blog…Sylvester Stallone couldn’t make this year’s Comic Conn because he didn’t have no trailers or footage to show and it was said Sly was bummed he couldn’t make this year’s Comic Con. The only Expendable at this year’s Comic Conn is Steve Austin. This is better than no promotion of the new movie at all!

Enjoy Steve’s interview here:

Will Dwayne Johnson and Steve Austin ever star in a movie together one day? I’m sure it’ll happen someday in the future. If the Rock and Stone Cold ever paired up in a movie together, that would indeed be a box office smash.

BREAKING NEWS: Kurt Russell aims for a return to Hollywood to star in “Red Dawn” remake???

Kurt Russell had quite a long hiatus from Hollywood films. It looks like he is about ready to make a huge comeback to star in the remake of “Red Dawn”, the 80’s action film that originally starred, Patrick Swayze.

Kurt Russell hasn’t had a movie role since 2007’s “Death Proof”, a Quentin Tarantino film. That’s a long 2 year hiatus.

The announcement of Kurt Russell starring in “Red Dawn” remake was made at this year’s San Diego Comic Con.

Sylvester Stallone once asked Russell to have a role in, “The Expendables” but Russell turned it down since he wasn’t ready to make a return to Hollywood yet. Russell looks like he is finally ready to come back!

I wish Russell would have agreed to star in “The Expendables”, that in my opinion, would have been a better comeback for Kurt.

Looking forward to seeing Kurt back in action, welcome back…Kurt!

Cool Video: New Tron lightcycle revealed at San Diego Comic Con for TR2N sequel!!!

Disney’s “TR2N”, the sequel to the video game film that stars Jeff Bridges is coming soon to the big screen as we all know. At the San Diego comic con at Flynn’s bar as you see in the first movie, they revealed the brand new lightcycle for the sequel of Tron. Yes, you will see this new lightcycle in the next movie, the lightcycle looks so much different than the one in the first movie.

Check out this exciting video. The new lightcycle is looking cool. I’m looking forward to “Tron 2” most definitely, and glad Jeff Bridges is still playing Kevin Flynn in the leading role.

With all the new technology of filmaking of CGI, I can’t blame them for wanting another Tron movie. I fucking LOVE the first “Tron” film, but I’m sure the next “Tron” movie will be a blast to watch.

Check it out.  Man, I wish I could afford another trip to San Diego again ’cause I would love to be part of these Comic Con events live in person. I will be sure to keep this in mind for next year’s San Diego comic con. I wanna experience these events myself.

Report: Tim Burton to debut “Alice In Wonderland” semi trailer at San Diego Comic Con next week!

Tim Burton will be making a special appearance, live in person, at the San Diego Comic Con next week to present a semi trailer for “Alice In Wonderland”. He never appeared at these Comic Con conventions before, this will be his first time.

Burton also breaks the news that he is planning a sequel to “Alice In Wonderland” as to follow Lewis Carroll’s series of the Alice adventures.

Once Burton is at San Diego Comic Con next week, expect bootleg versions of “Alice In Wonderland” footage to hit youtube very quickly.

No word if Johnny Depp will go with Burton at the Comic Con appearance, but who knows. These Comic Con events are always unpredictable and they are always giving out surprises, so maybe Burton will surprise us by inviting Johnny with him. Cross our fingers?

MTV Movies Blog reports:

Very cool. Tim Burton is the man, one of my favorite directors. I’m really looking forward to his take on the world’s famous “Alice” story.
